I AM Sananda.

And as always it is wonderful opportunity to be with you to share with you to experience with you. For as you experience all of this so do we. Although we may seem as higher than you, we’re only higher in consciousness, higher in vibration and frequency but no better than you. Always remember this.

For in those moments when we come together as brothers, and sisters, as friends, know that we come together in that way. We do not expect you to supplicate yourselves in front of us. We expect you to embrace us as friends, as brothers and sisters. For we are you and you are we. All of us are one through all of this.
Many times I as Sananda are with many of you at various times. Many of you know me directly, know my vibration, and you know by experience, how we are one together.

Those memories will come back to you in that moment when that energy comes into the planet as the ‘event’, or as the ‘changeover’, that pulse of energy, many of you will have your memories returned to you; memories of those moments, of those times when we have been together frolicking in the field, swimming in the ocean, whatever it might be. We have experienced many of these things together. Not always in the three-dimensional world but in the higher vibrations, in the higher dimensions. There you knew me and I knew you as well, as I continue to know you now, each and every one of you.

You are all near and dear to my heart and my love. And we share that love together because, as together, we are moving through this entire process. You have never felt alone and you never will be alone through this. We are always only a whisper away from your doorstep, your consciousness.

So many things are happening and there are many small events that are about to trigger, about to begin. As you have heard many times nothing can stop this process now. It’s only been delayed momentarily. All is in flux and all is already happened at the higher levels, it only needs now to manifest through the veil into this three-dimensional experience. But as it materializes in this three-dimensional experience, know that this three-dimensional experience is dissipating. It is moving away and you are moving beyond it. For eventually there will be no three-dimensional experience here any longer. All will be fourth and fifth and even higher at that time.

But as you know there is no time. All time is one. Past, present, and future are all one. And you are coming to understand that more and more as your time is seemingly speeding up, is it not? All of it.

And you will feel at times powerless to make the changes, to bring about the changes to the world that you seek, that we all seek. But I tell you now as Sananda, you are making those changes each and every moment of your life as you continue to operate within the ‘now’ within your consciousness, within the ‘now’ of the collective consciousness, because that is all there is is the ‘now’. You take away the time which is the past and the future all that’s left is the now so that when you have moved into those higher vibrations permanently into the full higher fourth and into the fifth dimension time will seemingly standstill.

As I mentioned briefly there are many small events about to trigger. Specifically you are going to see more and more of what are called, have been called, the mass arrests. They are imminent. In many respects they have already begun. You will see these becoming more and more prominent. As more and more of the cabal is dismantled in all the different ways: financially, emotionally, religiously, militarily, all of it is coming down. For it must come down. The old must fall away before the new can be born again. I say ‘again’ because you have had Golden Ages here on the Earth before and you are about to move into a new Golden Age.

You are the catalyst for this new Golden Age. You are the ones that are bringing this about. With our help, yes, with our guidance, yes, but it is you that must do the act. You must take action and as the warriors, as the light warriors you have been taking more and more action whether it is working directly within yourself to move yourself along through this process, or if it is working outside of yourself, as well, to assist in any way that you can. You are the warriors in this mission.
Soon, very soon, at your next Advance I will be sharing much more about those missions, and you at the council tables, and how all of this will come together.

Yes and I AM Aramda. Greetings.

It is wonderful to be with you here, as well, in all these times that we can share. And as I have spoken to this group before where we have shared many experiences previously, some long time ago in your understanding of time but in the new understanding of time it was only a moment ago. And we are going to be here again together.

I, representing the Galactics now. Those of us that are here to assist in our many different ways with our ships preparing being ready to amplify the energies as they come through into this planet, into your consciousness as a collective. We are all here ready, willing, and waiting for that moment to be given, that signal to be given, the green light if you will. Because when that green light has been given — and it is only steps away now for that — when that green light is given we will all move into action finally freed from the binds that have held us back because of the Prime Directive where we cannot interfere unless it is asked for directly or unless it is important that we do so in that moment.

Many things come into play here and I cannot go into all of this and how this works. But know that there are many councils that meet daily in your understanding of time. Daily, many councils. Many coming to all different kinds of decisions through the process that is involved here. We all have our part to play just as you all have your parts to play. And play it we all are, for as has been said many times this process cannot be stopped any longer.

There will not be a partial disclosure. There will be a full disclosure when that moment arrives. Mankind will forever change in that moment. I ask you now on behalf of all of my brothers and sisters from up here in the heavens you might say I ask you all now to prepare for those moments prepare for that changeover because it is quite imminent now for many small events to begin; as Sananda said, for many events to begin to trigger now. And what you have heard many times as the dominoes beginning to fall and fall they shall.

All of my peace and love be with all of you. I as Aramda, your brother, your friend in love and light.

Om Mani Padme Hum. Om Mani Padme Hum. Om, Om. Greetings to you! One Who Serves here with you to continue this process.

But first before we do we wish to share just a little bit about your discussion earlier on the kundalini and how important it is and something not to trifle with … never to trifle with because it is a very powerful energy that can literally take your central nervous system by storm here. And you do not want that. Trust us, you do not want that. You want to be raised gently, easily, as you are going along here, as you continue to acclimate to the energies.

We know what your bodies are like. We know what your consciousness is like here in this Western culture. And we have been working with you in many ways to help this process come along, to find other ways in the old ancient knowledge you might say to do the same thing but to do it gently, to do it over a period of time here so that when the event happens, when this pulse of energy comes it will move through you and all the way up in you your kundalini energy will rise but you will be ready for it. You will have, as Sananda says many times, you will have acclimated to these energies.

And you will be ready for it because we are preparing you. We have been training you, we have been working with you to do this with this group, with you as individuals and as a group, through individual and group initiations with Sanat Kumara — and incidentally more of that is to come so you are going to have more of these initiations, more of these movements of consciousness — as you continue to move through this process.

But as I say that now also know that time is growing short here: time in terms of your three dimensional understanding is growing short. So at times we may have to push the envelope a little bit if you are ready for this. And we are going to do this at the next Advance that you are going to have. We are planning to push the envelope if you are ready for it and we will make sure before we do that you are ready for it by asking you as the James did earlier before the last Advance. As you were asked if you were ready to work to eliminate or to help dissipate the chimera in that Long Island area. And we asked you and you said you were ready and so we did, we pushed the envelope little bit. But this time we are going to push it as a group, yes, but also as individuals within the group. That is all of you. Those of you that will be on the phone as well. All of you are part of this because as you know there is really no time and space here, all is one. So whether you are on the phone, whether you are here in person it will be all the same thing as far as these types of experiences go.

And all are welcome to be a part of this and we would hope that you would be a part of this because then we can work with you more directly even than when we can in these Sunday gatherings here. Okay?

Q & A

Q: I would like to know what the purpose of the kundalini is.

OWS: That is a very difficult question to say what is the purpose of the kundalini energy, but we can say what it does, what it is there for. It is there to raise your vibrations, to continue to raise you into the higher frequencies. And to raise that energy frequency within your body so that it slowly, (normally) slowly acclimates within your body. And this is the purpose of it you might say as well.

But you also must understand in terms of purpose there is never any one purpose. There are changing purposes for all including the kundalini energy. For some it will create a rising of vibration and higher frequencies and moving into taking your chakras and your glands that work with your chakras and raising those energies within those glands, because so much happens within your various glands and these chakras are associated with this. So they will continue to help to rise this, raise this process that energy, deep energy within you, the fire within you and you might say.

It also brings about the connection to your Higher Godself. And this is what the ascension process is all about is bringing you back — again we say ‘back’, not ‘to’, but back to your higher self from which you never left. It is only the mind that has created leaving part. You have never really left the connection with your higher self, it is just part of the programming.

So the kundalini energy is very important and it happens often within yourself without you even knowing that it is raising. But there are times when you can become aware of it because of an energy movement within your spine; or some type of electrical frequency that goes off within you; or that blissful feeling that comes over you or some of you; when you feel those goosebumps, you know of what we speak of here, that is the kundalini energy. That is a [smidge] or a small portion of it as you are feeling it at that time. But we are speaking of is a full kundalini energy rising in that moment of the event. And if you can think about it in that terminology, what that will be like in that moment. And for those that are not ready for this, what the kundalini energy rising in that moment will do to them. That is not to say that they will die on the spot. We are not saying that although some will. But for the most part those who are within the light will continue to stay within the light. Okay?

Q: Okay. And that is why they call it The Enlightenment. Is that true?

OWS: That is correct.

Q: I was involved with a group and I experienced (I think) what you’ve been talking about where the kundalini energy came in too strong. I’ve been going through a process of releasing this energy and releasing emotions and now the left side of my body has gone numb and tingly. It’ll feel like I have ice on my crown chakra if I get overstimulated. So would you have advice for someone who has experienced this overstimulation of the central nervous system? I’m healing but it is definitely been a surreal experience.

OWS: We understand and we can give you the breathing exercises that have been given will help greatly. If you are not already doing that begin to do that. Do not, and we repeat, do not do anything that will begin more and more to raise the kundalini energy. Do not need to do that. Let it go for little bit here and everything will subside and come back to as it needs to. Also ask your guides, ask your higher self — make that connection with your higher self — to bring down the energies somewhat so that you come back into a normal state of consciousness and circulation. This would be very important. So many different tools. Also there are various crystals that you can use, specifically obsidian. The big black stone will help to ground you in that respect. You understand this what we speak of?
Obsidian would be very helpful here. As you take that obsidian, as you take that crystal, energize it with your energy. Let your energy move through it and that its energy move through you, make the connection between you and that crystalline rock.

Q: Will ascension begin before Nibiru returns?

OWS: The short answer of that is yes. So there is no concern that there is a planet coming into the Earth’s atmosphere and will change the tides and create havoc on the planet and all of this. That is not to happen. That was in the old way, the Old Testament, the old words that were given previously in terms of the end times. All of this. And it was also in the New Testament as we see it now as well. So do not be concerned about that. That is no longer within your timeline to be concerned about. But it is a fact as you can say that it will be here at a time. But this will come after these earlier waves of ascension have completed here. So it is yet still some time off here in terms of three dimensional timeframe.

Q: I want to ask about a dream I had. In the dream we were in our Sunday meeting and James was speaking. I looked out the window and saw a large rainbow with really deep colors. Then a large bolt of lightning came down through the rainbow and it transformed into the shape of a female being. Very tall. I could see the side profile. And then all of a sudden the military was everywhere: planes, helicopters in the sky and on the ground. And this one helicopter was about to fire upon this being. The sun came down and two hands came out of the sun, grabbed the helicopter and tossed it away. I wanted to know if you could provide some insight on that.

OWS: Yes, this is indicative certainly of the various levels of the cabal attempting to overtake or to control Heaven here, to control Source Energy. And they cannot do this, would never be able to continue to be able to do this, but they continue to try so they send their war machines to fight against something that they have no idea what it is. Yet they fire upon it or they attempt to fire upon it. And of course this would never be allowed to be able to go against and withstand the energies of the Source — the Source Energy. Think about this! How preposterous this is to think that they can go against even the archangels you might say. But yet in their folly they believe they can. They believe that they can control not only this planet but the solar system, the galaxy, even the universe itself. How ridiculous is that?!?! You see? So this is what was being shown in your dream, the folly of this. A helicopter … they are in front of the Source Energy! The Source Energy reaching out with its hands and just wiping it away like it is nothing there! You see?

Q: About a month ago in a meditation I was impressed to ask my artist friend to paint a picture of the planet. I was given the colors which match the crown chakra of white, gold and purple, and the dimensions. You know, very detailed. I tried to imagine what it would look like and was told, “It is not for you to visualize what it is to look like. I will impress the artist.” The artist complied and was told to paint not one but three. They’re all different and he said he didn’t know why but that’s what he was impressed. Now that we have those pictures what do we do with them please?

OWS: As to what you do with them that is up to you and your higher selves to direct you here. But as to what it was depicting is that the colors of the Earth are going to change. The perception of the Earth is going to change drastically. The blues that you have, the greens that you have, all of these wonderful colors are going to become so much more brilliant and in some respects even change. Think in terms of not a blue sky but a violet sky or a magenta sky. You see? This is what it is depicting here. It is going to be vastly different but different in a wonderful way.

What you can do with the pictures is meditate on them. Look within them … and I say specifically look within them. Not at them but within them; into the consciousness itself within the picture for there is consciousness in these pictures because they came from the consciousness of a human being so there is energy within them, vibration within them, and feel and know this connection. Feel this vibration. And as you do this — you use the word impressed so we will use this – the right action here impressed upon you what to do with this at that time.

Q: You have said that as we rise higher into the 4th and 5th dimensions sickness cannot exist and so I’m trying to understand how to handle my situation. I took a prescription drug 18 years ago that caused a lot of health issues for me and I’ve been working hard to raise my vibration. I’m wondering: do I put any attention towards these health issues or do I just simply keep doing what I’m doing and raise my vibration knowing that as I raise into the higher dimensions these health issues will be resolved. Can you speak to that it all?

OWS: Yes, you have already answered that. You already know that that is what you need to do. That is what you are being directed to do, guided to do here by your higher self. So continue to raise your vibrations, just as all, many different sources have been saying. Raise your vibrations and all of these various health issues and sicknesses and maladies of all kinds will dissipate … just float away like they were never there. And literally you will have lost the memories of all of this as you continue along through this ascension process. It will be as if you were never sick, you never had any illness of any kind. This even goes for those who have cancer, diabetes, anything, multiple sclerosis, whatever it is all of it will fade in memory and certainly fade in symptom. Okay?

Oh and one other thing are you off of the prescription?

Q: Oh yes. I took it in 1999 and it caused a lot of issues for me and I haven’t taken it since then.

OWS: Wonderful. That is what we were going to suggest if you were on it not to — and this is for all — not to get off of your prescription medicine overnight but to begin to wean yourself away from them as much as you can. For, look at it as sometimes they are helpful, they can be important, but mostly just to handle the symptoms that you are feeling. But there are many things that can handle the symptoms as well. Many natural substances are available. Anything from the Earth herself that is available would be very helpful and much more beneficial than any kind of chemical that is created by man.

Q: There was a message from Lord Adama given 25 years ago about a protocol of the 5th dimension. He explained that in the 5th dimension it’s not welcome to hug each other — they don’t hug each other like we like to do on the Earth. Is that true?
OWS: What we are going to say is we never want to say anything against another source of any kind. Because what was in those circumstances when this message was given is highly different than what is available here at this time. So in that time period, in that time frame, for that particular audience at that time, this was meant in a different respect here.

To not so much that it is not to hug, but there are telepathic understandings in terms of understanding one’s vibration and feeling one’s vibration. And if you can feel one’s vibration then the physical sense of creating a hug is not necessary because that is in a physical form in terms of a physical expression. That is not to say that it is not okay and not important for you to hug another individual, clasp hands, kiss, whatever it is to show affection, show love, show camaraderie, all of this is very important. But as you move into these higher vibrations, into the 4th and higher 4th and into 5th dimension and beyond, you will be able to know another by their vibration. Even if they are not right there with you in the room or wherever they might be you will know them, you will feel them, and in that respect you will not need to create a hug.

But with that understanding, with that caveat here, we are also going to say that when you see us for the first time youhad better Hug us!! Okay?! [Laughter!!]
Q: OK! No worries there!

Q: I’m glad you said that because I was getting worried there for a moment that I couldn’t hug my twin flame! I want to hug him so much. I’m looking forward to it.
OWS: We want to hug you too.

Q: She was explaining because when we hug, the energy got mixed. So you don’t have to do that … to mix your energy with somebody else’s energy on a hug level.
OWS: That is correct. As you have brought this up we will bring this up now as well because sometimes people wonder about what it is like in the higher dimensions. Are we going to be able to have physical expression in terms of a sexual expression? And as male and female and whatever the situation might be you will still have the sexual expression as you know it but it will be different. It will change as you continue to evolve and eventually — did anyone see the movie “Cocoon”? Yeah, many of you were thinking of that even before we say it here yes. And in that respect they had the sexual expression between them and would not even touch each other or lightly touch each other. But they felt it. Even the one felt the, what is it called, it’s been so long we forget now … the orgasm yes thank you!

[Re: movie “Cocoon”] And if you watch it and watch this particular scene you will understand what we are saying here. A Pleiadian, because that was depicting Pleiadians coming together with human in sexual expression of their type … not of his type but of their type. He wanted it his way but it did not turn out that way but he was very happy anyway! Now even though this is a movie and not directly factual completely, it was depicting what it is like in the higher vibration and what it can be like. But as always there will be a transition process here so you will not be expected to go from 0 to 60 in 2 seconds. Okay?

Q: You are talking about how our health issues will clear and transform as we raise our vibrations but why is it that some of us seem to be experiencing more health problems and challenges as our vibration is increasing instead of having them lighten up. They seem to get be getting worse with the raising of the vibrations.

OWS: Because these are your ascension symptoms that you are going through. As you are moving through these higher vibrations or into these higher vibrations they are foreign to your central nervous system and to all of the programming that you have had here. So there is a process, a transition that you are moving through. But we promise you, as you continue to move through this transition and have your ascension when that occurs, all of this will be past memory and forgotten.

Again, all of those sicknesses those diseases those health problems, they will all be gone because you will literally be able to, in this transition, you will literally be able to enter in a device and everything will be perfectly balanced within you.
And that is what creates the disease and sickness and all of this is becoming out of balance. Dis-ease. Out of ease of your balance within your system. You can begin to work with this more and more by bringing your PH into a normal balance: alkaline/acid balance. Work with this. Look into this. There is much research that can be done on this. Much on this. Become much more alkaline than acidic in your body just as you’re swimming pools that you have. Those of you that have swimming pools, the pH within the swimming pool must be in balance. If it is too acidic what does it do, it corrodes the pipes. So what does acidic do within you, it corrodes the pipes; it corrodes the organs within you; the blood vessels within you; all of this. Too acidic = disease, sicknesses, ill health. More alkaline balanced here = perfect health. And we say that specifically: perfect health. That is where you are headed here. Okay?

We need to release channel here now.

So many things that you hear, so many things are changing, so many things are coming. Sananda says many mini events are about to begin. You are looking at your various dates that have been talked about your August 13th in that particular weekend, and also in terms of your September 21st thru 23rd time period, as well as some others that are going to pop up. And you will know when these pop-up what we speak of here.

I AM Sananda.

As always it is wonderful to be with you. To be able to continue to share, to be able to continue to open up so many things that have been kept from you, so many things that you have been separated from or you believe you have been separated from. But to be separated no more because so many things are in the works. So many things are about to shift and change and alter the very prospective that is you in the human dimension, in this human illusion of the 3^rd dimension.

Mighty consciousness shift is at hand. It is so very close now. There are so many things that are about to what you would call ‘pop’ in the near future, the very near future.

And as you continue to look forward to these changes, the shift we have spoken of many times — that so many have been speaking of — know also that in the present moment that you are in is all that is important. Be in that ‘now’ moment. Be in the present. Be all that you can be now. And as you continue to be all that you are, to find the joy in every moment that you can, all that will be will be upon you before you can even blink your eyes. Because that shift, that consciousness shift that has been spoken of for many a millennia, is about to become awakened within all of you.

And so many things are coming to fruition. So many things are about to shift and change and move into a new consciousness level. You are about to move into a new consciousness level, as you speak in terms of DNA. As you speak in terms of shifts of consciousness that are happening now, you are in that shift. You are in that moment, that consciousness shift moment for you are becoming altered within you. You are becoming aware of who you are. You are becoming awakened to your full state of the being that you are, that spiritual being. No longer to be the human experience but to be the spiritual experience.

We watch you each and every day. We watch all of you. We watch over you and we watch you. We watch to see how you are shifting in your daily activities, how you are becoming emblazoned by the new consciousness that is moving through you. So many of you are feeling this consciousness so many of you are feeling this shift this knowing that is coming over you where you are beginning to hear the those of us that are beginning to whisper to you more and more and as you hear these whispers you becoming aware of that consciousness change that is happening within you. All is about this consciousness change and this shift now.

