Sananda, Lady Nada, and One Who Serves as channeled by James McConnell

SANANDA

I AM Sananda.  And as always it is wonderful to be with you with this group with all that share in our understanding our remembering of who and what we all are.

For this is the crux, everyone, this is what we came here to do. All of you … myself included for I came as you came with me so long ago. We all came together. We all are experiencing this evolution of man together. We are all feeling and knowing this consciousness as it raises together. There is no one here that listens and acclimates or resonates to these words — no one — that is not beginning to remember who they are.

The move through this awakening process or this re-awakening process for so many of you have been here and done this before. Many of you have experienced these changes, these levels of vibration that you are going through now. So many of you have experienced it long ago and are re-experiencing it now. And the time to feel down and depressed and like it is taking too long, that we need to speed these things up; that time is over.

The time to be is to be in the now, to be experiencing everything that you are experiencing in the now but feel it at a higher level of your being. Feel it as the Source within you for that is the expression you are all moving back toward, is to feel and know the Source and you as one, that you and your Godself are one. You have always been one and will always be one and there can never be a separation of that which you have always known because you have always been that and always will be.

The times that feel like all is lost, that feel like the world is falling apart, like people are not advancing, are not becoming who they need to be, those times are passed. It is time now to realize and understand that this is the moment you came here for. This is those times, those end times that were spoken of by myself as Yeshua. These are those times when all seems lost. But yet as you look at everything as lost you know that everything is about to come forward. Everything is about to shift and change. We are all about this shift, the shift in consciousness.

And when you experience these meditations you are experiencing the shift of consciousness in that moment. And just for that moment it is affecting you, it is changing you, it is shifting and changing your DNA. It is reawakening your third eye. It is bringing back the process of all that you have known previously because all that you have known previously is right there in front of you separated yet by a veil. That veil as you hear many many times is shifting, is dissipating, and will eventually be completely gone. But what will that be like when that veil has completely dissipated? What indeed will that be like in that time?

So you see, of those things that have been oblivious to you until now? Will you see that other side of life that you call death? Will you see those appear once again? Some yes. Will you see the Elemental world in front of you? Yes, many of you will.

You will feel and know all those things which you knew previously because all of that will come back to your remembrance in those moments as you fully remember who you are.

I AM Sananda. I leave you now. All of my peace and love be with you as I turn this over to my dear beloved now. Peace and love be with all of you.

 

LADY NADA

Yes and I AM Lady Nada. So wonderful to share with you; to experience this level of consciousness that you are moving back into once again; to see and know the smiles upon your face as this shift is happening.

Some of you, yes, are feeling the shift in a more negative way at times. Some of you are feeling this shift and knowing how wonderful it is. But all of you are feeling the love expression being more and more pronounced within you, more and more pronounced in your fellow man. If you would but look and use your eyes to see and your ears to hear for so much is there right in front of you, you only need to open up to it.

The veil is only there for those who will not see beyond it. Know this. For the veil itself is not real. It is part of the illusion of this three-dimensional level of being. It’s only as real as you make it. So I tell you now, I ask you now, begin to look at that veil and see it no more. Know that it is gone. Not to simply believe it but to know it. And as you continue to work in this way, you will not only see through the veil, the veil will be gone. For it is there for each of you; within each of you but it is your own personal veil.

Yes there is a collective veil, but once you have dissipated that one within you the collective veil will be gone for you as well.

So I tell you to practice this. Practice seeing the veil as being gone as in the movie “The Matrix” seeing that “there is no spoon” — for there is not. There is only oneness in all things.

Practice this now. Work with this. Many more tools will be giving you as this continuing process develops. As each of you acclimate to these energies, as each of you are ready to continue to work with the higher level of energies you will be given newer tools … not given by us but remembered by you.

ONE WHO SERVES

Om Mani Padme Hum. Om Mani Padme Hum. Om Mani Padme Hum. Om, Om. Greetings to you!

Wonderful as always to be with you, to share with you, to experience with you.

And we would say here that to help many of you to understand what is occurring here we are going to give a bit of an analogy here to help you to understand that things are changing, that you are changing. That many things that we have been working with you on are having an effect. So we use this analogy of your movie those of you who remember “The Karate Kid”. So many of you must remember this movie The Karate Kid.

And Mister Miyagi, the leader there, the one who was helping the young one — do not remember the name here of that one [Daniel/aka Karate Kid] — but he was helping him. But he was helping him without him even realizing he was being helped. For what did he say? Paint the fence. Wax the car. Wax on — wax off, all of these things. And he was doing these repetitive motions over and over and not understanding why he was having to do it and yet he was doing it. He was following discipline. And he was following the discipline, doing what he was being told, not understanding why but yet doing it and getting tired. His hand was getting tired but he kept doing it and doing it and doing it. And then finally he broke.

Finally he said I’m not doing this anymore unless you tell me why we are doing it. And Mister Miyagi then turned to him and said paint the fence and he struck at him. And as he struck at him the painting the fence, the arm went up immediately spontaneously because this is what this one, this student had learned to repeat the motion over and over and it became secondhand or simple to him; as second nature to him as he went through these motions: paint the fence, wax the car, all of these things.

And this one, this student realized that he had learned karate! He had learned the beginning of martial arts just from doing this, without even knowing he was doing this.

Now why do we say all this? We say this now because many of you are wondering, what are we learning here. It is the same thing over and over and over — some think this. Not all — but some think this. And we tell you this now because yes, we are purposely being repetitive over and over. Because as we are doing this with you, you are learning from painting the fence; you are learning from waxing the car; you are learning.

Your third eye center is increasing. Your DNA processes are reconnecting once again. All of these things are shifting and changing without you really even knowing that it is happening. You wonder timewise, when is it going to happen, when is this going to happen and we tell you it is already happening! And you look around you and you say, “What is happening? Nothing has changed. It is the same thing. The same old same old.” But yet, just as in the movie, it did change. Everything changed in those repetitive motions.

Everything changes in these things we repeat over and over to you because little by little it is getting in there. It is getting into those thick noggins of yours. You see? There is a method to our madness.

As to the timeframe you know we cannot give times. And even if we could we will not because that would spoil the surprise. That would take it away from you. For when some of these changes actually begin — some of the more prominent ones that we have spoken of, that you have heard of many times here over and over — when they actually begin to happen you will be amazed and shocked and thrilled and in blissful state as it occurs.

But if we give you a date — if we even knew the date to give — and if we did give those dates and you come to those times and it does not happen, and you become disconsolate as many of you have. For you have heard dates before … many times. And things did not happen as you wanted them to happen.

But yet things did happen in those dates, in those times. You just were not aware of them.

But many of you as you open those eyes and open your ears to those things that are yet unseen by most: they are there, we are there, all the experiences you have been waiting for and hoping for are here now.

We always say be in the now because there is nothing better than the perfect now that you are in. So trust, believe, experience. Let it all be as it is to be. “It is what it is”. Come to understand that more and more fully and then everything in your life will be seen as a rosy picture for you if you look at it in this way.

The James was guided earlier to say “Attitude Leads to Altitude”. It’s very, very true.

Now we are done off our soap box here. We are ready for question. You can un-mute your phones now those of you that wish to ask question. But before you ask a question, those of you that might be new, we do not play games here. We do not play with psychic interpretations and psychic predictions and all of these things because predictions are nothing more than probability of something occurring. The future is nothing more than the probability that something will happen. So look at it in this respect and ask your questions.

Q & A

Q:  Would you recommend The Five Rites for one who has been experiencing vertigo?

OWS:  Now for this, for you specifically we would answer this in this way. You must look within yourself to ask this question. It is not for us or anyone else to say yes or no to your going through and doing this. But as you do whatever it is that you do, know that you do it with guidance, you do it with preparation, you do it little by little at first. If you are going to do the Rites do them little by little to begin with.

We will tell you a little bit about these Rites. They are ancient if you do not already know it. Those of you who have not read this book these are very ancient yoga rites and they have a great deal of change that comes as a result of doing these. Just as anything, when you begin to work with the energies within you, and we speak specifically about the chakra energy and the kundalini energy here, as you begin to work with this you must be careful. You must be very careful because changes can happen that you are not expecting for them to be if you are not prepared for this fully.

This is why we say as the Charles said earlier, you must ask for your guidance, your inner guidance and it will direct you if you listen to it. As for someone who is already experiencing vertigo, that type of thing, this may tend to exacerbate that … and it may not. It depends. We would suggest to try it and see. If it is too much stop doing it. Now this is for all. If you are trying it and doing it and it is feeling like it is not for you then don’t do it. Simple as that. Okay?

Q:  I live in a quaint little village St Congenesbury [??] and I was wondering if Sananda would have a very long long time ago passed through this village as he went to Glastonbury (England)?

