Guided Meditation led by “Lady Nada”
We are going to bring your attention back to the Third Eye region. From your Third Eye to the Pineal Gland and the High Heart. Bring your attention to this space and as you move your attention here your Spiritual Body will move out of this region, move through your physical body to stand before you. You are in complete harmony with this spiritual body. You are completely comfortable with this experience.

Turn and face forward into the circle. Notice that everyone is standing beside you in a circle.

Each of you feels a sense of giddiness about this experience. One by one you are going to step forward into the tube of light and move down into Hollow Earth. As you moved into Hollow Earth you will form a circle again. You will look around and see the beautiful scenery. Note what scenery you are seeing.

As you hold hands or stay near to one another you move together as a circle you will notice that there is a beautiful flame, an ultraviolet flame to the right of you. You as a group move to this flame. This is St. Germaine’s Flame. This Flame will cleanse you, heal you and transmute you. This is a Flame that is familiar to you for you have passed through this Flame at different times, of many different lifetimes.

As you stand around this Flame and you see its’ burning, cool flame, take your turn, one at a time, walking through this light. As you take your turn walking through this light, you feel as the energy moves throughout your Spiritual Body. Any dark spots that are found on your Spiritual Body are cleansed immediately. You feel the energy of this Flame as it cleanses you and it raises your vibration. It feels like giggles upon your skin! It feels like laughter.

As each one steps into the Flame and has this experience, we want to assure you that when you return to your body, you will return as a new being. You will return transmuted. Everything that occurs this coming week will be seen by you in a different way.

Now that everyone has had the opportunity to walk through the Flame we invite you to come back into this circle again through the Pillar of Golden White Light. Feel yourself “whooshed” up into the room once again.
Look at each one standing in this room, standing in the circle. See the brilliance of your light now. Stand in front of your body and take your seat in that body again. Know that you are a New Being, transmuted and strengthened. You feel your energy raised and you can feel the download of this experience throughout your entire physical body. You experience perfect health, perfect vision.

We return you into this space as a New Being again for the days and weeks ahead that we shall speak of momentarily. Bring the memory of this experience with you.

“Lady Nada”

I am “Lady Nada”. It was important to bring this experience to you today. It is important because it is time. The energies have shifted. The energies are coming. The energies are here. Many of you have experienced the “opportunities” of becoming adjusted to the new energies.
Many things have been “promised” over the next couple of months. What I wanted to come today to do was to share. Share on behalf of my Beloved, Sananda, and myself and the Ascended Master’s from around the world who are ever so close to you now. So many upon the planet are listening to our words.

We come to describe to you what is to occur moments after the “Event”. Part of the excitement we come to share is that we shall appear to millions upon millions even billions of people upon the planet. You will see and experience what you choose to see and experience. We will be experienced by the billions in very individual ways.

If you believe in Mohammed, you will see Mohammed. If you believe in Buddha, you shall see Buddha. If you believe in Jesus, you shall see the Master Jesus return. If you have no awareness of Lady Nada, I will not be visiting at that moment. The celestial skies will be filled with the multi-dimensional selves that you have come to understand for yourselves as well as for all of us.

We have chosen to come in different personality and to bring messages across the world. Those things that have been noted in this group, those things such as the similarity in messages that are being brought are a sign of the times. The similarity in messages presented in different languages around the world. The messages that are from different Masters and through different channels are similar. The Galactics join all those who are bringing you messages.

There are so many beautiful things that are occurring now at this moment. We have talked before of the water that is appearing in different parts of the world. We have talked about the food that has appeared in deserts and in places where people have not received food in a very long time. That veil that you have talked about and we have talked about has thinned to the point where miracles DO happen! It was on the mind of this one this week as she shared about the miracle in her life. There are miracles happening everywhere because the focus of those of you of higher consciousness continues to concentrate on what you wish to see in your lives at this time.

And those who are maybe not awake in the way you are awake or aware of those things of which you are aware of but those who are (for instance) clinging to tribal customs, are seeing miracles. The veil, the curtain is all but gone. As that has fallen there have been so many things that are occurring.

The energy wave that you look for in the future, you do not have to wait for that because the energy is here at this time. Yes, the “Event”, the “Wave”, the “Tsunami” whatever you would call it, it shall be here. But you do not need to wait for it.

Yes. These energies are going into people’s minds and bodies and are affecting their spirits. These energies that have come in for transformation have caused (in a number of people) a variety of the “flight or fight” syndrome symptoms. We spoke of this many months ago to this group to describe many of the emotions people were feeling.

It is no longer a part of the “bigger” plan of the Cabal. It is now a response to the implantations over the centuries and the programming that has taken place. And while many of the things that have been spoken of around the programming of the Human Race for such things as Extraterrestials Wars or Zombies that this group has been discussing today will never happen. Many people are in the “flight or fight” panic mode because of the energies coming in.

The energies coming in affect Corporate America in different ways. Affect your job in different ways. Affect your co-workers in different ways. Affect people going to moving theaters in different ways. The more one tries to escape, the more one will see the reality they choose to see.
That is the benefit of the “Wave”. Erasing so much of the realities that you have seen to bring in the new consciousness, the new awareness, the NEW Human! The New Human!

So, we continue to take your hand and take you forward. We know of the grand parties planned. We know that as you call to us we come to you, we walk with you and we talk with you. These are our times to be with you and walk you through the fire as we did today. Walk you through the fire of transmutation and transformation.

As you see those in your world act in negative ways, friends, it is part of your plan. You have chosen to be exactly where you are. You have not been given tests. You have not been given contracts that you have not agreed to. You have agreed to be here at this time, exactly where you are, when you are, with the people with who you choose to be. And as hard as that is to swallow sometimes, know that this group, as well as others around the planet, but know that as this group meets your heart is filled again with the love, the strength, the fortitude and wisdom to go forth.

These are amazing times! Go forth today knowing that you have been girded, you have been strengthened and that you have a new path to walk because you have been through the Flame of St. Germain.

“One Who Serves”

Greetings. “One Who Serves” here to take on the next part and continue with your conversation of earlier. It is so interesting the conversations you have here and we so enjoy listening to them. Please understand we are not eavesdropping. We do not come into your private thoughts and interpret or analyze them or anything like this. That is certainly not going to happen, has not happened and never will happen.

But we do listen in to the conversations that you have within this group here. It is very important in several ways. We catapult from these particular conversations and sometimes we sit back and marvel at those things that come out of your mouths in terms of very influential, very forward thinking you might say.

Now understand that you are moving in a direction of raising your consciousness. And each day, each moment you are raising your consciousness. So, you are clearly in the “Now” as the Buddha spoke of so clearly last time and you have heard of other times as well. You are in the “Now”. You are in the present moment. The present moment changes as the next moment comes and the next one and the next one. So you are in the “Now” and you are also in the future. You are also in the past because the things happening in your “Now” are largely because of things that happened in your past.

You are in the past, the present and the future all at one time. That is not to reject thinking of being in the future as far as looking forward to things that are coming. Have not many of us been speaking of these wonderful things that are coming? How could you not be looking forward to that? You see? There are so many things coming and yet they are already here as well.

So, it is as the “Lady Nada” said you are already experiencing these changes that are happening in the “Now”. You are moving each and every moment into the future. Your future is grand! We have spoken many times of the things that are coming and the things that will happen after the “Event” and just before the “Event”, all of these things.

But live your life, your daily life in the “Now” but live your life as if you as moving into this New Consciousness and know that you are moving into this New Higher Consciousness in every moment, you see?
This is what we wish to share with you now and we would ask for questions. Are there questions for “One Who Serves”, “Ashira” or “Lady Nada” as well?

Question: I wanted to know and understand the difference of what we have been reading about Wave X and the information about the “Wave”, the “Event” and other names of that phenomena.

“OWS”: First of all, the Tsunamai of Love is exactly that. It is a wave of love. It is a new expression of a new higher level of consciousness. This wave has been coming in as waves. It is not one large wave. It is gentle waves that have been coming in and washing over mankind. Now as the waves come in. it is building to the larger ones that are coming.

So, it is as if you were at the beach and you were looking at the waves that are coming in. They are gently rolling in and then all of a sudden a storm seems to come in and the waves get bigger and bigger and bigger and wash over more and more of the land. This is what is happening. These waves are gently coming in now but they are coming in more forcefully. These times continue on and these frequencies continue to rise.

Now as to the “Wave X” that is a name that is given to this but it is from a different perspective. A different perspective about a forceful wave that is going to wash over and do destruction. Create havoc. Create fear and these types of things.

So, there is a difference here depends on the one looking at this. We would suggest to you (who are working more directly with us) to not use this terminology here. Use the terms of Tsunami of Love, Wave of Love or simply the “Wave” and leave it at that. OK?
Anything you wish to add here “Ashira”? No, thank you.

​Question: ​Lady Nada mentioned that the Ascended Masters would be walking amongst us after the “Wave”. Will they actually be walking in physical bodies?

“Lady Nada”: At first, billions of people will be seeing us in the skies. The interpretation will be coming to each person. “Who is the Being that is appearing to them?” It is hard to explain because you do not have anything that you can relate to in this manner. First we shall be witnessed in the skies and then we will come to walk among you. It will be a process.

Those who have the vibration level to experience this physically will have that experience. It will take time for others on the planet to raise to that level but they will be in the process of say “swallowing” this. They will first come to accept the celestial images and then come to accept the Ascended Masters as friends. It will be difficult for the masses to accept those they have worshipped to understand equality and friendship. This will be with the mentors and others who come as well.

This will be a “feat” we believe that will be understood by a broader race of people if we appear in the heavens and we appear as what they would expect to see in their particular framework of religion. Those who have come to know us outside the framework of religion have come to know us as different personalities and you would see us as different personalities. After this occurs we will visit you in the dimension in which you are so that you might experience us in a more physical manner. Does that make sense to you?

“OWS”: We would like to add to this here. If you look at this from a 3D understanding this would not work. How could Sananda be with many people at once? He could only be with one or two and then you begin to think, “Well, what about me? Can he be with me?”

And we would say to you that is important to think of this in a higher understanding, a higher vibrational understanding, that all of us can appear to many at one time. Just as we can send our voice, our transmission, our communication like this to many different groups at once. So, too, can we appear in many different places at one time. And “Lady Nada” is certainly correct. When those who are ready to see us, will certainly see us.

Would there be other questions here now?

Question: I notice that when I am really open and have a high energy when I go places I notice that a lot of people think they know me and ask about my background. Can you explain this?

Would you like to address this, Ashira?

“Ashira” : Yes. Thank you. It is the love you express. It is the love you vibrate to. They do not know who you are but they are resonating with you at a deeper level. As this clarity comes to you and you are swept over and others respond to you, this is what is spoken of at the end of each of these sessions each week. For Susan speaks to you of having the love show up in your life and handing that off to strangers sharing your love.
You are very analytical, Dear One, and you are looking for an answer. The answer is love. We thank you for being the conduit for that expression in your world. Does that make sense?

“OWS”: We would also like to add here there is the concept of “Oneness”. The higher you rise in consciousness the more the “Oneness” will kick in. Everyone is aware of everyone else. See, we, the “One Who Serves” and “Sananda” and “Lady Nada” for instance can go anywhere in the higher vibrations and everyone knows us and we would know them because we are all one, we are all connected. We have that higher level of understanding you might say since we know this “Oneness” is there.

So as you are beginning to experience this it is because you are at the higher vibrations some of the time. And when you are the other ones, even though they are not directly aware of this, and you, although you are not directly aware of this either, it is happening because the “Oneness” is kicking in here. Do you understand this? (kinda)

Then we will leave it there for now. “Kinda” is good.
Would there be other questions here now?

Question: Will there be people who are actually Ascending at that time?

“OWS”: Yes. There will be many who will be going through various processes of this at their level. It will be in varying amounts you might say. Some will feel this rising of vibration and feel as if they have arrived you might say. Something may pull them back to assist others who are not quite sure what is going on here, you might say. There will be varying experiences of this as it all goes along.

But please remember this is a work in progress. This has never happened exactly the way it is at this time. So, the jury is out as to how this is going to take place here.

Anything you wish to add here, Ashira? (No, I believe you have handled this well.)
Other questions here now.

Question: This is in addition to a previous question. Is it not true that we are multi-dimensional beings and that we may recognize people from other dimensions?”

“OWS”: Yes. That is very correct. We were trying to stay away from that particular understanding at this point. But yes, you are correct.

“Ashira”: And it is so confusing is it not, to those in this room who giggled? Knowing that the person may be from this lifetime or a past or multidimensional lifetimes gets very confusing from a 3D perspective.

However, we strive to bring you the simplest of answers, not for beginners because by no means is this group, a beginner group. We bring you answers in the teaspoonful that we have spoken of ourselves.

“OWS”: Any more questions?

Question: I want to work on neutralizing attachments. When I asked, I received that I should ask what the other person needs instead of what I need.

“OWS”: Yes and that is a wonderful way to look at this because it is service to self instead of service to others. As you move into the higher vibrations you will become more and more neutral and the more neutral you become the higher you will move in those vibrations. The more you are in those higher vibrations the more you will want others to move into those higher vibrations with you. You will also seek out others in that vibration. You see?
Are there other questions?

Question: I wanted to ask how things are going to change to put into place the new peace and love. Throughout history we have seen people assassinated who have tried. How does the rubber meet the road?

“OWS”: We are going to answer this very simply here. First we wish to give gratitude to Charles for this instrument here. It is so much easier for us to hear what the questions are. In the past it was difficult at times. Now it is coming through very clearly. Thank you, Charles, for providing this.
Now to answer your question very simply, it is going to happen because it is going to happen. There is nothing that is going to keep this from happening because it is the way. It is the way of the plan. It is going to move in the direction of peace and love and it cannot go in any other direction.

If you look at this through the 3D perspective than you can see that this would not be possible because of so many wars and hatred and fear and all of these things and how can they just go away? They are not simply going to go away. They are going to raise up. There is a difference. And those that are ready for the new consciousness will raise up with it. And all of these old ways of thinking will just disappear. Those who do not have this way of thinking will not be with you. You see? Does this answer your question?

“Ashira”: This is “Ashira”. I would just add that everything that has happened to you (to humanity) has happened through training and teaching. Now that you are aware most of the time, these questions come up for you. As “OWS” has said, look to the day when all energy, all attention, all input will be about how to live in a peaceful society, how to share your love, how to have “oneness” in this One World. All of this is coming to you very soon and it will give you peace of heart to know THIS is where you were going and that it cannot be stopped! Thank you.

“OWS”: In many respects we would say look to your “Star Trek-The Next Generation” as we find it in the James. This is a very good example of society as you will know it as the times go along. It is not going to be overnight. You are not going to be in 2016 an have a “Star Trekkian” operation but it will be moving in that direction. Look toward it. It is going to be glorious! You see? And it is already glorious.
Would there be any more questions here now?

Question: James was talking about how no dates were given after 2012 and now there are many dates being given, most around the end of September 2015. Is there anything you can add for us today?

“OWS”: Yes. We are glad that you brought this up. We could not speak of it unless it was asked here. Please understand this from the understanding of expectation. What was your expectation of December 2012? You were all going to Ascend, right? Everything was building. It was grand build-up to that moment. Everything was building to that moment. And you know you create what you think. Right?

And as you focused on this grand event you thought about everything that was going to take you out of the 3D realm. Right? Well, it did not happen quite the way you thought it would although it was meant for many for this to occur. It was just postponed.

So, we speak now to postponement. Now you are moving into another time period, another frequency that has been raised here. And as you move toward these dates your expectation is building and building again. And your thoughts are building the very things you are building toward. Do you understand this?

It is a grand moment that is fast coming upon you as Sananda has said. You are moving toward the crescendo, it IS coming. Your Advance is, in large part, working to prepare you for that very “Wave” to come here. It is almost upon your shores.
Question: I saw in my own house that December 2012 created depression out of attachment. Are the things we talk about couched in attachment?

“OWS”: Yes, certainly but look at what occurred back then. Look at how much people have grown from that process that they went through. The grand preparation and then the disillusionment and the depression that followed but many picked themselves up and moved right back along and kept going. They grew. There was a growth process that happened through this across the planet, not only in a few. There were many different understandings, the “Mayan Calendar” and many other things going on at that time.

So, now it is coming to a new expectation and there will be a new growth that comes from this as well but we are not going to say that it will happen on any particular date, we are not going to give that although we could almost at this point. There is still the Prime Directive, we need to watch ourselves on that but there is a rising expectation that is coming along with this “WAVE” and this particular time frame you are moving into. Is this the great “Event”? We cannot give that. Is it going to be a large part of it? Most definitely.

Does this answer your question? (Yes but I do fear the word “expectation”).

But expectation creates hope. Hope leads to a greater understanding and a greater movement of consciousness. What is the opposite of hope? Despair. What keeps someone from moving up in consciousness? Despair and depression and these types of things. You see?

Comment: Expectations can lead to disappointment.

Yes, do you wish for us not to create expectations?

Comment: No. I wish to live in a way that I am hopeful, compassionate and understanding. And that which is returned to me is “the plan” rather than my expectations.

Then we would say to the one asking the question and to others who believe this, then live that way. Do it. Be it. Show it. Be the expression of what you are wanting here. Do not be concerned about what anyone else is wanting of this nature. Do you wish to add anything, Ashira?
Ashira replied, “No. You dove back in and addressed something I thought of. We will let this be.”

Any further questions here now?

Question: I understand that we can create a planet as pristine as Prime Creator created it. Do I get my wish?

“OWS” : Yes. You have to understand that all who are planning with you, all the animals, all the plants, all the consciousness on the planet, in the galaxy and the solar system are creating this plan. All are creating this pristine experience and all life is a part of this. So, for you to have an expression that you are creating what you want, all of the rest are creating the planet they want as well. All are coming together which is why we say, “Like will attract like”. You will find yourself in that pristine environment that you are wishing to create. And others of like-mind will be there with you. It is just as you have created this world. You as a collective consciousness have created the world that you have now. You may not like the world as it is now but it is a collective undertaking that has created this.

It is not the Prime Creator who has created this. You have created it. With Source moving through you, you have created this because you have the creative ability to create whatever it is you want. The time difference now is less and less. Eventually it will be non-existent. Your creative thought will be immediately manifested once you are clear in what you want.
You wish to add here, Ashira?

“Ashira” : I do. You forget that Mother Gaia has her own path, her own expectations in what she is creating. She is creating her own 5th dimensional reality. Some of the animals will be in other places, some to their own homes. There will be a difference in the temperature from that which you experience on the planet today.

That which you are creating is also at play with Mother Gaia’s plans for all of her children. You will experience that which you create for your world from your plans and expectations and your understanding will continue to grow with your rise in consciousness and all will come in alignment with the Mother’s. Does that make sense to you?

“OWS”: Would there be anything else before we release channel?

Question: If enough people had the “intention” replacing expectation, would that not trigger the “Grand Moment”?

“OWS”: If everyone had the intention at the same time, yes, it would trigger it. It is not necessary to have everyone do it, it is only necessary to have a percentage. Having a percentage of the planet moving toward the same intention increases the frequency. It is the frequency of the planet that moves to trigger the “Event” here. You see?

Now we will release channel here. We are aware of your time frames here. So, we release channel.

I am Ashira. We release Lady Nada from her time today and thank her for her wisdom.

Yes. It has been a long day today. Many questions. Many thoughts and concerns. We wish to briefly speak on forgiveness and self-forgiveness.
You are not expected to be “perfect”. You are not expected to always respond in the way you expect yourselves to respond. As was discussed today, this is a painting being created one stroke at a time. And even though this life may not seem that important as you consider it a grain of sand on a beach at the ocean, you might say it just doesn’t matter but you are not at that point most of the time.