All is about this. There is nothing that is not about this in this moment. For this is what you came here for. This is what you evolved into in this time, in this moment of your life, is to be ready for your mission: those missions that you came here for; those that you volunteered to come here for.

And you are moving into those missions now. You are going to be directed. Many of you are going to find direction, mentorship that is going to come to you, that is going to bring you to the next level of your being, the next level of consciousness within you, that will continue to awaken within you the very understandings that you came in with a long time ago and had forgotten up to this time.

But so many of you are awakening. So many of you are beginning to listen to the whispers and sometimes, yes, the shouts, but all is happening now. All is bringing, brought forth now. And as you hear many times all is being orchestrated. You are in the middle of a synchronicity now that is bringing about so many of the changes, so many of the shifts that are happening. And you are that shift in that consciousness. Because of you it is happening. Without you it would not happen.

You are the consciousness change itself. As Gaia shifts as Gaia becomes aware fully of who she is as she moves into the higher vibrations of her consciousness once again. You, those of you that are the cells within Gaia herself, you are the ones that are moving this forward. You are the ones that are bringing this awakening process into full understanding and full awareness.

It is time now my brothers and sisters, my dear friends. It is time for you to become all that you came here to be. You are moving away from the old programming, away from the old paradigm that was what had been expected, what had been created by the cabal here and is no longer going to be allowed. It is no longer going to be a process of the connections that you have with the universe, with the cosmos.

You are the ones that are ready for this. You are the ones that have been preparing for this. And you are the ones that will take this forward into the new Golden Age of Gaia. So it is time now for all of you to become aware that everything is in flux now, everything is coming to the cusp, the cusp and the crescendo that has been spoken of. Believe it and you will see it.

Believe it and you will see it. For there is nothing that cannot occur now that has not been spoken of previously that has not been prepared for. For you are the ones that have been preparing and have been waiting and moving toward the expression of who you fully are. The time is now.

One Who Serves with you to share with you, to open up to question-and-answer.

 

And as Sananda said, you are on the cusp, you are on the very edge of that precipice that has been spoken of so many times. And as you move to the edge of the precipice how many of you are ready to jump off now? How many of you are ready to jump off and see if you can fly. Now that does not mean we want you to go to the top of a mountain or  building and jump off. That is not what we are saying of course. Nobody go do that. Okay?

But it means … what is your term here … with your imagination here to go to the edge of the precipice and if you are ready to jump off, if you see others around you jumping off, are you going to be one that is going to jump off as well? Are you going to join them knowing that you are not goingto hit the bottom as you would in your physical form because your physical form is shifting and changing. Even now your DNA is changing. You may not be aware of it and, no, you probably cannot do telekinetics and things of this nature. You cannot, maybe, use telepathy yet but all of these things are coming. You are going to be able to do many things. You are going to be able to raise objects with your mind. All of these things are going to be.

But first you need to continue to go through this program, this process of ascension, this shift in consciousness, this transition that you are moving through. Because everything is in the now and you are moving continually in the now. And even though there is a future, there is a past, they are all one.

And as you move fully more and more up into the higher vibrations you will begin to understand that more and more that past present and future are all one. There is nothing but the present now. And this will come more and more to you as your vibrations increase, as you find yourself in the higher vibrations more and more. And you wonder how do you do this. How do you move into the higher vibrations? Well you simply do it. That is all, you just do it. And it is not as difficult as you might think because [??] do it, as you know you are doing it, you will remember. You will remember what it is to be in the higher vibrations. You will remember what it is all about; what you are all about as a spiritual being just simply having a human experience now.

But that human experience that you are having now is about to greatly shift and you are going to come into the higher vibrations or rather many are going to come into the higher vibrations kicking and screaming. They maybe we will not want to do it because they will not understand it but yet it will happen. They will awaken. They will come into this. They will feel these energies.

Some though will feel these energies and be held off from them or want to hold off because it will be too powerful for them, they will not be able to withstand the energies. Just as many of you are feeling the energy and it is somewhat overwhelming and overpowering to you at times. And you say, ‘well it is too much for us so back it off a little bit’. And it gets backed off a little bit. And then you say, ‘well, bring it on,’ and then it comes back on and more and more.

So if you are ready for the energies more if you are ready to jump off the precipice then just say yes we are ready and we are going to do this and it is going to be wonderful and something that is going to be beyond your wildest imaginations. Okay? Do you have questions here for One Who Serves?

 

Q & A

Q:  Yesterday I had an unpleasant incident and I would like to know what the lesson is for me. I was driving and suddenly a hawk swooped down a few feet in front of my car. I just couldn’t react in time and I hit the bird. A short distance later I turned around and came back to see if the hawk was still alive and if I could help it but the body/bird was gone. I guess the vulture I saw at the side of the road had already gotten to it and took care of cleaning the road. It was very upsetting to me and I’m not understanding why it happened.

OWS:  The significance of this was for you …

There are those circumstances which are unavoidable or they seem to be unavoidable in any given situation. Whether it is hitting a bird or another animal, but that is not to say that there are [no] coincidences. There are no coincidences. There are no accidents. So there are always reasons for this. For as you experience the so-called of hitting bird, how would you feel at that point. Would you feel like you have harmed another live being? You see some would not even care about this; they would not even give it another thought. Now if it was a dog or something maybe that would be different but a bird not so much. But for you who has done this, this is significant for you because it is a being, it is a live being. And that is something that is very difficult for you to handle in terms of another being suffering here.

But we can tell you from this example here. Yes, you did hit the bird but it did not affect it as you would think it would normally. So it was not there because it was able to fly off. And the idea of the vulture being there in its’ place is that it is the embodiment of the — what is the word we are looking for — that there is an experience there that is not as good a thing. So you look at the vulture, so much, not so good. You look at a vulture as being evil, as being something that preys upon the dead. But there was no dead there for it to prey upon. So why was it there? That was because it was an experience [phone interference] … interference on the phone there. Please mute your phone. We would appreciate it. Thank you.

To go back here there is the continuing experience of would replace the feeling of life with death here. And this was indicative of that where ever there is life there is also death in terms of this being, this vulture preys upon that which is living or has died and this is its function, its mission you might say. This is what it does. It helps to rid those parts of bodies that have died it is all part of nature here you see. But for you specifically there was not the indication of it being hit and dying because it did not. You see? You understand this? Kind of went up about this in a roundabout way you might say.

Q:  I prayed for the soul and went back and I wished it all the best and asked God to send light. What was the purpose for me to go through this? Because the bird showed me it was flying to get the food and the food doesn’t matter actually it’s not the important part in our life so to get killed [for] it was confusing.

OWS:  Yes we understand that. That is why we say here that you had this experience to open yourself up to life here. That you would not harm another living being and this was just to show you that as you hit this bird it did not affect it because your love was there for it. You see?

Q:  This week all week I don’t know what is going on with me. I’m feeling out of place. I don’t know what to do and I don’t want to do anything. Is that the energy they’re giving up that affects like this?

OWS:  This is indicative of many that are going through these types of things. One minute the energies are high and you are feeling so wonderful and blissful, and the next moment you are dropped down to Earth, you might say in that sense. And everything is not so good, or you do not feel so good, or you have lack of energy, and all of these things. And what have you been calling these things? You have been calling them ascension symptoms. And this is continuing on for many of you — for all of you really at one point or another — and will continue on as you continue through this ascension process.

But know that, as these things are happening. Simply realize what it is that is occurring, that it is just a symptom, an ascension system and it will pass. And it will move on and the next moment you will feel possibly blissful and high and all of these things. High without the use of drugs even. And you will feel, much will continue on in your life with high energies and low energies. Everything is an energy and a rest.

This is what you must understand that the universe works this way, the galaxy, the solar system, everything is at energy and at rest. At times you are energized, at times you are at rested. Well the universe does the same thing; it has an energy and a restful period. And you are coming out of that restful period of 26,000 years now for your galaxy here. And this is the, you are moving into the energy period. This will be the new Golden Age as these energies continue to increase and increase and increase. As the energies increase know that it can wreak havoc on your central nervous system at various times, and your chakras are affected by this as well, as to be working with your chakra system or with your central nervous system here. Okay?

Q:  Several years ago my son got a little white pitbull which I became really close with. In 2013, after being away for a few months I came back to find she had been stolen. I think of her so often. I will see images of dogs in clouds and in tiles and stuff like that wherever I go. I was just wondering if she’s still here on Earth or has she left?

OWS:  As we find it, Sugar is alive and well in another situation, another home you might say, but know that your connection with this one, this being, this wonderful spirit within your connection will continue on for much, much time. Not so much in your lifetime here now but you will be reconnected to this particular soul spirit. Cannot say too much more on this at this time but there is a connection here — a soul connection even though it is in the animal state.

Q:  In a meditative state I had a vision of a door at the top of a set of stairs opening and a being coming down the steps from this door. I’m looking from the bottom. Then heavy droplets of white light come raining down on me and three explosions of white light looked like firecrackers in a row right across me. Can you tell me what that means?

OWS:  Yes you are looking up at the doorway here above you?  Yes, this is indicative of the ascension process as you are moving through this. And that one that was at the doorway there is indicative of your higher self waiting for you with the door open. We can show you the door but you are the one that needs to walk through it. This is what was being given here. The door is open, it is there for you. And the explosions of light all around you are exactly that, the explosions of light within you. As you do these various meditations and such you work with the light. You are working with the light, exploding the light, sharing the light and this is what was shown here to you. Does this make sense to you?

If you had walked up those stairs that would have been indicative of a changing also here for you. You did not walk up the stairs. You simply looked up there. We are finding here one more thing we can share: you are going to have a dream about this. A dream is going to come that is going to be very similar to this and in that dream the stairs are going to be there and you’re going to climb the stairs. Whether you move through the door or not though will depend on you within the dream.

Q:  I have been thinking so much about all these people that suffer from autism and they cannot find a way to communicate with the physical word and I also feel the level of frustration and the pain they express and I’m very driven by that. I feel so much for them. I would like to know why is that they are trapped and they cannot communicate. And also can we do something to help them out?

OWS:  You are already doing something to help them out all of you. When you do your meditations you are helping them out. But know that they are there and going through what they are going through to continue to work to complete the process for themselves. It is their contract that they came in with and they are following through with it. But also understand, just like you they are volunteers here to come here and be a part of this and to share the light in the way that they are doing. But as the energies continue to increase, as the event occur, and as the consciousness shift comes across the planet they will also shift as that happens and they will come into the higher vibrations. And as you have been hearing over and over, if you are in the higher vibrations you cannot have these types of maladies and illnesses and all of these types of things they are experiencing now. Not only them but all. Even those with those with cancer and diabetes and multiple sclerosis and all of these types of things. All of these will be healed in the instant when it is time for this. There will be miraculous things that will occur at that time.

Q:  Cobra talks about cintamani stones. Can you tell us about that. And is Cobra a double agent?

OWS:  Will answer the second question first. No! he is not a double agent. He is for the light specifically. He is a great light to the planet here and is going through many things that are calling to him that are saying that he is not of the light and all of this. It is another part of discernment. So if you are feeling as you are experiencing what this one is saying and sharing if you are feeling that it is not for you, then it is not for you. But if you are feeling love and light coming from this one then that is what he is sharing, that is what he is bringing here. He is bringing a great deal of new, uh, rather disclosure you might say to the masses to those who are ready to hear it. Okay?

The cintamani stones are real. They are just as he has described them and they are being planted in many different strategic places across the planet to bring higher energies to that area to raise an angel in that area just as he has shared with you. And it is very important because it is bringing the grid — the consciousness grid here on the Earth, not the Christ Consciousness grid but the crystalline grid you might call it — and bringing that together as well as with all the ley line connections. So all of this is a part of this bringing the great energy centers back together because where many of these cintamani stones are being planted they are around energy centers or around centers that were once energy centers and have been changed over to the dark side you might say; such as your Montauk in Long Island for instance.

Q:  And he talks about how if we have them on our bodies it will ease the transition to ascension. Is that correct?

OWS:  That is one, it is a tool. It is another tool. You have many different tools: crystals, cintamani stones, many different things that, your breathing techniques, all of these are tools. Utilize them and you will be also given many, many more, or rather you will remember many more as you keep moving through this process here.

Q:  Can you tell me where I can bury my cintamani stone in order to help facilitate what you just explained? I have reached out to Cobra and his people but have not received an answer. Would it be incorrect or negative to plant it by my home or would you know of a place near where I am which would best facilitate and help overall.

OWS:  You are in Florida you say? There are many locations there that you could do this but what we would say to you rather than look outside of yourself for the answer ask within yourself. Ask your higher self your higher God self and you will receive the answer back in that respect. You will know where to plant it or if to plant it at all. Maybe you are needing to wear it as the previous caller had said. You see?

Q:  Regarding the lady’s story earlier about the dog: I had a very strong soul connection with a cat that was taken very young; it died in my arms and I do feel his presence. I want to know if it was possible once we transition into 5D will I be able to have him back or would he remain in spirit where he is now?

OWS:  Absolutely. Did you ever watch the Robin Williams movie What Dreams May Come? The dog was there but he wished it to be there. You will be able to do exactly the same with your animals as well as your loved ones. So if your loved ones do not initially go with you into the higher vibrations into the 5^th dimension and they remain in 3^rddimension or whatever it may be, you will be able to connect with them at their level at that time. You see? Nothing will be lost.

Q:  Approximately 3 ½ years ago at the beginning stages of my awakening, I spoke to a homeless man whom everyone was staying very far away from.  He asked for a light for his cigarette and we began a deep conversation which lasted for approximately 45 minutes (with people walking as far around us as they possibly could). Without going into detail, it was one of the most rewarding experiences I ever had. I gave him some cigarettes, some money, and a big huge hug and when I left I was floating. I felt like I was 20 feet high and had an experience I never had before my life. I thought to myself he must’ve been an angel. And I think in retrospect we’re being tested to see how we would respond in situations to which most people have been conditioned to shun. And shortly after that, I had another experience with another gentleman which left me feeling the same way so I guess I’m looking for confirmation or some feedback on that type of experience.

OWS:  You already know the answer to that: angel, guide, all of these types of things. You never know where God or the Source will appear before you. You never know where that will be so for you to open up and allow for the process to happen was what you were needing to do at that time. For those with eyes to see and ears to hear.

Q:  Did my 13-year old dog get hurt recently? She’s acting really weird and unstable I don’t know if she’s physically hurt or a mental thing. Can you give me any advice on that please? She is stumbling and I think she may have hurt her back. It started this morning and I’m doing a lot of energy work on her but she seems mentally unbalanced too, but it may just be physical thing.

OWS:  Understand that just as you are being affected by these energies so too are the animals and plants and all of these things as well being affected by these energies. So one that is in an older state such as your 13-year-old dog would experience these energies in different ways than say a two-year-old dog would experience this. So do not be concerned and not to worry. Just do as you are doing. Send light, send love, be love with this particular being and everything will take care of itself as you move along here.

Q:  Can you explain to me what does it mean when they talk about the rainbow body?

OWS:  Very good. It is very long explanation here which we cannot give at this time but the rainbow body is your ascension body. It is your light body. It is the body that you will move into at a certain point in your ascension … in your full ascension. This is not during the process but you will be building up to this. Just as those of you that experience the meditation through James here in terms of going across the rainbow bridge this was to connect to your higher God self in your rainbow body. You do not use the rainbow body at that time because you are not ready yet for this. But it is a beginning process of this that we did here and we will do again here as well at the next Advance as we are finding it here. But the rainbow body is what many have experienced when they are going through this full ascension. Their bodies turns into light and turned into many colors of light therefore those who see this happening will be seeing this as a rainbow of many different colors.

Q:  Was Jesus or Yeshua who was on this Earth was he taught that by the Essenes?

OWS:  No he was not taught that [by the Essenes] because they did not fully understand this. But he received this in his wanderings you might say, when he visited many different monasteries and temples in his learning process as he was going through this ascension process. The full ascension did not occur until that moment when he arose, as you would say, arose from the dead although he was never fully dead.

Q:  I want to follow up on something you said last week when you were talking about how some of us will go on the ships and it will seem like some of us will be going on unwillingly against our will but that’s not really the case because it’s in our soul contract so I wanted to follow that up by asking you about the relationship between Divine Will and free will. I know we all have free will here but I’ve had some pretty intense experiences I’ve had my life saved from a car accident I’ve had divine intervention keep me on a straight path to make sure that I met my twin flame. So I’ve definitely seen Divine Will trump my free will on several occasions so I’m wondering if you could talk about the relationship of Divine Will to free will and how it relates to what’s in our soul contract, what we’re here to do.

OWS:  First of all you misunderstood what was said here in the last time. We did not say that you will be going involuntarily. We are not saying that in terms of what is coming. We spoke in terms of what was before. In other words there have been those what you call abductions that were part of the soul contract they went along unwillingly at their conscious-knowing-self but at their deeper level within them they went willingly. You see? And now as far as you are concerned or any of you that are hearing these words, reading these words after, as far as you are concerned if you are going to go up aboard ships you will be going willingly. You will have to be going willingly; there can be nothing that is against your free will. This would never occur here. You see? Not after the event occurs and after disclosure and all of this. As to free will versus Divine Will, there is never the Divine Will that will overcome the free will. You always have free will. You see? But there are circumstances that occur where you will hear that Divine Will or you will hear that whisper within you which may then shift your free will at that time, you see, where you will then go along with the Divine Will.

Q:  Isn’t Divine Will your own will anyway?

OWS:  That is correct. We are talking about your conscious will here. You as the conscious self.

Q:  Yes and just to clarify a bit, we tend to voice the idea of Divine Will as separate from us.

OWS:  It is not.

Q:  Exactly. So the divine will is the higher self [inaudible].

OWS:  Correct. Does this answer your question?

Q:  Yes it does. I’ve had my higher self definitely intervene in a positive way in my life and so I understand what you’re saying. Thank you.

OWS:  You know all of you at one time or another have had your higher selves intervene.

Q:  Hopefully all the time.

OWS:  Yes. And the more that you listen the more that you will continue on on your given path that you need to follow here.

Are there any other further question now? We need to release channel.

Q:  I want to let you know I’m very eager to merge with my higher self. I am very eager to remember the languages from previous lives and remember instruments that I could play. What can I do to invite and little-by-little try to merge with my higher self?

OWS:  You are already doing it here Moses. In all that you are doing as you continue to work with this programs, speaking in terms of Ancient Awakenings and working fully with this more and more, and attempting to spread the word as you are doing. This is working with your higher self. You are working with your higher self in many other words as well as you continue to share the light wherever you can. This is the merging with your higher self. Okay?

Q:  And could you also say that by acknowledging that you already are your higher self, is helpful — just acknowledging that?

OWS:  Absolutely. The more that you realize that you and your higher self are one, or as Yeshua said, “I and my Father are One,” it can be father/mother/whatever it is, but you are One always. You have never not been One. You have always been together with your higher self. It is simply the mind that has created the separation, and all of the programming here, the illusion that has also created

. But there is indeed no separation here. You will come to fully understand and know this, and even more important remember this.

We need to release channel here now. Just continue on in your everyday activities. Move on, continue to use the various tools that you have been given: your breathing techniques, use of crystals, whatever it might be. Continue to utilize this and know that as you are continuing to move along through your daily life your daily life is going to shift dramatically as you are continuing the preparation for, as we said here previously, jumping off the precipice.

“You Are Coming Close To What Sananda Calls The Crescendo Of All That You Have Been Building Toward” –  Saint Germain and OWS

These messages were given during our weekly Sunday Prepare For Change group in Phoenix, AZ on June 18, 2017

 

ST GERMAIN

I AM St. Germain. And as always it is wonderful to be with you, to be able to share with you, to be able to experience with you, for many of you are dear to me, many more than you can know at this point.

We have had lifetimes together, we have had experiences together. Those of you as I am speaking now know who I am speaking to. We have shared wine together, various social gatherings together.