OWS:  As we are looking at this Sananda has been many places. Yeshua also has been many places. So has Ashtar. So has Archangel Michael. There are so many that are right there in front of you and many of you do not even see us when we are there. That is because of the veil within you certainly but we are there more than you can possibly imagine.

But the one we believe you are speaking of is Maitreya. Maitreya as the Christ is the one you are speaking of specifically in that particular area. He has been there in body, physical body, and has brought his vibrations down to be able to be in that area at those times. Others of us have been there at times as well. Whenever there is a need, whenever there is a reason to be dropping our vibrations down to come to yours more fully.

But we say this in helping you to understand though that that will not happen much longer because your vibrations are already increasing. So for us to come down to your vibrations becomes less and less of a chore for us here you might say. You are coming up. Then, as you are coming up we can come down a little bit but eventually you will be right up there with us. And when you are there with us we will party. Okay?

Q:  I have gone within to find out about my other aspects of me and I always think I’m getting an answer and then I feel: is that the right answer, am I being infiltrated, is it wrong, is that right. Many people confirm with ‘yes you are who you are’ I think we doubt ourselves. But it is only because of the influences that are here right now. The dark influences can overshadow your judgment.

OWS:  That is correct.  Many ask within themselves. They ask for guidance, they look for their guides to speak to them, they ask in prayer for answers, and they receive them but they do not know they receive them because there is so much commotion going on, both outside of themselves and within as well. For if there is a great deal of chatter going on within the mind, many different thoughts, conflicting thoughts and all of these things, it is difficult for those of us to get through that barrier that is there and for you to hear us. And also in the area wherever you find yourself. Not only for this one who is asking this question but for many all over the planet. Certain areas it is more difficult to reach out to your guides, to your twin souls, to all of those who are trying to communicate with you and you with them.

It is difficult to make that connection because there is so much miasma in the atmosphere around you. So find in those times find yourself out in nature, find yourself out away from people if you can, where all those conflicting thoughts that are going on. Because remember all thoughts go into a collective universal consciousness — we will call it this universal mind — and they all go there and many people the pick up on these thoughts. You pick up on these thoughts all the time. But if you are not centered, and this is important, you need to learn to center yourself if you wish to connect with those who are trying to connect with you.

Q:  Yes. At one point I felt I was able to bring my other aspect through and it actually felt right, it felt wonderful and felt like I wasn’t being influenced. She’s up on the ship and I just wanted clarification that that is the case and her name is Commander Lady Athena.

OWS:  Very good. Yes and you have received your clarification here. Not only from us but from those who are attempting to connect with you as well.

Q:  I was wondering if you could share where some of the Cities of Light will manifest besides Sedona?

OWS:  Yes we can do that but we will not give direct locations rather some areas that they might be. For you already know of the one in Sedona. There will be one or two in the African area. There will be one in the Middle East area or rather several actually in that general area. One in the what you call and the [??] in that area. And there will be one that will eventually appear. There will be ones that will appear in South America. So in many different places across the planet, twelve in all are here at this time to be a part of the expression. But there will be more that will be after this as well. And this will coincide with the movement of those of you who are ready for this up into the ships and down into Inner Earth and Hollow Earth and all of this. All of this is part of the expression that is going to be in the ascension process as it continues here.

Incidentally we will say here the one in Sedona is slated to be the first one and this one is already appearing to many if they are having the eyes to see it at this time. In order to have the eyes to see it though there must be a belief process there. They must believe it first and then they will see it. If they do not believe it they will not yet see it.

Q:  My twin flame has given me the information and I just want to check on this that he’s one of the Jesuses. I guess an aspect of Sananda. And also that one of his reincarnations was Bob Marley. Is that possible and does that sound correct?

OWS:  First of all we will not give information such as this because it is not allowed. We cannot say as a third party here you might say coming to you, we cannot say who your twin flame is or who your aspects are or anything of this nature. And if we could say it, those of us the One Who Serves would never even give this information because as we say many times it would spoil the surprise for you. So that is not going to be given here in this experience or in this avenue of expression here at this time. You will come to it on your own when the moment arrives. Okay?

Q:  You’ve given us a couple of tools, one is to go out in nature, one is the breathing for when these negative fear-based emotions come into our head, and I also have a couple that I’ve been given which is return to sender with consciousness attached or get thee behind me. I guess I’m wondering and sometimes you are in the world of like tons of people and you can’t get out or you live in the city or whatever. What do you think is the very very most powerful, the most effective to really chase those thoughts right out of there?

OWS:  Breathing. Breathing deeply. Centering yourself. Calming the storm all around you. See yourself in the center of the hurricane that is ranging around you, into the eye of the hurricane; you as the eye of the hurricane. This would be the most helpful in those types of situations. For everything then is blocked out. And you are centering yourself and are able then to be in a better space within yourself in those moments. And continue to keep your vibration higher.

OWS:  Other questions here? Nothing further? Then we are ready to release channel here.

It is important as you continue to move through this month of August or rather July and into the month of August and then into the month of September as you have heard, many things are shifting and changing and there are going to continue to be shifts and changes that happen as you move into these fall months, from the summer and into the fall months, you will experience more and more of these shifts and these waves of energy that have been coming in. And more are coming. More are coming! They have not been spoken of directly yet but they will be.

You will be having these waves of energy and they will become more and more powerful. All of this is to acclimate you continually to the higher energies so that when the Event actually occurs, you are prepared and ready for it so that you are not floored yourself, and you can feel the bliss that Sananda has said. And then you can turn around and help those others behind you. All of this is this process.

And all of this, all of these things we have been working and helping you with is leading to the next Advance (August 11-14 in AZ mountains) as you are ready for it. The Advance being, for those of you that may not understand, has been called a retreat in the past. You are not retreating away from anything anymore. You are Advancing on. This Advance that is coming up is going to be the next step in your evolutionary process here on this planet and in the next evolution.

COMMANDER ASHTAR

I AM Ashtar and I bring you great greetings and great tidings for so many things are shifting and changing.

Not in the future, not in the days to come, but in the perfect now that you are in because you are in the now. There is nothing that is keeping you from continuing to have that perfect expression within you as you continue moving along through this transition. And yes, you are in the transition now. You are moving through the ascension process and everything is exactly as it needs to be and you are in the exact right place that you need to be because you are in a position to bring about all that you came to do.

All of you came here, all of you volunteered as you have heard many times in the Clarion Call. Many of you came in the ships, even within the ships of the Ashtar Command. Many of you are commanders within the Ashtar Command — the other aspects of you which you will be reuniting with when those moments come, when the frequency has risen. For all is exactly as it needs to be and all is being orchestrated.

Do not forget that, even for a moment, as you continue to deal with various aches and pains and symptoms that arise as these frequencies continue to rise and in your heavier, dense 3D body it is difficult to move in these higher vibrations. Just as if you were to suddenly appear on one of our ships in your 3-D body you would be feeling such a weighted down in these higher vibrations you would not be able to withstand it. For there needs to be an acclimating process that occurs to be able to move into these vibrations, into these higher vibrations. Even when we ourselves would come down and visit with you we need to lower our vibration which we are not apt to do very often. And when you have risen to the higher vibrations you will understand why.

Many of you will feel like you have fought through all of this and once you arrive at that destination of the higher vibration in the 5th Dimension and beyond you would think, why would I want to come back. But you have also heard from Sananda especially that many of you will come back; many of you will return to help those that are still struggling behind. Because many of them cannot help it but struggle for they do not know what you know, they do not yet remember what you are beginning to remember.

My dear friends you are beginning to remember. All of you. Open yourselves up to all that is there for you. Open yourselves up to the veil within you dropping rapidly. And the more you become aware of that veil dropping the more it will drop. But you must trust. You must believe.

You heard from one of our dear brothers not too long ago, I will mention his name, Moses. He spoke of the ‘marching orders’; that you have been given your marching orders. Yes that is true …. But not ‘orders’. We do not give orders. We give suggestions, we give requests. We ask that you be ready now. We ask that you be ready to move ahead to move along within your own personal consciousness but also to be ready to assist others.

This is your calling. This is your mission, many of you. Many of you have already heard that call, have awakened to that call, and have already begun to awaken others as much as you can. So I tell you now is the time. Do all that you can to assist others, to help others to awaken at whatever level that they are at. Just as when you first awakened you had no idea of much of this that we speak of now. That now you hear these things and you have heard them many times before but that is purposeful on our part that we repeat things over and over and over because it is difficult to get through that veil that is there for you still, all of the programming that you have had to deal with. But we do our part to pierce this programming to pierce the veil but it is now up to you to continue to let that veil drop so that you are ready for the next steps when they are given to you.