We love you and we know that you are continuing forward every moment of every day. You are catching yourself more and more often as you have thoughts or actions coming into your lives that are not where you want to be. Everyone in this room is at the same place as you.

Be nice to yourself. Be forgiving of others and forgiving to self. We love you. Many of us have lived in the world and lived in situations you are facing. Maybe not at this exact moment in time but we have experienced these things. We have experienced parenthood, we have experienced friendships and we have experienced marriage or that partnership with another.

Be nice to yourself at least as nice as you are to others who you catch at not being their best to others. Each of you has yourself only to be responsible for at this moment in time. Each of you has the responsibility to catch yourself and raise yourself back up for each of you has the response of a being of higher frequency. You will feel your heart swell and with that appreciation you can continue to keep yourself higher and higher and higher. When this “Wave” comes you will have nothing to do but to ride the tide, to surf the “Wave”. You will feel the bliss. You will understand what your part in this has been and will be!

“When The Beam Of Energy Hits You, You Are In The NOW”! – Lord Buddha, One Who Serves and Ashira

“Lord Buddha”

I am the one the “Buddha”. I have shared with you during those “Advance” (previously called retreats) times when we have brought forth sharing of celebrations to you. Today we come to speak about that “Eternal Now”. The “Now” that is in your consciousness.  The “Now” that I spoke of in my teachings. For all is in the “Now”.

When the beam of energy hits you, you are in the “Now”.  It is your choice to handle things in the positive way or in a negative way, in the “Now”. As all collapses around you, you are in the “Now”.  And yet you still look forward to the future and you are in the “Now”.

It is important for those of you who are the Lightworkers, the Lightholders, the Lightbearers, all of those who are awake and aware to be in the “Now”. Not to be looking forward and not to be looking back. For as this one spoke today, she is living many lives in the same moment, in the “Now”.  It is not appropriate for her to discuss these things unless she is experiencing them.  This is why we have brought these experiences to her, in the “Now”.

More and more you will be experiencing similar things.  It does get confusing if you remain in the 3D perception.  As you have risen from your 3D consciousness,  as you have risen in your frequency, you are changing your “Now”,  it is different from those around you.  It is different from those with whom you work, with whom you live, with whom you share your day to day lives.

Your “now” is different from those who exist in the “Now” of the 3D existence.  Your “Now” is changing because your “Now” more and more every day will include the glimpses that you will be given, the glimpses you will allow your Highest Self to experience.  There is ONE who is in charge of you and it is YOU! And you forget that at times. The YOU is allowing the experiences of seeing Galactic brothers and sisters, of seeing those from Inner Earth. It is the YOU, the Higher Self that allowing you to see glimpses of  lives you are living in the

NOW”, in the moment.

You have walked away from that 3D understanding of past, present and future.  You have walked away from that with the intention of bringing the present into focus.  You are bringing the present into manifestation. That present is the glorious imagination, that glorious vision that you have for the “Now”.

And we are so excited on this plane of our existence. All of those of us who serve you, share with you, all of us who are eager to greet you in person, we have many wonderful things planned for your next Advance to help prepare you for the “Now”.  All if this when you read the words will fill you with anticipation and an understanding that is hard to put into  words in this moment of time in which I speak. But know that this group, those on the phone, those that read the words  are receiving downloads of energy that are changing you.

We will share with you if you have questions for us during the question session. Give us time to change back and forth in the energy fields of this one. Blessings and love to you.

 

“One Who Serves”

Greetings to you. “One Who Serves” here with you now to take the next part.  But before we move on to the question and answer period here we would first like to address you.

With your “Advance” (previously called a retreat) coming this has been a precursor of what you experienced in this guided meditation or one of the things that will be happening at your advance.  It will be much more profound, much more –in-depth as to what will be occurring there. Because it is important now.  There is a time frame here. The frequency yes, but also a time frame here. We speak at your understanding, the 3D understanding but also at our’s as well. We are in the sense as well.

We have bodies here. We have our lives, just as you do.  Somewhat different, of course, but we do have an existence here in the 3d world many times.  Not that we are pulled into that type of atmosphere and we tend to stand above it certainly but there are times our services are needed and we are drawn back as well.  We can certainly move in and out just as you will be able to move in and out of it.  As you will need to as the times come, as the frequencies are right.

So, you are going to have many experiences at this Advance.  And those that are not going to be at the Advance can join over the phone here.  It will be set up to allow most of you to participate at most of the various events that happen. Not all of course. You will not be able to eat together and things like this. But you will have the experience of hearing our words as well as participating in the meditations  that will be given and that which is to be experienced.

So, there are many things coming. Many things in the works. Not only for your Advance but for many of the events that are planned. Including the “Grand Celebration” that we have spoken of many times. Many sources have spoken of this celebration.  You will never have had a celebration as that which will be had upon this planet when the situation is ready for it. We are all ready for it! And we are preparing!

Would you have questions here for “One Who Serves”, “Ashira” who is standing by and the “Buddha”?

Question: I have a question about the body changing to the crystalline form? Is this going to happen at the grand Event or is it happening during these smaller waves?

“OWS”

That is a wonderful  question! And we can share with you that the changes to the crystalline form is already in the works, it is already happening. People are experiencing this in different ways, in different varieties and understandings of it. This is in the process and it will become more and more and more you will experience the changes that are happening. You will find the changes in diet as was spoken of earlier as well as all of the things that are still coming. The memories coming back. All of this is part of this changeover, this transition from your carbon-based to your crystalline base. All of this is going to culminate at the Ascension, you are correct. It is when the Ascension happens it will be the final culmination of this. And this will be complete transition from one level you might say to another level here.

Question: Will this help us to let go of the density..the mass?

Yes. You are talking about the heavier density of the body?  Yes. You will be literally lighter.  Almost like you are able to float above the Earth, you will float above the Earth, some of you. All of this is still coming. It is in the process.

“Ashira”

I am going to add a touch of humor to this. You are probably too young to remember this but you in this room who remember the show, “My Favorite Martian”, a long time ago did he not have funny antenna that would come up? That was much the guffaw at the time, the laughter at the time. The show was very popular. And I mention this because this was a precursor. It got people thinking.

Your crystalline bodies are going to be much like antennae.  They are going to be much more sensitive reaching out in many different ways, as “OWS” has said, they will manifest in different ways for each person.

And the change in the structure has been something new. Those of us who have left our physical bodies and have raised our vibrations and have existed on other planes have had spiritual bodies but not quite the same body that you are manifesting. This is part of the grand show that has been going on. To see how you adapt to the bodies and how you change as you go through this process.

This has been an important part of what we have needed to do in our roles to support you in this. To make you aware of the aches and pains, the change in diet, the change in sleep habits.  And as the changes have progressed the need for sleep has increased, the need for certain foods has increased.  We told you at one time or another that chocolate is OK, have we not. For it you crave something it may be something you need at that moment to make the change.

Go with the flow. Allow yourselves the pleasure but we know that this one has not always experienced pleasure at times, allow yourself to go with the flow. Allow yourself to be led to what to eat, what to drink and to know that there are many, many who are closely watching this process and keeping a very close eye on every one of few.

“OWS”: Are there other questions here?

Question: Is the ringing in my ears a change in frequency?

“OWS”:  Yes.  Certainly. Many will experience these types of things as well as many other “maladies” but are really not. They are understandings that are happening within you to make you aware. Just as “Ashira” has said, it is to make you aware of the changes. It is a by-product of all that is happening, of this wave of energy that is coming in.

As we have said previously, when the big wave, the major wave if you wish to call it this, hits, there will be no misunderstanding of this! You will not look at your neighbor and say, “Is this it?” You will know that this is it! There will be no question about it.

Would there be any other questions here?

Question: When the “Event” happens and one transforms into the 5th dimensional Lightbody, will we be able to move about the multidimensions?

“OWS”:  Yes! That is correct!

Please understand that all that is happening here now has happened many times before in terms of individuals but those individuals were not prepared in advance as to what the changes would be like.  We are preparing you for the changes as much as we can. We have been through it. We know what it is.

But this is different because this understanding is being given out to all who are ready for it. It is all about preparing you for the wave. As the James said earlier, this is the theme for the Advance, “Preparing for the Wave”.  You will be prepared for it and we are going to make sure that you are ready for it.  Not only you who are going to be at the Advance but for you who are going to read about it as well.

Know that as your group is having these experiences that there are other groups that are having similar experiences as well. So, all is coming together at the right time. If you go with the flow, as we have been saying, it will all work out!  Your concerns at the 3d illusion will not be a concern to worry about any more. And we speak in terms of anymore!

Question: I have wondered if our children will have an easier time with the Ascension?

“Ashira” we have a sense that you wish to answer this question.

“Ashira”:  Yes, thank you.

First, let me address the new children who are coming in bodies that are very young.  Also, women who are carrying children who are coming in to experience this.  These children who have been coming in for many years have been given many different names. The new children who are coming into the plane have this very strong task before them for they are uplifting every person upon the planet.

Their innocence is amazing .  However, their awareness is also amazing and they stay connected at very deep levels.  It is their job to maintain balance and to maintain a sense of optimism and a sense of where everyone is going! They are so connected at this moment in time.

Even the child who sits in the cradle, even that child who is breastfed by its mother,  it is NOT a child, it is a soul being, it is a spiritual being that is here with a great sense of purpose.  And that great sense of purpose is also to assist the other children at every level well into their twenties. All of these children that have come with great desire to make a difference, great desires to see a change.

They will accept this easily and effortlessly and will move with the energy without question.  As you see the youngest children coming in, know that they are the support for the entire human family. Their sense of awareness and duty comes higher than other generation previously. They brought with them an understanding of this process.

To answer your question, yes, the children have an inner guidance to this process that even your children who seem to be turning their backs on you and your belief system, when the Clarion Call goes out they will understand more deeply and more quickly than adults around them. We will see this in young people up until and through the twenties.  The twenty year olds are more concerned about supporting one another and their family. They will still be more alert than those who are not yet awake on the planet.

The Wave will hit and there will be a response of love from the very youngest in the cradle to the very oldest. All of the children that you ask about are a part of this process and will amaze you in the depth of their understanding and their support.

“One Who Serves”: Yes.  And we would add here that there is the preparation in the Lightworker community that will add a great assistance to all of those who are not understanding what is going on here, what is happening. So, you will be of service beyond what you can imagine up to this point in time here. You are being prepared for this.

You are being nudged here and nudged there. You are being shown glimpses of the veil dropping, all for you to accept these things that are within you. “Ashira”

I am “Ashira”.  I have addressed you in questions today. As always it is my pleasure.

I would bring the remembrance to you, you have discussed it in your group today and that has been intentional.  There are things you turn away on purpose in the greater world for you know they are but remnants, like shadows. They are memories that pop up here and there that are not of the highest love. It is part of the cleansing of the planet.  This is to allow people to release their old belief systems. Such as that you saw this week of that of the Animal Kingdom.

You have seen that toward ethnicities. You have seen that toward countries. You have seen that toward people. But each time there is an occurrence it is an opportunity for more to be awakened, more to feel the greater love. Not only for humans but also for animals.

This is the time that love is awakening in each and every being. It is your opportunity to speak of love in every instance.  When you have information that is not resonating with you, it could be a piece of the puzzle that they are so fiercely defending. It is no longer the time for fiercely defending. It is now time for truth, it is the time for love. It is time to say, “Maybe you are right” and allowing it to pass from you.

“Divine Mother”

I am Divine Mother. That one that you know as “Mother Mary” along with so many incarnations. Divine Mother seems to be the most appropriate name to share with you today.

This room is filled with the light of so many beings, both corporeal and non-corporeal. From all dimension and all places. They are here to share with you and to give to you their light and their love.

The message I bring to you today is one of unwavering love. We can see that many in the human family are desperate, are fatigued, are tired. Many of those who chose to be a part of the Lightworker force, part of the “boots on the ground” are feeling the fatigue. Those in this group have had a boost in their energy and it is good to see, from the start of the series this week, but it is only the beginning of the discovery of the truth of your beings and the truth of your condition.

You are wonderful beings. You are beautiful beings. You are our children and our partners and our friends. We know that so much of the information that comes to you now seems to be that which is hard to believe, hard to understand. We shared with you many, many, many months ago that those things that would come forth would surprise even you and has it not? And there is even more yet to be surprised by.

This is a delicate dance, my friends. It is a delicate dance between what is allowed to be said and what is not to be said. It is a delicate dance between those things that we would share not yet for it is not time. You know that it has been part of your task on this planet to manifest this time and this place. Manifest it not only in that which you do in your physical bodies but to manifest that which you bring about in your consciousness. Bring about in your daydreams. Bring about through your lucid dreams. Bring about through your meditations.

The more that we can have you see yourself in a different time, a different place, living in a different way, the more that you bring that about. That which you see in your mind’s eye is that which you will experience. You have known this truth and you have lived this truth.

We are excited about the visions of your Galactic brothers and sisters. Some of the ships you have seen have been from Hollow Earth, Inner Earth, Middle Earth pick whatever you choose to call it. All of these are upon the planet now to give you hope. To give you the blessings of knowing you were right. Because you have heard throughout your lives how wrong you were.

And we know that. All of us who have been on this plane during many lifetimes have often experienced this as well. We know, we do know, how it feels to be the odd one out.

So in this moment, in this time, in this place I spread my arms around this circle, I feed you my love and my compassion. Inhale and partake of it. Let it strengthen your souls, let it strengthen you for the path that is yet ahead.

As the world seems to increase in its reactions to those things that are occurring and its reactions to those things which it is ingesting, to those things which it takes in without knowledge, there are pockets of those such as you around the entire globe that bring forth the love. You bring forth the faith and bring forth the understanding. It is good that you have cloistered yourselves away from much of that which has occurred in the world for that is how you maintain your vision of clarity.

So, I leave you for this day. Again, feel the love that I bring into this room today. Feel my heart touch yours’. And KNOW, know that you are a beloved child. Know that you are an adult. Knowing that you are capable and that you are of our Being. You are of our Spirit. And we love you.

“Adama”

This is “Adama”. I do not come frequently to this group but when I come I bring a message. The message that I have for you this day, you have heard many times that when the time is right all things will proceed as has been spoken of. You have also heard when the frequency is right for that is what has been changed now, from time to frequency. Are you nearing that frequency? And we would say, “Yes, you are!”

For the frequencies have increased. Your vibrations have increased across the entire planet. Yes, the Lightworkers, themselves, are the ones leading the charge. But, many are awakening across the planet. More and more and more each day, a new light shines brightly.

And these lights, as we look at them across the planet, are expanding and growing and continuing to raise the frequency. For as a new light shines brightly it raises the frequency a little bit and another one and another one. The vibrations continue to raise. And this is what this is all about, this consciousness raising, moving into a new realm. A new understanding of who you are.

And as each one awakens more fully and you continue to raise your consciousness and therefore raise your vibrations you move closer and closer to triggering that which has been called the “Event” or the “Wave” or the “Cosmic Change” or whatever it might be given as a name. But know as you continue on with your daily existence, your daily lives, each and every moment you are moving closer and closer. And we, ourselves, in the Inner Realms, in the Inner Earth, have been preparing for some time now for these changes. And readying those places we have within our realm to welcome you when the time or the frequency is right. And many will be welcomed here.

We will also be coming to the surface. These plans are already in the works now. Entrances that have been closed for a very long time are now being prepared to be opened once again. There are many entrances to our realm from the surface of the Earth.

It is very near the point where we will be joining you and you will be joining us. And we will together be joining those brothers and sisters from above. From the Galactic Centers. From the ships. You can close your eyes and look forward and see the New World, a new realm, that will be here on the surface of this planet, and all the new vistas that will be open to all of you and also to all of us.

“One Who Serves”

Greetings to you! “One Who Serves” here with you now to answer your questions along with our beloved sister, “Ashira”, is standing by. We are ready to answer any questions you might have. We always look forward to these times that we meet each week at this time. It is an appointment for you but it is also an appointment for us.

We prepare and plan in various ways to bring these things to you, these messages as well as these downloads that you have heard about. Yes, you are receiving these downloads; they are causing many different changes within you, in your DNA structure, in your Pineal Gland, in your Heart Center. All of these are bringing about changes as well as the energies that are coming into the Earth now. Yes, they are literally bombarding the Earth now. Yes, they could be stronger but they have been mitigated to an extent to allow for more and more awakening of mankind. You, yourselves, those who call yourselves the Lightworkers, the Light Warriors, the Light Sharers, the Light Bearers, you are all of these because you are all about Light and Light is who you are! And Light you will become again. Know that you are the Light!

The Master said, “I am the way, the truth and the life”. Some say, the Light. He knew of which he spoke. You, yourselves, are also, “The way, the truth and the Life or the Light.” So be ready my friends, my brothers, my sisters. All is about to change. You hear this over and over and you say, “Sure, One Who Serves. We have heard this again and again. And you say it now.”

But, we can assure you that it is coming and it is coming as a thief in the night when you are least expecting it.

You have questions now for “One Who Serves” and “Ashira”?

Question: I had a bad experience with someone who sucked my energy out almost all the way. I was told I should use Obsidian for a protection. What do you suggest?

“One Who Serves”: Yes. We will answer this and then “Ashira” will come in after and add to this, we believe.

When you are thinking in terms of the various tools you have, the Obsidian, the various crystals, there are many different crystals that do many different things. You, yourself, who is asking this question are asking this question because you have a connection to these ancient times when crystals were used in Atlantis and Lemuria. You have this connection here and it is coming back to you how to use these tools.

The Obsidian you speak of is used to ground yourself and to ward off negativity, that is true, but at the same time you want to have other crystals with you to reverse the effect of this, to bring yourself to a higher level. Such as the Amethyst you have here. Also the Quartz crystal is helpful here.

But it is also to know that you are not being negatively affected here as you may think you are. This is very much the programming within you that is creating this fear that says there is a negative attack. We can assure you that you, yourselves, in this group and many who would resonate with these words are very much protected by yourselves. It is not us protecting you. You protect yourselves with your energy and your consciousness. And your consciousness continues to put a barrier, you might say, around you. Now, you can add to that barrier, you can reinforce it, because it is your own mind that must be in control here. Your mind is in control by your heart center. As you are creating this barrier by your own mind, know that it is warding off all negativity of any kind.

You can use your Light Mental Body if you have received this. If not, you can still work to get this. This is to all we are speaking to now if you have not received this. You can work it in this way and bring about much protection.

Certainly the Light. Simply surround yourself with the Light as was done in your meditation here. Use your candle light to surround yourself with that light. Also, the Violet Flame, surround yourself with the Violet Flame for that can provide very much protection.

There are many tools. You discover what tools work for you and then you utilize them. OK?

Would there be anything else, “Ashira”?

“No. You had a splendid answer,” she replied.

Question: Regarding our mentors, are we going to start communicating on a telepathic level?

“OWS”: Yes. Very much so. You are already moving in that direction. You will find yourselves learning how to telepathically communicate with all. Not only to the Galactic brothers and sisters and those from the Agarthan realm and the Angelic Realm but also to all of you, your own brothers and sisters upon the planet. You will learn this telepathic communication and you will find that it is much easier than using words. Easier is not the right word here. It will be much more beneficial to you rather than using words because words can be misinterpreted easily. But your thoughts, your feelings, your connections cannot be.

You will that there will be no more secrets. No more cover-ups. All of this is coming and you will find that when you are meeting with those from the Galactic family will be somewhat disconcerting to you and you will be thinking, “Oh, they are reading my thoughts. They know everything I am thinking. I better watch what I am thinking now!” And you will work with this.

But, they will be so loving and so caring that you will feel right at ease and you will move into a telepathic communication because you will also be remembering how to do this.