I have always been a very social sort, always enjoyed a party here and there wherever it could be. As you have heard many times we are preparing a party, a celebration, beyond any celebration that you could even imagine yet at this point. Take the best party that you ever went to and multiply that hundreds of times over and you will have a beginning understanding of what it will be when you first connect with those of your loved ones that you long ago left or that they left you. You will have a reunion, a reuniting that will bring the energy up within you like you cannot imagine at this point. But it will happen. It is happening.

Many of you will experience the kundalini energy. You will experience the rising of this kundalini energy. It will happen at times that you are not even, will not even be prepared for. Yet it will happen. And when it does allow it to be. Let it move forth. Let it complete. This is the process, this is the ascension process that will bring this kundalini energy up within you and all will be as it needs to be in that moment.

I spoke to James earlier. I used the word ‘urgent’. He did not understand at that time why that word was used for it has not been used before. Normally it is a message from Sananda, a message from St. Germain, a message from Archangel Michael. But this time an urgent message; an urgent and timely message. And what is it that is so urgent, you might ask and I will tell you.

As you know everything is in flux now; everything is shifting. The cabal is coming down to their knees. All that was prepared, all that was planned for when those of us, what you call your forefathers, gathered in that day and signed that great paper, that Proclamation of Freedom. At that time we all knew what was at stake. We all knew what could be the result — both positive and negative — but we forged forth, we moved ahead. Some were afraid but they overcame it just as you your selves now must overcome those things which are in the process of happening. Not to be afraid but to move forth, to continue on.

For a shift is in the works now, a shift that has been spoken of many times. And this shift is going to change much. I speak now of those things which are just before and just after what is being called the event or the changeover. We prefer the term changeover because you are changing over from one paradigm into another. And this new paradigm is what was planned for that day back in 1776.

This was that time. This is that time now again.

No, there will not be a new signing of a document. There will be a proclamation or an announcement of a major shift in consciousness, in understanding and we are all now at that verge of what was begun long ago is now coming to fruition. It will now move everyone forward to a new understanding, a new level of consciousness and vibration that will take even the most cynical, the most questioning individuals and bring them forward also. No one will be immune to these changes. Everyone will be a part of it in some way within their own way but you are all going to be a part of it and already are part of it. Because as of this shift that I speak of now, you are already in the middle of that shift.

Many of you are feeling the energies, you are feeling the changes come over you. You are feeling your chakras coming alive. If you do not know it’s the chakras, it is. They’re coming alive again. Some of you are doing specific exercises to make this happen. But I tell you that it is already happening within all of you. Within your sleep state you are finding your selves on ships, you are finding yourself down in Inner Earth even if you are not yet remembering. That time is also coming where you will begin fully to remember those experiences as some of you already are.

This is a time and this was why the word ‘timely’, because you are right on the cusp. You are coming close to what Sananda calls the crescendo of all that you have been building toward. The full crescendo will be when the event, when the changeover fully develops. But up until that point you are working toward it and you are preparing to be the mentors to all those others that come after you.

You will receive mentors, yes, but you are becoming the mentors as well. You will be the learned ones you will be the ones that those coming after in the later waves of ascension will be looking toward. You will be the ones as Sananda speaks of to sit at those council tables if you are ready. This group is especially being prepared for this as well as others.

This is a special time, a special place, a special moment just prior to some major shifts in consciousness that are coming.

You hear of arrests. You hear of the cabal coming down to their knees and yes that is so. But we would never condone the extermination, the killing of your brothers and sisters even though they have done much and they would at a moment’s notice do harm to you. But you are not at their consciousness level. They must come up to your consciousness level just as you are rising to our consciousness to our vibration. I realize this has been long but it is necessary.

One more thing I speak of that is a continuation of what was started back in that day of signing of the Declaration: the reestablishment and the announcement of what you know of as NESARA and all that comes with it. But know that as you have read about NESARA or heard of it, it has shifted some as well. Some of the things have been taken out of it and others added to it and it will not quite resemble those things earlier that you read but it is a portion of that, a very strong portion of that. And it is an understanding that will bring this world, this planet to be ready to be received and receive those from above and below. It is a necessary part of this. But first this must be enacted. And it will be.

 

I appreciate your time, your efforts, your love, and your sense of oneness as you continue to remember who you are in the totality of you as the Creator Source within you.

I AM St. Germain. May the Violet light be always shining within you as you shine it out, outward as well.

And that’s for you to look deeply within that and find those hidden messages that he had there. And if you do you will find what we speak of here now.

Om Mani Padme Hum. Om Mani Padme Hum. Om, Om. Greetings to you!

Wonderful to hear our song, our vibration, our feelings of movement of consciousness which happens when you do these type of thing. It is so wonderful. Do you feel it within you? Do you feel the resonance within you, the vibration as you are doing this? Do you feel it reach a little bit even come somewhat close to a crescendo here? Did you notice this? And those of you on the phone that were doing this, we heard you too. We heard you. We can hear it within you as you attempted to find that resonance within you, that balance within you. So wonderful!

Now we’re going to turn this over to our dear brother, Sananda. He is going to come in and share with you and then we’ll be back okay?

I AM Sananda. Wonderful as always to be here with you where we can share and have this experience. For this is a way, one of the ways I would say, that we are reaching out to many of you, many of you.

We are reaching out to help you to continue on with your missions which you came here to do. We are here to assist you in any way that we can. And this is one way that we are reaching out, one way we are making our efforts known to you and to help to assist you. Of course there are many other ways that we are reaching the masses. We are doing this through your various media, your movies, your books, all of these different things.

We are reaching, our message is coming to you. And that message of course is to awaken. It is time to awaken to who you are. It is time to awaken to the experience that you came here for. Everything that you came here to do you are now in the process of doing that. This is the culmination of what you’re here for. You are moving closer and closer to those times, to those moments, where everything begins to shift even more than it has already shifted. Many of you speak now of the shift that is happening and you feel the energies and you feel the expression within you changing, the vibrational expression within you changing, you feel that.

But I tell you, and many of us have been telling you, that this is nothing compared to what is coming, to what you are going to experience to the full totality of all that is going to be. Because as this shift continues to move, as this transition continues to move forward, you are moving forward with it. You are having those experiences, those sharing of experiences with those of your neighbors, those of your friends, your family, wherever you get the opportunity you are having the experience of being able to share this. To be able to share not only your knowledge but your understanding, your vibration, which is even the most important thing.

Knowledge is good, yes, but vibration is even more important. Share your vibrations. Now how do you do that you might say? You share your vibration by being that vibration, by being that light, being that love expression wherever you go. Wherever you find yourself a simple smile a hug when it is possible, a handshake, whatever it might be. And even just a smile and the vibration exchanging between one and another is simply amazing when you allow it to be. When you allow yourself to step out of your comfort zone wherever you can and share and be that expression of light. Be that expression of love. Be the light warrior that you have come to be and that many of you are falling into that mode now. No longer as just simply one standing by and letting the world revolve around you, but yet you are making the world revolve now. It is a big difference. Because you are that change that you want to see in the world. You already are.

There are many different ways of sharing, many different ways of expressing your love, your light to all out there but even just being the love and the light is sharing to all the world, to all of the planet.

So I tell you now my brothers, my sisters, my dear friends, I tell you to open yourselves up to who you are. Share that light wherever you have the opportunity. Because as you share that light that light is then being shared out to many more and many more and many more. It is a geometric progression.

Even if it doesn’t take the being on a radio broadcast or being in an e-mail broadcast or whatever it is. It doesn’t take that. It simply needs the thought, the process, the knowing that you are sharing your love, your light, your expression with all that you can out there. That is my message for you.

There is so much coming in the near future here. We are getting excited ourselves. Many of us are excited here on the New Jerusalem. Many are excited in all of the many ships. Many of the systems out there are becoming excited as they continue to watch this process and you are the ones right there in the middle of everything. You are the ones that will be spoken of for thousands and thousands of millennia to come. For you are the ones that created this shift.

And a program it is, yes. We are continuing this programming, this process, to continue to assist you in assisting us. Because it is a whole process of working together. It is we rub your back, you rub our back. Okay? And we are so enjoying and loving working with you in this way and so much even more looking forward to working more directly with you. And all of us, all of us mentoring to you we will be there with you and you with us as we move closer and closer to this ascension process that you are all in … that we are all in. Because again, and we have said before as you are ascending so are we. Isn’t that wonderful?! We can all help each other here. You have questions here for One Who Serves?
Q & A

Q: I want to ask about the holographic universe if you could explain that more. And are we in a hologram? Our first introductions have been the computer screen, Star Trek, and the like but can you really describe for us what it is. Is it vibrational? I’d like to understand it more.

OWS: Yes. To understand that you are in a hologram or an illusionary process, as we have been saying for some time, it is very difficult for the three dimensional mind to begin to grasp this. But think of it in terms of your Star Wars when the picture or the hologram rather of Obi-Wan Kenobi showed here. Do you remember this? Many of you, you remember this. When this hologram showed up it was the technological advancement, at that time, as it was being shown in this movie. But it was showing you that there is this ability to have these holograms like this.

Now this is just a very, very tiny, miniscule portion of what is possible here. But this hologram has been created here on the Earth here by the cabal by those who would keep you entrenched or imprisoned in the illusion that they have created here. And you think it is solid matter. You think it is real and all of this because they have made it to be that way. This is very advanced technology that has been used here. Now, you could take this further out to the solar system, to the galaxy, and yes, even the universe, that the entire universe is a hologram. It is real to a point but not real in totality. You see but again this is very difficult to explain for you to understand because you must understand what is consciousness. You must understand the full totality of what consciousness is and vibration.

And as you come more and more into these higher vibrations these higher understandings, you begin to understand more and more how the higher vibrations lead you into the higher dimensions. And as you move into the higher dimensions you move continually into higher and higher vibrations and this continues to move you up and up and up in terms of higher vibrations and higher dimensional states. So you are constantly in this hologram at this time but you are moving past this veil that has been created here to keep you in that hologram.

As you pierce through the veil, as the veil is dropped, the hologram that they have created for you is gone so the illusion then is gone. But you are still ensconced within the universal hologram that has been put there by, (guess who!) Prime Creator/Source. You see? Now there is not an imprisonment there. It is certainly a free will zone that you are in, that we are all in, in this universal hologram that you are speaking of. Did this make any sense to you at all?

Q: Yes it does. I’m getting that it’s like manifestation. So as our frequency is raised we manifest and that is a form of a holographic experience.

OWS: Yes. As you are raising your vibration, as you are having your experiences Prime Creator is having more and more experiences as well. Prime Creator is growing just as we all are, if you could begin to understand that. And there is no end. Prime Creator will never cease to exist just as you will never cease to exist … unless you choose to.

Would anyone like to have a follow-up question to that?!
Q: Many of us are going to come into a sacred trust very shortly with this RV and, as I understand it, it is for the purpose of elevating people’s living situations so they can elevate their frequency. There’s a lot of conversation about emergency readiness like needing a food supply because of a financial crash and possible martial law. And there should be refugee camps where people can come to and escape from that so that’s all the cabal stuff. My question is, does this need to be done? I know also part of the game is to keep your focus on the higher realm but how much does this need to be done and how do we keep our focus in the higher realms while also being aware of and addressing that with a sacred trust?

OWS: Are you aware of the term fear porn? Why we are bringing this up is that it is all about that for the cabal, for the program that they have created here. Again the illusion. It is all about creating fear wherever possible. And to begin to understand all that is happening here, you have to begin to move out of the 3D illusion and not be a part of it anymore. You can be in it but not of it. You see? And that is where you all need to move toward, is the idea that you are no longer a part of this illusion whether it be through medical science in terms of the pharmacology which we had James speak of earlier, and all of these types of things that are holding you down.

You see when you take these various medications from the pharmaceutical companies and all of this, you are continuing to not only keep the system going here but you are keeping yourself in lower vibration. All of these drugs lower your vibration. And all of these types of thinking in terms of, ‘the world is coming to an end’ and you need to put away years and years of supplies and all of these things to be able to survive.

But this is not a survival position. This is a transition into higher vibrations, but it is not a transition of moving through various levels of fear. And that is what you call the preppers and all of this are attempting to do: to keep you in fear. Now many of those that are participate in this are not doing it for that idea or that concept. They are doing it because they think they need to. Because they are in that programming that has been created and they think that the electric grid is going to go down and all of these things and they will have to survive on their own and all of this.

And we can tell you that we have not been training you to survive. You see? We have been training you to be able to share; to share the light and the love wherever it is possible to do that. Not just simply survive. We have been training you to be in the now; to be in that moment in joy in the now as much as you can. To see the beauty all around you and not the ugliness. For if you see the ugliness, if you constantly focus on that you continue to stay in the same old programming and you do not move out of it then. So more and more and more begin to find yourself in those higher vibrations out of the 3D illusion. Do not become concerned about major pandemics or third world war or any of these things because they are not going to happen.

Now, with all of that said that is not to say that there might not be a short disruption of your social system as you know it now because that social system, as you know it now, must come apart. It must breakdown. It must shift. And if it takes a little bit of consternation moving through this shift then so be it but it is not going to be anything that you have to focus [on] in terms of being in fear to make it through. Okay? Do you understand this?

Q: Well yeah and I’m just making sure that … so there’s no necessity for us to like in a humanitarian way have any readiness for people who maybe aren’t where we are and we’ve got the supplies to do it because you know there’s no necessity for it at all?

OWS: That is not what we are saying. We are saying that it is possible there will be a little short disruption and for you to have supplies and things like this would not be harmful to you. But do not focus on this. Do not focus on digging a big hole in your backyard and creating a shelter of some type. You do not need this type of thing. To know a little bit about how to survive in the wilderness would not be harmful. But it is not necessary either because if any of these type of situation were to come, do you not think that you have a great deal of help already? You see? Call upon your angels, call upon your guides, your guardians, and your mentors as they are introduced to you certainly. But you see all of this is likely not going to be a concern because once the NESARA occurs, once the Galactics have appeared, all of these things are going to shift very dramatically at that point. And to have a, what you would call a couple of weeks or a little bit longer maybe, of certain supplies would not be something that would be detrimental to you.
Q: I’ve been fairly woozy in the last two weeks and it reminds me of an instance in my teenage years where I lost feeling in one side of my body, and I couldn’t remember what the white stuff was that fell out of the sky and that sort of thing. The doctors were mystified at the time. Were those ascension symptoms or some sort of encodement that I was receiving at that time?

OWS: They were, yes. And you are continuing to receive these just as many of you, if not all of you, in various ways are receiving these downloads, these understandings, and expressions coming to you from many different levels of your experience as far as where you come from. And many of you are experiencing these shifts and changes within you as you continue to experience these ascension symptoms as we are calling them. And they are nothing more than that if you believe that.

If you believe though in the programming; if you believe that they are levels of sickness and disease and all of this then this is what they become. You see? So believe and you will see. We continue to say this and this is what you must come to understand. This is what you must let go of: the old paradigm of sickness, disease, ill health, aches and pains, and all of this, as just being part of the programming that you are coming out of. And if you are coming out of this programming, then you are going to then move into the higher vibrations where there is no sickness, disease, aches and pains, etcetera. So it is just simply a process of your transition now.
Q: You have mentioned in the past that many ships are parked in the atmosphere waiting for the signal to go ahead. I had a dream that was one of the most vivid visions I’ve ever had. It was crystal clear. I was in a house and I saw a ship literally come right up to my window … right up to it. It paused, it sat there for little bit and then it was gone. I have thought about that vision almost every single day and I’m wondering if you could shed any light on that for me. Was that in another dimension? Who was visiting me? What exactly was that that I saw in my vision?

OWS: You were being checked up on you might say by those who know you very well. And they just came down to peak in a little bit and say hi. Even though you were not fully aware as to who they were or anything of this nature but they were real and they were just keeping track of you; keeping tabs on you as the saying goes.

As to where they come from we cannot give that at this time. You will come to understand that when the moment comes for you.
Q: I’d like to ask something about timelines. And this refers to Tom Moore who has written The Gentle Way book. And he talks about time lines and he said we’re on timeline six and that timeline seven and eight have already have passed. The ETs arrive and it went very, very well and they were very happy. And in a couple of weeks, timeline six where we are, will have that. Is that true?

OWS: Whenever you hear of things of this nature you need to … what is this called … take with grain of salt here because there is truth, very much truth to these types of things as to timelines and all of this.

As your consciousness is shifting you are coming to understand this idea of timelines. Before this your understanding of timelines was “Back To The Future”. You see? This was the first real movie that came out to the masses that began to share this expression and this understanding of being in various timelines and being able to move through those timelines.

But you are not needing to go back in time here, you are needing to be in the moment that you are in, in the timeline that you find yourself, and realize that the timelines are coming together; in many ways going to very much split apart. As has been given by Archangel Michael when he shared this some time ago here that the timelines are going to split between the three dimension and fourth dimension and fifth dimensional timelines here. And eventually there will be two timelines. Not yet, but it is moving toward that. And when that occurs, you are — all of those, rather, not just you but all — will then determine which timeline they want to be on. It is almost that simple.

As to whether there will be in the very near future what has been suggested that one will be there and the next moment a wife or a husband or something of this nature will be taken from them, no, it is not going to be that way. What kind of a loving Creator would create such consternation such as this where they would shatter a relationship in that way? That will not happen. But it will come to a point at some time where consciousness itself will make this shift so that it will be a natural changeover. You see? This is why we like to call this not just the Event but the changeover.

Q: But also he kinda pooh-poohed NESARA. Would it be appropriate to revisit NESARA that it really does exist; it is something real and is happening

OWS: We can tell you that NESARA is very much real. It is not a figment of our imagination. It is not a figment of St. Germain’s imagination. And it is not a figment of your imagination. It is very much real but it has been imagined into being real. So it is something that is there. It is ready to come forward. It has been ready for some time it just needs the impetus or the final push you might say to bring about the announcement that brings it forward. And this is coming very shortly here. And it is going to be a major shift that is going to occur at that time. It is going to be along with the Event or the changeover as this occurs.
Q: We hear a lot ‘believing is seeing’ and we just heard about time (which I don’t believe in because time is an illusion. There is no such thing as time. Time is created it’s not [inaudible].) So the way that I see it is, a timeline equates to a stream of consciousness. So if you pair ‘believing is seeing’ with a stream of consciousness those that believe in a particular set of events or a particular situation or catastrophe or limitation, etc, will live that particular stream of consciousness. And those that believe in something else and learn to believe in abundance and perfection, etc, will live that stream of consciousness. That’s how I see this. Would you comment on that please?

OWS: Yes, we would directly agree with you. You are using a different terminology in terms of stream of consciousness which we like certainly even more but we have used the term timelines because that is your terminology here and we have continued to work within that. But as to understand the idea of timelines as streams of consciousness, they are one and the same. And if you have a certain level of consciousness, this stream of consciousness as you are saying, you are creating that particular timeline which you are going to be on to have this experience that you are going to have. You see?

Q: Yes and if we really understand that, then there would be no food shortages. Those kinds of things we create.

OWS: Yes! Very much so. Now if all of the collective consciousness knew this and understood this then there would certainly be no other timeline to even discuss here or other stream of consciousness. But because of the collective consciousness being not quite understanding where we are speaking here then this is necessary to move through this transition. Otherwise you would have no need to even go through a transition here. You would simply be here and then there. You see?
Q: So you are saying that consciousness is really our belief system. What we believe is or was, will happen. Is that true?

OWS: Yes what you believe creates your consciousness. And your consciousness then creates your belief system.
Q: But for example the NESARA movement or the St. Germain trust, that’s an idea and a concept and reality for group of the people or one individual or several individuals and that if we make a choice to integrate with that idea and become part of that idea then we get to experience that. If we choose something else we are not [inaudible] to that idea. That’s why when people ask if NESARA is true or false, it doesn’t matter. It matters what you think.

OWS: Yes. That is correct. You yourselves, each one of you could utilize all of these techniques, all of these understandings that we have been giving and you have been receiving for so long here — we are speaking of lifetimes now — and you could take all of this and be in that higher vibration, be in the fifth dimension, and none of this would even matter. You would not even need to go through this transition.