Those next steps are what you might call right around the corner. So close that you can reach out and touch them. We are so close to you now that we can whisper in your ears. If you’re quiet enough you will hear us.

I AM Ashtar. I love you deeply, more than you can all understand at this point. Continue now to trust in each other, in yourselves. Know that the truth will very soon be revealed in many aspects.

 

ONE WHO SERVES

Wonderful to speak with you in this way. We always so do enjoy these times that we can kind of let go, let our hair down you might say. Although if you’ve seen pictures of us, the One Who Serves, you see we don’t have any hair.

But you know that is not true. That is a crazy picture that you have of us. That is not a real depiction of us whatsoever, of us, of me, whatever, here. (laughter)

You will see, when the time comes, and you will say ‘Oh my God! You’re the One Who Serves? No way! That cannot be! You cannot be looking like this! (laughter) But, we do. Anyway all kidding aside, we do not have message for you. Ashtar gave a wonderful message here and frankly we just do not have anything else to say here so what questions would you have here for us?

 

Q & A

Q:  This is regarding a rather disturbing dream I had recently. In it I was standing on the English (UK) coast.  The whole sky was covered in different color oblong shapes representing the millions of craft circling the earth, and I was smiling and happy knowing they were there. Suddenly a huge robot about 150 to 200 feet tall rose out of the sea. It came on shore and started to crush all of the houses and buildings. Then another rose up and turned out to sea. I knew it was heading toward America to do the same thing there. This caused me to wake up and I was very unsettled for a long time. But what I remember vividly about the robots was that they were orange. Could you shed light on this dream please because it made me think that perhaps some of the races circling the earth may not have our best interests at heart. And why the orange?

OWS:  Yes, first of all we would say when one has a dream and they would want to have some kind of an analytical understanding of it, it is best to ask directly of themselves. That is number one. But in this process, doing from what is called a third person-type of aspect here, we will answer it as best we can for the masses. Not so much for the one who has had this dream directly but for the masses and to wonder understand what is occurring here you were correct in that this was a depiction of the many, many ships that are there and coming and going to be here quite soon we would say here now. But for the giant robot that arose and started smashing everything, this is indicative of the smashing of the 3D illusion the smashing of the old ways, the old paradigm, the old programming. The ending of the old and the bringing on the new.

And the depiction of the orange color, what that represents: and what does the orange color represent? In this particular aspect it represents the second chakra which is a pleasure center you might say in many respects and the idea that after the smashing of the old of the buildings in this particular dream and the smashing of the old programming and everything, there will be great pleasure that will come as a result of this following this. You see? You are going to move through this expression, move through this changeover that is going to occur and is already occurring, and you are going to continue to experience these changes as they go both within you and outside of you as well. So all of the old programming that you have had within you is being smashed away. You see? This is what this is depicting not only for this one who is asking but for all to have an understanding of the many changes that are happening within you and will continue to happen within as the old is washed or smashed away here. Okay?

Q:  How is karma affecting us now and how will it proceed to be affecting us into the ascension?

OWS:  Very good question. Karma as you know it is not quite what you have become to understand. Yes it is the consequence and everything that happens — what goes around comes around, all of these types of things — this is true. But the karma as you understand it is not continuing now for you in terms of past life expressions. Most of you — not all — most of you have moved through the old karma that you have brought forth here. You have moved through and are no longer dealing with the old karma; the old consequences to your actions. You are only dealing with this in terms of new consequences to your actions now. And also understand that everything that is occurring now is happening so much faster it is manifesting so much faster as the veil continues to drop. As the veil continues to drop you will have [??] instant manifestation. Not yet. You are not ready for that yet and probably many of you understand why that could not be. And you still have somewhat of a buffer zone but that is also lessening and lessening as well. So karma as you know it is not quite the same thing as you came to understand in your past lives now and even up until certain portions of your current life here as well. It is changing and it is not something to be concerned about and certainly as you move into the higher vibration, into the higher- dimensional frequencies it will take on less and less importance because the consequences to your actions will be different because your actions will be different and your thoughts will be different. So therefore you will not have the karmic understanding in sense it has been in the past. Okay?

Q:  Instant karma is going to get us just like John Lennon said.

OWS:  Yes that is correct.

Q:  Will we be moving into more of a tropical climate as we come into the holidays like Christmas or is that going to be another year out?

OWS:  Here we go with the date/time. Talking about Christmas. You are not in the point yet where you are going to experience the changeover you might say of your climate aspects here on the planet where everything becomes much more temperate across the planet. That is not to say there will not be seasons. You will still have seasons but it will not be like it is now you will not have your major thunderstorms and snowstorms and hail and lightning and all of these types of things will be a thing of the past. You will not have this anymore. Your climate will become much more temperate across the entire planet. Except for certain zones that will be available and they will be there for people who want to experience those differences in climate and such as this. But there will not be the drastic changes or the drastic influences because there won’t be the thought forms anymore that will be creating this. You see? You your selves, your thoughts, the collective thoughts of mankind are what creates the weather now as well as some of the changes that result as part of the cabal and such. They still continue to have some effect here on these things. But it is largely your thought processes that create your climate. So once your thought processes have shift into higher vibrational frequencies your weather patterns will as well. It is all interrelated here. You can still have your white Christmases — just need to add that here — if you wish.

Q:  Regarding the events that happened this week in Antarctica with the ice shelf finally splitting. Can you give us any insight as to what that signifies?

OWS:  Yes. It mainly signifies that there are shifts and changings happening there. And if you notice this particular incident appeared across all of your media waves, even your what you call your mass media had this as well, the breaking off of this great  glacier here. And this is to point out or to bring attention to this particular area of Antarctica or rather to bring attention to Antarctica where many people across the planet have no concern, no thinking whatsoever about this part of the planet. But this part of the planet is going to become very important in the very near future as these things are revealed more and more. So it’s just meant to gather attention there for in this area. Nothing more significant; it didn’t open up a huge cave or anything of this nature. This has already happened but it has been covered up here.

Q:  Any updates in Montauk, Long Island?

OWS:  Yes. We are glad you have brought this up. We cannot bring it up unless somebody else has and to understand what has occurred there and is continuing to occur there you yourselves as a group had a great effect on this particular area. Much has occurred as a result of what you did there. Not that you can see directly the results of this but we can see it from our point of view that so much has shifted as a result of this. Those that are there, those ones that are called the Chimera have many of them did shift over at that time; some to the light and some moving toward the light, not fully toward it, and others are still entrenched in the darkness there and will continue to be such most likely. But there has been a shift that has occurred there, a consciousness shift, a frequency shift that has occurred and it is largely a result of what you did as well as many other groups that have been working with this area as well as working with the cintimani stones that have been placed all around this particular area in Long Island. It is very important what is occurring there because so much is shifting as a result of consciousness shifting there.

Q:  I’m really really tired of seeing myself in 3D and I’m wondering how much personal power do we have to bop ourselves into the next dimension like quickly? If we, can we, like what would we do to make this happen more quickly? Could we do it in a few days? Could we do it in a week or a month? What can I do to make that progress go more quickly?

OWS:  This brings us back to our discussion of the previous week when we talked about the taking of Heaven by storm here, or pushing the envelope too fast. Now that is not to say that you cannot do it. You can. You can do anything you want here. It is your free will, your choice but know that as you would do this there would be, you will create consequences for yourself in terms of higher-level ascension symptoms you might say: Kundalini rising before it is ready within your central nervous system. Many of these things can occur as a result of this.

Now that is not to say though that it is not good to meditate. Certainly it is wonderful to meditate each and every day. In fact, meditate 24 hours a day if you can. You see? Meditation does not need to be a cut and dried, sit there with your legs crossed in the lotus position, putting your hands in a certain position, and your fingers in a mudra. It does not need to be this at all where you are sitting there for hours at a time, weeks, months, none of this. This is not for you, those of you from the Western culture here. It is for you though to anchor the light, to hold the light, to spread the light as you can, as the Warriors that you are now. This is what you are here for.

So if you are wanting to speed up the process you might say you can certainly do that. There are many avenues of expression that you can use: crystals, doing yoga right, doing certain kinds of meditations, working with your astral body, all of these things you can do but we would say that it will probably not be an overnight affair here. You will probably need to work at it and work at it. But, when we say this now there is also the understanding that it is not going to be a long involved process for those of you because if it was, then where would the mass ascension come from, you see? You would be taking hundreds of years, lifetimes to go through in this respect.

So you are receiving a great deal of help and you are going to continue to receive a great deal of help from those of us, what you would call the Ascended Masters, as well as from the many Galactics that will be here as well as the Agarthans. All will be here to mentor to you; some personally directly with you, others from afar, you might say, just as we are doing now in this respect. In some understandings the mentors are already here for you and we are those mentors just as you are practicing and preparing and training to become the mentors of the future.