“Ashira”: We smile with this one because your dreams are already putting you into placement of conversations telepathically who are connecting with you at that level and in this time. It is not something coming. It is something already here.

Question: I am having meditation that is not consistent. Is it something I am doing or is it something that is being done to me?

Do you wish to go with this one, ‘Ashira”?

“Áshira”: Yes, I will.

So, do you feel out of control, at these times?

Comment: Not out of control. Not able to focus.

Well, you see this as a bad thing. We see this as a good thing!

We see this as an opportunity for you to view the other dimensions. To see into the other dimensions. These are the glimpses you are receiving at this time of meditation.

Some have their glimpses in their 3D world. Glimpses of situations, of subjects they see out of the corner of their eyes. You see this instead in your meditations and it is something much like one who learns to meditate learns to quiet the “Monkey Mind” as the Buddha would call. This is an opportunity for you to intentionally move forward into this area of expertise and exploration.

We encourage you to continue to follow this down the “rabbit hole” as you called this earlier and see where it leads you. You are seeing parts of yourself. You are seeing aspects of yourself and activities you are doing and seeing them in various different ways. You know, at a mental level, that there is much more to you than this person who sits in this circle at this moment. But learning how to play with it will open it more to you.

This is a message to each of you in this room and to each of you on the phone call and those of you who see this in the times to come.

These are all parts of the energy coming in. The energy that will open you to new opportunities, to give you the abilities you know you have in other lives and other dimensions. Yet, knowing that can frustrate you in this dimension.

We would say. Go for it. Continue with it and see where it leads you. This is part of you seeing through the veil. This is part of you seeing what you are capable of doing. You will hear more. You will see more. You will taste more. You will experience more.

“One Who Serves” would you like to expound on this too?

Question: I know we are talking about the Light Mental Body. How accessible is it to us and how powerful is it?

“OWS”: Two questions there. Is it available to you and how powerful is it? We will answer the second question first here. It is very powerful. More powerful than you can possibly understand at this present point.

Is it available to you? Yes. All of the time that you call upon it. Believe it and you shall see it. Believe and you will know it. That is the key.

Whenever you call upon it and realize it is there it will act on your behalf and bring about whatever it is that you are looking to do here. As long as it is not something that is against your soul nature. You see? That is the key here. Does that answer your question? Yes. Thank you.

Question: I’d like to ask about orbs. Do they have anything to do with the Blue Avians? Are they human in nature? Is there a reason I have been seeing them in increased numbers?

“OWS”: Yes. It would seem that many are experiencing these orbs in many different aspects and many different understandings and know that they are multidimensional beings that are here in your space. They are seen by many more all the time. Now, as to whether they are the Blue Avians or the Sphere Beings, not necessarily but they could be. Most likely not at this point.

There are others who are experiencing this beyond this one who is coming forth (speaking of Corey Goode) to speak on this. They have simply not come forth yet. But for the most part, for those who are seeing these orbs they are appearing and disappearing in your realm and becoming more and more of an awareness to you because it is time for you to realize your multidimensional selves. That is what is occurring here.

Anything you wish to add here, “Ashira”?

“Ashira”: More and more of these are found in photographs and are part of the awakening process for people who have not yet awakened to the thoughts and the processes of multidimensionality of other beings in the space in which they exist. You see pictures of people posted with these orbs and they are awakened to the fact that they are attracting something in their mind like this.

This is an opportunity for those in this room to respond to those who post on their Facebook pages or other social media, thinking that they are the only ones seeing these in their photographs. With all of the photographs being taken these days it is an excellent opportunity for spiritual beings working with this plane to come forward and to share their essence, their Light, their energy with all upon the planet.

Question: Ashira. I have a question about the Advance (formerly called a retreat). It is very close to my wife’s delivery date. Can I be there in person?

​​You put me in a delicate position, my friend. For this really is between you and your wife. This is a time when she needs to have her husband close. This is a time when women can actually put off their time of delivery or they may (in the absence of a husband) have their delivery earlier than expected.

We would share that this needs to be a decision between you and your wife. This is a decision that is not mine to make for you. The other thing is to commune with the one coming into that body. Bring that one into your discussions. Share openly what your feelings are. We know that you will have an answer in your heart that will make complete sense for you and you will know that is the way you should go. Does that answer your question? Yes. Thank you, Ashira.

We know it is not the direct answer you would wish but it is the way we choose to answer you at this time.

Question: I have a question about a dream from another person. In the dream her father who has passed took a pen and wrote a number on a piece of paper for her. Can you give some guidance for her?

“OWS”: We will share that this is a message from one who is passed and a number came through. We would like to ask that the one who received the message can ask directly in the future if possible. In a dream such as this, there is a communication that is going on with the one who has passed over. For how many have asked when one has passed over that they can have a communication to know that they are alright, that they are in a good space and all of these things. Which gives the one left behind a peace of mind. These types of things can let the other one know that they are fine, they are in a good space, everything is good and for them not to be concerned at all.

As to the number itself, it is not important except that it has a meaning to the one who has had this dream. If they go to a recall of what this number was it can have a meaning then, you see? Does this answer your question? Thank you very much.

Question: Is there a significance to the color orange. It was very powerful in my dream and seems to have great meaning.

“OWS”: Yes. We would say that orange means many different things. It associates to your chakra centers and to the second chakra specifically. It is given as the “pleasure” center. So whenever there is a sense of working at the second chakra level it is a sense of pleasures that are involved in one’s life or the absence of such. You are experiencing this color because you are predominantly operating at this chakra right now not all the time.

It does not mean that you are not at the first which is all about survival does not mean you are not at the third which is the ego center or the fourth which is of course your heart center. You are in all of thee but that does not mean that you do not hang out a lot at that one. It is also associated with water as to the element of water. If you have water in your dream or your experience, that again means that you are operating at that level. You see?

“No. You hit that well!”

Question: Before we started, I shared pictures with Susan and James. Can you tell me what it is in the pictures? I don’t recall seeing those with my eyes.

“OWS”: It is as many have experienced this in this group and many more are experiencing this from taking pictures. They take pictures and don’t see anything. They are taking a picture of a tree or clouds or whatever it might be in nature. Then when it is processed you see something that is not there by the naked eye. And this is showing the “glimpses” the looking past the veil many times. And many more are experiencing this.

So, when you look at these dots or whatever they look like and you blow it up more it takes on some sense of form here that it may not have had when you first looked at it. As you blow it up more and more it takes on more form.

To looking at this directly, we will not say what it was, because that would be interfering here. You are experiencing these glimpses that we have spoken of many times. Not the direct answer you were hoping for but we cannot give you this. We know you were hoping to hear it was an orb or a ship coming to pick you up but we cannot do that but we give you what we can here.

Anything to add, “Ashira”?

“Ashira”: Yes. I would like to share something. This is a theme here today. Have you noticed? This is a theme. Those who have cameras and phones and other devices that can be utilized are capturing more and more of these things you are not seeing because of your programming. And yet they are there. They are all there. All kinds of things are surrounding you at this time but you do not notice them, you do not see them. It is the time of the dropping of the veil. It is the holographic image that is maintained in front of your eyes at the conscious level that is the error at this point in time. It is not a personal error it is a humanity error.

As the tide of awakening continues to take place you will see these things more and more with your physical eyes. Even with the group’s Advance in Flagstaff, and all of the ships that appeared in the skies to the cameras, the phones and other devices aimed at the skies. Is it not a wonderful thing?

We know that these things are there for you to see. We know that the spirit orbs, spirit balls are there for you to see. We know there are those of us who are walking beside you that you do not see. Your mentors walk beside you and you do not see them. There are those from the Inner Earth who walk with you and those of the Galactics who walk with you. And yet, none of these are seen. First, in your cameras, in your phones, in your I-Pads. All of these are tools to see through the veil. Because that is what is open to you at this moment.

You may be clicking constantly and seeing new things. We encourage you do that. Part of the tool that helps to awaken your friends and your neighbors! We think that the stick for taking pictures of one’s self seems a little silly but it is a tool. A tool to see who is actually in the picture.

Again, more believing and you WILL see. That is what we would share at this time.

Question: Can you share with us information on the energy wave that is going to hit us and may already be affecting us?

“OWS”: Yes. If we could hold off on this question we are going to speak on this topic in a moment. We have one more question here.

Question: When this Event happens will it be felt worldwide?

“OWS”: Yes. We are going to answer both questions here at the same time

So, look at this from the point of view of a new understanding to the human race. There are so many things that are happening and about to happen. You are in the process now of the Wave that is coming. The Tsunami of Consciousness, the Tsunami of Love, Cosmic Wave all these things it has been named. It is a wave of energy. It is a Cosmic Energy that is coming into the planet and it is creating much flux here in awakening, in consciousness, all of these things.

There are so many things happening behind the scenes as you have been hearing and there are many things that are happening above the scenes now that you can begin to see. We give an analogy here. It is as if you are an archeologist. You have just seen something in the ground and you begin to pick at it and you see that it is the tip of something. You continue to dig down and it grows bigger and bigger and you continue digging and it is growing and expanding as you dig down and then you find that it is an entire pyramid that has been buried here. And it is expanding and growing. It is like consciousness now that is growing across the planet and the revealing that is coming. It is unbelievable. It is more than your wildest imaginations and you are only at the tip.

So far, what you are hearing about the off-planet world and all that is happening on the planet from the Cabal and all of these things this is just the tip. But as you dig down deeper and deeper into the “Rabbit Hole” that you speak of from the movie, “The Matrix”, as you go deeper and deeper you will find so many more things that will be so much more revealing. And as these things are revealed so many more people will be awakened from it. Because they will be astonished by these things that have been held back and held back from mankind. And as these things are revealed and more and more people are awakened it is as if you are digging down further and further and the pyramid is coming into complete focus.

When this pyramid comes into complete focus, You will be at this Event that has been spoken of.

We will release channel. You have no idea of what is coming yet! We don’t have a definite idea of what is coming here and what is going to happen. We can see some things, yes, we are a little bit higher vantage point than you are at this moment but that does not mean that we are better or worse than you. Just as you are no better or worse than us or anyone else!

So, each of you are going to experience what you are going to experience when you are going to experience it. If you feel something come through and all else comes through you when you say, “That was it?” It is not yet “IT”. OK? A little bit of a hint. You will feel waves of this but when you feel the main Tsunami comes, the main CosmicWave hits, you WILL know it.

We know that groups such as this are creating the future with hope, with love and with compassion and with an understanding of unity.

Yes, it was discussed earlier that even those things that have happened upon the planet that could bring more reactions of fear and anger brings instead a call for compassion and love. You know that you are in different times. You see the upswell of love and compassion in this country and around the world.

Those are the people who are making these changes real. They are bringing you to these new times, these new frequencies. We speak in ways that we recognize that. We recognize your strengths and we recognize your efforts.

“You Are About To Experience The Crescendo” – Sananda and One Who Serves

Greetings to you. We are only here briefly, to welcome another who wishes to give message here. Be back here shortly.

“Sananda”
This is Sananda and as you know I come quite often to this group as you are my charges. You are those ones that I am working with very diligently, very closely. That is not to say that I don’t appear and be with many other groups, as I certainly do. But there is a calling – you have heard that calling. You, each one, are answering the mission that you have come here for. And the time is now as we have been saying many times. You have heard it from many different sources; many different levels have given you this understanding that you are close, you are nearing the finish line. All of these different ways that it is being said, the dominoes are falling and yes the dominoes have begun to fall as you are beginning to witness. Even with all the eyes, the 3-dimensional eyes, for if one wishes to see and know that something is happening they only need to open their eyes, open their ears, for it is there for all to witness.

But it is only the beginning. There are many things yet to come for this is an undertaking that has been in the works for a very long time. And you, yourselves, as you are beginning to more and more understand and have been preparing for these times for also a very long time – many, many lifetimes. For even in a seeming lifetime where there is very little that occurs or seems to occur, even those times you were preparing for this. For this is a momentous occasion and one you are moving fast into. Momentous not only for those here on this planet but momentous for those in the solar system, those in the galaxy, and those even in the very universe. All is being orchestrated as you have heard, all is coming together.

But it is you yourselves, those who understand and resonate with these words, it is you yourselves that are the ones to bring this all about. For we could not do it without you and we cannot do it for you. You must be the ones that make the changes in consciousness. You must be the ones that move up in vibration as you are being taught how to do. You must be the ones that share with your neighbor when there is a need. For even though we could, we cannot do it for you. There is, as you know, the Prime Directive called in many different ways but this does preclude us from directly interfering in your affairs. But yet we interfere to a point and we can assist to a point. And we have been assisting whenever and wherever we can and because of this you are still here. For if it were not for this much would have happened already to have changed the course of history.

The times are upon you now. Do all that you can to prepare. Do all that is necessary to be in the present moment so that when the moment comes you are in a good place to receive the blessings as they arrive here. We are constantly watching over you, constantly aware of the changes that you are going through, both internally and externally. And we welcome those changes as all is coming to a conclusion, all is coming to a culmination. And what has been spoken of before as moving toward a crescendo and you are about to experience that very crescendo.

I am Sananda. All of my peace and love be with each of you. I am always with you as is my cohort Lady Nada and all of those others that continue to mentor to you. Very soon now we will find ourselves together. Peace and love.

Greetings to you. One Who Serves here with you now to answer your questions and, depending on the questions, may also have a brief message to give as well. Do you have questions now for One Who Serves? Minus Ashira we do not have our cohort today at this time. Do you have questions here?

Question: “I have a question as we talked about maybe getting prepared for what could be a new currency or something that we could potentially use in the future instead of money. Would you think that focusing on getting maybe some gold would help – what are your thoughts on that?

As we see it, to this one who has asked this question and to many who are also wondering about this very question, is to look at this from a different point of view. Look at it from a point of view of balance here. Look at it from a point of view of understanding how all is changing in the ways that you know them now in your 3-dimensional understanding is fast-moving away. So that you have very little concern about the old ways or hanging onto the old ways. For it is time to move on, is it not? Is it not time to move up into the higher vibrations as we have been saying and you have been working toward for some time now? Is it not time to let go of the old ways, of the old paradigm that holds you to this 3-dimensional illusion? And yes we are using that word again because that is certainly what it is at the 3-D level it is certainly an illusion. And you, as you continue to find yourself in that illusion and continue to worry, to be in a survival mode in that illusion then it holds you to it. So it is time now to move out of it, to go with the flow as we have been saying many, many times in many different ways and in every way we can think of to give you this understanding. To let go, let it go, do not be concerned anymore. Yes, we have an understanding that you are dealing with others here who do not have your acumen or have your understanding – they are still operating within the old ways. And to them, or for them, it is important for you to assist in any way you can but not in a way to hold you back. So if you insist on finding ways of preparing yourself in the way of holding money, hoarding money, or finding various precious metals, gold and such, this is not anything to be concerned about in terms of to think it is anything bad or negative. It is what it is. If you wish, if it would make you feel better, if it would make those around you feel better then certainly do it. But not to the point of holding you back, you see? Do you understand the difference here? (I do, thank you very much). Was this sufficient for everyone here to understand this for we know that there are many that are dealing with this particular subject? Anything else on this or any other question?

Question: “I am going to continue with this just because the reason I came up with the question about the gold is at one point through this group there was a concern that everyone go ahead and get some dong and we were always asking for everyone to be prepared to get some dinar. As well as finding if does it really resonate with everyone’s heart and for me it comes to the point that this is… would it really hurt to get prepared and the same as when we focused on getting the dong to actually may be looking into some gold. But this is a different avenue and I understand not to get completely obsessed and go with the flow. I totally understand that since you clarified that point but this is why I came up with it. It’s something, that’s potentially something that I feel would help me personally move forward and maybe allowing me to let go of that physical dollar, that physical monetary system. I understand that you have just a piece of gold as something as whether it goes up in value or down in value it’s not money in terms of paper money. This is where I was coming from originally.

Yes and we would say here to you to do whatever it is that makes you feel comfortable here. If it makes you or those loved ones around you feel comfortable to have this, something to hold on to, something solid to hold onto, then certainly that can be beneficial for those who would be working in this way. But again we would caution you to not hold onto it, to not think of it in terms of long-term. If anything it is only but a short term here, something temporary. Just a point where you are moving from one system to another system. And that is all you are doing – you are moving from the system that you know now this system that has been created by the cabal, run by the cabal, controlled by the cabal. Yes you are responsible for it as well in some respects but in other respects it is somewhat beyond your control, other than how you look at it. So if you can look at this entire system that you are in now as something of the past, something that is no longer working, and can assist others in coming to that understanding that it is the old paradigm and to let go of it and move on. Because there is a whole new system ready to move into place. It is there, it is ready to have the final go-ahead. And once the system comes in, which is also temporary, then there will be the times when you will move completely out of the need for this in terms of any kind of financial system whatsoever. But that is a little bit in the future so just be in the present moment and do all that you can to be in that moment but continue to raise your vibrations while you are in it, okay? (Okay thank you so much). Any further questions?

Question: “I have a question. Last week we talked about raising vibrations and being in joy and there also seems to be another part of raising vibration which is avoiding attachments. Do you have any guidance on how best to release attachments and expectations?”

Yes attachments are also something that is a part of your 3-dimensional understanding in this current paradigm. For it is from the time one is born into this illusion here they become attached, do they not? They find attachment to their mother, they find attachment to food, they find attachment to drink and attachment to playing and all of these kinds of things. And the attachments continue on and on throughout one’s life but the idea of holding onto an attachment is to hold onto the old ways. And we are saying more and more to let go of all attachments, everything. That even means your children or your parents or whatever it might be. Now that does not mean to stop loving them, it means to let go of the attachment to them. For even your children are their own beings, they have their own consciousness, they are not you and you are not them as to you are everyone. And everyone is you. It is not exclusive to you and your children, you see? It is all one, you are all one, we are all one. And the more everyone comes to understand that, that is the real golden rule, if you want to look at it this way, that is the one law that we are all one. The Law of One, you see? So it is time more and more to begin to think of it in this way. And the idea of holding onto anything of any kind of material nature whether it be something physical in terms of money or an object or your technology or even an animal or a child even. To hold onto them as being yours, that is an attachment. And that is something that will hold you back in moving on into the higher vibrations. For the more you hang on to these attachments the less you can move upward into higher vibrations and therefore ascension. Does this answer your question? (Yes thank you very much). Are there other questions here?

Question: “I have a question. I just want to clear something up as I understand it and I want to ask your assessment. As I understand it, the way that the world currencies work right now is that they are in competition with each other so that one tries to outpace the other, the exchange rate is relevant because if you get the opportunity to exchange your money for a higher exchange rate than you make a profit etc. So my understanding is that once that idea of competition and profit is taken out of the picture because we will be in a transitionary period where that doesn’t matter anymore, then the currency that will replace what we have now is equal across the board so there will be no profit or competition in terms of exchange rates. So therefore, if one holds a different currency from a different country it has no profited exchange rate other than what you have now, would you agree with that?