But the transition is for the masses, people. This is what it is for. It is for those who are not aware, are not awakened yet as to even as you are at this point. You see? But there has to be a transition for the masses to be able to have this experience, this ascension process experience.

Q: Then there has to be a vangard in the front leading the charge.

OWS: Yes. And there you are! All of you. That’s what you are. You are the vanguard; you are the ones that are leading from the front.
Q: And the more we focus on it and the more we keep our minds on it, our thinking on it, it will happen that much sooner.

OWS: That is correct. If you want the Event, create the Event.
Q: And I love that it’s a selective thought process because there are so many out there that aren’t collectively thinking in that way. And as we strengthen our thought process we influence others.

OWS: Yes. That is correct. Now we want to share this with you. We have shared this before but it is a good time again to bring this to you. You look at the consciousness shift as being rather slow. It is not happening very fast for you or not as fast as you want. Our ‘soon’ is not the ‘soon’ you are wanting here.
But from our point of view and certainly the Galactics’ point of view, as they look down from their ships and their perches that they are on, they’re seeing things from an entirely different understanding. They are using their technology you might say to look at the entire planet. They can see consciousness across the planet and they can see all the lights that are coming on which indicates awakening. And they are seeing this happen more and more and more. And we’ve used this example from the James’s memory process here in terms of your X Files movie, and the professor and how he went into the apparatus that he entered and he could see all of the lights of what were the mutants in that movie but think of those mutants as all of those that are awakened and awakening. [Q: That was X-Men not X Files.] X-Men, yes. Sorry we had an interrupt here for a moment. Yes X-Men. And to experience this understanding and this process as is happening from the higher levels, they and we can see all of this occurring and it is happening at a very fast and furious rate here.
Q: I notice that they’re using the word ‘close’ because they know we don’t like the word ‘soon’ anymore. I get a big kick out of the words and how they change them out.

OWS: Close, soon, imminent, all of these words. What meaning do they have though anymore you see? None of this has any meaning. Yes. The only thing that has meaning is ‘now’. It is all happening now. And if you believe that, it will happen even more so in the now.

Anything further? We must release channel.
Q: Regarding the ascension of each of us. Are we talking about everybody will all sort of go at the same time or will it be like popcorn popping: one pops then another then another, like that?

OWS: That is a wonderful analogy and yes we would agree with that analogy. More so as each one is ready they will experience their own ascension and it’ll be levels of ascension as you are moving through. And then one minute you will be going back and forth, back and forth, which you are already doing incidentally, but at some point you will move forward and into those higher vibrations and have no need to return back. As a matter of fact there will come a time when there will be nothing to return back to.
Q: As each popcorn kernel pops, the entire bag bulges.

OWS: Yes. Yes. Very much so.
Q: But don’t eat microwave popcorn! It’s really bad for you.

OWS: Yes, that is correct what was just said here. Anything that is processed is not the thing that you want to do. As much and more and more as possible, move away from all processed foods, all pharmaceutical drugs, everything that is not natural. Stay within the natural. Stay within what Mother Nature has provide here. That is the key.

If Mother Nature, if Gaia has provided it it is good for you. Now certainly there are certain plants that can be considered poisonous and these types of things, yes that is true. But if you take those plants that are poisonous and put them together with other types of plants they have other remedial benefits that can be brought about in this way. So there is everything that is necessary for the mass consciousness here to survive on what is just here alone.

And understand though that as you move into the higher vibrations all of this will be what you call a moot point anyway because it will no longer be necessary. As you are moving into the higher vibrations you will survive or — do not even like using that word — you will subsist on more and more of simply light.

These messages were given during our weekly Sunday Prepare For Change group in Phoenix, AZ on June 4, 2017

[Sanat Kumara entered to lead the last half of meditation. He made these important points to the group]

 

SANAT KUMARA

As Sanat Kumara I have many names, many callings. Some say I AM the Lord of the World. Some say I AM the Great (or One)  Initiator, and the Ancient of Days, and many other such names.

 

The name I most resonate to is the Great Initiator for I Am there whenever there is an initiation to be had or take place. I Am the one that presides over these initiations just as many of you received an initiation at the prior Advance that you had. I was there to preside over this. And I am here now not as an initiation but as a movement of consciousness because what is an initiation but a movement of consciousness, a change in consciousness, a change in vibration. This is all about consciousness and vibration. The entire ascension process is consciousness and vibration.

 

As you continue to shift and change and move along with this consciousness shift everything begins to open up for you. You find that you are no longer immersed in this illusion, this three-dimensional illusion, for you can be in the illusion and yet be out of it. You can see it for what it is but know that you are not in it. All you need to do is trust. Trust that you are in the right moment at the right place at the right time, everything is being orchestrated exactly as it needs to be, and that you are a part of this great orchestration, this great plan. For as the energies continued to increase along with the vibrations everything that you have known within this illusion over many and countless lifetimes has prepared you for these moments that are coming, these moments that are even now.

 

You hear of things such as NESARA, you hear of things such as resets, you hear of all of these things and yes they are real. Yes they are coming. But do not be in the future waiting for them. Be in the moment now. Be in your life at this moment but in your life at this moment be in the increased vibrations. Feel the vibration all around you utilizing many different techniques that you have been given not even only in this lifetime but over many lifetimes.

 

Many of you come from a calling long ago where you sat in those caves and those monasteries and you practiced these various techniques because you remembered them. You practiced them and worked with them and some of you even ascended through them only to return now to be a part of this new expression, this new Golden Age becoming. Even though you had been a part of many Golden Ages prior to this here you are again now moving into another such Golden Age.

 

But as you move into this new Golden Age know that you are already in it. It is all around you. All you need to do is open your eyes, your third eye as well as your physical eyes as they are attuned by the third eye, and everything then becomes crystal clear because you are moving through this consciousness shift now. You are moving through these various initiations now. You are experiencing the various downloads that are being brought to you now.

 

The past is gone. Do not live in the past. The future is not yet … only based on probabilities and possibilities. But now, the moment that you are in is now. Know this. Continue to move along through your daily lives finding the energy within you and spreading that energy, spreading that light, that love, that sense of Oneness to all that you come in contact with. For then you are moving as a warrior, as a light warrior. You are expressing as that light warrior.

 

We are all so very proud of all of you. Not in an ego state but in a level of understanding that all is exactly as it needs to be and you are exactly where you need to be now.

How are you all? Do you will feel good? Do you feel like the energies are with you? You are strong in those energies? How many of you saw Sanat Kumara or felt him or experienced some sensation of him? Very good. Very good.

 

This is a beginning here, for some of you, a manifestation of types. Because in times coming you are going to experience more and more of this type of thing. You are going to experience more and more of your various guides that are working with you; the mentors that are working with you now that are going to begin to show themselves more and more to you in many different ways. Some even to the point of physically appearing to you. Not in your 3D illusion but in the higher vibrations when you find yourself in the higher vibrations so then we can then be with you. For we will not come down all the way to where you find yourselves when you are in the depths of depression or when you are feeling anger or any of these things you will not find us there with you then. But when you are feeling good when you are experiencing the joys of life, when you are in joy yourself that is when we will be making our appearance to you.

 

And we will be appearing to you in various ways at the next Advance as well. Just a hint here. Just a “get ready” because things are going to begin to pop. Is that the right saying here? It works. Okay.

Q & A

 

Q:  Could you remind us of why it’s so very important that when James is in trance, that people don’t get up and move around [or make noise on the phone] and disturb the energy?

 

OWS:  It is very important because of the sense of focus, the sense of movement out of consciousness or semi-conscious state that the one – not only James but anyone who is doing this type of communication is involved with. And there is a sense of a jarring or something that brings the one that is allowing this communication to come through, brings that one back somewhat. So it is a need to maintain a separation of sorts in this communication style here. Does this make sense? It is always best to keep the noises down, to keep the interruptions down as much as possible.

 

We know that you are in the human state just as we are in the human state as well. Some of that may be shocking to some of you but we are. We are in human bodies just as you are. We have just moved ahead a little bit further in terms of consciousness, in realizing who we are. And once you come to fully realize who you are then you will be right there with us. Okay?

 

 

Q:  What is the probability that we will have announcements in June this month?

 

OWS:  The probability based on right now this moment as we are speaking, it is coming very ‘soon’. [Laughter]

 

And we know that is not the answer you are wanting so we will elaborate just a little bit more. Based on probabilities right now, you are looking at a time possibly toward the end of this summer period you are in,  into the early fall period for many different changes to begin to develop. But again that is based on what is showing now in the Akashic Record. So when you are ready to … when you are moving, rather, into that timeframe many things can shift and change as they have often done because it is all based on consciousness, collective consciousness. And as the collective consciousness continues to shift so do the probabilities and possibilities of what’s available.

 

But know this, without any shadow of a doubt here people, know that all of these things that we have been speaking of, that all of us have been speaking of through many different sources, many different types of intelligence that are coming forward you might call it, many of these things, all of this is accurate at some level here. In other words all of it is going to happen. Just we do not know the sequence of it or the exact timing.

 

But there is only One that knows the exact timing and that is Prime Creator, Source itself. And he/she/it has not given us the information yet.

 

Q:  So the person that is going to make the announcement, does that change as well?

 

OWS:  Yes in many respects that often changes as well. But there is not only one announcement, there are many announcements that will come. And they will likely, at this point, they will come from many different sources.

 

 

Q:  About 3 ½ years ago I encountered my twin flame in the physical plane which sparked a lot of remembrance in me. I’ve been fortunate enough to be acquainted with a twin flame couple that are in union in the physical plane and they have been a great help to me. Could share any positive news regarding the twin flame collective because a lot of us are really wanting to see unions manifest in the physical plane. It would be very exciting and up lifting.

 

OWS:  What we can share with you is it is coming. For many it is coming. For some it has already begun but it is coming for many here who will experience this when it is time, when it is the right moment.

 

For many it is not the right moment because many are still caught up within the illusion here, within this three-dimensional illusion. And it will take the movement out of this illusion into the higher vibrations, higher dimensions, all of this, for then your twin flame, your twin soul to make his or her appearance to you. And this is coming. It is part of the grand celebration that is being planned here.

 

So what we can say, though, is we cannot say too much because, and we always say this: we do not want to ruin the surprise for you. For when you first — and this is to all, not only this one who has asked this question but to all — when you first are ready to experience your twin soul it will be like coming home like you have never felt before. You can take Dorothy with her clicking her shoes three times and expand that 1000 times over as to what you would feel at that moment as you are knowing you’re going home. If you can even begin to imagine what we are speaking of here.

 

As to one’s who have already found their twin flame, their twin soul, then you are the ones that are leading the pack you might say, the forerunners of this. And it does not happen often yet but it is going to happen more and more. And especially when you find yourselves on the ships, and you find yourselves down into inner and hollow Earth, all of these times and into the cities of light, this is where you will meet with your twin flame when you are ready for this. Does this answer your question?

 

 

Q:  How does focusing in the now change our perspective of our future?

 

OWS:  When you are focused in the now you are in the moment. You are within the joy within the moment. And as you are focusing in that moment everything becomes crystal clear to you and you do not need to think about the past and you do not even need to think about what is yet coming, because you do not need to know what is coming because you are exactly where you need to be and feeling in that moment that everything is right. Or as you said yesterday to the James, ‘he’ll feel right as rain’. (From the Matrix movie)

 

Q:  So then why is it that we have so many discussions about what’s coming?

 

OWS:  Because this is part of the illusion, part of the 3D illusion and your programming to anticipate the future, to look forward to the future, to plan for your future, to set goals and all of these things for your future. But what they, those who have created this expression here and this programming, what they have not told you is that you do not want … that you are not in the moment.

 

You see if you are in the moment then you are in control of everything that is happening to you. But if you are constantly looking toward the future and hoping and anticipating and all of this, this leads to feelings of anger and resentment and all of this because the future did not turn out to be the way you wanted it to be. And this was part of the programming of the cabal here.

 

Q:  Okay but it seems that much of your speaking to us is about the future.

 

OWS:  Much of our speaking to you is about being in the ‘now’ as much as you possibly can. And feeling a sense of anticipation about what is coming because as you are in the now though everything begins to take care of itself as you move into the future. You see?

 

Q:  Okay would you say then that we would be better off not …

 

OWS:  There is no ‘better off’ here you must understand. Everything is exactly as it needs to be and right where you need to be. So if you are focusing on the now then that is all you need to be focused on. That is not to say, though, that you cannot look forward to what is coming; again based on the probabilities and possibilities of what is going to be. But being in the now allows you to be in that perfect moment with the Source within you being at that level, that connection level, that everything exactly is working out for you.

 

 

Q:  Am I understanding correctly, that if we maintain the joyfulness, the blissfulness of the now then we increase the possibility of the now into the future we are creating that. Is that what you’re saying?

 

OWS:  That is correct. That is very well said. Yes.

 

This is about believing and you will see. Creating what you want in the moment. For as you create what you want in the moment you are creating your life ahead of you as well. So why not be in the now, live here in the now? That does not mean to say be in the 3D illusion, though. That means to say be in the higher vibrations outside of the 3D illusion in the now, and then you are creating the perfect future for you and the world in terms of a new Golden Age.

 

Q:  So the more I stay in the blissfulness of the now therefore the longer it is.

 

OWS:  Yes.

 

Are there other questions here?

 

 

Q:  I was reading an article that talked about on September 22nd we will be entering the photonic belt of light for all of the solar system. Can you talk more on that? Will we be going into a state hibernation?

 

OWS:  Not hibernation, no. How would that be if you went into a state of hibernation? You are not bears. You are moving into higher vibrations, a consciousness shift as you continue to move along. So that as the Earth herself, Gaia herself is moving through the solar system into various other areas photonic belts and all of these types of things, you are moving into an energy or an area of more like an energy. And all of this is part of the process that is happening here in terms of many of the energies that are coming from outside of the Earth, from even outside of the solar system at times, to bring these energies, this consciousness shift to the planet here. So you are receiving what you might say a great deal of help from many different sources that are continuing to help to increase the vibrations, bring more light here. And then you as the light workers and light warriors are the ones that are anchoring this light as the light workers. And as the light warriors you are then spreading the light. You see?

 

Q:  They just talked about mentors that would be working more with us; helping us to bring all together, and getting rid of or putting our egos on the back burner.

 

OWS:  Yes, you are talking about your mentors are coming. Some are already here. Some have been with you in various ways. Some of the ones that are here will be shifting in to other ones that will be coming. Once there is what you call disclosure and first contact and all of this has begun, there will be many that will be coming to assist in this entire process to help you through this ascension process. Because it would be difficult for many here — across the planet as a collective here we are speaking — it would be difficult for many to begin to move through this ascension process as you are, up to this point, and they would not be able to do it, though, without some assistance outside of themselves or even being able to connect within themselves with Source within. But many do not even know the terminology of what Source within is. They still think in terms of a God outside of themselves. This is from the religious programming that has gone on. And this needs to be in many respects shattered … this myth. This programming needs to be shattered and it will be when the various situation is right for all of this.

 

Q:  So is September 22^nd a special date for us to be looking for something specific to happen?

 

OWS:  September 22^nd, August 13^th, July 4^th, we mean you could look at all of these various times for yourself as significant but they are only significant based on what is in the moment now in terms of probabilities and again possibilities. Now that is not to say that there is not cosmic events that are occurring at that time and they will be and they are influencing much that is happening. But you always need to take a look at what the collective consciousness is bringing about in that particular moment. This is what determines when the ‘soon’, when our ‘soon’, rather, becomes your ‘soon’. You see?

 

 

Q:  Last night I received a communication that said: The great movement from the sun will occur in three days. I’m assuming that was in reference to the Event. Can you tell what the origin of this communication was; why the reference to three days; and what that may mean.

 

OWS:  The movement from the sun is in terms of not so much your sun here, although this sun is a conduit of the energies. The solar system sun is a conduit for the energies that are coming from the Galactic Central Sun. So when this occurs there will be a great movement; this would be considered the Event. As far as this three days part, part of this is your programming that you have had from long ago in terms of what you had heard about the three days and nights of darkness. And this is symbolic in many respects of what is happening within each individual. As you continue to move through these consciousness shifts you will have that sense of what has been called the familiars in your life leaving you and this will bring about a sense of darkness within temporarily. What has been called as sometimes the dark night of the soul. That does not necessarily mean there will be three physical days of darkness; that is not what this is meaning. It can be but this is not necessarily what will be.

 

Q:  What was the origin of the communication?

 

OWS:  It is coming from within you. It is specific to you and what is happening within you at this time and what will happen even more so within you.

 

Q:  And what did you mean by familiars?

 

OWS:  The familiars in terms of as you move through this transition process and the ascension process, those familiar things in your life — whether they are guides or relationships or places of living or stuff that you have and all of this — will be leaving you … your comfort zones, all of this. You will be moving into a new state of consciousness and to move into a new state of consciousness you must let go of the old state in terms of your old attachments and such.

 

Q:  Got it. That makes sense.

 

OWS:  Glad we make some sense sometimes here! (laughter)

Know that as the days continue to go by and you continue to feel at times weary and wondering when is this going to end — we know some of you go through this — and wonder when is it really going to be ‘soon’, and when are these things going to happen and all of this. Just as the Disciples asked Yeshua, tell us of when these ending days will be, what it will be like when the days come to an end here and he spoke about this. This is very similar to that timeframe that he was speaking of. In other words you are in those “end times” and everything is coming to a head here, everything is coming to a “crescendo”. That is the word that Sananda used some time ago and we will continue to utilize this word because this is what resembles mostly what is going to be. As you come to the crescendo of everything that you have been working toward; all of the energies that you have been working to raise within yourself and outside of yourself.

I Am Sananda.

And as I have said many times, I am here with this group, I am here with many of you. Many of you that are in the awakening process. Many of you that have awakened to who you are, to begin to remember fully what you are here for. And as you are continuing with this program, with this process that you are going through, that we are helping you move through, you are going to come to an understanding not only of who you are but what you are here to do, what you came to do, the mission that you came here for. And that mission is going to be introduced to you more and more and more as these days and weeks and even months go by. You are going to come more and more to understand the meaning that you are here for; what you came to do here.

And as you come to this meaning, as you come to this understanding, you will realize that you are the One. You are THE ONE. Meaning that you are one with the God Source within you and within all beings; within all creation.

We are all ONE together. And we have always been one, there’s never been a time when we were disconnected. Only in the mind are you disconnected but never in reality are you. There is always that connection, always that sense of belonging that has always been with you, always will be with you.

And as you come closer and closer to understand your mission what you came here for, you are going to be brought into a situation where I, as Sananda, am going to help to introduce those missions to you if you do not already, if you are not already fully aware of them.

We are in this together, my brothers and sisters. We are all in this together. Many of us came here together. Many of us came here to bring the evolution of man into a higher state of consciousness, to raise the vibrations, to raise the energies, and you are here to do that. And I and many others who are helping to mentor to you are here to help you to do that. And as we continue to move along in this process we will be in a position where we can work together in this way.

And I will introduce to you, to many of you — and for some it will be a remembrance but I will reintroduce to you the Twelve Tables, the 12 of 12. And yes if you do the math that is 144. And that is important because as you continue to move into these various missions, as you find your place at these tables that are going to be introduced to you … not all. Not all will want to be, but many of you will be introduced to this and will want to sit at these tables, to be on the various councils that will be opening up. And I will introduce this more and more until the point where you are then once again at the next Advance for this group. And that time I will share with you what these tables mean, where your place is at these tables, and you will literally sit at one of these tables at that Advance. That is a promise to you.

I Am Sananda, am always with you have always been with you am with you now and will always be with you. From the beginning to the end. Although there’s never been a beginning and there is never going to be an end.
ARAMDA

I AM Aramda.

I Am one that many of you are aware of, many of you have known. Many of you can resonate to my name: Aramda. You feel the energies, you feel the vibration within you as you say my name. And my name has a connection with many of you.