Always remember — one more thing — always remember when you work with the Kundalini energy you are dealing with fire … literally. Keep that in mind here.

Q:  Earlier we discussed the Mandela Effect. I heard there was going to be some sort of a timeline shift or activation this past Wednesday, July 12^th and I wanted to ask you about something that happened to me then.  I always monitor a website for the Schuman Resonance. I checked it (Wed) at 11 PM, then woke in the middle of the night at exactly at 3 AM and looked at the website but something didn’t look right to me. I went back to bed and when I got up in the morning the website was still open. The page reflected the 11 PM time from the night before. When I refreshed it instead of forwarding 9 hours, it forwarded 17 hours — 8 hours extra — which has me confused as to what happened. Did I experience the Mandela Effect and was there a timeline shift?

OWS:  You are experiencing the shifting within the dimensions here. As the dimensions continue to shift and move along and all of these timelines and all of this, along with it as the frequencies continue to increase you are going to experience these times where at some point time stands still almost literally and at other times it speeds up or slows down.  It is so many different things that are happening now. It’s almost like as if you are in a different universe at times.

Many of you are feeling this way like a surreal moment for you in some respects. This is because of the veil lifting, the timeline shifting and all of these things coming together at once coming closer and closer to what has been called the zero point. You are moving to that point. And when you do, this will be The Event, this will be the changeover, and all of these things will come back to your remembrance as to what has occurred. As far as the Schumann Resonance goes, we would not say to put too much emphasis on this as this is an indicator only. And it is an indicator of shifts and changes that are happening with the energy of the Earth and all of these and the consciousness shift that is occurring here. So it is important in some respects but not something that you want to watch what you might call religiously here. Be aware of it, notice the shift as it happens, notice a spike here and there. Yes, that can be very interesting and entertaining but do not put too much relevance on this until the actual shift occurs at the Event.

Q:  Can you talk about the mummies that were unearthed under the Nazca Lines?

OWS:  What we can tell you on that as we are forbidden at this point to say too much on this because this will be revealed when it is the right moment at the right frequency for it to be revealed. There is much information here. There is much coming forward and it ties into many of the things that you have been hearing about Antarctica, about places in the middle east, the various gateways, and star gates, and all of this that are going to be opening, and already opening, and as far as the energy Ley Lines, all of this is connected together with the pyramids. Everything is connected here. So to go into too much about this particular incident, this particular finding that has happened we can only say that it is the beginning of many findings such as this. There are many more going to be coming forth, many already found and held back — have been covered up — but that cover-up process is coming to an end very quickly here.

You are going to see many different changes as a result of the truth coming forward in so many different ways. The truth will be revealed and it is being revealed and the more that you particularly have the eyes to see and ears to hear you will become aware of it before the rest of mankind becomes aware of it. But it is coming forward in so many ways.

We are going to release channel here now. Just know … continue to know your place in all of this. You as the volunteers that came here. You as the light workers. You as now what you have been hearing more and more the light workers turning into the light warriors the ones, who have gotten their marching orders, the ones who are prepared for action. Those of you, you are the ones that are continuing this process and do everything you can just as Ashtar said do everything you can in any respects to spread this light, to share this light with your fellow man in any way that you can whenever the opportunity arises. Now is the time to do this more and more.

I AM Sananda.

And as always it is wonderful opportunity to be with you to share with you to experience with you. For as you experience all of this so do we. Although we may seem as higher than you, we’re only higher in consciousness, higher in vibration and frequency but no better than you. Always remember this.

For in those moments when we come together as brothers, and sisters, as friends, know that we come together in that way. We do not expect you to supplicate yourselves in front of us. We expect you to embrace us as friends, as brothers and sisters. For we are you and you are we. All of us are one through all of this.
Many times I as Sananda are with many of you at various times. Many of you know me directly, know my vibration, and you know by experience, how we are one together.

Those memories will come back to you in that moment when that energy comes into the planet as the ‘event’, or as the ‘changeover’, that pulse of energy, many of you will have your memories returned to you; memories of those moments, of those times when we have been together frolicking in the field, swimming in the ocean, whatever it might be. We have experienced many of these things together. Not always in the three-dimensional world but in the higher vibrations, in the higher dimensions. There you knew me and I knew you as well, as I continue to know you now, each and every one of you.

You are all near and dear to my heart and my love. And we share that love together because, as together, we are moving through this entire process. You have never felt alone and you never will be alone through this. We are always only a whisper away from your doorstep, your consciousness.

So many things are happening and there are many small events that are about to trigger, about to begin. As you have heard many times nothing can stop this process now. It’s only been delayed momentarily. All is in flux and all is already happened at the higher levels, it only needs now to manifest through the veil into this three-dimensional experience. But as it materializes in this three-dimensional experience, know that this three-dimensional experience is dissipating. It is moving away and you are moving beyond it. For eventually there will be no three-dimensional experience here any longer. All will be fourth and fifth and even higher at that time.

But as you know there is no time. All time is one. Past, present, and future are all one. And you are coming to understand that more and more as your time is seemingly speeding up, is it not? All of it.

And you will feel at times powerless to make the changes, to bring about the changes to the world that you seek, that we all seek. But I tell you now as Sananda, you are making those changes each and every moment of your life as you continue to operate within the ‘now’ within your consciousness, within the ‘now’ of the collective consciousness, because that is all there is is the ‘now’. You take away the time which is the past and the future all that’s left is the now so that when you have moved into those higher vibrations permanently into the full higher fourth and into the fifth dimension time will seemingly standstill.

As I mentioned briefly there are many small events about to trigger. Specifically you are going to see more and more of what are called, have been called, the mass arrests. They are imminent. In many respects they have already begun. You will see these becoming more and more prominent. As more and more of the cabal is dismantled in all the different ways: financially, emotionally, religiously, militarily, all of it is coming down. For it must come down. The old must fall away before the new can be born again. I say ‘again’ because you have had Golden Ages here on the Earth before and you are about to move into a new Golden Age.

You are the catalyst for this new Golden Age. You are the ones that are bringing this about. With our help, yes, with our guidance, yes, but it is you that must do the act. You must take action and as the warriors, as the light warriors you have been taking more and more action whether it is working directly within yourself to move yourself along through this process, or if it is working outside of yourself, as well, to assist in any way that you can. You are the warriors in this mission.
Soon, very soon, at your next Advance I will be sharing much more about those missions, and you at the council tables, and how all of this will come together.

Yes and I AM Aramda. Greetings.

It is wonderful to be with you here, as well, in all these times that we can share. And as I have spoken to this group before where we have shared many experiences previously, some long time ago in your understanding of time but in the new understanding of time it was only a moment ago. And we are going to be here again together.

I, representing the Galactics now. Those of us that are here to assist in our many different ways with our ships preparing being ready to amplify the energies as they come through into this planet, into your consciousness as a collective. We are all here ready, willing, and waiting for that moment to be given, that signal to be given, the green light if you will. Because when that green light has been given — and it is only steps away now for that — when that green light is given we will all move into action finally freed from the binds that have held us back because of the Prime Directive where we cannot interfere unless it is asked for directly or unless it is important that we do so in that moment.

Many things come into play here and I cannot go into all of this and how this works. But know that there are many councils that meet daily in your understanding of time. Daily, many councils. Many coming to all different kinds of decisions through the process that is involved here. We all have our part to play just as you all have your parts to play. And play it we all are, for as has been said many times this process cannot be stopped any longer.

There will not be a partial disclosure. There will be a full disclosure when that moment arrives. Mankind will forever change in that moment. I ask you now on behalf of all of my brothers and sisters from up here in the heavens you might say I ask you all now to prepare for those moments prepare for that changeover because it is quite imminent now for many small events to begin; as Sananda said, for many events to begin to trigger now. And what you have heard many times as the dominoes beginning to fall and fall they shall.

All of my peace and love be with all of you. I as Aramda, your brother, your friend in love and light.

Om Mani Padme Hum. Om Mani Padme Hum. Om, Om. Greetings to you! One Who Serves here with you to continue this process.

But first before we do we wish to share just a little bit about your discussion earlier on the kundalini and how important it is and something not to trifle with … never to trifle with because it is a very powerful energy that can literally take your central nervous system by storm here. And you do not want that. Trust us, you do not want that. You want to be raised gently, easily, as you are going along here, as you continue to acclimate to the energies.