That is correct in the little bit longer term, but in the very short term the idea of having these various currencies and it is all part of the greater plan, the plan where these currencies will be exchanged and there will be those who will have instant riches, if you wish to look at it this way. And there will be those that will house the various monies coming to them from the prosperity packages and the various St. Germain trust and all of these other things. And all of the other avenues that are going to be opened up that have not even been discussed yet. There are many ways of bringing this all in so that all are equal. It is all about balance, again, it is all about everyone on the planet becoming equal to everyone else. So that, yes, there will be no competition, there will be no prejudice, there will be no hatred or jealousy or any of these things as these are all the older paradigm emotions and expressions. And you will be moving out of this, you as the human race, will be moving out of this. Now certainly not all will be doing that because not all will be ready to do it. This is where your mentorship comes in as we have been talking to you about where you are the ones that will be assisting many others across the ascension finish line as you have moved across it. So it is all part of the greater plan to bring the changes about in a way that many can be able to handle it without panic and without fear because when they have panic and fear it only brings about the continuance of the old illusion. And the old, if you want to look at it this way, feeding of the old ones. And it is necessary to move out of this and take the fear away, out of the equation entirely, so the old ones no longer have this feed here that they need, the energies that they need, you see? Does this answer your question? (I think so). Is there further clarification needed? We can go on and on here if you wish. (Well…) This is important this is a very important concept that many are struggling with. (I would say from my understanding that to attempt security is an attachment in itself). Correct. (That’s all I have). Yes but it is important to have the security initially to those from being in the survival mode that you have become accustomed to living under. And it is time now to move out of the need for survival and movement more into a need to subsist, a need to have more in your life, have joy in your life, you see? (Yes thank you). Are there further questions?

Question: “This is a follow-up to this topic. For me it’s about the ideal – I’m fine with giving up money, I’m fine with not having attachment but I’m being practical in the short and longer-term. I’m renovating my house so that I can actually have family and friends stay with me if they need to but this whole transition and the support that I’m looking for – how do I maintain my higher level of vibration while I’m also helping those in my life who are really 3D rooted make that transition with as little fear as possible? Because I know the people around me when this is happening they will become fearful, they will become very stressed out. So how do I help those in my immediate circle make this transition given the separations I made with my house, emotionally, physically, I’m ready for the change, I believe that this is going to happen. But it’s really those around me that think I’m crazy or am I thinking I’m worried that there clueless or that they are not paying attention to this. So how do I, as a Light Worker, help those around me through this change?

Yes this is what this is all about, bringing you all to a point where you can go about your mission. And the mission of the Light Workers is to be ready to assist when the time comes to bring those that are not quite of an awakening state as you are to understand what is happening, why it is happening and what to do about it. And you, yourselves, we will be in a position where you can assist those as to what to do about it. And what to do about it is to not be fearful, to not have fear, for that is the very thing that holds you to this illusion. When all fear is gone, when you have let go of all fear, what is left? There is nothing but love. And love is what takes you into the higher vibrations. The more you find love in your life and within you and all around you that will move you, in itself, through the ascension process. No fear, only love. So as much as you can, you will let go of all of the attachments and that even includes attachment of your loved ones that you have there with you. If they wish to stay in fear or in this 3-D illusion then they will remain there and it is not for you to be personally attached to taking them out of this. You can assist them and do everything you can but do not hold an attachment to it. That is the difference and that is where many people will have struggle here because they will attach themselves to their loved ones and want to rip them across the finish line with them and that just may not happen the way they are wanting it to. So we are preparing you for this. Now that is not to say if you have a spouse or anything of this nature or a child that they will not be able to come with you, we are not saying that and please do not even begin to think that way. Because that will bring about fear for you and that is exactly the opposite of it being called for here. So as much as possible, do all you can to help others because that is what this is all about, service to others and find yourself assisting those who are ready to be assisted as much as you possibly can but without holding yourself back. Do you understand the difference? (Yes, thank you). Yes, other questions here?

Question: “I have another question. I discovered that when assisting others and they turn away I’ve noticed that many times, in a large extended family, although one may turn away, just having conversations about this in a family setting will affect another person. So it’s kind of a domino effect. Is that the way, is the seen as the way we assist?

Yes, as you assist one that one will begin to assist another and another and another. That is the way the Light is spread and certainly you as the Light Workers will be the ones who will be sharing this Light wherever and whenever you have the opportunity, even now when you have the opportunity. But we can assure you that very shortly you will have more opportunity than you can possibly know what to do with. You will be needed to be in many different places at once such as we are. Think about that one for a moment! (Yes I’ve been hearing that one too – thank you). Yes, any further questions here?

Question: “I feel that staying humble, working on humility and understanding divine appointment vs. attachment to opinion and belief are more important here so that in the event that we are required to assist others it is with humility and divinity and divine appointment vs opinion and belief, would you agree with that?

Yes of course because the former is without attachment and the latter is with attachment. For if you are holding opinion and belief and judgments and all of this, this is holding you to the old ways, it is holding you to the old 3-D paradigm and therefore an attachment. And as we have said the attachments will hold you back. So more and more and more, this is why the Sugat Gu Ra Ru (Ascended Master/Teacher living in Tibet) Said some time ago and has come back and repeated this to let go of attachments and gain control of your thoughts. These two things will do wonders for you as you are moving into these new times. Now looking at those two things is easier said than done though, is it not? Control your thoughts? How can we possibly control our thoughts? But we can assure you that it is possible – you can do it and you will do it. Let go of attachments? How can we let go of all of our attachments? There again we can assure you – you can and you will. Now will you be alone in doing this? No you will have mentors that have been talked about that will be assisting you directly, physically with you. So all of this will take care of itself. As we say many times, have no fear, let go of all of this. It is only holding you back, it is only part of your lower ego center, lower ego consciousness that is holding you here and wants to continue to hold you here. Because it does not want to let go but you need to cajole it, move it along so that it is ready to let go and to show that you, you as the higher consciousness, are in control here. And you can only do that by letting go of the various attachments in your life.

Question: And aren’t we replacing attachment for unification and oneness?

Yes, yes for once one becomes understanding of the complete oneness, how can then there be any kind of attachment to anyone or anything else, you see? For then there are no differences. And you might think that when there are no differences that would be quite a boring world, would it not? But would it? Think about this, think about it if everyone had the same understanding as you, if everyone knew that they were you and you were them, think how this world would be. What a Light you would be in at all times. Think about that. Any further questions here before we release channel?

Question: “I have one more question. I’ve been reading and following Corey Goode’s experience with the Blue Avians and especially what we’ve heard from this person Gonzalez lately. My question to you is in terms of what’s happening for the planet and all the other star beings, are the Pleaidians and the Sirians and the Andromedans and these other Blue Avians. Are all these beings communicating together or… Because it seems I’m lacking somewhat in understanding on each of them are doing and not quite understand the genes are actually communicating with each other”.

Yes, we can tell you that they, all of those that you have mentioned and many more, are part of the greater whole and the greater plan. All of them are coming together as part of the orchestration. Now look at how orchestration works though. There are pockets of violinists, there are flutists, there are whatever the various instruments are, the horns of various natures, you see? And they are all working on their part, are they not? They all have their part to play in the greater Symphony and there is the one that is the Maestro, that is directing all of this. Well you, my brothers and sisters, are the Maestro. You are the ones that are helping to direct all of this, you being the collective consciousness of man, you see? And all are playing their parts so the Pleaidians are playing their part, the Andromedans are playing their part, the Blue Avians are playing their part, the Arcturians are playing their part and the Sirians and so on and so on. And they all have their piece that they are adding here. Now are they aware of each other? Yes, they are certainly aware of each other but are they aware of the plans for each other? No, not directly. There is only the One that has the complete picture and that, as you know it, is Prime Creator. And those that would administer directly to Prime Creator at that level which is beyond the 3-D understanding and scope of these types of discussions. But let it be understood that it is all being orchestrated, all is coming together and all, as we have said, are playing their various parts and coming together with those parts. And it is all of the parts together, is it not, that needs to create the beautiful symphony. For if one is out of tune what happens? (They all are). Yes. We hope you understand this analogy. (Yes, yes, thank you). Anything further here?

Question: “The Event of this, the beginning of this Event, is there going to be something known, something heard, something said, a visual? Trumpets playing? I’m just trying to correspond to the thinking of the beginning of this – how will we know?”

We can tell you that when it truly begins, you will know it. There will be no question in your mind that this is it, that this is the times that have been spoken of not only for the last few years here but for hundreds, even thousands, of years in the preparation of this. This is that time! This is it – these are the end times spoken of in the Bible. This is the time when the seventh trumpet is blowing, it has already blown, you see?

Question: “So I’m guessing that what you mean is that it’s not an external knowing, it’s an internal knowing.”

It is both. There will be both. You all have, if you look deeply within you, you all have the internal knowing already. That is already there otherwise you would not be here listening to this crazy voice (with Tibetan accent) coming through this one, you see? (Laughter) So you already have the inner knowing – now it is time, very shortly, for the more external to begin to manifest. The internal is already there, it is time for external now to manifest. So as we have said many, many times for those that have eyes to see and ears to hear that you are becoming aware of what is occurring here and you are becoming aware that the dominoes, as has been spoken of, are beginning to fall. Has the greatest domino fallen yet? No but it is close and we will use an analogy here as the dominoes. Look at it as the little dominoes falling, and they have been falling, and one hits the next one and then something happens and then it hits the next one and something happens and so on, and so on. But the larger ones that are sitting there ready to fall have not yet, but if you take all of the little ones coming together and creating a larger domino and then that domino hitting the next large domino, this will create the corresponding reaction that is needed to begin to have all of these fall. Do you understand this analogy? (Yes, yes) Did this answer your question? Anything further? Then we will release…

Question: “Just one quick question regarding physical symptoms of Ascension. I am… Friday was the worst day… Not having a temperature but going through these episodes of freezing, freezing cold sensations to the point of teeth chattering. I’m wondering if this is a sign of, a symptom of Ascension or is it something else that’s going on. Because it’s kind of bizarre, I’ve never had it before and I don’t know what it is.”

Yes we can tell you is we are looking into this directly for you, who has asked this question. There are indications you that all is moving ahead for you, all is moving ahead in consciousness. And yes, it can be somewhat painful or can be uncomfortable at various times. But know that and find comfort in the fact that all across the planet are experiencing these things in various ways, all at that particular nature in that moment as they are needing to experience. These are all indications that there are changes going on. For how could the cellular system within you change from carbon base to a crystalline base without some kind of change, you see? So this is what is occurring – this is occurring in all that are understanding and resonating to these words. It is time and you are experiencing these various changes because it is time. So allow for it, go with it, do not become concerned, do not become fearful unless it becomes totally, what you would call it, beyond acceptance here. And then you would look at it in a little different way but do not, and we repeat this, do not begin to bring in the medical profession and the allopathic medicine. For that is the old way, that is going away. Your ideas of doctors as they are now will be no longer. That is not to say that there will not be a need for health professionals because there certainly will be for a time being, for temporary. But once the crystal healing chambers are introduced all of that becomes not important anymore. Does this answer your question? Question: “Just one more quick question to follow up with what was just said” This is the last question. “Before Crystal chambers does Reiki or Crystal healing help alleviate some of these really extreme uncomfortable symptoms?”

Yes. It has been said many times from many different sources, these things that you mention are tools, various tools that can be used. But what we are speaking of, you will be moving into the ultimate tool which will be consciousness itself. Because when you introduce crystalline chambers they will be interacting your consciousness. And it will be your consciousness that will create changes within you. Just as it is your consciousness now. We release channel now. Shanti, Peace Be with you.

I am Ashira and I am bringing this experience to you today as well as bringing you a brief message before the questions and answers with “One Who Serves”.

There has been much wisdom spoken today in the discussions that have taken place. Much wisdom and each of you is probably feeling the same inclination to be reducing the amounts of things you read and reducing the amount of things you listen to and see. To be more respectful of your bodies, more respectful of your minds and more respectful of your spirits.

As energy continues to rise upon the planet, every person takes it in and processes it differently, do they not? As they take this energy in they experience and express it in different ways. There are those that express it in their 3D world speaking as ones who “know”. And yet, in your own discernment you “feel” that these people are not of the highest but are speaking of what they know and what they see from their perspective.

If one thinks that there are only a small percentage of those upon the planets that actually understand, see and know through the Awakening process what is happening. All others are experiencing this in various ways and dimensions.

Sometimes, any one person upon this planet may be in a higher dimension. They may be in longer periods of song, dance and celebration. Those who have not had as much time in the higher dimensions may not be as far along in the Awakening process and pulled back into the 3D experience more quickly than you may be.

For those that we speak to each week, through writing, through word and through the sounds of our voices are those who are moving into the higher dimensions for longer periods of time. Playing in those. Experiencing those. Those in this room, those on the phone, those who read these words can sense more quickly when someone is coming from a different perspective than what you would resonate to.

We know this is taking longer than you expected. It is taking longer than WE who have been planning this and working on this expected because the consciousness on the planet took turns that we did not see. Those that we have been actively planning games against, that we wish to take out of power, they have done their deeds too in ways we did not expect. But that does not mean that we have not continued the celebration. That does not mean that you are not closer to your celebration than you would know.

So we bring you that love today. The love and the sharing so that all of those things that you expect and that you feel and that you see and that you “know”, those are yours! As much as you can free yourself of those things that bring you back into the 3D perspective. For every time you can consciously do this it will bring you into the realms where you can make the world into what you choose to make the world into. You will be reminded of the strength and the power that you are and you will come to believe more and more in believing to see first!

We give you our thanks. We know that you are “keeping on” and we know that every time we meet with you we know that things are different each week, each day and evermore each month.

“One Who Serves”

Greetings to you. Good to be here with you again this way.

We listened to your conversation earlier. In some ways you could say we were planting the seed here. It is important that you look at this situation you are in, this illusion that has been created here. You, yourselves, have created this illusion. No one else has done it. You have done it. You as “mankind”, you as the Collective Consciousness, as man here have created this illusion.

There is much more to this though than you are even beginning to understand. The entire solar system is also an illusion, as well as the galaxy and the universe itself. And even beyond that. It is all a part of the “Grand Illusion”. That does not mean it is not real for you. It does not mean that it does not have some sense of reality because it certainly does.

As you get up in the morning and place your feet on the ground, you feel solid ground, do you not? That is not an illusion, is it? It is real.

But you are creating this every moment of your life. You are creating that which is your life ahead of you. As you are creating your life you are participating in this life that has been, in some ways, pushed upon you by others who have worked within this larger illusion you might say.

So, that is not to say that you are in an illusion because you are creating this at all times. You are the creator. You are the god, as was said earlier, you are God. You have the creative ability of God, of Prime Creator. Prime Creator put that ability into all of us. It is all part of the free will that we have. And each one of you is creating your existence in front of you.

To look at this as an illusion or not or is it real or not, does not really matter here because it is what it is. If you continue to go with the flow, as we have said, all things will continue to take care of themselves. That is not to mean that you do not need to take action and to move about and do the things that you have to do to live your life. Yes, you do. But as you continue to live your life, know that you are the Creator here!

All that you are doing to create your existence in front of you, you are creating the New World, the New Golden Age. You are moving into the new higher vibrations. As you move into the higher vibrations all will continue to take care of itself. All of these worries, these concerns that you have here in this 3D world, all will be gone. All of it.

So have no fear here. Certainly never. Anything that you hear or read about in all of these sources let them come through you and do not hold them in. Do not allow them to make the programming here. It is not necessary. Just let it all go! Be aware of what is happening around you but let it flow through you. We cannot emphasize enough for you to do this. Let it flow. Let everything go here. All will take care of itself. OK?

Now we will answer questions here if you have questions for “One Who Serves’ or “Ashira”.

Question: What is one thing we can do as individuals or as a group that will raise our individual vibrations?

“OWS”:  Would you like to start this out, Ashira?

“Ashira”:  Absolutely. Thank you.  Dear one, seek joy! Seek love. When your thoughts are astray, it is hard to have your thoughts “in the clouds”, is that not correct?

So as you continue to go through each day choose to do things that bring joy to you. Perhaps that is music. Perhaps that is an activity. Perhaps it is enjoying small ones or pets. Take time each day to set aside for your joyful moments. Many people feel as if they have joy throughout their day and that is beautiful and wonderful.

There are those who tell you to raise your vibrations and how many people say, “How?  How do we raise our vibrations”? And yet what we share with you is to maintain a vibration for longer periods of time and to do it consciously. And if it is to be consciously, it needs to be by choice, does it not?

What we would say is to find moments to set aside for joy. If you do not have truly joyful time in your day find what brings that to you and set time aside each day for that will continue to feed your highest selves in the most positive of ways.

We could go on and on about what could bring joy but what we would say here is to set that time aside at least daily to make that choice to experience joy. And “One Who Serves” you would share what?

“One Who Serves”: Yes, we would also add here that when you are in situations where you find yourself being down or something of this nature simply look at what is beautiful in your world. If you are outside, look at the sky, not the chemtrails, but look at the clouds and sky beyond this. Look at the trees. Focus on all the beauty around you. See the beautiful Earth that is here.

If you are inside, see what is right in your life. See what is good in your life. Be thankful. Be grateful for all that is there. Every time you do this, every single time, you raise your vibration. So, if you wonder how to raise your vibration this is how you do it! You change your thoughts.

Your thoughts become positive. You focus on what you are thankful and grateful for and your vibration has increased. The more you stay in that, as Ashira has said, the more you move into the higher vibrations and dimensions and you will stay there longer and longer. The next thing you will know is here comes Ascension.

This is how it works. OK?

Question: Could you please speak on “Project Blue Beam” from your perspective?

“OWS”: Project Blue Beam is in shambles. It was something that was a figment of the imagination of those who would create this. Those that wanted to create fear and spread fear across the lands. And what better way than with an alien invasion? Would that not spread fear everywhere?

Because of this, this was not going to be allowed. Even though they know it, those who would try to perpetrate this type of thing, they knew this would not be allowed and still they persevered and tried to get in the back door and all of these kinds of things to keep this stuff going. But they are realizing more and more that it won’t be allowed.

So, there is no concern here whatever. When the Galactics show themselves, it will be real! It will be after all the fear is gone here. OK?

Anything to add, Ashira? (No, that was perfect). Any other questions here?

Question: I have a question about meditation. I found myself having a very strong reaction to something that happened this weekend. It was very painful for me in terms of emotion. It happened a long time ago. I came to an understanding that those strong emotions are embodied in us somehow. I believe that if I meditated each day on something beautiful each day I would create the environment to let go. Is that so?

“OWS”: Certainly and now, let us look at what is the idea of meditation? To simply quiet the mind and focus on your breathing that is something that is beyond what most people can do or do because how often do you just sit and relax and concentrate on your breathing in and out as you have been taught to do and quiet the mind? I am asking this question of all of you. Are you able to quiet the mind, really quiet the mind? Or does the mind continue to chatter on?

So, this is the practice here. This is the mind letting go. When we speak to let it go and all of these things it is all part of this. To learn to quiet the mind.  When you can quiet the mind it opens up entire new worlds to you. Into the higher dimensions, into the higher vibrations.

As we said earlier, you can simply look on the vistas ahead of you, the trees, the grass, flowers, all of this that focuses on the beauty around you and brings it within you. That is raising the vibrations.

So, yes, when you can find the time, meditate. It can be formal meditation or a few minutes of quiet time when you do quiet the mind and allow your breathing to take you. Does this answer your question?

Anything you wish to add here, Ashira?

“Ashira”: As we look at this situation with our sister, there is an element of forgiveness in here that you mentioned. What we see here is that is part of the onion peeling that each of you has been going through. Sometimes it smacks you right in the middle of the face, does it not? And you think, “I thought I was past this. I thought that this is a situation that would no longer capture my attention.”

One of the affirmations we have given before is, “I forgive. You forgive. We forgive.” And in this you release. If this continues to plague you, we might suggest that you remember that particular set of words. There is no blame. There is no holding on to this. It is a release mechanism that is meant to assist you.

This is a question that arises for each and every one in this circle. Again, as the onion continues to pull down and you feel as if you are in a new place, you feel as though you are viewing things from a different perspective and then something hits an old hot button. You can take time in release and letting go. The meditation practice as spoken of by “One Who Serves” gives you the time and essence to breathe in and to breathe out. Concentrate on your breath and allow your mind to come to peace and release and forgiveness. Does that help?