I am not one that has been written of in the Bible or in the various holy texts of many kinds. I am not one that has been spoken of in that way, but I am reintroducing myself to you now once again. I am one that is up in a ship at this moment as I am speaking with you. My ship the Amalia and I am there to help to coordinate along with Ashtar, along with Sananda, the vibrational change that is going on, on this planet at this time. These waves of energy that are coming into the planet. And I am here with my ship as with all of the other ships that are now parked just outside of the atmosphere and some even within the atmosphere. And we are in what you would call the final parking spot here.

We are parked, we are here; we are ready to move at a moment’s notice. When that green light has been given we are ready to move into the next phase. And I speak now of these various phases that we have been attuning to and attending to that the next phase is about to begin. And this phase is going to bring you closer and closer to that which you have called disclosure. And when this green light is given we will move into action at that point and will begin to disclose even more and more our ships.

We have already begun this process in the phase just preceding and this phase is the one where we are showing ourselves to many across the planet. Many, many more are beginning to become awakened to the idea that they are not alone. If you would question a great many of the population of this planet you would find that 70 to 80% of the population now believe that you are not alone, that you are not the only life form in the universe. And many would look at this and begin to say, “how could anyone think otherwise?” And if you would look back only 10 or so years ago how many would have said the opposite?

How many of them would have said you must be crazy to think there are, there is the life out there because the various forces at work have done everything that they can to keep you thinking in terms of you are the only one. Because if you are thinking you are the only one that you are the only life in the universe, they can continue to maintain control.

But once that control is gone, once that idea and ideal is changed, they no longer have the control. And that is changing and they have lost control. Not that they are ‘losing’ control, they have ‘lost’ control completely. There is just a semblance of continuing process that is here … not that they are in control but those that they control continue to be in control in terms of your media.

And your media is in the process now of shifting and changing and moving into an understanding of, once again, that they are there to provide the truth. They are there to share with the world, with the population of the planet, the actual truth that is going on. They are not there yet, but they are close now.

So it is time to allow for this process to begin to take hold more and more and more because all of the energies are shifting. Consciousness is shifting. So many things are still happening in the background, but if you notice, with those who have eyes to see and ears to hear you are beginning more and more to see this coming out in the open, to see the truth being revealed, to see those that are in the shadows the light is being thrown to them now and they can no longer remain in the shadows. They must emerge into the light. And as they emerge into the light they will not be able to handle the vibrations that are there.

So all of this is being taken care of. All of this is being orchestrated both behind-the-scenes and in front of the scenes. And you are the ones that are providing all of this orchestration all of this that we are helping to do, you are there guiding the entire process.

So I ask you now to continue to look at the skies, to be aware of what is up there to believe that we are there and that you can communicate with us. And the more that you believe that you can communicate with us, the more that you will be able to. And one of these moments this group, many of you in this group, will be in the process of being able to be in our vibration as we come down somewhat to your vibration where we meet, what you would say, in the middle. And as we can do this then you will be able to step aboard our ships. Yes, in your physical body is what I am speaking of here. So it is coming you are going to be experiencing this. This group has been prepared for this or is being prepared for this as we speak now. And all of this is going to come to pass.

I AM Aramda. I love you all dearly, more than you can possibly imagine at this point.

ONE WHO SERVES
Om Mani Padme Hum. Om Mani Padme Hum. Om, Om. Greetings to you!

One Who Serves here with you in those of you that don’t know on the phone, we’re the One Who Serves. And we are here to do exactly that. And in service here, we wish to pick up on something that was said earlier where we, from through the James here, we jumped in and said, “No! No that cannot be. You cannot be thinking in terms of taking the various medications, various things that are your maladies of various types. You cannot be thinking in terms anymore of being on your pharmaceutical drugs, your allopathic medicine. It does not work for you anymore. As you move into the higher vibrations you cannot handle that anymore. Those pills — that lower vibration – will do exactly that: it will lower your vibrations. So as you are raising your vibrations and you take these various drugs of different types it lowers your vibration. Not what you want, is it people?

So more and more and more move away from this. Weed yourself off. All of you wean yourself off of this. You see? (Weed is good too, though, just so you know!) [Laughter] It can be very helpful in many cases and had been introduced to this planet, this consciousness here. It is something from the Great White Brotherhood. We introduced it. It is something that is good for you. Not in over indulgence, though. Do not overindulge in it. But use it as a form of helping to move in to higher states of consciousness. This is what it is for.

It can also be used for pain and these types of things and it is a very natural substance but be careful with it; that is all we are saying. Because if you utilize it too much just like you utilize other drugs too much it can open up pathways within you that can allow for negative forces to enter you. Not in terms so much of possession, we are not speaking in that terminology, not like your “Exorcist” and things like this but it can open up to a slight possession type of deal where you allow in and invite these entities to come in. And once they are invited in, they come in just as you’re vampire movies and things of this nature. Open up a window and they’re in. You see? Know not to open up a window to them. Okay?

In terms again of the various medications and those kinds of things, that is all going away people. You are not going to have those much longer. It is a transition, it is part of the transition, but you are moving into more natural methods, more natural ways of handling the old diseases and sicknesses. But even more importantly than that, the old diseases and sicknesses are also going to be going away. Because as you raise your vibrations more and more as your frequency as a collective consciousness increases across the planet, you are going to find that you cannot have any of these maladies and diseases and sicknesses and all of this. Not even a headache! That will be gone. Stomachaches will be gone … all of this. You will have none of this anymore. Isn’t that wonderful?! Say hallelujah! You can celebrate. Oh my goodness, we can go into that song: “Celebrate!” But no, we’ll save that for another time. Okay?

You have questions here for One Who Serves?
Q & A
Q: This may be a little 3D but were not totally in 5D yet … so we’ve been hearing a lot about the New Republic, NESARA, prosperity packages, the re-val, currency exchanges, and maybe even a jubilee or debt forgiveness on loans and mortgages, etc. for a long time. Some light workers are barely holding on financially because of the cabal’s control of the money system still. Can you share a little insight on how things will look once they’re no longer in control? And I’m still assuming it’s still close (wink! Wink!)

OWS: First of all though when you said that you are not in 5D yet; why would you say that? Because as you say that you are creating that. So do not say you are not in 5D. Say you are moving out of 3D, you are moving out of the illusion, you are moving into higher vibrations. You see all of this is much more positive way of looking at it and moving away from the old programming more and more.

Those that have attempted to keep control have attempted to keep you in the illusion as much as they can, to keep you what you call ‘dumbed down’ so that you are not even aware of higher vibrations. It is just been recently that your scientists have begun talking about vibration, about higher frequencies, and all that comes from this. And now it is coming out into the mainstream more and more. We would ask you to go to your neighbor and ask them if they know what vibration is and many of them will understand and say, yes we understand what vibration is. But years ago how many would have understood that?

You see, this is a consciousness shift that is going on. And as this consciousness shift continues to move along, and you begin — you as a collective you – begin to believe that you are creating your own reality every moment, every thought of your life, then you will have your NESARA. Then you will have your Republic. All of this. But now, please understand that as we say this, the Republic, NESARA, all of that is already in place. It is already ready to be rolled out you might say. It just needs the last catalyst that is needing to come forward here. We cannot say what that catalyst is right now but you will know it when it happens and it will then lead to the announcements in various ways of all of these things that have been spoken of, including disclosure as Aramda said. You are coming closer and closer to this. It is no longer our “soon” anymore. It is now closer to your “soon.”

Q: I have a question about the area where this meeting takes place. I’ve heard there are three vortexes just down the road from here. If you stepped out on the porch you could see Black Mesa which I hear is a male vortex. Further south is Lone Mountain which is neutral point. And then south of there is yet another vortex of very high energy in terms of the Earth. And I’ve heard that Black Mesa is also a stargate. Are these vortexes active now and will they be able to be utilized or are they going to be utilized when the Galactics do make contact with us, when they show themselves?

OWS: Yes we can answer this in this way. There are vortexes all over the planet. Many of them have been taken over by the forces of darkness and utilized for their benefit and their purposes but many of them had been freed now. Many of them have been reopened to the general public to be able to experience. Those particular ones you speak of here in Arizona, there are those. Many here in Arizona. This is a very high vortex area. This is why so many of the spiritual persuasion have been guided to come here to this particular state, as well as California, as well as Colorado, as well as many of the mountainous areas and areas along water.

So there is experience of many of these vortexes, many of these stargates as you say and various portals that are opening and will be opening more and more. And there will come a time when you will have access to these stargates.

You have them within yourself; that is something that will be introduced to you more and more. It is just starting to come out that you have stargates within yourself, that you can move through these stargates. They will be introduced to you and you will come to understand or rather understand and remember that you have these as well as stargates outside of yourself. Portals that you can move through. They are there now. Some of you in the past, if you would think back, you moved through a portal in various places where you were in one particular energy, you moved through the portal and though you did not know is was there and you felt an immediate shift of energy at that point. Some of you say yes you understand this. We see this in your nodding your head. Even those of you over the phone, we can see this. We can see you are understanding what we are saying. You have experienced moving through these portals before. Sometimes they bring a sense of bliss. Sometimes they bring a nauseous feeling, a dizziness feeling, things of this nature. These are portals or can be considered gateways. And there are yes stargates that are here on the planet. Many had been taken over by the cabal but they are being released now to the, what you call the Resistance, the Light Resistance. All of this are taking these back over again so that they can be utilized for mankind here.

Q: Asking about portals in Canada and vortexes. Where would there be some in Canada?

OWS: As we say they are everywhere. They are everywhere, in every country, and every city, and town, and all of these places. You would be amazed at how many there are. And there are major ones though that are as we say had been taken over by the cabal but they are being released. There are many what you would call more minor ones as well. They are there to assist the energy connections that are going on, the ley line connections that are happening across the entire planet. The grid has not been completed yet but it is very close to being completed. And once it is completed it will create an energy vortex across the entire planet. So if you can imagine there being one energy vortex for the whole planet. This is what had happened a long time ago and it was influenced and shifted and changed by those factions that began to war with one another and they destroyed this grid.

We cannot give more on this at this point. It has to do with energies below the pyramids, the pyramids themselves, below the pyramid and the connections that are keeping the planet in alignment here; keeping it from having polar shifts, major earthquakes, all of this. Did this answer your question? Without specifically saying where they are in Canada yes, but you have many there.

Q: I have a question about the drug topic. Now I’m very curious about the use of marijuana and the cannabis oils. I’m a person that it was suggested to me and I cannot stand the odor of it. My main concern is though that my son has prescreened and been given a card for this and I know it’s not good for him. I feel rather helpless in attempting to communicate with him because he cannot hear me and I know his vibration is being lowered because of it. So the whole topic of having marijuana legalized I’m wondering and I have a strong feeling that it is accurate that that is another form of the cabal issuing legalization to something to keep our vibration lower.

OWS: We are going to tell you something that is going to shock your world. Okay? That is the way we start this here. Please understand that the use of marijuana, the cannabis plants, all of this, was purposely given to mankind to help to increase your vibration, to increase your consciousness, to move you into higher states of consciousness through this use. This was part of this. And the various cabal, the dark forces were aware of the benefits of this plant and all the many benefits from this plant there was. And they did all they could to keep this plant from being utilized as it could be. In many ways the hemp plant, the hemp part of this, all of this was kept from mankind as much as they could to keep it illegal. Because if they keep it illegal, they keep in control. And if they keep you from utilizing these types of mind altering expansion drugs that were there for you — they are natural if you look at this. They are a plant. They are here for the Earth or by the Earth. The Earth has provided them for you so how could there be something that would be detrimental to you utilized within … not overused here? Not overindulged in other words. Okay?

So the cabal did everything that they could to hold you, to keep you from being able to utilize this and to be able to expand your mind because they knew if you expanded your mind you would realize that you are in this illusion that has been created here. And the more you can expand your mind you come out of the understanding that this … or you come to the understanding that this is an illusion and then you can expand your mind into higher states of consciousness, into the universal understanding and everything opens up to you and they can no longer be in control.

So this is all part of the control operation. And also in terms of money that they could make because of making this illegal. Look at all of the people that have been imprisoned for possession of marijuana and have been put into prisons for years. Sometimes many many years. Does that make any sense to you why that would be? Longer than ones that have created murders, you see? It is a moneymaking proposition that they have done all that they can to make as much money from this as they could but more importantly to keep control here. But that has left them. So the legalization of this is actually in many respects a good thing, a very positive thing. It is a positive movement. You see? Different way of looking at it.

Q: My son was incarcerated for a year for selling and so I’m the mother of a child that’s experiencing this. I am so grateful for you sharing this to for me because I was so misinformed.

OWS: Many have been misinformed because the programming that has been involved. Now please understand though, that someone who utilizes marijuana every day of their life and cannot get through the day without it, that is not a good thing. That is not a positive thing for them. It is not to their benefit then. But utilized as an expansion, mind expansion, very helpful. To utilize it as a natural method of pain, holding the pain tolerance also can be very good for that, and many other experiences and many other uses of this. That was a rather long answer for short question but you know how we are sometimes.

Q: Could you tell us what the wave anomaly coming from Antarctica is.

OWS: Yes. There are energy forms or energy, many different energies that are coming as a result of all that is being experienced there in the Antarctica area. That all of these discoveries that are being made there that are going to be introduced to the public more and more here. And this anomaly or this energy pattern, this wave pattern, is the energy that has been generated because of all the consciousness shift that has been going on as a result of what they are finding there.

Q: Is it like a release?

OWS: Yes, you can look at it in that respect.

Q: You said there was a catalyst yet to happen for NESARA/GESARA and new Republic [to be announced] and then later you talked about portals and vortexes, and that the ley lines, to encompass the whole universe, are being worked on but are not yet completed. Am I correct in connecting those dots as perhaps that once everything is done, when the ley lines are finished, it would be the catalyst that was to happen to launch NESARA/GESARA and the Republic?

OWS: What we speak of in terms of catalyst, there is something that needs to occur. Rather several some things that need to occur which will lead to a greater something, if you could understand this weird way of saying this here. But when this occurs, it is in relation to what was being spoken of in terms of these ley line activation, the grid that is being reconnected back to the times of Lemuria and Atlantis and all of this. This is all being reconnected back again so that all of this is, yes it is all coming together as all part of the orchestration that is being brought about by not only these things that we speak of but by mankind’s consciousness, the collective consciousness of all of you that is raising the vibrations across the planet. And as these vibrations continue to raise across the planet, you are going to experience more and more of these various announcements and things coming to you. You see? Does this make sense to you in terms of connecting the dots here?

Q: I hear what you’re saying and of course I’d like you to paint that picture a little more clearly. But I understand. Thank you.

OWS: Yes. We would like to as well but we have ones that we have to listen to as well and they are over there saying, No! Don’t paint anymore picture here. [Laughter] We cannot give much here.

We are ready to release channel. Please understand as you continue to move along here as you continue to have your day-to-day activities and practice your breathing techniques and all of these things that you are learning to work with, all of this is leading to not only your consciousness increasing but the collective consciousness increasing as well. Because as you increase your consciousness, you increase the collective consciousness.

ARCHANGEL METATRON

I AM Metatron, the heavenly overseer of ascension in all parts of this universe.

All eyes now are on Earth. And all eyes now are on your group because you are light warriors and I will amplify and explain what that means. You are members of the Order of the Melchizedek. I will amplify and explain what that means. You are the Ascended Masters that you have been looking for and you are the spiritual leaders that will help in this upcoming time of confusion as disclosure happens both on Earth and through the heavenly realms.

So I want to first talk about today about what a light warrior really is. A light warrior is the one who is seeking to subdue their ego so that they too can become an Ascended Master. This is what a light warrior is: it is a focus on yourself. And the reason behind this is for you to be a spiritual leader you must first lead yourself out of the illusion. And for you to lead yourself out of the illusion you must first learn tools of the light warrior and which you will receive after my message.

The time is now. This is your one as has been mentioned in this group today. This is the first year for you to grab the mantle of mastery and to start your journey to go back to what you have done in past lives. Many of you have had thousands of lives in which you have participated in these types of planetary ascension and now you are back here again to do the same. The only problem with this, if you could call this a problem, is that you have to relearn this all over again in this environment so that you can show and lead others to do the same. So first comes your mastery and then you can help others.

So my question to you today, to those that are listening, are you willing to take this gauntlet? Are you willing to take this mantle? Search inside yourself and see if this resonates with you. Search inside yourself and find out if you wish to continue this, one more time, through your many incarnations.

SAINT-GERMAIN

Greeting to you. This is not Archangel Metatron but it is Saint Germain. I come through this messenger today because I have an intimate connection to this messenger because he is one of my initiates. I am coming to you today to help you to understand some of the tools and weapons that a light warrior uses to subdue their ego, to tame their ego, to take that dragon that is within you and to make it tame and to make it your willing beast.

This is allegorical of course. What we’re really talking about here is your lower impulses; impulses that all of us have as humans. These are the impulses of wanting to compare ourselves from one person to the next. This is the impulse of becoming distracted by outside elements. This is the impulses of anger, of hate, of desire, of connections, making ourselves addicted to the senses. These are the things that a light warrior battles against. These are the things that we must subdue in order for us to gain mastery, in order for us to allow our heart to open and our true self to shine through. These are the things that we must work on starting now.

We have mentioned and heard many times to stay in the ‘now’. So what we will do today is give you two weapons of the light warriors to use to stay in the now. One of them is breathing. You will learn a type of breathing which is most appropriate for this energy level. In the past when I was learning this, when I was incarnated, I had to learn what you could call a industrial-strength type of breathing when I was in the Tibetan Himalayan mountains. Today with the energies where they are now, this type of heavy breathing activity is no longer necessary. We are bringing in a more gentle breathing technique for you today. This gentle breathing technique which I shall call a gentle conscious breathing is something that you can do every day, every moment of the day, and this will allow you to stay in the now more and more as you practice this. Because that is the first basic training of any master, of any light warrior is to stay in the now more and more. So we will talk about this breathing technique and we will practice it here today.

Another thing that we will talk about, another weapon to use to subdue and tame that dragon within is the use of the I AM statements. There are many times when you are breathing, your dragon, your ego, will seek to divert your attention to those things outside of you. And what will happen today is you will learn how to use an I AM statement to get yourself back into focus, back into the center, back into the now. Are you ready? Would you like to practice this?

Excellent. That’s the spirit. I need to hear all of you! [Enthusiastic response] And you are absolutely drawn here, you have been drawn here to this group because you are willing to be a spiritual leader. So now is the time for you to gain your mastery just as you had many incarnations in the past. Now is the time to start so we shall begin.

The gentle breathing technique is very much has a feminine energy to it and this is what is coming into the Earth now. It is the feminine energy which is coming in to reclaim and rebalance this planet so that we have a balanced masculine and feminine energy in all of us. So let us begin.

The breathing technique is very simple. It is a gentle breathing in. So breathe in gently and then stop. Stop your breathing at the top. Hold it for one or two seconds. And then gently exhale. Before you inhale, hold it for one or two seconds and gently inhale. So let us start doing this. Let us do this together.

It’s a gentle breathing, something that you can do while you’re driving. It is something you could do while listening to telephone conversations. It is something that you can do in face-to-face conversations. It is something you could do while pumping gas. It is something that you could do while preparing your breakfast, or at work, reading e-mails, watching your favorite videos. Use this gentle breathing technique. Continue doing it.

Breathe in. Pause for a second or two. Breathe out. Pause for a second or two. Are you getting the hang of this?

Okay, we want to add one more element to this which will make this a complete technique, a complete tool, a complete weapon for the light warrior. It is I want you to focus now on your senses. I want you to focus on the sense of your body as it sits or as it’s laying while you’re breathing. Focus your attention to the pressure of your body onto the seat that you are sitting on. So breathe in. Pause for one or two seconds. Feel the weight of your body on that chair. Breathe out. Continue feeling, focusing your senses on your seat. Now you will notice something. Something that happens when you do this. That dragon within you, that ego, ceases to chatter. It is no longer thinking. Are you feeling that?