We know what your bodies are like. We know what your consciousness is like here in this Western culture. And we have been working with you in many ways to help this process come along, to find other ways in the old ancient knowledge you might say to do the same thing but to do it gently, to do it over a period of time here so that when the event happens, when this pulse of energy comes it will move through you and all the way up in you your kundalini energy will rise but you will be ready for it. You will have, as Sananda says many times, you will have acclimated to these energies.

And you will be ready for it because we are preparing you. We have been training you, we have been working with you to do this with this group, with you as individuals and as a group, through individual and group initiations with Sanat Kumara — and incidentally more of that is to come so you are going to have more of these initiations, more of these movements of consciousness — as you continue to move through this process.

But as I say that now also know that time is growing short here: time in terms of your three dimensional understanding is growing short. So at times we may have to push the envelope a little bit if you are ready for this. And we are going to do this at the next Advance that you are going to have. We are planning to push the envelope if you are ready for it and we will make sure before we do that you are ready for it by asking you as the James did earlier before the last Advance. As you were asked if you were ready to work to eliminate or to help dissipate the chimera in that Long Island area. And we asked you and you said you were ready and so we did, we pushed the envelope little bit. But this time we are going to push it as a group, yes, but also as individuals within the group. That is all of you. Those of you that will be on the phone as well. All of you are part of this because as you know there is really no time and space here, all is one. So whether you are on the phone, whether you are here in person it will be all the same thing as far as these types of experiences go.

And all are welcome to be a part of this and we would hope that you would be a part of this because then we can work with you more directly even than when we can in these Sunday gatherings here. Okay?

Q & A

Q: I would like to know what the purpose of the kundalini is.

OWS: That is a very difficult question to say what is the purpose of the kundalini energy, but we can say what it does, what it is there for. It is there to raise your vibrations, to continue to raise you into the higher frequencies. And to raise that energy frequency within your body so that it slowly, (normally) slowly acclimates within your body. And this is the purpose of it you might say as well.

But you also must understand in terms of purpose there is never any one purpose. There are changing purposes for all including the kundalini energy. For some it will create a rising of vibration and higher frequencies and moving into taking your chakras and your glands that work with your chakras and raising those energies within those glands, because so much happens within your various glands and these chakras are associated with this. So they will continue to help to rise this, raise this process that energy, deep energy within you, the fire within you and you might say.

It also brings about the connection to your Higher Godself. And this is what the ascension process is all about is bringing you back — again we say ‘back’, not ‘to’, but back to your higher self from which you never left. It is only the mind that has created leaving part. You have never really left the connection with your higher self, it is just part of the programming.

So the kundalini energy is very important and it happens often within yourself without you even knowing that it is raising. But there are times when you can become aware of it because of an energy movement within your spine; or some type of electrical frequency that goes off within you; or that blissful feeling that comes over you or some of you; when you feel those goosebumps, you know of what we speak of here, that is the kundalini energy. That is a [smidge] or a small portion of it as you are feeling it at that time. But we are speaking of is a full kundalini energy rising in that moment of the event. And if you can think about it in that terminology, what that will be like in that moment. And for those that are not ready for this, what the kundalini energy rising in that moment will do to them. That is not to say that they will die on the spot. We are not saying that although some will. But for the most part those who are within the light will continue to stay within the light. Okay?

Q: Okay. And that is why they call it The Enlightenment. Is that true?

OWS: That is correct.

Q: I was involved with a group and I experienced (I think) what you’ve been talking about where the kundalini energy came in too strong. I’ve been going through a process of releasing this energy and releasing emotions and now the left side of my body has gone numb and tingly. It’ll feel like I have ice on my crown chakra if I get overstimulated. So would you have advice for someone who has experienced this overstimulation of the central nervous system? I’m healing but it is definitely been a surreal experience.

OWS: We understand and we can give you the breathing exercises that have been given will help greatly. If you are not already doing that begin to do that. Do not, and we repeat, do not do anything that will begin more and more to raise the kundalini energy. Do not need to do that. Let it go for little bit here and everything will subside and come back to as it needs to. Also ask your guides, ask your higher self — make that connection with your higher self — to bring down the energies somewhat so that you come back into a normal state of consciousness and circulation. This would be very important. So many different tools. Also there are various crystals that you can use, specifically obsidian. The big black stone will help to ground you in that respect. You understand this what we speak of?
Obsidian would be very helpful here. As you take that obsidian, as you take that crystal, energize it with your energy. Let your energy move through it and that its energy move through you, make the connection between you and that crystalline rock.

Q: Will ascension begin before Nibiru returns?

OWS: The short answer of that is yes. So there is no concern that there is a planet coming into the Earth’s atmosphere and will change the tides and create havoc on the planet and all of this. That is not to happen. That was in the old way, the Old Testament, the old words that were given previously in terms of the end times. All of this. And it was also in the New Testament as we see it now as well. So do not be concerned about that. That is no longer within your timeline to be concerned about. But it is a fact as you can say that it will be here at a time. But this will come after these earlier waves of ascension have completed here. So it is yet still some time off here in terms of three dimensional timeframe.

Q: I want to ask about a dream I had. In the dream we were in our Sunday meeting and James was speaking. I looked out the window and saw a large rainbow with really deep colors. Then a large bolt of lightning came down through the rainbow and it transformed into the shape of a female being. Very tall. I could see the side profile. And then all of a sudden the military was everywhere: planes, helicopters in the sky and on the ground. And this one helicopter was about to fire upon this being. The sun came down and two hands came out of the sun, grabbed the helicopter and tossed it away. I wanted to know if you could provide some insight on that.

OWS: Yes, this is indicative certainly of the various levels of the cabal attempting to overtake or to control Heaven here, to control Source Energy. And they cannot do this, would never be able to continue to be able to do this, but they continue to try so they send their war machines to fight against something that they have no idea what it is. Yet they fire upon it or they attempt to fire upon it. And of course this would never be allowed to be able to go against and withstand the energies of the Source — the Source Energy. Think about this! How preposterous this is to think that they can go against even the archangels you might say. But yet in their folly they believe they can. They believe that they can control not only this planet but the solar system, the galaxy, even the universe itself. How ridiculous is that?!?! You see? So this is what was being shown in your dream, the folly of this. A helicopter … they are in front of the Source Energy! The Source Energy reaching out with its hands and just wiping it away like it is nothing there! You see?

Q: About a month ago in a meditation I was impressed to ask my artist friend to paint a picture of the planet. I was given the colors which match the crown chakra of white, gold and purple, and the dimensions. You know, very detailed. I tried to imagine what it would look like and was told, “It is not for you to visualize what it is to look like. I will impress the artist.” The artist complied and was told to paint not one but three. They’re all different and he said he didn’t know why but that’s what he was impressed. Now that we have those pictures what do we do with them please?

OWS: As to what you do with them that is up to you and your higher selves to direct you here. But as to what it was depicting is that the colors of the Earth are going to change. The perception of the Earth is going to change drastically. The blues that you have, the greens that you have, all of these wonderful colors are going to become so much more brilliant and in some respects even change. Think in terms of not a blue sky but a violet sky or a magenta sky. You see? This is what it is depicting here. It is going to be vastly different but different in a wonderful way.

What you can do with the pictures is meditate on them. Look within them … and I say specifically look within them. Not at them but within them; into the consciousness itself within the picture for there is consciousness in these pictures because they came from the consciousness of a human being so there is energy within them, vibration within them, and feel and know this connection. Feel this vibration. And as you do this — you use the word impressed so we will use this – the right action here impressed upon you what to do with this at that time.

Q: You have said that as we rise higher into the 4th and 5th dimensions sickness cannot exist and so I’m trying to understand how to handle my situation. I took a prescription drug 18 years ago that caused a lot of health issues for me and I’ve been working hard to raise my vibration. I’m wondering: do I put any attention towards these health issues or do I just simply keep doing what I’m doing and raise my vibration knowing that as I raise into the higher dimensions these health issues will be resolved. Can you speak to that it all?

OWS: Yes, you have already answered that. You already know that that is what you need to do. That is what you are being directed to do, guided to do here by your higher self. So continue to raise your vibrations, just as all, many different sources have been saying. Raise your vibrations and all of these various health issues and sicknesses and maladies of all kinds will dissipate … just float away like they were never there. And literally you will have lost the memories of all of this as you continue along through this ascension process. It will be as if you were never sick, you never had any illness of any kind. This even goes for those who have cancer, diabetes, anything, multiple sclerosis, whatever it is all of it will fade in memory and certainly fade in symptom. Okay?

Oh and one other thing are you off of the prescription?

Q: Oh yes. I took it in 1999 and it caused a lot of issues for me and I haven’t taken it since then.