“OWS” : Would there be other questions here now?

Question: Recently I have been seeing 11-11 everywhere I go and series of numbers like 123 and 321. Do they have messages for me?

“OWS” : Yes. This is all part of the shift or transition that is going on. All of this is pointing to change. Change within you and change all around you. Many are having this exact same experience at this same time. You could look within this group, in this room and many would say that they have been having these experiences for some time now. It is simply part of the shift that is taking place now and a sense of the focus and awareness that you are having now. You are coming out of the veil, the veil is dropping and as it continues to drop, your awareness goes up. As your awareness increases, so do your vibrations. This is how it is working.

Anything to add here, Ashira?

“Ashira”: No. We were chuckling because we know that many in this room can share the same experience. The opening of the portals. The gateways and heralding that for each and every one!

“OWS” : Yes. Does that answer your question? Any further questions here?

Question: I have this light that keeps coming that shows every 30 seconds when I am aware. Could you please tell me about this?

“OWS”: Ashira, would you like to take this first?

“Ashira”: Yes. I can take this.

We have spoken many times about experiences you may have when the veil is coming down. You are having glimpses of that world beyond. That is, in part, of what is going on here but it is also your observation of your guides with you. They are sharing with you and bringing information to you at another level. But also presenting themselves so that you know you are not alone, dear one. They are opening that veil and showing you the direction you are leaning and helping you to be at more peace. Does that make sense to you?

And “One Who Serves”?

“OWS”: We would add here not only for the one who asked this question but for all who are listening here or reading these words after. All of this is part of the change here. Part of the shift. Part of the transition moving toward Ascension. You will be having more and more of these experiences. Lights and seeming movement out of the corner of your eye and all these types of things. You will be looking at the sky and seeing things that someone next to you cannot see. Because you now are to the point where you have the eyes to see and the ears to hear.

As you continue to utilize the changes within you, you will see the changes more and more. You will have more of these glimpses beyond the veil; you will have more and more of an understanding of what is happening in the deeper levels of what is occurring here. You will be seeing beyond what others may be seeing or experiencing. You will assist them in understanding what they are going through. You see?

Question: I have a mother who has many past traumas and she is stuck in her core issues. What can I do to help her?

“Ashira”: Thank you for this question. So many people have this question on their mind. This one is not yet awakened to the same kinds of things that you are awakened to. But fear not. Fear not. She is on the path that she is on and she will awaken when she is to awaken. Her core issues will be moved away from her in terms of being of concern to her.

You will see her filled with love and light and you will know that it was then time for her to awaken. You will then be able to spoon feed her that which you know. She will be like a child to you that you will be able to assist and bring her into a fullness of her understanding.

We would say, be at peace my friend. Does that help?

“OWS” :Any further questions here?

Question: From the animals perspective what do they perceive is happening?

“Ashira”: Yes. I will take this.

We relate to animals in the 3D world in a couple of different ways for a dog is always going to be a dog. They are going to mark their territory and they are going to eat their meals with relish. And yet there is this consciousness in each animal that is connected with all animals, all of life on this planet. They have their own soul groups and their own unity consciousness and that is at a spiritual level.

You being one who is awakened to this may be one who speaks to these creatures in such away. If you open your heart and bring your questions to these creatures, they can have deep conversations with you.

We know that there are many upon the planet who have opened their souls to their people. There are many who have been told that the animals have already gone through the Ascension door. Even if your cat acts like a cat and your bird acts like a bird their highest selves are holding the doors for humans. In some ways they laugh about the trouble humans have in getting through those doors.

The light is there and the more people receive messages from the animal kingdom, be they fish, birds, mammals or any of the animal kingdom, they know they are in your life for unconditional love. For they pour their light upon you from the highest realms and they continue to hold those Ascension portals open knowing that they are walking through those with you.

You will see your animals in very different ways as you move through the Ascension process. You will see how they are part of the overall plan. You will see that the part of humanity that has made them as servants to man, has paid them a great disservice for they have been there to share with us in total love.

Does that make sense and answer your question? Yes. Beautiful answer.

Question: I have a question about animals. Every morning I see a family of Opossums passing at work. At night I see bunnies. At home I seem  to have an explosion of spiders. What can you share about these?

“Ashira”: What do spiders mean to you? Do you have a meaning beyond them being “icky”? No, not really.

We would share with you that in Native American understanding, spiders are nature’s dream weavers with the way they spin their webs. They believe that spiders protect your home, your domicile. They are there to protect your dream state that your dreams may be productive and while they are protecting you, you are able to do your work in other planes and dimensions. There are special creatures there to share with you in a very special way.

The other creatures are there to continue to assist you with your connection to the rest of the planet so that you do not become so focused on your work or the work you do for this group that you forget the rest of the kingdoms upon this planet. This helps you to remember that you are one with all, all upon this planet. And to get that connection daily, even twice a day brings balance to your soul. Do you have time to stand barefoot on the soil with them? We would suggest that for they will commune with you and share of their messages in the future.

Today, the spiders had that message to give to you. They wish for you to know that they live with you in peace and harmony. Bless you!

Question: The path that I walk on to get to work is filled with birds and lizards. I tell them that they have nothing to fear. Do they feel my energy?

“OWS”: Yes. Most certainly.

“Ashira”: And we would add that if you have a few extra moments, ask them if they have a message to share with you. At times you will hear an answer and it will put a smile upon your face.

Question: I have a younger sister who is in and out of the hospital. What can you tell me about her?

“Ashira” : Can you please say her first name? (Name is given)

She came to this place and time to experience this life now in a way that she is peeling back her onion, let us say. For her to come to an understanding of various things in her life this time as well as coming to an understanding of those things that did occur before. She is not accumulating new karma but she is looking at her past in ways that help her to understand why she is where she is in this life and where she is going.

We would say that the best thing to do to support her is to love her, to embrace her and to assure her that you are standing by her. And that although you will not take this on for her for this is not your role, you are there to support her as she makes choices each and every day. We know that is not a great deal of information but it is what we see at this time. Bless you.

Just to share here briefly that the plan is unfolding here and all are part of the plan. You all have a part to play here. There is none greater or none lesser here in this grand scheme here. So do what you do each day but find yourselves moving into these higher vibrations and staying there longer and longer. You will find as you do this that everything is being taken care of, you are being taken care of. All is as it needs to be. The more you move up in consciousness that way, the more you will feel that way. You will look at all these things around you in this 3D world and you will realize that it is part of this illusion.

“St. Germain”

I am “St. Germain”. It is very good to be with you in this way at this time. It was good to speak with you two Advances ago about this day you just yesterday, the Fourth of July. But know that the Fourth of July, as you know it and the way it is celebrated in this country was not the way it was supposed to be.

For how many of you and those that you know really understand what this day has meant to this country and yes, even to the world. For it was a day that was to be free, a day to signify the freedom for all of this country and eventually, to the entire world.

But, as you know, that has not happened. Yes, there are many here in this country who think they are free. Who think they can do whatever they want and live a life that they want. To many it seems so. But those of you who have listened to many sources know that you are not truly free, and have not been free for a long time.

For as the forefathers who developed, who created this country and had plans, ideas and ideals to bring it forth and to put all of that into motion. There have been those that have come through and usurped all of their great ideals.

You call yourself a democracy here in this country but that was not what it was meant to be. You are a Republic and a Republic again you shall be. For a Republic becomes all that it was meant to be for men to be free, where all men and women are truly equal.

You have those times coming ahead. Very soon now, within the next several months, you will begin to see many different changes. But many of these changes were begun back in your 1776. It is only now when those who have taken control of this system and created this democracy, once they are gone they will no longer control. Incidentally, they have lost much of their control now.

Once their control is completely eliminated you will have the freedom that was meant to be. The freedom that those who were gathered in that room, before signing the Declaration of Independence, and there I was with them. They looked at each other and would not sign this document. They were afraid. There was fear. They knew that whoever signed this document signaled their own death, giving them a death sentence.

But yet, as I looked around this room and saw it in their faces. I saw the fear, yes, but I also saw that which would overcome the fear. I saw the resolve in each of them. A resolve to be free. I stood up and I addressed the gathering there. I spoke to that resolve, of the need to be free. Yes, I believe I was quite eloquent at that time. But it was not my eloquence that won them over. It was their inner knowing of what could be.

One by one they overcame their fear. Their resolve took over and they stepped up one by one to the table and signed their name. Even knowing that at the moment they signed, they would be signing their death sentence. Yet they signed. Yet they came forth.

It is today, now, so many years ahead in the future from that moment that there are those again that have that resolve, that have that freedom in mind but this time, not just for a country but for an entire planet. For there are those across this entire planet that want freedom. And freedom they shall have. Freedom you shall all have. For you all have that resolve in you.

And it will come forth and it is coming forth just as it did then. I can tell you now, as you look ahead, and this exercise you just did was meant to show you this. As you look ahead, a year from now, and the changes that you saw, your idea of the Fourth of July will never be the same as it was yesterday!

I am St. Germain. I am with you now and will continue to be with you as these many changes begin to happen. You will show forth that very resolve that was within those who came before you.

Greetings to you! “One Who Serves” here with you now to answer questions you might have. “Ashira” is also standing by and will also have a message for you. Would you have a question for “One Who Serves” and “Ashira”?

Question: With the visit of the Pope and the month of September. Is there something you expect to be happening?

“One Who Serves”
Is it something we expect to be happening? Yes, it is in the works here that it will happen. As to what will occur in that moment we cannot say because at this point, we do not know ourselves. Because even though there are those plans that are created in the “boardroom” you might say, and they are moving toward fruition, there are many things that can occur before that moment that can cause changes to happen to those very plans that were enacted at that time.

Do you understand this? Now as to various changes that can happen as St. Germain has said and there are many others who have said this and we, ourselves, have said this and Ashira, there are so many things that are coming. What
​do ​you have a saying that is, “mind blowing”. Prepare to have your minds blown. Not you​r​ Central Nervous System though because if these things had happened too fast, there are those who would have had their Central Nervous System blown out, literally. This could never be.

This is why there are calls for patience here. This why there seems to be delays of all of those who work to bring this about. Those of you are included in this for you are working to bring this about as well.

When you have your guided meditations as you had here today, notice that as you work with this, you are creating. You are creating what you are wanting to have and what you are wanting to develop. This is going out into the Collective Consciousness into the Universal Mind. It is creating this process.

When you do this there are many who come upon this and pull it in you might say and begin to create it as well. This is how the entire creation process occurs here, you see? Does this answer your question?

Any further questions here before we release channel?

Let us say, continue “keep on, keeping on”. Continue going on with your various activities, your daily lives and continue to be in the present moment at all times. For as you are in the present moment and creating your future ahead of you with your thoughts, create it in a positive fashion. Create that which you want to be, not what you don’t want to happen. Begin more and more to take the focus away from what you don’t want to what you do want. This is the secret of manifestation here and the attraction process.

So more and more and more focus on what you want and as you focus on what you want the attraction process will draw that to you and you will find that you are manifesting much more quickly than you have ever done before. As you spoke of earlier in your group, the energies are growing and expanding and many people are feeling them differently.

And as we have said many times, you will see more and more of the glimpses of what is beyond the veil. As you have more of these, the veil will be dropping, It is already dropping and soon it will be gone completely.

And those negative ions that were shared in your guided meditation will replace all of the energy that has been here before in a negative fashion. You can imagine what it is like after a beautiful Spring rain or a Summer rain. How would you feel after this? This is what you are moving toward.

I am “Ashira”. Last week the transcription was cut short and I wanted to repeat some of my closing message again. We also wish to share our support for the messages given this day.

Last week we discussed some of the mood swings people are experiencing. Know that these moods, those of melancholy or depression are not yours. They are part of what is evolving upon this planet and as it moves through you and you feel it, stop and say, “This is not mine”. Allow it to move through you.

Those who need to process are processing but as it moves around the planet in consciousness, those who are awake to others feel this as well. As was given last week, allow these to move through and do not seek a meaning from them. You have done your work.

There are many who are crying out saying that “we” do not understand what is happening. Yet those in this group and others like it know that we understand because we have been through this too. As this continues on, as you meet in this group and other groups as well, you SEE what is happening. You are in a different place and a different state of mind than those who are in early states of awakening and wonder about all they are being shown.

This is the good news. For as you look a year hence from now, next year’s Fourth of July, the conversation will be lively. This is the reason we have been excited and spoke about the movement over the finish line.
It is only days and weeks and months and not so long as many months.

Yes, August, September and Fall this year sees many changes coming. Bigger changes are coming. All over the planet, changes. The majority of those who are sleeping now will be awakened. You will step into your new roles. We are eager to be sharing with you and answering your questions.

Those of you, like Mahendrin who was not able to ask his question, are feeling nudges, you are feeling pushes. You are feeling that which is coming for it is coming so quickly that you are being pushed in ways that are unfamiliar to you. You do not see a finish line. Where are you going? Where are you being pushed to?

Keep the faith. Go with the flow. Allow each day to unfold. As doors seem to close, know that others will open on the other side. It is somewhat like the death process where there are crowds of people who tell you goodbye on one side and there are crowds on the other side welcoming you. We are with you there pulling you forward, helping you as we are happy to do.

“Lord Lanto”
I am “Lord Lanto”. I have been with this group once before. I am one who oversees this group along with others and one who serves each of you in ways you do not yet understand.

And yes, it was perfect this day for the conversation to take place that was planned. The seed was planted and that one who rarely speaks was able to get this forth into the group. For it is important that the group addresses issues such as these for these are issues that will be heard from others in the world in which you live as these shifts happen. And as more and more people have that alarm clock go of in their bodies, their minds, their souls there will more and more people who will ask these questions, yes, these very questions, because of that fear that has been placed there and reinforced over lifetimes.

To be concerned whether or not there is a roof over one’s head. To be concerned whether or not there is money in the bank. To be concerned whether or not one’s children or animals and such that has been discussed will arise. And yet, all of these things are for naught. As you continue to rise in the vibrations, those frequencies continue to rise upon the planet, there is not a need about any of these things. For your concerns about money will be met beyond your wildest dreams. Your concerns about family will change by the time you are meeting with people who have those concerns. And as you visit with them only days later you will see that there is a difference in them and their family structures.

These are the things that are coming to you. There are many who have been speaking of these things. There have been many, as Susan has spoken of, who have left the planet in the last two to three weeks. Again, this is another sign of how close this shift is. For these are called to the other side to hold those gates open for you and to feed the energy in that assists all. And any of those reservations that one might have this heart has been opened by the loss of this one and this heart will be filled with the love of those who have left.

All of this has been planned and it is part of the contracts of those who have left but even more it is part of your contract and all of those upon the planet whose hearts are open more and more in compassion, in sadness. It is those who have left the planet have left the opportunity for love to move through this planet. You see those who come upon this passing and reach out for others to share with them.

This “landmark” decision about gay marriage in this country, did you ever see that it would happen? This is yet another sign of how close love upon this planet, peace upon the planet is now, not later, as Joanna has said.

This is NOW! This is the time of change!

I was called forth and asked to speak that I might share these many wonders with you. To know that as time moves forward that everything is changing faster and faster upon this planet. You can barely see how close you are to the finish line that has been spoken of previously. For all is in the moment N OW as things are changing moment to moment and day to day. And if you could but look upon all the various levels \upon this planet you would see those changes. Parts are still hidden from you.

Why 50 years ago did you not know of these things? Why in the time of those authors about which you spoke wrote about manifestation? And yes, there were those who talked about the extraterrestrials presence in the sky. It has not been something that had been studied in great depth until that one who brought it to more people. The author of, “Chariots of the Gods”, Van Daniken, brought it to the mass consciousness. And still he has been laughed at and ridiculed for such a very long time. Even the word of Atlantis has been scoffed at and Lemuria even more so.

And yet, there are those who chose to incarnate at this time to grow in this time, to come to the families in which they grew, at this time. To be here to experience the grand changeover. The grand Ascension. This is not something those in this room or those upon the planet have to work toward.

You in this room have striven to work on self-forgiveness and those things we have spoken to you of. To allow the changes in the body. To allow so much to occur. To be in the rowboat and allow the boat to roll down the streams as life comes to you. To allow it to be.

This is the time when those you are in service to and will be in even greater service to have not the eyes to see in this moment and yet, when this shift happens there will be so much going on that you will be needed. Even the bodies in which they exist will feel pains you have already gone through.

And we know that there are those who will be the “medical teams” that will help people move into light chambers, to move into healthier eating and better organization of their lives. All of this is what is in the process now. And in all levels except where you see in your world. All levels ARE changing. All levels are changing now.

Have the faith as you move forward that you will see what you are to see when you see it. In this room and to all of the group who follows this one, those of us in service to you have encouraged you to believe first and see later. That is part of that manifestation process, is it not? You are in the NOW. You call it forth and you experience it. You call it forth because you see it, you feel it, you know it at your very deepest levels.

It is time for all to unfold. Be in the moment. Be in acceptance. Be in excitement. As your moods move through you, allow them to be as well. For many of the moods that you feel are not those of you but of others upon the planet.

We have encouraged you in the past and we encourage you again. You feel as though your world is getting smaller because you do not feel the desire to reach out to old friends if they are not on the path. You may not feel like watching old shows. You may not feel like watching old news. You may not feel much at all to reach out to the 3D world. That is OK my friends! That is OK because you are moving with the energy into the new existence and all of those aspects and any of those aspects can bring you back into the 3D perception. It will slow you down.

Your path is cleared because those in this room and those connected by wires, all of those you reach out to are part of the front lines. We have shared this with you many times and we are with you at all times. You have been given the Light Mental Body twice now so that you can call that forth in confidence knowing that you will always know how to use it and it will be there for you.

We will remain with Ashira and One Who Serves for questions. We are here to give you confidence and to give you love and to support you in every moment of your journey and know that as you have this issue, situations and qualms within your own being this is the right and true place to expose those and to share those. Others in the group need those answers to be prepared to serve in the roles to which they are called to serve.

We are so grateful that you have heard this call and you are some of the first ones to awaken so that you can serve in the way to which you have been called. You have not yet glimpsed the grandeur of life and the various experiences you will be called into. You will know in that moment your connection to all. Your connection to the Archangels and Ascended Masters. Your connection to your Galactic Brother and Sisters.

You are so much more than that which sits in your chair this very moment. And we know that you have doubts about that but as this energy continues to flow and shoot into this world, your presence and your understanding will flow to you as well and you will see where your part is in this giant puzzle.

We will be visiting you again during your meeting in August. I shall be there to oversee the events. I will be there as the “Ringmaster” as so many things are planned.

“One Who Serves”

Greetings. This is “One Who Serves” here to share with you brief message and then we will move on to regular festivities here as we know you have come to enjoy that time that you can have camaraderie with us somewhat.

The message we give here is to echo “Lord Lanto” here and that you brought up in your discussion earlier. And that is to be in the NOW. To be in the present moment is very important and have we not said that for some time now? To be in the NOW. To go with the flow. To allow things to be what they will be.

That is not to say that you should not take action. You cannot sit back and have something happen. So you must continue to work in your daily activities and find those things that bring you joy and entertainment as well as to bring about the changes that are necessary in your every day life as you are moving through it.

But to be also expectant for those things that are coming. And those things are in the future as you look at it now but the future in is the present NOW as well. Continue to move in the direction of raising your consciousness in every moment you think of and to do it. As “Sugat” said last week as he spoke of moving through the transition here. Each of you is moving through and towards your Ascension process. Yes, you are in the Ascension Process, here as we speak. Have you Ascended? No, not necessarily but you have at times moved up into the higher vibrations and spent a little bit of time there and then moved back for various reasons.