This is stage-one in your mastery. This weapon subdues the dragon and makes it fall asleep. In the Hindu or Indian culture this is doing the Tiger. In the Middle Eastern cultures this is doing the serpent. Do you have it? Very simple isn’t it? This is what I give for you today. This technique would not have worked 200 years ago because the energy was not right. Now it is perfect. Are you willing to do this every day now? [Affirmative response] I can’t hear you! [Enthusiastic response]

This is your basic training. If you choose to be a spiritual leader you must master this but I must caution you don’t beat yourself up. That is the ego. The ego is tricky. If you fall off of this and you forget throughout the day love yourself, forgive yourself, accept yourself and just pick it up again. And overtime this will happen without a thought you will start doing this gentle conscious breathing throughout the entire day and you will be in a state of bliss and happiness, your heart will open and you will be in love. Is that something that you would like to have? [Enthusiastic response]

Do you see as a spiritual leader you’re not here to struggle. You’re not here to torture yourself. You’re here to enjoy life. Source would tell you that you are here to enjoy life and to be and this breathing technique will help you to be. Now that you have that I must warn you, the dragon within you will become very sneaky. It does not like to be not in charge and it will start fighting this. You’ll start hearing things in your mind like why am I doing this? This is a waste of time. I can’t do this very well. I’m just going to quit. This is the dragon fighting back and that’s what being a light warrior is all about. So would you like another tool, another weapon to feed the dragon when it does this? I can’t hear you. [Enthusiastic response] Excellent.

So this is the next tool, the next weapon, the last I will mention for today because I will release this messenger very soon. When your ego, when your dragon fights back and tells you these things like this is stupid, or this is boring, or it is getting me sleepy, or I can possibly do this at work, I can’t possibly do this at night when I’m putting my children to sleep, I couldn’t possibly do this in the middle of a meeting, this is what you can do internally mentally. When you breathe in with your gentle breathing and you start hearing the interference, you command. You take command by mentally saying within during that one or two second pause: I AM consciously breathing now, and then you breathe out. And then you say mentally to yourself: I AM consciously breathing now. You are in command here.

So let’s practice that. Breathe in gently, pause at the top and say to yourself out loud right now, I AM consciously breathing now. Good. Now let go of what is left of your breath and at the bottom, if you can, think or say I AM consciously breathing now. Good let’s do this mentally now breathe in stating your mind I AM consciously breathing now.

Good. Let’s do this mentally now. Breathe in. Say it in your mind: I AM consciously breathing now. And then let it go. Then stop and say it again internally. Let’s do this a few times. Breathe in. I AM consciously breathing now. Breathe out. I AM consciously breathing now. Breathe in. I AM consciously breathing now. Breathe out. I AM consciously breathing now.

You can do this all day long and this will keep you centered as centered as a Tibetan monk who’s been doing this for 20 years but you will be able to do this in a vastly shorter period of time. Don’t expect instant results.

Some of you have more active dragons than others so there is one other tool I will give you for those who have the bucking-bronco-dragon who likes to fight every step of the way. There is another I AM statement. If you find yourself in ego that is severely struggling against this command it by saying to yourself I AM in charge of this vehicle here. I AM in charge of this vehicle here. Whenever that ego decides to wrest control from you, say it. Let’s say this now. I AM in control of this vehicle now.

ONE WHO SERVES

Om Mani Padme Hum. Om. Om. Om. Greetings to you!

Wonderful to be here with you again and following that wonderful discourse and exercise here. So wonderful as these things can be given here in many different ways, from many different sources but please understand this, we are all in this together. We are all working on this together. Even as you are working on these many things, we are also working on things. We are working on working with you. That is our main function here now to be of service and to teach you to be of service as well. And as you are continuing with these processes and these trainings and these techniques and all of this, all of this is part of the great orchestration, the great plan that is in the works here. And we are all so proud of all of you and we are all anxiously — yes, we can be anxious too in many ways — we are anxiously awaiting those times when we can more fully together. And those times are not far off. You are going to be moving to and experience, many of you are going to have an experience with contact; contact with extraterrestrials experiences here; those beings in many different ways. Some of you will be in your dreams, some will be in your visions, and some will even be in the waking state. That is coming.

Many of you are preparing for this. But you see, how can you be with one in the physical form you might say even if you are raising up to meet them and their vibration, how can you be in that space with them if you are showing any type of fear or anxiety whatsoever. You cannot. So you must overcome this.

And just as Saint Germain has shown you here to train the dragon, overcome the dragon, this is very important and this is with a technique that was given and it is one that is wonderful and one that is very easy for you to do. It is true that in those times long ago we did it as well. That we’d do breathing techniques and all of this for hours at a time. Sometimes weeks and months at a time if you can imagine. But that was a time then. This is not for now as Saint Germain said. Now the energies have risen greatly and you are in the right place at the right time and you are able to use these energies for your benefit and for the benefit of others around you.

So it is the same thing, just keep being ready. Keep those seatbelts fastened because you are on the ride people. You are on the ride of your life. Your ride of your many lives here.

So, you have questions here for One Who Serves?

Q & A

Q: I had the most amazing experience of my life this weekend and I want to get you to give us the lowdown because I swear I thought we were going to ascend right there. We were on such a love high it was like we were about to float off the ground. So I just wanted to see if we could get you to check in on this Rikka Zimmerman because if she is doing what we’re doing then I think it seems to make sense that we wouldn’t might all align with each other and try to pull from each other’s resources. So could you check on that for us?

OWS: What we can do here is, we are not in the position to affirm any one particular channel or source or anything of this nature. But to say that it is all part of the orchestration, it is all part of coming together as a whole, coming together as the light workers, the light warriors, all of you, and bringing all of this together. That’s what this is about.

Whether you hear it over here, or over there, or from us, or whoever it might be, it is all in the same thing and it is all part of the great plan that is in the works here. If you look at the energies that were involved there, the energies that were generated by the people there, and their intent — that is the important thing is the intent — and the intent was there to raise those energies just as the energies have been raised in your Advances, have they not previously? Did you not feel those wonderful energies raised? It is all part of the same thing. And if you would look at some of those church services where they are singing and dancing and having a wonderful time; they are not kneeling, they are not reading from a book or listening to a priest or anything of this nature, they are singing, they are dancing, they are being in joy. And the energies, are they not raised then? Do they not have sometimes miracles occur there, what they consider miracles? Although we have called miracles simply science. Just a science at a higher vibration is all it is. So all of this is the same thing. It is all part of the same. It does not matter who it comes from.

If you resonate to one particular individual or one particular group or source, yes go for it. But wherever you find yourself you are going to be in a position where you have been guided to be. So that is what is important here.

Many of you have been guided to this group and it may take you to other groups. It may take you onto ships. Who knows? That is a hint people! That is coming. That is what we said here. Some of you, many of you are going to be up on ships. You’re going to experience this. Some in your waking state even are going to experience this very soon. We cannot say too much more on this. They’re over there saying ‘No, keep it down. Let’s not give away too many surprises.’ So all of this is coming though so be of good cheer. Okay?

Q: Is there such a thing, a real thing as a walk-in?

OWS: Oh my goodness yes, certainly. There are many different kinds of walk-ins. We are hearing in the room here, yes yes, of course there are walk-ins. Yes there are and they’re in many different ways and have been coming in for a long time. Are you are walk-in? No. But there are some around you that are in your experience that they were even walk-ins. We cannot give more on that now but it is part of the process, it is part of the orchestration. When one is ready to give up their body based on a contract that they came in with, and they are giving it up to another, a spirit, a soul to come in and resume their particular lifetime, that is all part of the contract that they come in with. And there are many different kinds and different ways of this. So yes. Short answer yes. We are never much for giving short answers are we?

Q: What is meant by power couples? [Pallas Athena posing the question]

OWS: If you are talking about twin flames, yes, you already know this. You know this very well. If anyone would know this you would know this. We do not understand if we have the question, though. [Q: I do?] Yes you very much know this.

Q: But what does it mean? Why were we called “power couples” while others are called twin flames?

OWS: As we can see it, it is just different names for the same thing. Different ways of saying the same type of information just as your vocabulary, your sciences and everything come up with many different ways of saying the same. Look at your science called psychology and look at all of the ways they have come up with different methods and different expressions to say the same thing just as another way to write another book or something of this nature. So it is all part of the same thing here as well. It is nothing to be concerned about. Power couples, twin flames, twin souls, all one and the same thing.

Now you can look at this too in terms of power couples you could look at it in terms of your three dimensional delusion … (we say delusion there actually yes,) in terms you say a couple is a power couple is together, they are strong together, and certainly as twin soul you are stronger together very much so. And we are not seeing that in terms of the Hillary Clinton expression Stronger Together that has nothing to do with it. Okay?

Q: At the last advance it was mentioned that at some point our old guides were going to be leaving. Has that started yet?

OWS: Most definitely!
Q: Okay so I have another question.
OWS: Is that all you want?!?
Q: No go ahead if you have more.

OWS: Most definitely! The old guides, the ones that have been with you for very long time, what they’re called the familiars, many of them have left. Many of them have been replaced by Ascended Masters and angels and all of these things. Some even Archangels have replaced them. And there is so much that is going on that is still what you would call is behind the scenes but they are with you, they are strong with you, and you are finding that, you will be finding rather that many of these so-called famous ones, the ones you think of in terms of Saint Germain, Archangel Michael, and Yeshua, Sananda, all of these, Ashtar, they are with you because they have connections with you. We’re talking about everyone who’s on the phone here now as well as here in the room that is resonating to these words, this is you. You are going to have these expressions with these many here, what James likes to call the rock stars of the future. And you’re going to be experiencing very closely being with them more and more and more. Okay?

Q: Okay. So the second part of this is, you know what’s like an inward reality which sometimes comes out in that outward manifestation in your life. This past week I had a couple of the experiences, (that were almost devastating,) about people I know who were leaving me. Not that they were, but in my mind people were leaving me. I wanted to know if that — and partly from where I come from that kind of happened; we all got separated — so I was wondering if that was the cause of it. I snapped out of it when I remembered other people have stuff going on, they’re busy, it doesn’t revolve around me necessarily, but that’s just the way I was feeling about disconnecting from them. Could that be from that inward …

OWS: Yes. Much of the part of this ascension process is the process. It is a process that you are all going through having many different experiences, many different symptoms that come on that are being called ascension symptoms, and the leaving of relationships, the changing of relationships, the moving from place to place, all of this is a part of the attraction process. And you are being attracted to like-minded and like-hearted, which is even more important here, people here like yourselves. And this is the attraction process and it is something that is going to continue and at times it may even be somewhat painful for you because they are the familiars in your life. They are the ones that you have been with, done that, and all that with for some time but they are going to be leaving. Many are going to be. And it is going to be a continuing process that you are going to go through but do not be concerned about that because as move up into the higher vibrations and remain there longer and longer, all of that will be in the past. Your memories will shift and change and you we will not even necessarily have memories of those that have left you in your relationships here.

Q: In the Advance on Saturday night a speaker came through that said “I AM not One Who Serves”. Are you able to reveal to us who that was?

OWS: Yes. Many of you already know who that was. That was Source.

Q: As the political system unravels, can you give us an update on the Republic and NESARA?

OWS: Update on the Republican NESARA is that it is still coming … [Laughter] … and it is here. So it is coming and it is here at the same time. So it is already in place in many respects and it is simply waiting for the announcement. And the announcement is not far off as well. But there are certain things that must take place first for this to happen. And as you know you can never come forward with predictions at 100% or even 90 or 80% because they are just that, they are predictions based on what is happening in that exact moment as that prediction is given. And it is all based on probabilities and that is what we look at. We look at the probabilities based on exactly this particular moment. So at this particular moment the probabilities of your disclosure, and Republic being announced, and NESARA and all of that is not far off at all. Not so much your ‘soon’ but our ‘soon’ either if you understand what we are saying either. It is somewhere in the middle there, you might say. So it is coming. It is in process but certain things must occur first. We cannot be more specific on that because those certain things that must happen are also shifting and changing as well, as you move along here. It is all based on consciousness and it is collective consciousness. If it was just your consciousness it would already be done! Right? But it is the collective consciousness of all that are here.

Q: I keep hearing a lot about how dreaming is very important. I have a book by Carlos Castaneda called the Art of Dreaming and I am wondering if any of those techniques would be a fruitful way for me to try to maybe go to lucid dreaming or take control of my dreaming.

OWS: Most definitely. But it is as we were saying earlier, there are many different techniques coming from many different sources and whatever you resonate to, whatever you are being guided to is where you need to go. If one is being guided to Carlos Castaneda or whoever it might be, then that is where you need to look, at that will be for the time at that point when you are looking. But at that point you may find you are then guided to something else or someone else or whatever it is. But at some point – and this is very important for all here now to hear this — at some point you all need to go within. Not from outside sources such as this channel or the one Charles who channeled the Metatron and Saint Germain or whoever. It is to go within for Source.

Source is where all of the information already lies. You already have everything you need to know within you and once you come to realize that you will not need to rely on anything outside of yourself. You see? But it is also a process, we know this. You are coming out of old programming and as you come out of this old programming it is a transition that you are moving through. So you are moving to the transition. You see you came from Source and you are going back to Source. That is how you look at it here.

Q: Regarding the Saturday night at the Advance that we were just talking about, when the Source came through. I guess I might’ve been a little confused because from way back, I thought, I know, that Source is everything, this great thing. But learning from Ed or Ray Sanford the Source also included everybody’s higher self (who was in the room). So is that a different Source?

OWS: That is a different process. It is the same Source but a different process from what you speak of. Even when it comes through this one James and you speak in terms of Source of all in the room. Yes, that is a process. But what came through this one James at that time, and also Charles has found a very strong connection, is to Source, It, Herself. You see?

Q: I have been experiencing very strong connection with my twin flame traveling around together and teaching me things. And when I’d be laying there I’ll almost get like shocks through my body. It’s almost like my body is revving up the battery or something like that. I’m wondering first of all is this part of the process and then second, what is this actual ascension going to look and feel like in our body? Like can it happen like to us at different times? What is it going to be like?

OWS: To speak about what ascension is like is very difficult because it has never been done in this way here that it is going to happen. You have experienced ascension yourselves in times past. You have already ascended from other systems, in other planets, and all of this, so you are here doing this over again but you have forgotten. But when you have the ascension, when it actually occurs it will be unlike anything you can remember. But at that point, as it is happening you will remember. You will remember those times past. You will remember everything at that moment. In that moment you will be pure essence and you will understand all things at that time. This is the best we can explain it to you in that moment. The vibrations, the bliss that you will have will be unmistakable. It will be beyond your wildest imaginations and we know that many sources have given this same idea, same concept here, that it will be beyond your imaginings. And we know you can imagine wonderful things but you have no idea yet what this is going to be like. And can it happened in the moment? Yes, it will happen in the moment but it will happen in the moment because of a process that has occurred.

Q: And this ramping of the battery thing is that a typical experience in the process or the shockwaves through the body?

OWS: Yes it is part of the process that has to do with the Kundalini energy.

We are going to release channel. Just what is you’re saying, ‘keep on keeping on,’ because everything is happening exactly as it needs to in the exact right moment. And if you continue to find yourself being in the now as much as possible and using that simple breathing technique that Saint Germain gave you it will continue to help you be in the now at all times. And if you are continuing to be in the now at all times you will find that you are also in those moments in higher vibrations. And if you are in higher vibrations you will find that everything you are attracting to yourself is is exactly what you are wanting in your life.

Sananda, Lady Nada and One Who Serves as channeled by James McConnell

SANANDA

I AM Sananda.

Yes it was I that guided you to be with your higher one; to help you to remember, to help you to know all that is coming for you, all that you have come here for.

You have all come with this connection. Each and every one of you came here from these higher aspects of yourself to experience and know these lower levels so that you could bring about the changes, the shift, the transition that was needed here on this planet so that you could bring this planet and all of the people along with you and be a part of this expression of the new consciousness. And you are this new consciousness.

If you come to understand anything through all of these messages it is that you are this new consciousness. You are the changes that are happening here on the planet.

And once you have come to understand that you are these changes, then you will come to understand that everything is happening here because of you, because of all of you, because of the collective you. This collective consciousness is creating everything here as you move closer and closer to the new Golden Age here on this planet.

Know that there have been previous Golden Ages here on this planet; this is not the first. But you are here to experience this, to bring this about, to create this transition for all to become established here, for all to come to know and understand who they are, what they are here for.

The times that are approaching are shifting now. There is much shift, there is much change that is happening and as you are continuing through this shifting, these shifting changes, you are being readied and prepared and trained to be ones that will assist in this entire process just as you are now. For each and every time you do these meditations you are either helping to shift your own consciousness or the consciousness of mankind or both at the same time.

And this time today was about you shifting your own consciousness. It was about you creating that connection or reestablishing that connection that you have always had; you have simply forgotten. But forget it not much more because it is all coming together as everything is being brought back  from where you once came.

As you have been hearing: sit back, relax, fasten those seat belts. It’s true that the ride might get a little bumpy here and there but it is nothing that you cannot handle, nothing that you have not been readied for. Just be ready to be in the right place at the right moment at the right time because with all of this synchronicity that is happening — you are beginning to notice that more and more that everything is becoming synchronistic and you are part of that great synchronicity that is happening here now. And you will continue to have these events, these synchronistic events that will occur in your lives because as you are moving into these higher vibrations more frequently, more consistently you’re going to experience many more of these synchronicities in your life as everything is coming together into one timeline. You have heard previously that the two timelines have split into two or more and that is correct. But eventually the two timelines will split completely and you will be left with the one. That is the one that you are moving toward into the new Golden Age that is upon you.

I Am Sananda. I love you deeply. More than you can possibly imagine. I leave you now with all of my peace and love and I exit now for another to briefly speak with you here.

I Am Lady Nada.

I wish to come through this one although there was a little bit of a reluctance on his part, but it is so, it is needed that I can come and share my energy, my love, my expression with you especially on this day, this wonderful day which you call Mother’s Day because it is time of sharing and it is a time of growth. It is a time of oneness that you are all approaching now.

And everything is coming together as you are hearing so often. Everything is coming together exactly as it needs to be. There is to be no concern, no worries, certainly no fears on your part. Because, as my dear one has said, Sananda, you are in the right place, in the right moment, at the right time for everything to come together, for everything to become as one. And you, each one of you, to realize that you are already in that oneness. You just have forgotten it. You just do not feel it all the times because of this three-dimensional world is still pulled somewhat over your eyes.

But your eyes are opening now. They are opening with a new expression. Your third eye is reestablishing itself and opening up to the new worlds, the new vistas that are in front of you; the beauty that is everywhere.

If you seek the beauty you will see the beauty. If you believe it you see it. That is the way it is. That is the way it will be and always shall be. So do not be concerned my dear brothers and sisters everything is exactly where it needs to be. You are exactly where you need to be. And as Sananda has said the synchronicities in your life are going to increase many times over and you will marvel at how everything is coming together for you.

So be of good cheer. Be of love between each one of you because love is the expression that will take you into these higher vibrations and into these higher dimensions.

I love you dearly each and every one of you. And I will be able to be with you more often now as I have a connection also with this one James just as my dear Sananda has. And with many of you here as well, both here in the room and on the phone, so we are all in this together.

One Who Serves here to answer your questions if you have any. If not it will be a rather short session. But that is okay because we have things to do, places to go you know just as you do. No, just joking. We have nothing to do. Just sit around all day, twiddle our thumbs, meditate, go Ohm all day. That is what you probably think, no? Well no we don’t do that. [Laughter] We party, we have fun, we dance, we sing, we have wonderful times just as you are going to when you are able to go up on the ships and down into Inner Earth. It is going to be so wonderful and we are so looking forward to your expression, your expression of surprise when you see some of us and you say, “Oh! That’s you! I had no idea.” We are so looking forward to that. We are going to have such a chuckle over this and we are going to sit there and drink our wine … and yes, yes we do drink wine. Do not think we don’t. If Yeshua can do it we can do it, can’t we? So anyway … as a matter fact He changed water into wine; that’s how much he wanted wine. [Laughter]

Q & A

Q:  On Friday night I had an important, interesting experience and I would like to have a little more explanation especially on the second part. I am trying to understand who that woman was. Was it me, was it my higher self, was it my ego, or can you explain a little more please.