OWS: Wonderful. That is what we were going to suggest if you were on it not to — and this is for all — not to get off of your prescription medicine overnight but to begin to wean yourself away from them as much as you can. For, look at it as sometimes they are helpful, they can be important, but mostly just to handle the symptoms that you are feeling. But there are many things that can handle the symptoms as well. Many natural substances are available. Anything from the Earth herself that is available would be very helpful and much more beneficial than any kind of chemical that is created by man.

Q: There was a message from Lord Adama given 25 years ago about a protocol of the 5th dimension. He explained that in the 5th dimension it’s not welcome to hug each other — they don’t hug each other like we like to do on the Earth. Is that true?
OWS: What we are going to say is we never want to say anything against another source of any kind. Because what was in those circumstances when this message was given is highly different than what is available here at this time. So in that time period, in that time frame, for that particular audience at that time, this was meant in a different respect here.

To not so much that it is not to hug, but there are telepathic understandings in terms of understanding one’s vibration and feeling one’s vibration. And if you can feel one’s vibration then the physical sense of creating a hug is not necessary because that is in a physical form in terms of a physical expression. That is not to say that it is not okay and not important for you to hug another individual, clasp hands, kiss, whatever it is to show affection, show love, show camaraderie, all of this is very important. But as you move into these higher vibrations, into the 4th and higher 4th and into 5th dimension and beyond, you will be able to know another by their vibration. Even if they are not right there with you in the room or wherever they might be you will know them, you will feel them, and in that respect you will not need to create a hug.

But with that understanding, with that caveat here, we are also going to say that when you see us for the first time youhad better Hug us!! Okay?! [Laughter!!]
Q: OK! No worries there!

Q: I’m glad you said that because I was getting worried there for a moment that I couldn’t hug my twin flame! I want to hug him so much. I’m looking forward to it.
OWS: We want to hug you too.

Q: She was explaining because when we hug, the energy got mixed. So you don’t have to do that … to mix your energy with somebody else’s energy on a hug level.
OWS: That is correct. As you have brought this up we will bring this up now as well because sometimes people wonder about what it is like in the higher dimensions. Are we going to be able to have physical expression in terms of a sexual expression? And as male and female and whatever the situation might be you will still have the sexual expression as you know it but it will be different. It will change as you continue to evolve and eventually — did anyone see the movie “Cocoon”? Yeah, many of you were thinking of that even before we say it here yes. And in that respect they had the sexual expression between them and would not even touch each other or lightly touch each other. But they felt it. Even the one felt the, what is it called, it’s been so long we forget now … the orgasm yes thank you!

[Re: movie “Cocoon”] And if you watch it and watch this particular scene you will understand what we are saying here. A Pleiadian, because that was depicting Pleiadians coming together with human in sexual expression of their type … not of his type but of their type. He wanted it his way but it did not turn out that way but he was very happy anyway! Now even though this is a movie and not directly factual completely, it was depicting what it is like in the higher vibration and what it can be like. But as always there will be a transition process here so you will not be expected to go from 0 to 60 in 2 seconds. Okay?

Q: You are talking about how our health issues will clear and transform as we raise our vibrations but why is it that some of us seem to be experiencing more health problems and challenges as our vibration is increasing instead of having them lighten up. They seem to get be getting worse with the raising of the vibrations.

OWS: Because these are your ascension symptoms that you are going through. As you are moving through these higher vibrations or into these higher vibrations they are foreign to your central nervous system and to all of the programming that you have had here. So there is a process, a transition that you are moving through. But we promise you, as you continue to move through this transition and have your ascension when that occurs, all of this will be past memory and forgotten.

Again, all of those sicknesses those diseases those health problems, they will all be gone because you will literally be able to, in this transition, you will literally be able to enter in a device and everything will be perfectly balanced within you.
And that is what creates the disease and sickness and all of this is becoming out of balance. Dis-ease. Out of ease of your balance within your system. You can begin to work with this more and more by bringing your PH into a normal balance: alkaline/acid balance. Work with this. Look into this. There is much research that can be done on this. Much on this. Become much more alkaline than acidic in your body just as you’re swimming pools that you have. Those of you that have swimming pools, the pH within the swimming pool must be in balance. If it is too acidic what does it do, it corrodes the pipes. So what does acidic do within you, it corrodes the pipes; it corrodes the organs within you; the blood vessels within you; all of this. Too acidic = disease, sicknesses, ill health. More alkaline balanced here = perfect health. And we say that specifically: perfect health. That is where you are headed here. Okay?

We need to release channel here now.

So many things that you hear, so many things are changing, so many things are coming. Sananda says many mini events are about to begin. You are looking at your various dates that have been talked about your August 13th in that particular weekend, and also in terms of your September 21st thru 23rd time period, as well as some others that are going to pop up. And you will know when these pop-up what we speak of here.

I AM Sananda.

As always it is wonderful to be with you. To be able to continue to share, to be able to continue to open up so many things that have been kept from you, so many things that you have been separated from or you believe you have been separated from. But to be separated no more because so many things are in the works. So many things are about to shift and change and alter the very prospective that is you in the human dimension, in this human illusion of the 3^rd dimension.

Mighty consciousness shift is at hand. It is so very close now. There are so many things that are about to what you would call ‘pop’ in the near future, the very near future.

And as you continue to look forward to these changes, the shift we have spoken of many times — that so many have been speaking of — know also that in the present moment that you are in is all that is important. Be in that ‘now’ moment. Be in the present. Be all that you can be now. And as you continue to be all that you are, to find the joy in every moment that you can, all that will be will be upon you before you can even blink your eyes. Because that shift, that consciousness shift that has been spoken of for many a millennia, is about to become awakened within all of you.

And so many things are coming to fruition. So many things are about to shift and change and move into a new consciousness level. You are about to move into a new consciousness level, as you speak in terms of DNA. As you speak in terms of shifts of consciousness that are happening now, you are in that shift. You are in that moment, that consciousness shift moment for you are becoming altered within you. You are becoming aware of who you are. You are becoming awakened to your full state of the being that you are, that spiritual being. No longer to be the human experience but to be the spiritual experience.

We watch you each and every day. We watch all of you. We watch over you and we watch you. We watch to see how you are shifting in your daily activities, how you are becoming emblazoned by the new consciousness that is moving through you. So many of you are feeling this consciousness so many of you are feeling this shift this knowing that is coming over you where you are beginning to hear the those of us that are beginning to whisper to you more and more and as you hear these whispers you becoming aware of that consciousness change that is happening within you. All is about this consciousness change and this shift now.

All is about this. There is nothing that is not about this in this moment. For this is what you came here for. This is what you evolved into in this time, in this moment of your life, is to be ready for your mission: those missions that you came here for; those that you volunteered to come here for.

And you are moving into those missions now. You are going to be directed. Many of you are going to find direction, mentorship that is going to come to you, that is going to bring you to the next level of your being, the next level of consciousness within you, that will continue to awaken within you the very understandings that you came in with a long time ago and had forgotten up to this time.

But so many of you are awakening. So many of you are beginning to listen to the whispers and sometimes, yes, the shouts, but all is happening now. All is bringing, brought forth now. And as you hear many times all is being orchestrated. You are in the middle of a synchronicity now that is bringing about so many of the changes, so many of the shifts that are happening. And you are that shift in that consciousness. Because of you it is happening. Without you it would not happen.

You are the consciousness change itself. As Gaia shifts as Gaia becomes aware fully of who she is as she moves into the higher vibrations of her consciousness once again. You, those of you that are the cells within Gaia herself, you are the ones that are moving this forward. You are the ones that are bringing this awakening process into full understanding and full awareness.

It is time now my brothers and sisters, my dear friends. It is time for you to become all that you came here to be. You are moving away from the old programming, away from the old paradigm that was what had been expected, what had been created by the cabal here and is no longer going to be allowed. It is no longer going to be a process of the connections that you have with the universe, with the cosmos.

You are the ones that are ready for this. You are the ones that have been preparing for this. And you are the ones that will take this forward into the new Golden Age of Gaia. So it is time now for all of you to become aware that everything is in flux now, everything is coming to the cusp, the cusp and the crescendo that has been spoken of. Believe it and you will see it.

Believe it and you will see it. For there is nothing that cannot occur now that has not been spoken of previously that has not been prepared for. For you are the ones that have been preparing and have been waiting and moving toward the expression of who you fully are. The time is now.

One Who Serves with you to share with you, to open up to question-and-answer.

 

And as Sananda said, you are on the cusp, you are on the very edge of that precipice that has been spoken of so many times. And as you move to the edge of the precipice how many of you are ready to jump off now? How many of you are ready to jump off and see if you can fly. Now that does not mean we want you to go to the top of a mountain or  building and jump off. That is not what we are saying of course. Nobody go do that. Okay?