The Ascension Process will take you out of this 3D realm to never have to come back here if you do not want to, to experience this. But we know as we work with you, the Lightworkers, we know that you are here for a reason. You are here to experience the changes as you go through them and then assist others to go through the changes as well. So, you will find yourselves moving through the Ascension Process being in those higher vibrations and find yourselves back again. Yes, you will voluntarily come back again to experience the changes those here are going through and then to assist them. As we have said previously, you will have your mentors and you will mentor to others. As you receive, you will give. That is how it works.

So continue in the process as you are doing now. Continue to be in the present now. Find the joy in every given moment as you can and all will take care of itself, you as an individual, you as a group, you as a collective consciousness here on this planet. All is being orchestrated so just go with it. OK?

Question: It is my understanding that the entire planet will feel their Oneness with God and then some will Ascend and come back to help others. Is that an accurate understanding?

“One Who Serves” : Very much so, as we see it, but there can be shifts and changes in this. Not all will experience the same feelings. Not all sense it the same. But there will be what you are calling an energy shift that has been spoken of as “the Event” and other terms have been given to this, a “Tsunami of Love,” and more. And it is a wave of energy coming into the planet that will assist in shifting the consciousness of the entire planet.

Does that mean that all will shift at once? NO. Does that mean that all will go through this? No, it does not. Because they will not be ready for this in themselves. It will not be their time and their individual choice at that moment will not be one that will take them into the higher vibrations because they will not understand the higher vibrations. Or even a reason to go into them. They will find themselves in the familiar. In what they already know and will remain there. They will be accommodated in ways that needs to be at that time. No concern from all of you for all is being orchestrated as we have said many times. So, there will be those who will experience the shift and those who will not experience the shift fully as you are destined to. Does this answer your question? Yes

Anything you wish to add here, “Ashira”? No, splendid answer.

Question: I have been disconnected from the 3D world. I am out of an abusive relationship and leaving another friend. I am feeling alone. I know I am to be in the NOW and I am afraid that more negative will happen. What can I do?

“Ashira”: Dear One, as we come to you what we would share with you is that you are going through experiences that are more of a result of your past thought processes and experiences. This is part of your soul’s way to bring you to the point of recognizing your own soul’s strength. Your own abilities. It is part of the moment in time now where you are to stand alone for the time being. This is very difficult for you. Even though you have been of a spiritual mindset, you have read and talked to and lived a type of thought process, you have been with this group a very short time.

Many of this group have brought similar stories and they have worked through them. This is a point in time for you to working through this from a different perspective. You are exactly where you are supposed to be. As these things come up, your self-forgiveness is very important. Forgiving yourself and knowing that anything you have experienced in the past that had “bad results’ were things that you manifested from where you were at that time. And now you are in a different place having different energy feeding you and supporting you.

It is time for you to know WHO you are and not to allow guilt or forgiveness issues face you any longer. This is your opportunity to peel that onion and come out that shining being nthat you truly are.

Anyone who has gone from you is NOT part of your support system, is NOT the support system for who you are at THIS moment! It is time for you now to find new support systems. You are changing the grid of your life. Those who were with you, family, friends, others are no longer the truth of who you are. The truth of who you are is coming to you more and more every single day. You will know it is not negative experiences that are going to be following you.

Open your heart. Open your spirit. Open that expectancy and believe that which you see in yourself now is the strength and wonderment in those who are now attracted to you. It is resulting in beautiful results for your life. It is all a part of something very special. Those in this group can surround you and support you. And help to assure you that they have also made it this far from very similar experiences and know now that your moment in this time and in the future you are creating will be totally supportive and beautiful.

“One Who Serves”: And we would add to this to answer your second question as to thought processes and the idea of a failsafe . This was already brought up in another time here. When you are in the higher vibrations—let us back up. While you are here in the 3 D world there is a failsafe here in terms of manifesting. So, that if you think of something fearful it does not manifest immediately. You must think it over and over. Put emphasis into it and feelings into it. So, there is a delay process.

As you move into the higher dimensions the delay process is less and less. As you move into the 5D world it becomes almost non-existent as you continue through a training process that you will go through. But as you continue to move up into higher dimensions and the delay process becomes less and less it would not behoove anyone to have fearful thoughts and have them manifest immediately. So, as you move into the higher vibrations you have a failsafe process that keeps these negative thoughts from coming in. You cannot move fully into these higher vibrations until these negative thoughts have lessened a great deal. When they come in at times, it can happen when you first enter the 5D world, that is where the idea of the failsafe kicks in and keeps these from manifesting. You see?

No concern here that you will be in those higher vibrations and you dream up something terrible. That cannot happen. OK?

Question: The Light Mental Body, does each one connect with other Light Mental Bodies say within this group?

“One Who Serves”: In terms of other Light Mental Bodies in the group communicating? Yes! Certainly they are communicating just as other aspect of your Higher Self is communicating. While you communicate on your level here, there are those other higher levels of yourself that are also communicating. This is how these things are being orchestrated.

How these questions that come up in your discussions here are being formulated here. Your Higher Selves are whispering to each other before you come in to bring this about. You see? Anything you wish to add here, Ashira?

“Ashira” : We would add that this is all part of the Unity Consciousness. You are ONLY individuals in your body as it sits in the chair in this moment. Only in this body do you feel alone as you try to change the world. At those higher consciousness levels of the Light Mental Body and your Higher Consciousness itself, you are connected with ALL those around the planet and all those who are with you and many, many more. So, yes the orchestration that you are a part of is great and vast.

​Question: ​My wife had a strange occurrence last week. She saw something walking across the street ahead but it was blacked out so that she could not really see what it was. What can you tell me about this?

“One Who Serves”​: ​Yes. We can share here that these types of things are the glimpses into the other dimensional experiences you might say. Now, when these things happen, and they are going to increase more and more and more attention you pay to them, the more they will happen. And the more that you are believing they are happening, the more they will happen. Eventually you will be seeing completely through the veil and the veil will disappear completely to your understanding here. Does this help?

“Ashira”: We would add that this is definitely looking through the veil and yet there is an aspect of your wife’s consciousness at a conscious level that said “Oh, I can’t be seeing this”. She automatically filled in the spaces with the black box that you would see on the television in this particular realm. But she was looking into the other realm exactly as “One Who Serves” has said.

Question: I had a chakra test the other day and I was told my heart is open but my root was closed.

“One Who Serves”
As you look at your Chakra centers it is important that you are the one who is looking at them. Not someone else that tells you what is there or not there. You cannot completely believe what another person says of you just as if they were tell you what your past lives have been or anything of this nature. That is not to say that they are not accurate it is to say that you cannot completely go with what another person says about you. YOU have to experience YOU. You have to go into your own Chakra centers and see. Is my root Chakra closed? Is my heart Chakra open or whatever it might be. That is how you gauge where you are in the process. You can use the various tools, and that is all they are, tools to assist you in coming to the same understanding as you come into by looking at yourself. It is very much a trap here to have another tell you what you are experiencing. How do they really know. You see?

Question: It is interesting how Ashira explained feeling alone but in the Higher Realms we are connected. How do we allow for the connection in this dimension?

“Ashira”​: ​Absolutely. Absolutely. Many, many people have experienced times when they have had meditations when they connected fully with others on this planet, not only brothers and sisters, but all upon the planet down to the molecular level.

There are those who have experienced insights and feelings on different types of drugs and different types of rituals. The reason I said that many feel alone, this is part of the game on this planet is that you have come to see yourself alone in the world. You strive to connect with the one who will love you in a love relationship. Strive to connect with your children. Strive to connect with friends and to find familiarity with the ones you feel closeness with.

It has always been a struggle, has it not? And yet, outside of this physical body, outside of the judgments and self-concerns, outside of all of that is that aspect of you that is connected beautifully not only to your brothers and sisters on the planet but to ALL upon the planet. All of the multiverses are filled with your vast awareness of the total being that you truly are.

So the longer you have been in these bodies on this planet that you have come to be in; that is what you can now move forward and past. You can move forward and past in your thought process by knowing that you are one with all on this planet, all across the Galaxy. You are a cell in the body Human and a drop of water in the sea of consciousness upon the planet. Does that make sense?

“Ashira’

I wanted to take a moment because this was, indeed, a planned exercise because we know there are still aspects to the relationship with mothers and fathers that are still hidden in corners. These are times for healing and these are times for forgiveness. These are times for self-forgiveness as well.

This is the time now that all come together on this day to honor the energy that fathers bring to this planet. And while there is much discussion of the Goddess Energy that has entered the planet there is many times that bad-mouthing, is that a word, I do not know, but bad-mouthing and reprimands of the male energy occurs. Many times the masculine energy, the patriarchal energy is associated with the negative. That is not what we desire.

We desire that the men and the women, the male and the female and all of the sexes in between and everywhere are coming together with an understanding, a forgiveness and a tolerance for one another. It is more common these days to see men and woman as true partners, true strong partners within relationships. Even within relationships that are not marital in nature but those relationships such as with Susan and James. There is a strong balance and an equality that is shared.

These are the types of relationships that are moving forward in the 5^th dimension. The understanding of strength on both parts. The understanding that each has a role to play. And in the 5^th dimension you will understand this more clearly because your roles will become more clear. There will be clearer communications with one another.

However, in the past there is still much to heal and much to love. This is a brief message to follow up on the exercise today. We will return with questions and answers and a closing at the end.

Let us prepare for “One Who Serves” and James by singing three “Ohms” please.

“Sugat Gu Ra R

Greetings to you. This is not who you thought was coming. We throw a monkey wrench into the works here! This is Sugat Gu Ra Ru. And I hail to you from the mountains in Tibet. Where I spend all of my time and some of you here have been with me before in what you would call a student –teacher relationship. And yes, you were the student! You were my chelas. And there were those times when we were together when you were experiencing and working with various aspects of raising your consciousness, just as you are doing now.

 I can tell you that in those times when you were with me in a more stricter fashion you might say, more different, disciplined, something very foreign to you now. We do not see you in this lifetime being one who can sit in a lotus style position in a cave for hours and hours, sometimes days and weeks and even months at a time and meditate. I can tell you that you raised your consciousness in this way.

This time you are doing the same thing. It is just taking a little bit different route here, acknowledging that you have your everyday aspects here, your life to live. That life does not work together with the austere life which you had at those times.

At this time now, we would ask you and this has been coming, that you would continue to work with your thought processes. And raise your thoughts for as you raise your thoughts you raise your consciousness. As your consciousness raises your thoughts raise. And very soon you will find it is more and more difficult to have a negative thought.

When you have come to this point when you are no longer having negative thoughts or at least when you have one, you can push it out immediately. When you come to this point then you are moving closer and closer to your transition. Yes, the transition towards the Ascension Process. It is a process though. It is not an overnight sensation here. You will not be here one day and gone the next although there will be some who have more of that type of an experience. You have been told that everyone will have their own type of experience and yes, this is true.

 And you in this group and many who are reading these words are in training to bring about the changes in yourself that can lead you to the point when the transition happens for you, for the entire planet, you will be in a position where you can be ready to go through it. You will not, have the aches and pains and the quandary that many will feel as to what is going on.

You will be experiencing it as a sense of bliss. A sense of wonderment. And you will be saying, “OK! I am ready. Take me now!”  Because that will be the feeling that you have. But in order to get to that point you have to first come to more and more of an understanding of your thoughts and how creative your thoughts are and how to control those thoughts as much as possible.

We say to you now every day, focus on this. Bring your thoughts into a more of an understanding that you are in control of the thoughts not the other way around. Because your thoughts create you. Every day your thoughts create that which is your life ahead of you. And as you move into the higher dimensions your thoughts will continue to create but they will be creating instantaneously.

So you have to prepare yourself for that eventuality when your thought manifests immediately. We would certainly not want some of your thoughts to manifest at this time in the higher vibrations. And the “One Who Serves” has told you it cannot be this way because there is a “fail safe” process here and this will keep this from happening but even so we want you to work on this every day. Feel your thoughts, experience your thoughts, and then take your thoughts into the higher vibrations with you. You will not want to stay in the lower vibrations with lower vibratory thoughts.

That is my message here at this time. I do not come to this group very often but when I get the chance and when there is the movement of consciousness within the group, it can call to me. This has happened. I have been called here to work possibly a little closer with you and to bring you closer and closer to what would be your own personal transition here.

I will not take questions. “One who Serves” will take care of that.

Greetings to you! “One Who Serves” here now to answer your questions with “Ashira” standing by here as well. We will say something at the end before “Ashira” comes in.

Would you have questions here for “One Who Serves” and “Ashira”?

Question: Several friends and others have had the inspiration to create their own language in symbols. I have written entire pages with symbols. When I went to the hospital recently, I spoke to people who have been seeing symbols appearing on their skin. What can you tell me about these experiences?

“One Who Serves”:  We can tell you that you are experiencing that which we have been saying for some time now. Your memories will come back. Your understandings will come back. As to the deeper understandings as to where you hail from, where you come from, your system, your experiences prior to this. Even some of your past lifetimes are coming in. It is not so much at a conscious knowing level but it is a subconscious level that is feeding into the conscious level. You see?

So, that you may not understand what those symbols are and where they are coming from but yet they are there within you. As the time goes on here we are seeing that as you continue to work with this and this is the important thing that you continue to work with this, that these symbols will become more familiar to you. Then one particular day you will have this experience as you are reading these symbols or looking at them that it will come back to you what they are meaning. Okay?

Anything to add, “Ashira”? “No, splendid!”

Would there be other questions here?

Question: Í have a major question in my life. Since the plans have been initially made each girl has developed a major issue in life. Do you have any advice? I feel this is my last shot to be able to have some influence with them.

“Ashira”: Yes. This was received (from “One Who Serves”).

We would just say to you as “One Who Serves’ would say, “Go with the flow”. If you are asked questions, you may give advice. We would share that giving advice without the question is part of that wall that you are striving to tear down. And that said, the problems that have developed in their lives is a subconscious way of them being able to come to you with a reason and allow this to play out the way it is meant to play out.

You are at this point in time given the opportunity to change what has happened in the past. For you to respond in such a way that they will not expect. And so if they present you with a problem and say, “What do you think I should do, Mother?” Remember what we have said in this group previously. Baby steps. Teaspoon full. Not the whole apple. Not the who game plan that they should follow to make it right. It is their’s to figure out.

You are right. It is time for you to move in new direction with those who have come to you I this lifetime and to be able to share with them as a mother who supports them and allows them to be who they are as they strive to meet their path.

So we feel you would have another question. What would that be?

Question: I don’t understand baby steps and not the whole apple. That might be one of my problems. I want to pick them up and carry them.

Yes. From one who understands that maternalistic urge we so much do want to see our children at any age in pain or confused. We believe that we have the answers and yet, each of these has their own strengths and their own answers. It will be an opportunity for you to allow all of those things to play out and to walk away after this month feeling much more accomplished as a parent and feeling that you have indeed accomplished that which you set out to do in this trip. We bless you!

“One Who Serves” would you add to that?

“One Who Serves”:  Yes, we would add something here that you bring up the term, “this is your last shot”. This is not your last shot! No matter what happens As the “Event” and all of these things occur, you will continue to have experiences with your loved ones.

Please understand that when the “Event” happens and the “Ascension Process” happens it is not going to be taking your loved ones away from you, it is going to be adding to what you already have. It will make it more wonderful, not less wonderful. We know that this question has come up many times to many different sources. What will happen to those who are left behind? What if our children are left behind? What if our pets are left behind? Or whatever it might be?

That is not a concern at all. What would be to rip your loved ones out of your arms? How could that be wonderful? That is not to be. Do not think in terms of this is your last shot because whatever happens you will be with them again and again. Not in terms of reincarnation or anything of this nature but with them. And with them in a wonderful way. Not in the trials and tribulations that you have here in this 3D illusion. You see?

Time to put away the 3D’d expressions! Do as “Sugat Gu Ra Ru” said. Gain control of your thoughts. It is very important here. It is all part of the training we are bringing to you! How can you have negative thoughts when you think of going with the flow, Be the One, you see? All is purposeful.

Question: For the past 7 years I have been going through a lot. I was wondering if I am going in the right direction for healing.

“One Who Serves”:  We understand your loss here and many would echo this same loss. Not specifically what you have gone through or are going through but loss in terms of those who are finding themselves estranged from those who were close. You may have had the friends before but they are no longer your friends. Or you were close to someone and no longer close to. That is because of the changes, because of the vibratory changes. Those who are changing in vibrations are now looking for others who are changing in vibrations.

It is the same as when you enter a room and there is much negativity. Let us say it is an office function or something of this nature and you walk in and everybody is down and negative. Do you want to stay there? No! You want to leave. You don’t want to be brought down by their negativity.

So you search for those who are at the same vibration as you or even higher vibration because it makes you feel better. That is what is occurring across the board here. Not only to this one who has asked the question but planetary-wise. There are many who are experiencing these changes where once they had these relationships and now they are gone. Whether it is job relationship or family relationships or friendships or whatever it might be. It is all changing and it is all purposeful.

Now to deal with this as you need to, that is what becomes difficult because you have what are called the familiars in your life. As you move through the transitions in your life as “Sugat” has spoken of, as you move through this transition the familiars in your life leave both at the physical level and at the spiritual level. New ones come in, new friends, new family relationships sometimes and even new pet relationships. Whatever that might be but it is the new and you are moving to the new. Think of it that way. Create it that way.

Know that you are moving on and everything that is happening to you now is being orchestrated by those who work with you directly. And know that there are many working with you! You see? Does this answer your question?

Anything you wish to add “Ashira”?

“Ashira”:  We would add that you have asked about healing and are you on the right path. And as “One Who Serves” has said this is about release. Releasing the past. Not judging the past. Allow it to flow through you. Move into a consciousness of acceptance for the new. Move into a consciousness that forgives yourself and all others in your life. Move into a consciousness that everything that has happened has placed you in a exactly the place you are supposed to be even though it may not feel comfortable.

The judgment you seem to have in your speech about this situation, release that. Know that you are allowing life to flow in you and through you as it is meant to.

Becoming concerned about what types of healing will be best for you; this is a time of frequency of vibration. This is a time of thought processes taking you into the next dimension and those around you are pushing you into those directions. We would share that is the direction to be looking for the healing and the wholeness you seek. You are moving forward into it even as we speak and even though there are those that would tell you that you need this crystal or that potion this is not a time to become hung up on those things. This is time of self-improvement and wholeness and of affirming that you are an amazing being and that all things that come to you as you, in you and through you are all in perfect Divine Order. That will help you to be in the place that you are moving to and that you are welcoming.

Understand that as these times continue on and you continue to look upon being in the NOW, certainly in the NOW at all times for the present NOW is what is the most important. It is the journey you are on, not the destination. Yes, you eventually get to the destination you are looking for but then when you arrive there will be many more that will appear in front of you and that is life! That is the way it is.

To be in joy in the present moment and that is what is important to do. And the more you are in those thought processes that “Sugat Gu Ra Ru” spoke about here will bring you into the higher vibrations and keeping you there. That is the thing. Keeping you there. Many of you can have a wonderful thought and be in the higher vibration but the next thing you are back down again. Now you have to work on staying there. That is the more difficult here but that is the discipline that is necessary to find yourself in the higher dimensions and stay there and maintain there so you will be in the position to reach back and help your fellow human beings move forward.

I am “Ashira” and we are giving time to allow James to come back into his body and consciousness for he has a question for us today. We would share too that is a time where much is being revealed every day. More and more you will see these things occurring in what is called your mainstream. You will know that those who are to be awakened at this time in their 9-5 jobs, those who are to be awakened on the streets and in their homes. Their alarm clocks are going off more and more quickly. And you will see upon faces more and move visions of people who are confused. People who are fed up with the world because the world is a mess and they do not know where to look. And now, they are hearing about civilizations on other planets. They are hearing about other civilizations who have had their hands on this planet. The world, all of a sudden, seems larger and more mysterious. It is even expanding into the universe.