OWS:  First of all for this can you please share with everyone who is experiencing or listening to this what you are speaking about in terms of what the experience was. Are you talking about dream? Are you talking about a vision you had?

Q:  It wasn’t a vision and not a dream. I went to the shaman and I took this ceremonial smoke or vapor and that’s what it was.

OWS:  Yes, now we understand. So to look at this from a different point of view, you might say, as you are looking at this particular vision that you had and the experience of the woman that came into this vision, it was the aspect of yourself as you were being shown here this day here by Sananda as you connected with this aspect. It may not have looked exactly the same as you just did this here today but it is one and the same. It is an aspect of yourself that you are coming to know and understand and we’re glad that you have brought this up because this is for everyone here. Everyone is going to be having more of these types of experiences where you are going to be reconnecting with all of those ones that you had left behind previously or that had left you behind in times long past. So you’re going to have these connections more and more, it may possibly be within your dreams or your visions and some may even have them in their waking conscious state. But it is coming so you are going to experiencing this more and more and more. It goes along with the synchronicities as Sananda and Lady Nada have given here.

Q:  There was another lady in the room there who was experiencing three knocks on the door. I had one while I was in a meditative state and I had these three forceful knocks on the door and I was wondering what that was or who that was.

OWS:  This is a precursor. This is the beginnings of what we spoke of a very long time ago for this group where we spoke about one particular time you will have a knock at the door and one of us will be there to greet you as we come to your group your meeting here that is coming. That is not something we simply made up and is not going to happen. It is. You are either going to either experience one of us or you are going to experience one of those that comes from the Inner Earth or maybe even one from the high above in the Galactic area. But it is coming and this is showing you that they are aware, they are here, they are available. They’re just not showing themselves yet to you in your state because you need to come up to them. You need to come up and raise your vibrations. And when you have raised your vibrations significantly then those that are waiting just outside of your door you might say can then come in and be with you. So this is a beginning here. Those that are experiencing this are opening the door for all of us. Which by the way is happening not only here in this group but many people across the planet are experiencing this. They are not saying it outright because they do not want everyone to think they are crazy and put them in the crazy farm but they are experiencing it nonetheless. And it will come out more and more as people begin to share not only visions that they’re having but the actual physical experiences that occur but at the higher levels, higher vibrational frequency.

Q:  About a year and a half ago during a meditation I saw a picture, a vision of a being that looked like it could have been me. It looked like they were Peruvian or something. I was wondering was that an aspect of me?

OWS:  Yes. That was an aspect of you. Yes. Many of you get these visions, these understandings but you discount them. You think they are not real. You think they are your … here’s that word: imagination. And how many times have we said over and over: your imagination is more real than your reality here that you think in this third dimensional illusion. Your imagination is more real. Begin to think on that. Begin to contemplate that. When youimagine something you are ‘imaging-in’. You are using your third eye center and opening up the vistas of the other worlds that are within you in consciousness. So all of this …

Q:  Is it possible that you could run into an aspect of yourself physically?

OWS:  Yes. That is going to happen. Yes. It is not like your movies say that you cannot go back into a past lifetime and see yourself back there, go back into a past lifetime ad see yourself there and communicate with yourself. You can do that. But there is the idea of moving into a past time and changing what is there, changing what occurred, and then that change coming back you might say into the current lifetime or the current timeline – we’re speaking of timelines here — and coming back into the current timeline and making a shift here in this new timeline or the time that find yourself now. And it has happened. You know it as the Mandela Effect. These things are happening and you are experiencing this and there are certain small shifts in the timelines that are occurring. They are not large shifts because they are not allowed. There is what is called from your understanding they would be called time police and they are there — time guardians rather. Not police but time guardians — and they are there to continue to keep the timelines from merging together so that there can be major shifts in those timelines. That is not allowed. Okay?

Q:  I have a question. This is … well you know who I am.

OWS:  Yes, we know who you are. We know what you are too. But you don’t! Not really. Surprise! There are going to be wonderful times!

Q:  At the last Advance, I think it was the last night we did quite a bit of out of body stuff. I don’t remember where we were or what we were doing but it had to do with the light warrior thing, which I’m familiar with. I felt like I had something around my wrists; some sort of energy or cuff or something. Can you explain that … or was that just my imagination [laughing].

OWS:  Oh my goodness! [Laughter] Did you just say what we think you just said?!?! [Laughter] Did you just say ‘just my imagination!’ [I was giving you a hard time.] You see if it is just your imagination then that’s all it becomes. [Right. No, I know that. I’m teasing.] Oh you’re teasing us!! Oh you’re joking here. How wonderful. Wonderful. We get it back a little bit, huh?

To understand or to explain to you what occurred there, yes you had many out of body experiences, those of you that participated in this Advance, many out of body experiences you had. And to experience these things such as you are saying the energies certainly you yourself, as you have heard many times, you are very involved in energies. You are more involved in energies at those higher vibrations that you came from than you are in the three-dimensional illusion that is happening here all around you. So when you feel these energies and you experience them, and even if you see them they are very real; very real indeed. And it can be called your imagination but it is so much real that it is something that is wonderful that happened here.

Q:  What I was curious of was if that was a part of my so-called uniform or something on my wrists that I used in some way?

OWS:  It has to do with your warrior image that you have been given previously. [Okay. Kinda what I thought.] You thought right.

Q:  This is a hard question for me to ask. I’ve been holding back on it, but I’m related to someone who has a mental illness and when you brought up the wine and joy and we’ll be sharing together like that, this person has such a problem with their pills and wine and wanting to be in joy. I understand us wanting to have a higher feeling and love and happiness but I don’t know how … I can’t be around this person. And I’m bringing this up because I’m a therapist and I’m in service, I work on people all the time and I know there is so much pain and suffering. So I just wanted … if you could understand what I’m trying to get at that how can we detach from these people that want to be intoxicated to feel better and how we can still be in service and not have their energy bring us down?

OWS:  Yes we understand completely and it is exactly as you just said. Share the light, spread the light, be the light. And as you work with the light within yourself nothing can penetrate that. And certainly if you use your merkaba as a force field around you, you would be amazed at how you would be able to deflect those negative emotions, those negative feelings, anything from outside of yourself you can deflect it away from you. So as you work with these ones, whoever they are, and they are in these lower vibrations, you protect yourself with this light and you can protect yourself with your light vehicle, your merkaba, your light body. You can protect yourself just as it is a force field. Surround yourself with it as you move into this particular session with whoever it is, or if you move into a room that you enter and you feel these negative vibrations protect yourself. You have the ability to do that. Each and every one of you that resonates to these words, that understands what we are saying, you have the protection already. Use it. And if you do not think you have it call on those that can be there with you. Call on your angels, the archangels, Sananda, Yeshua, Saint-Germain and on and on and on and they will be there to help you as well. But do it. Protect yourself. You cannot be harmed with these lower vibrations if you believe you cannot be harmed. Okay?

Q:  I’ll just call more. I do all that but maybe I’m just stepping up more that it’s time for me to be a much bigger light.

OWS:  Yes and also know that the light — you are the light — so the light within you, the Source within you is there always. Know that and the Source within you will protect you as well. You have so many ways of moving through these lower vibrations in this three-dimensional illusion that you, up to this time, you have not really understood. But you are coming to it, all of you are coming to it, coming to understand that you can be in the lower vibrations and protect yourself from it. But that does not mean that you should throw yourself into those lower vibrations if you do not need to. For instance, how many of you used to like to go to, as we are finding here within the James, ballgames or places where a large number of people meet and you are there, like concerts and things of this nature, those types of things, and you used to enjoy them and be in them but now you find yourself not wanting to be around all of those people and all of those vibrations. And those vibrations begin to bombard you. You know of what we speak here so? Yes. Yes. Let’s get an affirmation here: YES! We understand! [Enthusiastic response.] We are hearing all the yesses in the background. They are not coming on the phone but saying [meekly] yes, yes, that is us, we understand that. Does this answer your question?

Q:  In a channeling with Michael Ellegion I was told I sit on many councils during my sleep. Now Sananda says that he is going to ask us to be on the councils. Are these the same ones that we’re just acknowledging or are they going to be different?

OWS:  These are one and the same, these councils that are being spoken of. You have to understand that the Galactic Federation and those in Inner Earth, Hollow Earth and everything have councils. They have elders, they have councils. They do not have Congress and Representatives and President and all of these things. They have councils. These councils meet in many different systems and galaxies and solar systems and so on. And there are councils within councils within councils and at the higher levels, at your higher aspect you are in those councils. Many of you are in them. Many of you participate in them.

Michael Ellegion is one who is in one of these councils and he is gathering, you might say, those around him back to be a part of these councils, just as Sananda is. Sananda has spoken of this several times here and is moving closer and closer to when he will announce that these councils will be forming. They will form first at the higher vibrations in terms of your etheric and your astral forms and you will join these councils at that level. But then then they will come into your physical expression as you continue to move this up. So all of this is coming and yes you are part of these councils at the higher vibrations. Many of you who are experiencing these words, resonating to these words, are also in these councils or will be in these councils.

And we have said and we have heard your thoughts at these times in saying, ‘Not me! I can’t beat anybody. I can’t be in a position like that. I don’t want to be president or anything of this nature!’ And we say though that you have already been these things before. You are just moving back. You see, those of you that are here, those of you that are the light workers, light warriors and all of this, you have already been at those higher positions, you might say. Not positions in terms of hierarchy as you understand them here but higher positions in terms of responsibility. You have been there, done that, and you are going to be doing it again … I’ve got news for you. News comes around again and you are going to be part of these councils and you are going to be ambassadors and diplomats and all of these things that you may already be aspiring to but maybe it has not come yet to your conscious knowing awareness. But it is coming. Okay?

Q:  Can you give us an update on Montauk, Long Island after we had the Advance.

OWS:  Yes we are glad that you brought this up. We could not bring it up unless somebody else did. But yes, your experience over the Advance had a great deal of effect, you are correct in that area as you were told in that time. But it also continued to have more of an effect: as a result there are meditations that are being geared toward this same thing that you did. Not in the same way but in focusing in that particular area.

 

That one you know as Cobra has announced this recently that there is a push, a need to express toward that particular area because that is an area that is still of much darkness. But it is dissipating and it will dissipate more and more as more focus is put there in your meditation time. Okay?

Yes we are going to need to release channel now. And just know that as you continue on with this program — and it is a program that you are on — and you are all moving beautifully through this program. We are so proud of all of you each and every one of you. Sananda is proud of being the one that is spearheading all of this with you, with this particular group taking you under his wing you might say. (Does he have wings? Not quite so like Archangel Michael but we guess he can have them if he wants.) But anyway under his wing, under his arm you might say. All of us are very proud of you and looking forward to working more diligently with you as we continue to move along and as we come closer and closer to the proverbial finish line that is still there and it is coming and you are going to be crossing it.

These messages were given during our weekly Sunday Prepare For Change group in Phoenix, AZ on May 7, 2017

SANANDA

I AM Sananda.

I Am here once again with you just as each time I come to share to be a part of this continuing expression of remembering and knowing who you are. Because it is so important as these times continue on that you come completely to that understanding of who you are, what you are here to do.

You are our arms and legs. You are our eyes, our voices. We cannot do it but through you because you are the channels, you are the vessels that we as the ones who continue to mentor to you and with you, you are the ones that we are working through. In all different ways, not only voice channeling such as this but automatic writing and whispering to you in many different ways we continue to help you to move ahead, move along in your training program that we began some time ago. And you yourselves took this upon yourselves.

You have assumed the mantle once again of being the warriors, being the ones who would take this to the next level for without you there would not be a next level. Without you this planet, Gaia, would not continue to exist.

Understand the ramifications of what I am saying now. Without you all of this, this ascension process, would not be.

You are the ones that are making this happen. As you are the ones that are making this happen it is up to you, each one, to begin to understand, begin to know, begin to remember. As the changes begin to develop you will begin to remember. You will begin to remember not only where you came from but what you are here to do.

You will remember all of those that you left behind or that left you behind. You will long once again for that reunion, that coming together again. I speak not only of your twin souls and that connection but to all of the soul families that you have, each one of you have. And you are all coming back to that, all coming back to that reunion. And yes, many of us are part of your soul family.

Many of us are waiting for that time, preparing for that time to be able to welcome you upon our ships, down within the Inner Earth, the Cities of Light, all of this. But do not lose the knowing of what you are here for now, in the moment, in the now. This is not about the future. This is not about what is coming. It is about what is now. It is about who you are, what you are, and where you are at this point in your continuing evolvement of consciousness.

And please understand that all of you as you are moving through this consciousness shift, as you are moving through this transition, you are simply moving back to where you have been previously. Yes it is called an advance. Yes you are advancing on. But for most of you, you are advancing on to where you once were before.

And as you come closer and closer to this advancement, you will come to feel and understand the energies, the vibrational frequency that you have understood and known previously. So it will not be foreign to you. It will be something as a knowing, it will be something of a comfort to you, even as you continue to move out of your current comfort zones. But understand that those current comfort zones that you are in now are part of the illusion that you are in now. You are moving out of that illusion, out of this 3D realm and into the higher vibrations of fourth and fifth dimension.

This is that time, this is that moment that you are approaching. Much is about to shift. You have heard this, we have been saying this, but at some point it will all come to pass.

I AM Sananda. I love you deeply … more than you can imagine. And I await your coming.

One Who Serves here to continue to do what we do: to be of service, to share and move along with you. Because as you are moving through this process we are moving right along with you. It is not to say that we have all the aches and pains and all this stuff that you are going through. No, we do not have that. Thank God! [Laughter] But we are right along there with you.

We feel somewhat what you feel. We know things that you know … and we know many things that you don’t know. But we are here, we are doing it, so just think of us as friends.

Do not think of us as masters. We do not like that terminology. Yes we are Ascended Masters, oh well, that is what we are. But we do not think of ourselves in that respect. We think of ourselves as friends, as brothers, as sisters to you. And in that way that is how we want you to look at us. Okay?

You have questions here for One Who Serves? We hope you are all unmuted and can hear what we are saying. Is anyone out there in phone land?

Q & A

Q: I would like you to explain more about the new, additional, or different spirit guides we are supposed to be getting.

OWS: Yes, we think we can do that for you. You are going through a transition, all of you, not only this one who is asking this question. All of you are going through this transition and as you go through this transition you are going to be more and more letting go of the old familiars in your life, all of the comfort zones. The familiars which would be the old guides that have accompanied you for many of your lifetimes in this evolution here. And as those guides begin to leave you, you are going to feel a sense of emptiness at some point because they have been with you, they have been right along side of you for a long time here for most of you. And they will be replaced.

They are being replaced by those of us, those of us that are now mentoring to you more and more. So if you hear this crazy accent coming here to your thoughts, you know that they have been replaced; that we are here. Or it is Sananda or it is St. Germain or it is Archangel Michael or whoever it might be. We are all here working through this together.

And you will feel this sense of … possibly a sense of loss even. We can share here that when the James had this some years ago he was not ready for it. We told him about it. We told him about this transition. It was told by Sugat Gu Ra Ru at that time as we remember here. And he was told that there would be the loss of the familiars in his life and that there would be a sense of loss, be a sense of loneliness, and it was so powerful at that time because he was not ready for it yet. And we told him that but he wanted to go through with it anyway and it was overpowering, overwhelming.

But for you now, you have been acclimating to these energies so it is not going to be as strong and as powerful as this was then. That was 25 years or so ago. This is a different time. These are different energies. You have been working with these energies. So as you continue to move through this transition and you move out of the old paradigm, out of the old programming, and out of the old guides that have been with you because they are no longer sufficient to work with you. Now you need ones that are further along you might say, more able to assist you in bringing you up into the higher vibrations. And that is what we are here during with you. We are helping you to move up in this vibrations. You may not be aware of it but that’s what we’re doing. Okay?

Q: Yes. Yes thank you. I have noticed that I’ve been getting different messages lately and I thought wow that must be the new ones coming in.

OWS: There you go! Yes. We love it when we are right! [Laughter] Just joking! (We are always right.) No, we are totally joking now! We are NOT always right … (just most of the time.)

Q: I would just want to say how much of the teachings and the communication that I received here as well as, certainly, the friendships has totally altered the way I think about myself. I’m just fully realizing today, I think, that the way I related to myself was entirely different. And yet I’ve been told over these last few months to go within, to get rid of what is not of the highest and best, and get to know yourself. And I thought, ‘oh that should be easy’. But it’s a complete turning inside-out, it seems. And so today I was even told stop thinking of yourself as a ‘little’ person. You are a giant. And I saw this huge purple image and it was pretty overwhelming. So we are going through radical changes. Just radical.

OWS: Yes very much so you are. You are moving from the idea of the external world outside of yourself to the idea that the external world is also within yourself. And you are part of the external world as well. It is all part of the one. And as you come more and more to understand all of this you will be moving out of this illusion that has been created here and moving into, what you will find, is even more of a reality than you are in now. Because, how real will it be for you as you think of something or wish for something and it is there immediately. How much more real can that become? You see? So yes, you are definitely moving along here. Very much so. This was what was attempted to show you with this meditation and this part where you could see as we see, as all of the Galactics see as they look down upon the planet and see all of the lights coming on. You can see that more and more and more lights were flickering on, did you not?

Q: The group was talking about two individual blog posters: Cobra and One Who Knows. Can you add anything to fortify our discernment? Is Cobra still working with the Pleiadians and the light or has he been compromised in any way?

OWS: You are speaking specifically about the one who is called Cobra he is very much with the light; very much with the light sources that are working thru him and with him. Much is coming to the world, to the planet, that are ready for this, that is coming through him here. He is an emissary you might say, just as there are many emissaries that are coming through. There are many groups across the planet that are also emissaries where they bring those of us and our understandings and our knowings come through them just as we are doing through the James here to all of you. This is, in a way, he is an emissary.

In a way you are all emissaries for the higher forces for the light because as you hear many of these things that come and you come to understandings and you come to knowings then you begin to share those understandings and those knowings with others so you are also emissaries. This is your mission. This is what you came here to do. And in the not too distant future, we are going to add here, that Sananda will be coming and speaking more directly to all of you about your mission, about the Twelve Tables, and how you may become a part of this. It will become more direct as the energies continue to rise and the moment approaches for the Event here. Okay?

As to the other one who you mentioned, One Who Knows, we cannot say much on this. We can say there is no connection with us, though. We gave this to the James to say here because we do not want confusion in this respect. We know that that can happen and you can begin to think that we are all one and the same — and in some ways, yes we are all one — but we are not that individual just is that individual is not a part of us. That individual though has some understandings as we are looking into this now. As some source coming and some relevant information that can come at certain times and has some credibility in this sense. Not to say that it is all, though, because always look at the source as this one is getting, or any of the others are getting, and the source that is feeding them information may not have the right information themselves, or they may have information that changes in the next moment. Because as you all know it is all about probabilities and possibilities; not definites, not written in stone. None of this is ever written in stone. Okay?

Q: I was journeying to a time in which I was a mermaid. I came together with my family of mermaids and I found that my mother had been my mermaid mother come to assist me in this life. And in that moment a lot of the upset that I had went away because I saw the generosity to come and play this role here. So I’m curious is this true? Have we had lives in different forms of beings like mermaids?

OWS: Most definitely. You have had many different lifetimes not only here in this planet in this evolution but in many systems, many star systems. You have been around for a very long time.

Not only you are asking this but all of you. You have been many different types of beings; not always human as you are understanding it here now, and you have also been both male and female. And we always have chuckle here when we hear you talk about your twin flames as the opposite sex of what you are now and we laugh here because it is not always that case. The ones that you are calling a he may be a she and you who are a she now, may be a he. You see? And it really comes now at some point though to not make any difference because you are all both. You are all both male and female. You are all both one. And the energies though are somewhat divided you might say in the male and in the female but not as you understand them here, not in terms of your gender identity here on this planet. So you are in for some shocking understandings here as you move along here. When you come to see your twin soul and maybe it is a she. Maybe your higher self even is not what you’re expecting but we will save this for later. We are not going to ruin surprise for you. That is not what we do. Something to think about. Something to contemplate on.