But it means … what is your term here … with your imagination here to go to the edge of the precipice and if you are ready to jump off, if you see others around you jumping off, are you going to be one that is going to jump off as well? Are you going to join them knowing that you are not goingto hit the bottom as you would in your physical form because your physical form is shifting and changing. Even now your DNA is changing. You may not be aware of it and, no, you probably cannot do telekinetics and things of this nature. You cannot, maybe, use telepathy yet but all of these things are coming. You are going to be able to do many things. You are going to be able to raise objects with your mind. All of these things are going to be.

But first you need to continue to go through this program, this process of ascension, this shift in consciousness, this transition that you are moving through. Because everything is in the now and you are moving continually in the now. And even though there is a future, there is a past, they are all one.

And as you move fully more and more up into the higher vibrations you will begin to understand that more and more that past present and future are all one. There is nothing but the present now. And this will come more and more to you as your vibrations increase, as you find yourself in the higher vibrations more and more. And you wonder how do you do this. How do you move into the higher vibrations? Well you simply do it. That is all, you just do it. And it is not as difficult as you might think because [??] do it, as you know you are doing it, you will remember. You will remember what it is to be in the higher vibrations. You will remember what it is all about; what you are all about as a spiritual being just simply having a human experience now.

But that human experience that you are having now is about to greatly shift and you are going to come into the higher vibrations or rather many are going to come into the higher vibrations kicking and screaming. They maybe we will not want to do it because they will not understand it but yet it will happen. They will awaken. They will come into this. They will feel these energies.

Some though will feel these energies and be held off from them or want to hold off because it will be too powerful for them, they will not be able to withstand the energies. Just as many of you are feeling the energy and it is somewhat overwhelming and overpowering to you at times. And you say, ‘well it is too much for us so back it off a little bit’. And it gets backed off a little bit. And then you say, ‘well, bring it on,’ and then it comes back on and more and more.

So if you are ready for the energies more if you are ready to jump off the precipice then just say yes we are ready and we are going to do this and it is going to be wonderful and something that is going to be beyond your wildest imaginations. Okay? Do you have questions here for One Who Serves?

 

Q & A

Q:  Yesterday I had an unpleasant incident and I would like to know what the lesson is for me. I was driving and suddenly a hawk swooped down a few feet in front of my car. I just couldn’t react in time and I hit the bird. A short distance later I turned around and came back to see if the hawk was still alive and if I could help it but the body/bird was gone. I guess the vulture I saw at the side of the road had already gotten to it and took care of cleaning the road. It was very upsetting to me and I’m not understanding why it happened.

OWS:  The significance of this was for you …

There are those circumstances which are unavoidable or they seem to be unavoidable in any given situation. Whether it is hitting a bird or another animal, but that is not to say that there are [no] coincidences. There are no coincidences. There are no accidents. So there are always reasons for this. For as you experience the so-called of hitting bird, how would you feel at that point. Would you feel like you have harmed another live being? You see some would not even care about this; they would not even give it another thought. Now if it was a dog or something maybe that would be different but a bird not so much. But for you who has done this, this is significant for you because it is a being, it is a live being. And that is something that is very difficult for you to handle in terms of another being suffering here.

But we can tell you from this example here. Yes, you did hit the bird but it did not affect it as you would think it would normally. So it was not there because it was able to fly off. And the idea of the vulture being there in its’ place is that it is the embodiment of the — what is the word we are looking for — that there is an experience there that is not as good a thing. So you look at the vulture, so much, not so good. You look at a vulture as being evil, as being something that preys upon the dead. But there was no dead there for it to prey upon. So why was it there? That was because it was an experience [phone interference] … interference on the phone there. Please mute your phone. We would appreciate it. Thank you.

To go back here there is the continuing experience of would replace the feeling of life with death here. And this was indicative of that where ever there is life there is also death in terms of this being, this vulture preys upon that which is living or has died and this is its function, its mission you might say. This is what it does. It helps to rid those parts of bodies that have died it is all part of nature here you see. But for you specifically there was not the indication of it being hit and dying because it did not. You see? You understand this? Kind of went up about this in a roundabout way you might say.

Q:  I prayed for the soul and went back and I wished it all the best and asked God to send light. What was the purpose for me to go through this? Because the bird showed me it was flying to get the food and the food doesn’t matter actually it’s not the important part in our life so to get killed [for] it was confusing.

OWS:  Yes we understand that. That is why we say here that you had this experience to open yourself up to life here. That you would not harm another living being and this was just to show you that as you hit this bird it did not affect it because your love was there for it. You see?

Q:  This week all week I don’t know what is going on with me. I’m feeling out of place. I don’t know what to do and I don’t want to do anything. Is that the energy they’re giving up that affects like this?

OWS:  This is indicative of many that are going through these types of things. One minute the energies are high and you are feeling so wonderful and blissful, and the next moment you are dropped down to Earth, you might say in that sense. And everything is not so good, or you do not feel so good, or you have lack of energy, and all of these things. And what have you been calling these things? You have been calling them ascension symptoms. And this is continuing on for many of you — for all of you really at one point or another — and will continue on as you continue through this ascension process.

But know that, as these things are happening. Simply realize what it is that is occurring, that it is just a symptom, an ascension system and it will pass. And it will move on and the next moment you will feel possibly blissful and high and all of these things. High without the use of drugs even. And you will feel, much will continue on in your life with high energies and low energies. Everything is an energy and a rest.

This is what you must understand that the universe works this way, the galaxy, the solar system, everything is at energy and at rest. At times you are energized, at times you are at rested. Well the universe does the same thing; it has an energy and a restful period. And you are coming out of that restful period of 26,000 years now for your galaxy here. And this is the, you are moving into the energy period. This will be the new Golden Age as these energies continue to increase and increase and increase. As the energies increase know that it can wreak havoc on your central nervous system at various times, and your chakras are affected by this as well, as to be working with your chakra system or with your central nervous system here. Okay?

Q:  Several years ago my son got a little white pitbull which I became really close with. In 2013, after being away for a few months I came back to find she had been stolen. I think of her so often. I will see images of dogs in clouds and in tiles and stuff like that wherever I go. I was just wondering if she’s still here on Earth or has she left?

OWS:  As we find it, Sugar is alive and well in another situation, another home you might say, but know that your connection with this one, this being, this wonderful spirit within your connection will continue on for much, much time. Not so much in your lifetime here now but you will be reconnected to this particular soul spirit. Cannot say too much more on this at this time but there is a connection here — a soul connection even though it is in the animal state.

Q:  In a meditative state I had a vision of a door at the top of a set of stairs opening and a being coming down the steps from this door. I’m looking from the bottom. Then heavy droplets of white light come raining down on me and three explosions of white light looked like firecrackers in a row right across me. Can you tell me what that means?

OWS:  Yes you are looking up at the doorway here above you?  Yes, this is indicative of the ascension process as you are moving through this. And that one that was at the doorway there is indicative of your higher self waiting for you with the door open. We can show you the door but you are the one that needs to walk through it. This is what was being given here. The door is open, it is there for you. And the explosions of light all around you are exactly that, the explosions of light within you. As you do these various meditations and such you work with the light. You are working with the light, exploding the light, sharing the light and this is what was shown here to you. Does this make sense to you?

If you had walked up those stairs that would have been indicative of a changing also here for you. You did not walk up the stairs. You simply looked up there. We are finding here one more thing we can share: you are going to have a dream about this. A dream is going to come that is going to be very similar to this and in that dream the stairs are going to be there and you’re going to climb the stairs. Whether you move through the door or not though will depend on you within the dream.

Q:  I have been thinking so much about all these people that suffer from autism and they cannot find a way to communicate with the physical word and I also feel the level of frustration and the pain they express and I’m very driven by that. I feel so much for them. I would like to know why is that they are trapped and they cannot communicate. And also can we do something to help them out?

OWS:  You are already doing something to help them out all of you. When you do your meditations you are helping them out. But know that they are there and going through what they are going through to continue to work to complete the process for themselves. It is their contract that they came in with and they are following through with it. But also understand, just like you they are volunteers here to come here and be a part of this and to share the light in the way that they are doing. But as the energies continue to increase, as the event occur, and as the consciousness shift comes across the planet they will also shift as that happens and they will come into the higher vibrations. And as you have been hearing over and over, if you are in the higher vibrations you cannot have these types of maladies and illnesses and all of these types of things they are experiencing now. Not only them but all. Even those with those with cancer and diabetes and multiple sclerosis and all of these types of things. All of these will be healed in the instant when it is time for this. There will be miraculous things that will occur at that time.

Q:  Cobra talks about cintamani stones. Can you tell us about that. And is Cobra a double agent?