Yes, this is what you have been preparing for. They are the exciting times that you can be called into service at any given moment. At the grocery store, at the bank, in the office, in the park. Any place where there seems to be a conversation that starts with people who are confused, people who are wondering about what in the world is going on. These are your cues! These are what we have been preparing you for.

And we are very excited that all of you who are in this room, hearing us on the phones, all of those who are reading these words or hearing us around the world, are those who touch one another through the work that is being done through these two. We give you thanks because we know you are ready to move into action.

James, are you with us?

Question: Yes. Speaking of action here. I have a snippet of a dream. In this dream I knew that I was supposed to bring together the “rival groups or  factions”.  That memory came to me as I was driving back this morning  from Flagstaff as I did not remember it when I first woke up . Is there anything you can tell me?

It has much meaning on many different levels. It is part of the work that you and Archangel Michael have been working on for a very long time and you have had memories of some of those dreams. Bringing those of different forces into harmony has been that plan in that particular dimension but let us also bring it into this world for the work you have been prepared for here.

You have been an observer at this point in time, have you not? More than an action because the action has been in other dimensions, other places. However, the time is come that you will have very soon this awakening in yourself again. A whole new awakening as to who you are and what your purpose is.

Standing beside Archangel Michael on this planet for all those that are the minions of those who were at the top, they will continue to be troublemakers for a while. It is your recall that you will have to move you into your next position. This is what the dream was about. It is to help you to not be surprised when the shift happens for you and you realize that it is time to be called into service with Archangel Michael and those who are in service to him.

Now to bring together under his wings of love, grace and protection all of those on the planet who still thought they were in service to those who had something to give them and they had something to gain. But as they come to realize that they have no more to gain, that their world has shifted and they will be confused. They are looking for someone to serve and Archangel Michael and his forces will give them that particular direction. They will fall to their knees in gratitude.

How does that feel to you, James? Thank you very much.

“Ashira”:  We know you are also in service to Lord Sananda. And to building the Twelve of Twelve and having those expand. And it may seem, in this moment in time from your seat, that it all seems too big, too broad, too overwhelming to conceive of but all of you will find that once the Event happens and the awakening comes to each of you, you will find yourself in many different duties. Serving as one of the Twelve of Twelve is there for each of you. You also will have callings into this world and the universe depending on who is receiving these messages.

This is the reason we have all been so excited. It is not just the shift into the Golden Age upon this planet. It is the shift into the true meaning of your lives and why you chose to be here at this moment in time to go through this process and to move into the future.

Does that make sense for each of you?

That is what we came to share today. We are so glad as always to be a part of the Sunday meetings in this group for we know that it reaches out into the world and that the mass consciousness of this planet is shifted again higher into frequency for the time you spend together as a group.

“One Who Serves”
Greetings to you. Good to be here with you again in this way! We hope you enjoyed your trip here. It is your reality that you are creating here and we hope you are more and more to understand that. You have the capability, each and every one of you. You are God, each and every one of you. We are all God and we are all Creators here.

The more you come to understand that you will begin to more and more create that which you want to have, that which you wish your existence and your lives to be. And as you are creating your lives in front of you, you are creating those that will come after you as well. It is a grand adventure that you are upon here and have been for a very long time.

But as you are hopefully beginning to understand here, that adventure is not coming to an end, it is only just beginning because there is so much ahead here and we can only begin to give you these glimpses of this but you yourselves are having these glimpses as we are finding here as you are beginning to work more and more with your Light Mental body. That you are having these understandings that there is this sense of you that is not outside of yourself that is a part of you that is there to assist you, there to be a part of you and create with you. You just need to allow it to be with you and to know it is there. When you know it is there, it cannot not be there. Allow for this process. Continue to allow for it.

Now for those who are continuing to experience various levels of pain, not only physical, that is also there, but in terms of emotional pain that you are experiencing those pains from loved ones, those who are coming close to the end of their time here. They are close to the end of their contracts that they have created, that they have been living and moving toward. We would say to you to allow them to have their space, allow them their letting go process that they must go through.

And yes, as someone in the group said, the more you hold on to them the more they hold themselves here. Let go people! Let go. Let it happen. Let it be whatever it is going to be. It is all part of the orchestration. Those that pass from this world into the higher realms, to the other dimensions you might say. They are moving on with their journey. They are moving on and they will experience bliss beyond anything you can imagine here at this point.

Although we hope you are beginning to get an idea of the bliss that is in front of you, that you are moving toward because this is just the beginning my brothers and sisters! It is just the beginning of the great changes that are coming and changes are here and moving now toward the various expressions that we have been speaking of for some time.

It is all about to break loose! It is all about to move forward. You, those of you, that are preparing for this, you are in the forefront. You are the ones that are going to be experiencing these changes as these waves of energy come through and you feel the bliss. You say, “Is this it? Is this the Event? Is this the Ascension process?”

And we would say, “Yes. This is it as it is happening.” But as you are beginning to understand their will be many who will be flummoxed. They will not understand what is going on. They will reach out to those of you that are being prepared to be those teachers, those ones who come forward. Those ones who can be the mentors. Yes, you will have your own mentors, that is true. You will have those who come forward to assist you but as we have said you will be the mentors to others. They will become mentors to others to and so on and so on. Those who are preparing to become the teachers will be the teachers and prepare the new teachers to come after them and on and on.
So be of good cheer my people, my brothers, my sisters. It is all coming together. It is all coming together. So just be a little patient a little while longer. We know it becomes more and more difficult as the times go on but we also feel the excitement mounting within you. Do you not feel the excitement mounting within yourselves? Do you not feel the sense of something is coming? You feel it. You know it and it is just seemingly beyond your reach but we can tell you now it is within your reach. It is already here. Just reach out your arms. Reach out your hands and move your fingers through and into the higher dimensions, higher vibrations that are just there, just there. You will reach to them.

As you believe it is there, as you believe your Light Mental body is real, as you believe these glimpses you are getting are real, the more you believe it the more you will see it! It cannot be any other way. Allow for it. Go with the flow. For if you go with the flow and allow yourself to move, down the stream, away from the banks do not cling onto the banks any longer, let yourself go into the stream. Let the stream take you and it will take you into faraway places within your dreams, within your reality as you are creating it.

That is our message here at this time. We will entertain questions here to the One Who Serves and to Ashira who is standing by with us here.

Question: David Wilcock made a statement that small groups, like ours can reduce terrorist actions by 70% through meditation. Can you verify that?

“OWS”: YES! That is what you were doing today. You were doing this as a group but understand that you, yourselves, as a group begin to do these processes (and you have been doing them for some time as we work with you in this way) that as you do them you are more than just the ones in this group. You are more than just the ones in this group here and those in “phoneland”. (Conference call attendees) You are much more than this.

As you do these experiences and send these vibrations out, do they not go out into the Universal Consciousness? These vibrations make it all the way into the collective consciousness. And then another will pick up on this vibration, this thought, this process and will move it through them and it will move into another and another.

Even though it feels like it is just this tiny group, you are influencing millions of people, not only on your website and your Internet but just in vibration alone, millions. So whenever groups come together in this way, where “two or more are gathered in my name, so shall I be there amongst them”. Was that not what Yeshua said? That was what he was experiencing and that was what he was referring to.

The energies that are created by one or two or three or a few of you are creating the vibrations moving out such as the centrifugal force of the rock hitting the pond. You see, and the waves moving out. Does this answer your question? Yes.

Question: Earlier today someone mentioned that we are manifesting more quickly. Can you make any suggestions to help us avoid manifesting things we might regret?

“OWS”: Yes. We can help you with this because as you are moving more and more into the higher vibrations. The various thoughts you can have are being minimized. You cannot have there the various thoughts you have had in the previous vibrations.

That is not to say you will not have these fleeting thoughts because you can have this but they will have less and less effect. At the higher vibrations negative thoughts cannot be. There is a “fail safe process” for what would be if those that vibrate at the higher levels into the 5th dimension to then bring their negative thoughts with them. You see?

There is a “fail safe” that keeps this from happening and those that would have those thoughts will maintain more and more in the 4th dimensional aspect. At times they will move into the 5th dimension and even higher and then they will move back and move up but eventually they will be anchored. Much as you have anchored yourself much more into the 4th dimension. We’ve got news for you. Many of you have moved out of this three dimensional world and are largely operating in the higher vibrations NOW.

That is not to say that those things cannot bring you back, they can, your everyday world tends to call you back and you come back and go through your various experiences. Are you not finding yourselves in those higher vibrations more and more? Feeling the bliss and the experience of doing this? People, the more you feel this bliss and these experiences, the more you want to be there, do you not?

So, it is the feeling. Feel it! Experience it! Move into those higher vibrations and you will stay there longer and longer and longer. This, my friends, is the Ascension process. You see? Does this answer your question? Yes.
Is there anything you wish to add here, Ashira?

“Ashira”: I would add that there was a discussion last week about the removal of time. You see time passing faster and faster. You note that the beginning of the week seems like yesterday and yet, it is again tomorrow. Times have been moving faster.

That is one of those safeguards that has also been removed with manifestations. As our friend shared earlier, he brings the thought to his mind about, “sweet, graceful rain” and it appears in the sky without clouds or vicious storms. That is also what is occurring in your lives. As you think about things with this 5th dimensional understanding, with kind heartedness, with compassion you see these things into manifestation.

This is where we have been bringing you along all of this time. Now you are in the right mindset to send your thoughts into the world with even more conviction sending them with compassion. You send out peace, the dropping of weapons and the movement of the whole human race as a family exactly where you are and where you are going. Thank you.

“OWS”: Wonderful, Ashira. Do you not feel the excitement people? Do you not feel the excitement in our voice here? Do you not feel the energies moving and growing? Because it is so close now! We can feel it! We can experience it! We can SEE it now!

Before we could not because consciousness was constantly changing and creating the shifts and all of this and those of the Cabal were doing their shenanigans and holding things off and doing this and that. But they are becoming more and more powerless to do anything here! Look out and look at what is happening! Your entire world could have exploded many times over but it did not. Your entire world could have experienced a pandemic that would have been created in the laboratory, has been created in the laboratories but have they spread? No!

It is the time now. It is time for all of these things you have come here for, that you have volunteered to come into this life and all the many lifetimes you have been experiencing, moving to this very time! You can look back at those times in Lemuria where you were all there! You knew these times were coming over you. These Dark Times. You knew though at that moment that it would end at some point and that you all be together again. We speak of all of the Lightworkers now, all coming together, once again. You would be there to experience the new Golden Age coming over this Earth and within this Earth once again!

We are on our soap box today but we are so excited about this! You have no idea!

Question: Is anyone here smelling the strong smell of incense and/or essential oils in this room? What is that?

“Ashira” Lady Nada has entered the room. While the meditation was taking place to bring a message to you. That is an essence she brings to you to help you become aware of her presence. Thank you for noticing.

Question: Did anyone notice the depth of sound coming into the room, kind of like a gong? Small chatter takes place.

“Ashira”: One Who Serves, Lady Nada is happy to wait her turn until you have spoken and had all questions answered.

“OWS” Yes. Any more questions?

Question: Is the Light Mental Body the same as the “I AM” presence.

“OWS”: What a wonderful question. The “I AM” presence is you. The “I AM” presence is the entire totality of who you are. Please understand that there are so many levels of this. It is somewhat difficult to help one understand this in words and certainly in your 3D language here. It can be communicated in the higher vibrations in terms of telepathy and a knowing.

The “I AM” presence is a knowing that comes over one as they are moving up in vibration. The more one moves up in the higher vibration the more they feel this “I AM” presence. They feel this sense of who they are beyond the physical body you are in now. You see? The Light Mental Body is a portion of this “I AM” presence. Just as the Light Mental Body is a part of the total expression of the higher self and the highest self we would say here.
Does this make sense to you? Anything else to add, Ashira?

“Ashira”: No. Splendid job!

Question: When all of those Ascend on the planet what will happen to those who have been placed in lower dimensions? Will they be released?

​\​“Ashira” Thank you. Brother Moses. Thank you for the question. Does this come from religions you have been involved with or is this from something you are noticing on the planet at this time?

Comment: This comes from my work colleague. He is concerned about some relatives that have passed on.
“
Ashira”: OK. It was important for me to understand your frame of reference here for if it was not part of YOUR being asking this we needed to know that.

This one, again, take the message back to your friend, that he has nothing to fear. There will not be a raising of the bones on the entire planet as has been proposed by those of a particular belief system. These people have been in the Divine Realms, the heavenly realms as you would know them. They have been going through their schooling, they have been going through their education, they have been going through an understanding of their lives, what they have done and what they will be doing for their future.

Tell him that he can safely and freely release all of these. We have had many discussions in this group about others who have not turned to the light in this lifetime and so we did not believe that was where you were coming from. We do understand this situation though. Please assure him that they are doing the work they need to do in the heavenly realms and they have no attachment to that body that is in the Earth or in the catacombs. That is free and released and they are on their ways to other adventures. Does that make sense, Sir? Yes.

Question: My brother stayed here 40 days where the energy is really good. He went back (to India) and now has all the diseases I can think of and I am wondering if this is the time he will leave?

“Ashira” Those of us who are in service to you and with you and are sharing with you, we do not have conversations about whether or not it is time for someone to leave, however, I will address a couple of things you have shared.

First of all, forty days. Is that not a spiritual number? I heard this and we share here that it was a time for his awakening to his spiritual journey and strengthening. How wonderful that you were able to provide that safe environment within your own home. To boost him, to share with him. To open him!

Those things he is experiencing once he returned home is part of the “vasana”. You know this and spoke of it earlier today. Did you not? These are opportunities for him to know, to see and to release. Your support is of supreme importance because you can bring an understanding to him about these things. As we have discussed in this group, this is the onion with the skin being pulled away. Getting more and more to the core.

On the outside are the emotional issues, the physical issues, mental issues, all types of issues and having come back to India from the spiritual retreat, the spiritual journey in your home, he now has the opportunities to cleanse, release and to know his own strength. That is his journey. To come to know his own strength not to be swayed by those around him, by the culture around him, by the religions around him. For him to KNOW his “I AM” presence. “IAM that I AM” and to be able to work through this with clarity and understanding that increases day by day by day. Does this assist you, Brother? Yes. Thanks a lot!
Would you have more to say, One Who Serves? No, you did a wonderful job.

Question: This is about the Law of Karma and the Law of Free Will. Is there one that is of a higher authority?

“OWS”: Yes. We can answer this. As far as higher or lower that is not in question here. The Law of Free Will is throughout this particular universe here. And the idea of karma is not exactly what you have been educated to believe what it is. It is not the “eye for an eye” or anything of this nature. It is has been changed into this. It has been manipulated into this. But it is not that one has to live through all their karma before they can ascend. This is not the case.

We know that you have been taught this. Many of your religions teach this but the truth is going to be revealed. So let that come. It is coming. But as far as karma, it is over! This is not going to be the case! When the Event occurs, when this energy wave comes, this love energy moves through the entire planet, as this happens it is not going to be that one cannot feel this vibration and they cannot move with the vibration because they are held back by their karma. That is NOT the case at all. For at that very moment one can say, “I am done with this! I am moving on now! I wish to experience the higher presence of myself, the “I AM” presence of myself.

Or whatever words they would want to use. It is the feeling that comes over them. So as that moment happens and it is a decision THEN. All karma that anyone knows, it is gone! You see? Even the Cabal, those various ones that we could name each and you know who they are, even those ones can say, “I am done with this. I wish to come over to the Light!”

And it would be done! You see? They do not have to dot every “I” and cross every “T” here. That is not so. So, please people let this idea go! It is no longer a process here. It is no longer a part of your expression as you are moving into the higher vibration here. There is no idea of karma at the levels from where you are speaking that is in the higher vibrations. You see? Does this answer your question? Yes. I am grateful. Thank you very much!
Anything to add, Ashira?

“Ashira” No, it was perfect and filled with the passion I would have brought to it as well!

Question: Is this process a conscious release? We do not wish to participate at that level?

“OWS”: Yes. In respects it is a conscious release at the three dimensional level. But it is also at a higher vibration within people. It is a decision that is all the way from higher self to what you might call the lower self here. You see?

Question: What whispered in my ear is that it is a choice to let go of that. I still believe that if we cause harm or difficulty to another will give rise to a similar situation in our own lives.

“OWS”: Yes. Yes. You will lose the propensity to commit those acts, as you have said. You can look at this as this wave of energy comes across and those who at the frequency of this energy can look at those who are still not at those higher vibrations yet but want to be. There will be forgiveness. There will be a letting go. No longer and eye for an eye because that is the old paradigm. This is the paradigm you grew up in but that is not the new way!

Please, people, let all of this go! We beg you! Let it all go and forgive. There will be those revealings that will have your 3d ego say “get them” they must be punished. But the higher vibrations will be saying, “No. Forgive them for they know not what they do.” You see?

Question: And when we forgive the recipient of the forgiveness moves into the higher dimensions? Yes! Wonderful. Should we not move beyond the idea of arrests?

“OWS”: Arrests and these types of things are for the 3D world to feel this revealing, to allow for this expression to come through. It is not for those moving into the higher vibrations and have moved there. You see? There are so many out there calling for these arrests. It is all being orchestrated here!

Question: I just wanted to make a point of clarification. We are off the Karmic Wheel but there is cause and effect. Correct? If we violate a Universal Law, the response is very rapid.

“Ashira”: If you kick the cat, you are going to stub your toe! Yes. We understand and we make a little light of this. The time frames have been taken off and if there is something done with intent and that intent is not positive, there is going to be instant karma. We don’t use the word karma anymore but it is much to what you have shared. Karma is more about past lives, coming again, paying for what we have done and all of those things that came with history and religions. We are indeed off that wheel! We are not playing that game any longer. However, if you kick the cat, you will stub your toe on the wall. Remember that!

Greetings to you! We just want to jump in here and share just a little bit about what is coming here for your Advance. We are so looking forward to this. Deeply at work to create the experience you will have there. As we have been working on this experience and have for some time now, now as the date is set and is fully secured, now that has happened we can move more fully forward in what is to be expected there.

You are going to have a wonderful experience! And there are going to be some surprises as “Ashira” has said. And those of you who are in the wonderful land of phone here are going to be have this as a way to experience this as well because you are going to have the opportunity to join those that are there in your conference call like this. You can have this experience you see!
We just wish to say how excited we are and are ready to move forward too with all that is happening and to see your expression on your faces.

As Ashira shared with you earlier when I entered the room. I whispered in Susan’s ear when she took her rest stop between the two parts of your meeting. Indeed, I do have something to share with the team here today.

My beloved, Sananda and I, shall be at the Advance (formerly called a retreat – August 21-24) and you will be able to visit with us and we have great things we wish to share with you and organize for movement into a whole new level of experiences and plans.

He is off and away today in many different meetings around the world. What I would share with you is that first, I bring you Love. I bring you Peace.

Part of your job at this time is to focus on the good. Turn people back to positive things. There are so many different messages. Those who were in power are striving to cause many “hiccups” around the world. So many messages that make people wonder. Is this real? Those of you in this time and this place and in the place of your understanding have learned to turn your eyes away from much of this but every once in a while it catches you too. It brings you back into this 3D world to ask, is this really real?

Keep your thoughts high, Brothers and Sisters. Keep your thoughts high. Fear not. Do not look at all of those different messages. Do not let them take you Astray. Sananda and I are here embracing each of you. Whispering in your ears and keeping your eyes toward heaven. Keeping your eyes to the Ascension process.

We know that many of you check the websites and the various methodologies of reading, looking for messages that are different than those you receive here but when you do that sometimes you land upon a site that has very different messages or very different thought or very different downloads that you receive.

We love you. We have been ministering to you and with you. It is our desire to continue to hold you close to our breasts and continue to walk with you hand in hand into the future. For you have chosen and you are chosen.

This is an important time. Everything is boiling to the surface. As a pot boils, all of the bubbles break at the top. So many people are sources you are following. Some of those are going to break away and you will see them differently as you see their agendas revealed. As you see the information they brought to you as not true.

This is not to concern you. It is not to make you afraid. It is to help you become more and more aware. Listen to the voices. Listen to all of us who have been with you and are with you. Listen for the funny, little Tibetan voices (OWS) in your ears. We know that has happened to some of you! Listen to Ashira’s voice in your ears. Listen to all of those who have come to serve you, both those who have spoken and those who have not. Listen to them.

As we cross this finish line, things have always been prophesied to get crazy. Know that is one of the signs that you are ready to cross!

“The Concept Of Threes Will No Longer Be Necessary” – Hieronymus and (Ascended Masters) One Who Serves and Ashira

 “Hieronymus”

Hieronymus belonged to the Peripatetic school, though Cicero questions his right to the title. He appears to have lived down to the time of Ptolemy II Philadelphus. His philosophical opponents included not only theAcademic philosopher Arcesilaus,^[2] but also the Peripatetic Lyco of Troas who was hostile towards him.^[3]

Hieronymus is frequently mentioned by Cicero, who tells us that he held the highest good to consist in freedom from pain and trouble, and denied that pleasure was to be sought for its own sake. There are quotations from his writings, and from his letters. Diogenes Laërtius mentions two works: On Suspense of Judgement^[4] and Scattered Notes.^[5] It would seem from Cicero,^[6] compared with Rufinus,^[7] that he was the same as the Hieronymus who wrote on numbers and feet. He may also have been the author of a work on poets, and a commentary on the Aspis of Hesiod.

Hello. I am Hieronymus. I am from Ancient Greece. You can look it up! I was this person in one lifetime, one of many lifetimes. But this one was in Ancient Greece and information is available for you to look up. We know your affinity for having names for those who come forth. So this is the reason we did bring one forth. We were going to come as unspoken and unnamed and that was not satisfactory to this one. She wanted to know who she was allowing through.

And so, I bring a message of threes today. A message of threes. In your world and in your consciousness and in your trainings, three has meant many different things. Three can mean communications to some ways of thought. Three can be dastardly. Bad things happen in threes. Deaths happen in threes. Automatically, these things come to your mind, do they not, when we speak of three?

Yet, there is a whole other side to what you have been indoctrinated about threes. That is what we choose to blow out of the water today!

In threes, you have known the “Father, the Son, the Holy Ghost”.  The “Holy Ghost” at times, in some capacities has been considered the “Mother”, grace, energy, the healing part of “Father God” triad.  Three is also the physical body, the mental body, the spiritual body.  It is the conscious, the unconscious, the superconscious.

Can you see where I am going? There are so many different aspects that come in threes and why is that? What is that? Much of it comes from the very ancient concepts of physical body, of mental body and of that spiritual aspect that is not contained “in the body” any longer.

And so what we would share with you today is that it is time to let go of that middle third. What do we mean by this? As you move on your Ascension Journey as we are told you have come to see this, the Ascension Journey will remove that middle part.

Many think of the subconscious as the “gateway.” Many think of the subconscious or unconscious as that part which has been poured into without a lot of your critical thinking and then it arises in your day to day life. It arises as the belief systems that you have taken on without much conscious thinking. Those belief systems that have been adapted since your infancy and even during the pregnancy of your mother.

And what we are moving you to is that understanding that the conscious mind will be functioning in a very different way after Ascension. You have been told that you will manifest things immediately because your gateway will be gone. That which blocks you now will be gone and there are other parts of your body that are being switched on. This is important for you to grasp. For those of you who have heard of the mentors who will come, this is a part of their message.

The “Father” represents the creative spirit, the creative urge. The “son” is all of you. All of you in the physical form. It became necessary in this 3D world that people wanted to hold onto the idea of a savior. The “Christ” savior is not only a part of “Christianity” that has been fed to you it is also part of many, many religions that have been formed over thousands of years upon this planet. It has been given to you that you needed someone as an intermediary between you and
“God”. That is falling away.

Even the one known as “Sananda” comes to visit you, this group, in his own being and has brought you messages such as this. You do not need someone else as an intermediary. You do not need someone else between you and God. That creative urge is YOU and in all of you! This brings to you the strength and the hope for the future for as you have been taught to believe and then see; I bring you the message that you will believe and see in one fell swoop!

That is exciting, is it not? And scary! There have been many different instances that have been discussed with you and others about that which is instantly manifested. This is something you will have to get used to. Something you will need to learn. It will be a new experience for you

The concept of threes is no longer necessary. The concept of having the gateway in the middle, the person you  go through as the intermediary between you and your creative higher self, that God-self, that “Highest Self” will be gone.

We want to touch on this as well. The “Creator”, the “Father”, we believe that you in this group has come to see and it has confused many, that there is not one Creator but there are many Creators and there is a Supreme Creator. There are many Mothers but there is one Mother who gives form to that which is created by the “Prime Creator”.

Many on this planet have fallen in love with one Creator God as was written of in many of the Holy texts. You will see that Creator God has been swept away too for that was all erroneous information. YOU are the Creator Gods! You are positive Creative Gods and you have lived many lives and experienced many things. Sometimes you have not been so positive. Sometimes you have helped others in lives that have been difficult.

When you move out of this realm of 3D you see things in a very different fashion. And you will see that there is not the same polarity in other dimensions. As you rise in frequency you will see that it is no longer good or bad or right or wrong. It just IS. This is part of your experience.

So know that in a very, very short time, all of you in this room will be having those experiences that you will be thinking of something in your mind even fleetingly and see that creative urge manifest immediately in front of you! Because that middle “Holy Ghost”, the “Holy Spirit” that is grace, that is the freedom of manifesting whatever you want without judgment.

You have experience that in this world. Sometimes you have liked what you created and sometimes you have not. There has been a time lag many times. All of this has followed the rules of this planet in the experiences you have had. But as those rules are taken away. As those rules are removed and you move into the New Age, you will not only see new technology, you will see you own abilities rise in ways you cannot even fathom today.

I try to paint the picture for you so that you will know you are the one in charge! You are the one with the thought. You are the one receiving the energy. You are the one experiencing the manifestation. And it will be a joyous day, we promised. When you see that conscious mind of yours recognize that there are no more breaks, there are no more time lags; there are no more instances of waiting for things to happen in your lives. All will come and you will develop sensibility, the wisdom and the understanding to control this ability and you will find yourself having it every single moment of every single day.

I look forward to coming to you at that time so that you might see me and you might understand the truth of what I have shared with you today. Understand that these are shifting sands that you are walking upon and as the sands shift and the energy of creation upon this planet shifts then too you see this shift from periods of time, difficulties with people in not understanding to full realization, my friends. Full understanding. Full capabilities.

“One Who Serves”

Greetings to you. We love how you harmonize and have melody coming through in your “Ohms”, it is gorgeous!  Beautiful!

For those of you who don’t know, this is “One Who Serves”. And we are here often with this group, one of you regulars here. We are one of your “core” group, are we not? And you certainly are a part of this “core” group and we wish for you to understand many things that are coming. But before we do this, we wish for you to look at all the things that are happening out there. Those things that are occurring that are just beyond most people’s understanding and that they can see. They do not have the eyes to see or the ears to hear yet, at this point. But you do.

You, yourselves, if you look carefully look at all those things that happening or in this case, are NOT happening. Look around the world. Do you not have the technology to blow up the world? You do have that, correct?  But has it happened? No, it has not happened!

Do you have the technology to create a virus to spread across the entire planet? Yes! That is there as well but that has not happened either. Do you have the technology, we mean mostly the “Cabal” here, the Dark Forces to create weather patterns and to direct weather patterns? Yes! But have those weather patterns been sent to other than small situations. It has not been  spread across the planet. You see?

They can direct earthquakes and they can start volcanoes but these things are not happening! All these things that were planned by the Cabal have not happened and they are not happening because they cannot happen. That was part of the old timelines. The ones they were working toward to bring these changes about to bring the utter destruction of the planet. They were going to be gone either deep within the planet or they would leave and go off planet and save themselves. They would let those of you left here to defend for yourselves and they were going to come back when they could and pick up from there.

But none of this has happened because it cannot happen. So there is no need to be concerned. No need to have fear. For all those things that are coming up, the Jade Helm and all of these things, none of these things are to be a fearful situation.

Yes, the Cabal wanted this to be and they were planning for it but it is not meant to be that. Have no fear! Everything is in the Plan! Everything is part of the Plan and is being worked out to the betterment, not the detriment, but the betterment of the people of the world.

Be of good cheer, my brothers and sisters! All is happening as it needs to. It is maybe not as fast as you want it to but it is happening. So, allow it to be and know that as you are in your training and positioning, you are going to be in a position when the moment comes, the moment arrives, that you can be there to assist, to assist those of us. To assist the Galactics as they come down. To assist the Agarthans as they raise up. You will be there to be of assistance in whatever way is needed at that time. And, yes, each one of you has a certain mission that you have been preparing for, it is not yet revealed to most yet, to some it has, but to most it has not yet been revealed but that is coming as well.

So, be a little patient a little bit longer but be expectant because these things are going to happen and you are going to be caught up in it when it begins. OK?

I have a question that Susan asked me to ask “Ashira” and that is about the 120,000 antelope that were killed in Kazakhstan last week. What can you share about his?

“Ashira”​:​

Thank you for making sure this was brought to the group. We appreciate this deeply.

We know that this came up in your conversation this week. What we will say to you is that this was not a man-made situation. Yes…this was a soul group that came together with an opportunity to leave their bodies easily and effortlessly and move into “Hollow Earth”. They have taken their parts and are now grazing easily beside the unicorns and the dragons and all of those you would find inside the Earth.

This seems like a tragedy but it was a group decision to come in and to do this at this time. In part, everyone is wondering what killed these beings and there are many things that are a part of awakening those who are upon the planet. What happened to a mass number of creatures such as this? And they are indeed, odd looking creatures, are they not? They look residents of ‘Hollow Earth”. They belong there.

So, even though it pulled on the heart of this one, (Susan), and pulled on the hearts of many, please know that they did not suffer, they did not die in pain or strangulation. They simply left their bodies to take their residence within. You will be able to see these creatures again.

We know there were a few left upon the planet. They did not choose to make their exit at this time. Those who have humanitarianism feelings toward these animals may embrace the surface and save them. It is another part of opening the “higher heart” upon the planet. Does that make sense?

This past week I have had a piercing pain in my right eye. Is this related to my family issues or is it of a spiritual nature?

“ASHIRA”​: ​

Greetings. As I come and I heard you speak of this situation, it will share that it is more about your spiritual journey than it is about your family. Your spiritual journey is that you continue to have your chakras open farther and farther up your body and outside of your body. As those energies continue to move through your Ascension Journey as St. Germaine brought to this group during the last Advance, know that this will pass! Do not put any fear or concern into it or put any energy into that which is happening with your family for those are indeed separate issues.

We may suggest that you increase your water intake to continue to move the energies along within your body and to again, remove your fear and concern. Yes, we understand that many of the, St. Germaine was very specific about not calling these symptoms, but many of these things that you will feel in your body, and this is to the entire group, many of those things that you feel, the body reacts with a sensation of pain. It does not know what else to do! It is not familiar with these energies and it is not familiar with the shifting. It is not familiar with that which is happening within each and every body in this group and for those on the telephone. The body responds with a pain reaction and twitching.

All of these are part of what the “symptoms” are. So, bless it, release it and thank it. We know it is hard but thank it for making you aware that you are up to this level of manifestation along this Ascension Journey. It is continuing higher and higher and we bless you. Indulge this but a brief time longer.

The only thing we wish to add here is, as Ashira has said, go with the energies. Allow the energies to move through you. Know that is all it is. It is just new energies coming into your body just as they are into the planet. You are the planet and the planet is you. So, allow for these energies to come through and do their thing. OK?

How are our chakras going to operating once we are into the 5^th dimension?

Yes. Your chakras are already being affected. Your lower chakras that have been with you where you have been residing over these many lifetimes are moving up. The energies are moving up further into chakras beyond this. All of this is part of the Plan for your Ascension. You will be experiencing many revealings and many remembrances coming to you as the lower chakras kind of let go a little bit so that you are not operating at those lower charkas anymore. These memories will come back for that is where they reside, in these chakras.

These memories will come back to you and it may already be happening to some here. It will be memories of this lifetime and of other lifetimes. They will intersperse. They will come at different time and in different ways. These revealings will come to you but this is only the beginning! There will come a time where you will have the great revealing coming. It will flood in and you may not know what is what here, in terms of your past lives. They will all come together and you will remember these things.

Allow for the process to go through and all is happening for a reason here. Does that answer your question?

I would only had a bit of levity in terms of the fact that we know that you would love for us to draw you a diagram and say, “Here is where you. Here is where you are going. Here is what it looks like and here is what you will look like at the end!”

But we cannot do that for it is an independent journey. We talk about this to many groups but this particular group and the people on the phone and those who read these messages, we see you more in the beginning of this journey that all of you are on. We see you reaching back to help others who are at different stages.

We would love to develop a roadmap for you but because it is such an individual experience it is difficult to do that. But, we are happy to visit with you individually and share with you just as “One Who Serves” has with this one.

All of these trips, all of this journey, all of these steps are important for you and we are glad to be your cheerleaders! Thank you!

I feel that I have lots of monkey chatter and I feel stuck. How can I move through this?

Yes. One of the things that occurs when one works more with meditation is that they being to get the experience you speak of, of being stuck. And this is something that you will move through. You move through effortlessly, that is the key here. Do not put effort into your meditation other than to do it and allow it to be whatever it is going to be. Do not preconceive what will happen or what should happen. Or anything of this nature. It just is. Allow for this.

This is the go with the flow.  The more you do this, the more you let go, what you are called being stuck will free up quite quickly. Does this make sense to you?

Concerning the mentors. I want to understand their guidance.

“OWS”​: ​

When the frequencies are right and the timing is right here, the mentors are to assist you will be revealed to you. They will be assisting you to continue on in your Ascension. When? Of course, it cannot be given here because it is not yet known. None of us here knows it. The Galactics do not know it. The Agarthans do not know it. The Creator himself knows when this will be as to the timing here. The consciousness of mankind continues to increase and going toward the Awakening process which means you are growing closer and closer to that moment when these things can be revealed to you and all opens to you. All of those memories we spoke of here earlier will come flooding back to you. It is all a part of this. And as this whole process continues on you will begin and already have it happening, see the DNA and pineal gland and the high heart functioning are all occurring at a more rapid rate here. You may not know it or feel it but that does not mean it is not happening.

Allow for the process to take its way through you and be where you need to be and all will take care of itself. OK?

We would add that the mentors are already within your circle. They are already visiting with. When their energy is known to you as the process in being now, when they appear to you, you will know them, they will be your friends! There will be a familiarity! It is not like building a new relationship. It will be like having the one who has loved you and is working with you now, show their face and you will know that they are the ones you will walk with in the next part of your journey. Thank you!

What about crystals for meditation and does the size matter?

There is much that is going to be revealed about crystals. Some is already coming out in bits and drabs. It is coming out a little bit at a time here. But there will come a time where more will come out about crystals and the use of crystals. The memories will return to you about the use of crystals in Atlantis and Lemuria and even beyond this.

The size of the crystal or the color of the crystal, anything of this nature is not of any concern yet. The answer to this question will be revealed to you at the right moment. For now, just be with the crystal. Allow the crystal to be with you. Feel its consciousness. Merge your consciousness with it. This will be the best way to utilize it now. But there is so much coming that is coming back from the Atlantean times specially that will be used in your  new technologies you will be learning. Anything you wish to add here, Ashira? No, it was perfect!

Greetings again, this is Ashira.

It is my pleasure today to bring a message about all of that in the world which seems so confusing. Yes, 7 or 8 billion people have 7 or 8 billion ideas about what is happening every second moment of the day. Do they not? For each comes from their own experience, their own perceptions, their own understandings.

This is a time that there are a lot of talking heads out there. A lot of people who are coming to speak to all of you through traditional media, through alternative media, through different website and different modalities such as YouTube and the websites and Facebook. Everywhere you look somebody has an opinion. How, do each of you maintain a center point and yet, keep your ears out for information?

This is part of the joy we have with this group coming together on a weekly basis. Getting information out to other and we are so pleased with the different ways this information will be disseminated.  For this is a place where people can come and find a centered point. This is a place where those who do the channeling are not selling products. Or not trying to find a way to support themselves during this time of their mission. They are blessed with opportunities in their lives to make the money they need to make to make sure things are taken care of.

We are not blind nor are we stupid. We KNOW as we look upon each of you each week that you have LIFE that you are still dealing with in this 3D way. Even though we talk to you each week about maintaining a 5D consciousness we know that there are realities in each of your lives. There are car payments and insurance payments. There are medical bills and mortgages. We know this. We love you. We know this.

We encourage you as much as is possible for each and every one of you in the room, on the phone and who are reading these words, keep those parties who you allow into your consciousness, into your world, into your heart to a minimum. Do not allow 7 billion people ideas thrust into you. Maintain a firm bearing on the direction you are going.

Know that you are on this Ascension Journey and there are many things that can be difficult. We have talked about these before such as the aches and the pains and those things that your body interprets as pain; things that have come to bear upon your body.

We have also shared those things that can help that have been shared through people in this group. Coconut oil and diatomaceous earth, water, organic foods. All of these things that have come through this group have been inspired. They have come through those of the group who have spoken of these things. Not only the channels but those of you to help you and to assist you.

We don’t expect those with whom you work or are in other part of your lives will understand what it is that you are doing. But we encourage you to be of good faith. To support one another every week in this group. Know that this is a base and a centerpoint for you. To measure that which you have heard during the week against that discussed in the group for consideration. For truth to be heard and to be felt. To know that which this group is striving to do on many different levels are all important parts you are playing right here and right now across this planet and into the universe.

Look at all of those who have come to speak with you in the past two year. All of those in service to you, to share with you, to help you. To love you.

We give thanks for you for we know that you are the feet on the ground on this planet. You are the ones spreading the light and the love. Even if you do not share the truth verbally, you share the truth of who you are! Every moment of every day.

This is mean to be a cheerleading talk for you. To share with you all of that which we bring in gratitude and appreciation. For knowing that even though you may have asked for this, many of you in your seats are wondering why. But we tell you too that the time is here that many are changing.  When you have the opportunity to join this group each week, you will see that they are changing. And have more faith to move forward in the weeks to come and to know that when you are awakened even more fully that your joy will lead you to be of service to others. Not to get out of here!

You have come for the long haul, my friends! Not to just serve in the moment but also to serve in the future. Know that everything is in the Supreme Plan! Every step you take is part of the Supreme Plan. Every meeting you take in is part of the Supreme Plan.

We know that Susan has shared this with some of you before. Test what you hear! Test the message! Test the people! Are they of love? Are they of light? Are they of separation or are they of unity? For as you move into the rising frequencies, more and more the frequency of unity will take you even higher! And that is an important part of the message today.

Look through those lenses when you hear those talking heads speaking to you from whatever direction. Measure them for unity. For love. For light. Know who you can take into your heart. Know who you can keep. Keep a waste basket container for those you question and measure them again in the fullness of time.