OWS:  Will answer the second question first. No! he is not a double agent. He is for the light specifically. He is a great light to the planet here and is going through many things that are calling to him that are saying that he is not of the light and all of this. It is another part of discernment. So if you are feeling as you are experiencing what this one is saying and sharing if you are feeling that it is not for you, then it is not for you. But if you are feeling love and light coming from this one then that is what he is sharing, that is what he is bringing here. He is bringing a great deal of new, uh, rather disclosure you might say to the masses to those who are ready to hear it. Okay?

The cintamani stones are real. They are just as he has described them and they are being planted in many different strategic places across the planet to bring higher energies to that area to raise an angel in that area just as he has shared with you. And it is very important because it is bringing the grid — the consciousness grid here on the Earth, not the Christ Consciousness grid but the crystalline grid you might call it — and bringing that together as well as with all the ley line connections. So all of this is a part of this bringing the great energy centers back together because where many of these cintamani stones are being planted they are around energy centers or around centers that were once energy centers and have been changed over to the dark side you might say; such as your Montauk in Long Island for instance.

Q:  And he talks about how if we have them on our bodies it will ease the transition to ascension. Is that correct?

OWS:  That is one, it is a tool. It is another tool. You have many different tools: crystals, cintamani stones, many different things that, your breathing techniques, all of these are tools. Utilize them and you will be also given many, many more, or rather you will remember many more as you keep moving through this process here.

Q:  Can you tell me where I can bury my cintamani stone in order to help facilitate what you just explained? I have reached out to Cobra and his people but have not received an answer. Would it be incorrect or negative to plant it by my home or would you know of a place near where I am which would best facilitate and help overall.

OWS:  You are in Florida you say? There are many locations there that you could do this but what we would say to you rather than look outside of yourself for the answer ask within yourself. Ask your higher self your higher God self and you will receive the answer back in that respect. You will know where to plant it or if to plant it at all. Maybe you are needing to wear it as the previous caller had said. You see?

Q:  Regarding the lady’s story earlier about the dog: I had a very strong soul connection with a cat that was taken very young; it died in my arms and I do feel his presence. I want to know if it was possible once we transition into 5D will I be able to have him back or would he remain in spirit where he is now?

OWS:  Absolutely. Did you ever watch the Robin Williams movie What Dreams May Come? The dog was there but he wished it to be there. You will be able to do exactly the same with your animals as well as your loved ones. So if your loved ones do not initially go with you into the higher vibrations into the 5^th dimension and they remain in 3^rddimension or whatever it may be, you will be able to connect with them at their level at that time. You see? Nothing will be lost.

Q:  Approximately 3 ½ years ago at the beginning stages of my awakening, I spoke to a homeless man whom everyone was staying very far away from.  He asked for a light for his cigarette and we began a deep conversation which lasted for approximately 45 minutes (with people walking as far around us as they possibly could). Without going into detail, it was one of the most rewarding experiences I ever had. I gave him some cigarettes, some money, and a big huge hug and when I left I was floating. I felt like I was 20 feet high and had an experience I never had before my life. I thought to myself he must’ve been an angel. And I think in retrospect we’re being tested to see how we would respond in situations to which most people have been conditioned to shun. And shortly after that, I had another experience with another gentleman which left me feeling the same way so I guess I’m looking for confirmation or some feedback on that type of experience.

OWS:  You already know the answer to that: angel, guide, all of these types of things. You never know where God or the Source will appear before you. You never know where that will be so for you to open up and allow for the process to happen was what you were needing to do at that time. For those with eyes to see and ears to hear.

Q:  Did my 13-year old dog get hurt recently? She’s acting really weird and unstable I don’t know if she’s physically hurt or a mental thing. Can you give me any advice on that please? She is stumbling and I think she may have hurt her back. It started this morning and I’m doing a lot of energy work on her but she seems mentally unbalanced too, but it may just be physical thing.

OWS:  Understand that just as you are being affected by these energies so too are the animals and plants and all of these things as well being affected by these energies. So one that is in an older state such as your 13-year-old dog would experience these energies in different ways than say a two-year-old dog would experience this. So do not be concerned and not to worry. Just do as you are doing. Send light, send love, be love with this particular being and everything will take care of itself as you move along here.

Q:  Can you explain to me what does it mean when they talk about the rainbow body?

OWS:  Very good. It is very long explanation here which we cannot give at this time but the rainbow body is your ascension body. It is your light body. It is the body that you will move into at a certain point in your ascension … in your full ascension. This is not during the process but you will be building up to this. Just as those of you that experience the meditation through James here in terms of going across the rainbow bridge this was to connect to your higher God self in your rainbow body. You do not use the rainbow body at that time because you are not ready yet for this. But it is a beginning process of this that we did here and we will do again here as well at the next Advance as we are finding it here. But the rainbow body is what many have experienced when they are going through this full ascension. Their bodies turns into light and turned into many colors of light therefore those who see this happening will be seeing this as a rainbow of many different colors.

Q:  Was Jesus or Yeshua who was on this Earth was he taught that by the Essenes?

OWS:  No he was not taught that [by the Essenes] because they did not fully understand this. But he received this in his wanderings you might say, when he visited many different monasteries and temples in his learning process as he was going through this ascension process. The full ascension did not occur until that moment when he arose, as you would say, arose from the dead although he was never fully dead.

Q:  I want to follow up on something you said last week when you were talking about how some of us will go on the ships and it will seem like some of us will be going on unwillingly against our will but that’s not really the case because it’s in our soul contract so I wanted to follow that up by asking you about the relationship between Divine Will and free will. I know we all have free will here but I’ve had some pretty intense experiences I’ve had my life saved from a car accident I’ve had divine intervention keep me on a straight path to make sure that I met my twin flame. So I’ve definitely seen Divine Will trump my free will on several occasions so I’m wondering if you could talk about the relationship of Divine Will to free will and how it relates to what’s in our soul contract, what we’re here to do.

OWS:  First of all you misunderstood what was said here in the last time. We did not say that you will be going involuntarily. We are not saying that in terms of what is coming. We spoke in terms of what was before. In other words there have been those what you call abductions that were part of the soul contract they went along unwillingly at their conscious-knowing-self but at their deeper level within them they went willingly. You see? And now as far as you are concerned or any of you that are hearing these words, reading these words after, as far as you are concerned if you are going to go up aboard ships you will be going willingly. You will have to be going willingly; there can be nothing that is against your free will. This would never occur here. You see? Not after the event occurs and after disclosure and all of this. As to free will versus Divine Will, there is never the Divine Will that will overcome the free will. You always have free will. You see? But there are circumstances that occur where you will hear that Divine Will or you will hear that whisper within you which may then shift your free will at that time, you see, where you will then go along with the Divine Will.

Q:  Isn’t Divine Will your own will anyway?

OWS:  That is correct. We are talking about your conscious will here. You as the conscious self.

Q:  Yes and just to clarify a bit, we tend to voice the idea of Divine Will as separate from us.

OWS:  It is not.

Q:  Exactly. So the divine will is the higher self [inaudible].

OWS:  Correct. Does this answer your question?

Q:  Yes it does. I’ve had my higher self definitely intervene in a positive way in my life and so I understand what you’re saying. Thank you.

OWS:  You know all of you at one time or another have had your higher selves intervene.

Q:  Hopefully all the time.

OWS:  Yes. And the more that you listen the more that you will continue on on your given path that you need to follow here.

Are there any other further question now? We need to release channel.

Q:  I want to let you know I’m very eager to merge with my higher self. I am very eager to remember the languages from previous lives and remember instruments that I could play. What can I do to invite and little-by-little try to merge with my higher self?

OWS:  You are already doing it here Moses. In all that you are doing as you continue to work with this programs, speaking in terms of Ancient Awakenings and working fully with this more and more, and attempting to spread the word as you are doing. This is working with your higher self. You are working with your higher self in many other words as well as you continue to share the light wherever you can. This is the merging with your higher self. Okay?

Q:  And could you also say that by acknowledging that you already are your higher self, is helpful — just acknowledging that?

OWS:  Absolutely. The more that you realize that you and your higher self are one, or as Yeshua said, “I and my Father are One,” it can be father/mother/whatever it is, but you are One always. You have never not been One. You have always been together with your higher self. It is simply the mind that has created the separation, and all of the programming here, the illusion that has also created

. But there is indeed no separation here. You will come to fully understand and know this, and even more important remember this.

We need to release channel here now. Just continue on in your everyday activities. Move on, continue to use the various tools that you have been given: your breathing techniques, use of crystals, whatever it might be. Continue to utilize this and know that as you are continuing to move along through your daily life your daily life is going to shift dramatically as you are continuing the preparation for, as we said here previously, jumping off the precipice.