Q: Is that why there is so much going on now with gender? There is gender neutrality, transgender and all this stuff about us not being pure male or pure female. Is that because we are integrating?

OWS: That is correct. Very much so.

Q: You could even tell some of the young men really look like young women and vice versa. And you get into the older ages and all old people look the same. I’m never sure whether it’s male or female but the gender question is completely gone.

OWS: Yes. That is part of the 3D illusion that you are in. When you come into the higher vibrations, when you find yourselves on ships and everything, yes there will still be the gender identity somewhat but it will be much more connected here, much more brought together. You will find this.

Q: I came in as a female this time because I loved to play dress-up. [Laughter]

Q: Do you have any new updated information in regards to the new Republic and how that is transpiring?

OWS: At this point is largely up in the air. It has already been established as you are saying the new republic, but as it has also been giving many times by St. Germain it is not the new Republic, it is the old Republic. And it is in the process, it is formed, it is together, it just needs to have the right preparation here to bring all of this out.

And as to when it can be or the sequence of how this will all come about, this cannot yet at this time be given because it is not yet known exactly how this will come about. Whether there will be mini events as we have said before proceeding the main Event you might say or whether it will be the main Event succeeded by mini events after that. That is all yet not determined. Because, again it is all based on probabilities and when someone says something is going to happen at a certain time, they are predicting based on the probability of what is occurring right then in that moment as far as the collective consciousness of man. But as you all know the collective consciousness of man shifts every moment even every second.

So how can anyone predict exactly when something is going to occur? It is not possible. And anyone that tells you the global currency reset is going to be this Friday or there’s going to be a reevaluation of the currency and is going to be on Wednesday, that is not correct. They are seeing it from their understanding, from their sources that are sending them information and when they receive information from those sources those sources are getting it based on the probability of what can occur right then. But then as human nature comes into this, as the collective consciousness shifts everything begins to shift along with it.

You see you are finding that it is difficult or it has been a long time you might say for all of this process to occur. But think about it in this way: because the process is taking longer than what you may have wanted it to be, you are having a chance to acclimate more and more to these energies so that it is a more smooth transition for you. So if you look at it from a positive point of view you are being prepared and ready and acclimated to these energies so it is not such a rocky ride for you. Okay?

Q: Any information on the election taking place in France?

OWS: Again same thing here. It depends on everything that occurs between now and the actual election process, just as what occurred in your election here within this country. And did we not say we and Ashira said many times prior to that election: it was not it was going to an election like anything you have had previously. And certainly that was the case. But we did say, and we knew this going into that, that the one Hillary Clinton would never win the presidency. We said that right from the beginning. That one was written in stone here.

Q: Well the French election has been completed. We just don’t know who won it.

OWS: Yes. Wait and see.

Q: What do we mean by The Event or the series of events?

OWS: The Event is when the Galactic Pulse of energy is released from the Galactic Central Sun and reaches the Earth and spreads a consciousness wave, a shift of consciousness across the entire planet all at one time. And from this there will be many other shifts and changes that will come as a result of this. As to the exact sequence we cannot say yet at this time and as to the timing of this no one knows but the Prime Creator as to when exactly this will be. This is even in your Bible that that was spoken of here.

Q: When we have this shift and our DNA is taken back to our original DNA, does that mean that we’re taken back to like 900,000 years ago or are we already the accumulation of all of our DNAs from all our past lifetimes so will we change to be something other than what we are now?

OWS: You will be shifting, you will be changing to a DNA connection or context that you once had here before your DNA was disconnected, as some of you may understand what occurred here. And you are coming back to and from strands of DNA and then even more than this as you move along. This is part of the ascension process and through the full ascension. When you have fully ascended you will be completely back to your former 12 strands of DNA in this respect.

Q: So will we be physically changing from the way we are now?

OWS: Yes you will be changing in your physical form. Your physical form will become lighter, your physical form will become much less dense and will be higher in frequency, higher in vibration coming back closer to what you were in Lemuria when you were there.

Q: It is my understanding right now and my feeling and intuition from what I’ve been hearing and what I’ve been listening to that there are many many beings being born into the world right now that are already reconnected and already have the 12 strands and maybe even more. Is that true?

OWS: Not so much the 12 strands because if they had the 12 strands you would see them as superheroes and all of this type of thing as your Marvel Comics and all of this are saying. So you are not there or they will not be quite there but they will have a semblance of psychic gifts that will be a part of their expression and they will be able to do some things that the average person — although we do not like to use that terminology — but the average person will not be able to accomplish right away. But these are the ones that are going to be leading the charge might say. That is not to say that those of you, all of you that are working in this respect and are coming back to understand and know who you are, all and you will also be gaining these abilities as well. So as your DNA is reconnected back again you will have the ability of telepathy, of telekinesis, of many different things. Some even being able to do things as flying and things as this. It is all part of the training and all part of when your mentors are introduced to you then they will be able to assist you in getting ready for this. Part of what your mentors are going to help you to do is move through the fourth dimensional frequencies and into the fifth dimension so that you do not get stuck in the fourth dimension.

Q: Will we know our mentors?

OWS: When they are introduced to you yes, you will know them.

Everything that you are doing just keep doing it and know that as you are moving forward in your consciousness shift, as you are moving forward everyone else is also moving forward because it is all part of the same expression. ADAMA

I AM Adama. I AM known as the High Priest of Telos although I have many other names. I am here now to continue this mission that we are all on, to continue the training, to continue this program that because of you, because of you this group, all of you that encompass this group, because of you we are able to move ahead, move ahead with this program, to be on the schedule that we are on at this time.

As you have heard things are being stepped up. We as the Ascended Masters, the Galactics, those of us in Agartha, we are the ones that are working with you to help this process and to step everything up here for all of you and for all of those that you work with. Because this is a time and a moment that you have longed, for we have all longed for.

I come to you as a warrior; a warrior of light just as you have come here a long time ago as warriors of light and love. You have called yourselves workers, light workers for a while. But you have never been light workers you have always been the warriors. You came here to be this and you are assuming this mantle once again because as a warrior you take action: you move, you create, you establish, you change many things.

As you have been called the system busters this is what you are. You are the ones that are raising the frequency – you being the collective you – not certainly just this group but this group is very important in raising the frequency across the planet. Every time you do one of these meditations you are affecting things. You are affecting the frequency of the planet. You are raising the vibrations of the planet and all of the people here on the planet. It is because of you, my dear brothers and sisters, that we are able to bring this mission as far as it has come to this point, to bring this plan or put this plan into motion and continue to have it adapt and change as it needs to, because of you.

The vibrations the frequencies are increasing every day, even moment-to-moment. And you begin more and more to feel these frequencies, these vibrations change, the energies moving through you. You begin to feel more and more as these energies rise and as these energies rise you will notice more and more that the various maladies that you have, the illnesses, the pains, the aches, all of this will begin to dissipate. Because as you have heard many times you cannot be in the higher vibrations of love and light and oneness and be sick and be ill and have aches and pains. It is not possible.

So that is why we are stepping this up and asking you, each one of you, to begin to raise your vibrations moment to moment.

Be aware. Awareness leads to a rising of vibrations. But be aware. If you are feeling a bit down raise your vibrations. Think of something beautiful. Think of the wonderment of this planet, think of the animals that you love, anything that will raise your vibration in that moment, because in that moment everything begins to shift. You begin to shift. You shift into those higher vibrations and as you shift into those higher vibrations and higher frequencies, you are moving closer and closer to your own Ascension.

You have heard many times you are near the finish line and you are. We within the Inner Earth, those of us that have been waiting, watching, mentoring to you for some time we have been preparing for this for these changes that are coming. We have been preparing a place for you to join us and we to come up and join you. Doors will be opening to our world just as we are opening to your world.

I AM Adama. I love all of you. All of you are moving into those higher frequencies now. Continue to do so because as you do you are bringing about great change to the world.

Om Mani Padme Hum. Om, Om. Greetings to you!

One Who Serves here to assist you and to continue to move this along because it is time people. We are ready to move this along. We are ready to assist you in moving this and to have you help others to move this along.

It is time now. It is time to get off of your rumps, you might say, off of the chairs, the couches and begin to take this seriously begin to move ahead. And wherever you can, wherever you have the availability, reach out to your neighbor, reach out to those who are looking right now, those who are searching, those who are beginning to ask the questions that you asked so long ago when you asked, ‘why am I here? What is this all about? What are we doing?’ When you asked those questions now they are beginning to ask those questions. And as they ask those questions they will begin to get answers just as you did. It may come from within them. It may come from outside of them as someone leading them to a book or to a movie or a story of some type or whatever it might be. This is the way it spreads and you are the ones that are spreading this. So it is necessary for you to, like we say here, take this seriously, move this along, be ready to jump when we say jump. (Not when we say jump really it’s when you say jump because you are controlling this.) We are not controlling this you are.

As you continue to surrender yourself to the Source within you, to God, to your Higher Self, to Yahweh, to whenever you want to call it, as you continue to release everything that has held you back, release, surrender to source, as you continue to do this then everything will open up for you more and more … because in surrender is life.

Think on that. Contemplate on that. In surrender is life.

Q: Shanti One Who Serves. I have a question about Mahdi. A week ago Lord Yeshua spoke about the marching orders and about how His second coming is not about he himself coming physically but rather bringing the Christ Consciousness. But there are prophecies in the Islamic literature that talk about Mahdi and his appearance or coming will coincide with the second coming of Lord Yeshua. They talk about the Mahdi assist into battle the dajjal or what the Christians call the antichrist. I just wanted to understand you had told us that all the scriptures had some type of a rapture so I just want to have a clarification on this particular prophecy. Thank you very much

OWS: First of all what you are speaking of when you say the second coming, it is not the second coming of most of the Christian world and others have come to understand that there is a birth or a being Yeshua or Mohammed or wherever it might be coming back. It is not that type of sense. That is the old way of looking at this. It is the second coming is all about consciousness. It is about consciousness moving ahead, consciousness moving through this ascension process and bringing this ascension process to a complete fulfillment. So in the second coming you are the second coming. Each and every one of you is the second coming. Each and every one of you is moving toward taking on the Christ Consciousness just as Yeshua did, just as Buddha did, just as Krishna did, etcetera. All of this is the same thing and it is all about you. This is why we say over and over to all of you, it is you that is doing this. It is you that is the second coming, you that is taking on the Christ Consciousness. You all have it within you now it is time to express it as the Christ. Okay?

Q: Thank you so how can we explain to Muslims around the world how do we explain this concept of the Mahdi? Is it just folklore idea or tradition? Please advise.

OWS: As you are needing to explain or share your understandings of things to those who are asking you will come to the understanding and the knowing of how to say it at that time. This is something you must trust. You must trust that you will have the answers, you will know what to say at the appropriate time. This is part of the ascension process. This is part of all that you are going through,; part of all that you are trained to be doing here, so that when more and more people are in the awakening process just as you have been before, when they are in the awakening process now they will be asking the questions and this will be an opening, an avenue for you to express to them those things that you are aware of, that you know of. And this is what is coming here. Okay?

Q: At the advance it was spoken of that there was a natural overseer who has been with us for some time — guides were gone. I just wanted some clarification on this master overseer. I’d like to have a little bit of personal connection in meditation and things like that. Is that your Higher Self or a separate being that watched over you this whole time?

OWS: You each have this master overseer as we use that terminology. But do not become concerned about him or what it is. Certainly your Higher Self, certainly the Source within you is this master overseer. But there is also a master overseer, you might say, of the entire group. And as many of you are becoming aware, that is Sananda at this time. He has taken on the mantle of working mostly closely with this group. You would think it was us, the One Who Serves but now it is Sananda. We are just the messengers here for him. So do not become too concerned with what was said here just that your guides — many of you who have had guides for lifetime after lifetime — those guides are leaving. They will not be with you much longer and many have already left. And this will create a sense of imbalance within you as well as a comfort zone that is leaving you. The familiars in your life are leaving you. This is going to happen more and more. This is part of the rocky ride we are speaking of here when we say fasten your seatbelts because the ride may get bumpy. This is part of it. Because as you move through this transition you are going to be moving more and more out of those comforts zones you have come to understand because the old programming which created these comfort zones is going to be leaving. Okay?

Q: Can I have some clarification on that? Is it about applying the ability to listen to the higher guidance as being able to be quiet and listen?

OWS: Very much so. The more you can do this, the more you will continue to move along in this process through this transition and it will bring you to the point where you are coming closer and closer and closer to that finish line. [Interruption] Did not understand what was just said there. Was there something said on the phone here? [No response] Very good. Are there other questions here?

Q: I have been teaching about the light chambers with some on ships and some in Inner Earth. Now I just heard that that could be changed. And by the way, Sue used to take us to the light chambers through meditation. Do we still have light chambers or has that changed?

OWS: There are certainly light chambers for some but not for all because all will not be necessary or needed. It is on a need basis as it will come about, because as you continue to surrender all of the old programming, surrender to Source within you, as you continue to do that you are then moving up vibrations. As you continue to move up in vibration the need for a separate technological device becomes less and less. But for those who have the need or will wish to enter one of these chambers it will certainly be available to all. It will not be refused for anyone and there will not be long lines to get into them or anything of this nature. They will be there for everyone. They will be in the Cities of Light, they will be on the ships, and they will be in the Inner and Hollow Earth.

Q: The way I understand is that we will take our physical bodies through ascension and they must go back to a younger age. So you’re saying that when we raise our vibrations, our bodies will become younger? And I understand the word resurrection means the same as ascension. That means our bodies are already starting to resurrect to quite a few years back and we ourselves are changing from carbon to crystalline. I’m asking because you know I’m up there in age and I want to get back to 25 or 26.

OWS: We understand and certainly when those moments come, when the event happens, when the energy pulse comes this will begin to shift everything at that time. And those of your bodies will begin to shift as well from that because this will raise the vibrations across the entire planet, raise the frequencies. And if you think you have been feeling energy shifts now just wait. It is going to become so much more.

This is what Sananda has been saying to you about acclimating to the energies. Those of you who are in this training program you have been acclimating to these energies more and more and this will continue until the point where the galactic pulse comes and everything will begin to shift more and more at that point. You will be in the higher vibrations more often and as you are you will continue to find your bodies becoming lighter and becoming more able to work with them more and more than you can now because of the denseness that is there. That will leave and everything will begin to move further and further along until the point where you are introduced to the Galactics and those of Inner Earth and all of this and this is when these chambers will open up to. They are open up to you now but of course in your astral or etheric bodies only.

Q: Will our mentors help prepare us for it? Is that one of the things our mentors will be teaching us?

OWS: That is correct.

Q: This is the first time that I’ve participated in a sessions though I have been reading the e-mails for over a year. I know I’m one of the 144,000 and a system buster but do we newbies who are coming on the call now get to go through an initiation also or were we already included in that?

OWS: That is a very wonderful question. Those of you that were a part of that initiation that occurred here in this advance that we conducted those of you that were there were a part of that initiation. Those who are coming after will be a part of the next one and the next one after that. We are going to continue this because this is part of the program. This is part of what you are here to do and to continue with this training that you are in right now. So those of you that are new do not worry, you can catch up as you tend to use this terminology and you will not lose anything because it is time for you just as it is time for others. And yes you are part of the 144,000 so you are in the right place at the right time in the right moment and everything is happening just as it needs to. So do not be concerned about this. Okay?

Q: I just am curious as to the, I know there is a hydration of funds like in the realm of the physical monetary system that’s coming at us shortly, (I don’t know exactly when. I’d love some more on that,) but also I’m curious to know what amount of time will we have between the time that the funding comes in and then the first wave of ascension happens like approximately how much time will we have to work with that and start to you know shift the money world out here?

OWS: It is very difficult to answer in terms of a time frame because your time and the Creator’s time are two different things so it is difficult to come to a time frame for you. We could say ‘soon,’ we can say ‘imminent’ but what does that mean to you anymore. You see? So just understand when the galactic pulse comes, when the Event happens everything will at that point be put into motion more and more so you will be moving toward the ascension more and more at that point. Exactly when the first wave of ascension will happen that is unsure yet at this time. That will depend on the consciousness at the time as it continues to move on as to whether or not you will be in that first part of the ascension, the second wave of ascension or whatever it is. We are training you to be in the first wave. This is what is expected here. This is what we are working toward.

So do not be concerned about the money aspect, the financial aspect, as that will all take care of itself. It is all about coming to balance. It is not about becoming a millionaire overnight and going out and buying new cars and new homes and all of these types of things because that is only temporary anyway, because as you move further and further into this you will be introduced to new technology including the replicators and it will make money something that will not even be needed anymore. So all of this is part of the process. So we would say at this point let that go. Okay?

Work on your inner work here. Work on surrendering to the Source within you. This is the work now. This is the work of the warrior to surrender to the God force, the God Source within just as Yeshua did when he said “I and my Father are one.” Okay?

Q: I was not speaking of that money for my purpose although that’s nice and all that I was speaking of that I think that when people are free from like that money gets out in the world and a lot of the people are free from their worry and concern that they have food and they have what they need because we’re getting the money out there, then there’ll be more of an opening for the ascension. So I’m just wondering about that like how much time there’ll be between that for that is what I was trying to get at. I know you don’t know exactly but there will be time?

OWS: Cannot say time frame here but we can say it is all about balance. So as this money is released to the world and the projects can begin that are set up to assist the world in terms of food and water and shelter and all of the survival things that are needed, once survival is taken care of then one can turn to go within just as you have been able to. So this is the process that you’re going through to bring about balance more and more here.

Q: When you are dreaming dreams that (let’s say using me for example) relate back to when I was younger, (as you know my history,) and did things over and over that weren’t maybe what you would deem quite right, when you dream that now and it kind of disturbs you is that part of the way of letting it go or getting rid of one of the dragons?

OWS: That is correct.

Q: I’d like to clarify something as I understand about consciousness and working on ourselves. Number one, there are enough resources in the world to feed everybody. It is not about that. It’s about man’s consciousness holding those resources back from people. It’s not about the money being released, it’s not about any of that. The issue is consciousness holding back those things and being power usurpers. Control. There are many humans that seek to control resources and that’s why it hasn’t been released. So if we work on ourselves and our inner selves and become a vessel of service we become the example for others to release their own anxiety about resources.

OWS: That is correct. Be the change that you want to see in the world.

Q: And that’s why it’s so important to work on our inner selves. Another thing I wanted to mention I was drawing on my own understanding of light. We have a light source in our hot tub where all these colors change all the time under the water and I find that a great comfort so I believe that each person can create their own light chamber and put lights around them that they are drawn to like either fuchsia or blue or green.

OWS: That is correct. Colors and hues of the colors and the intensities of the colors is very important and something that the world is going to move more and more to: the use of color, the use of sound, all of this is going to become part of the new technologies that are coming as well as bringing back the crystals and the use of crystalline energy. This is all coming as well. [But we can all do it right now.] You can within yourself, certainly. Believe it and you will see it.

Q: I was wondering what can we expect through and into August when the total solar eclipse happens and also maybe if you can you give us any insight and an update on the Guardians. (I assume they’re still here.)

OWS: The Guardians yes are certainly here. They have not gone away. They have come to assist in this entire process and as you may have heard before they only come when there are great changes at hand, and this is what is being prepared and ready for. There are massive changes that are coming to this planet, to the people on the planet and the Guardians are here to assist in this process, to see it through just as the many who have been working with the collective here such as Sanat Kumara and Sananda and all of the ones who are here, Archangel Michael certainly, that are here to assist and be of service through this entire process. So the Guardians are here, yes, and they are not going away until they are no longer needed here.

Your August in terms of what you are speaking of here this is another indication of things as they continue to evolve and move along. Planetary changes, constellations, those things which are the eclipses, the solar eclipses, the lunar eclipses, all of these things change the energy, bring new energies here. This is all part of this great process that is in play here. Nothing to be concerned about but it is all part of the plan.

Cannot say directly if something specific will happen in August or in June or in May or anything of this nature. That was done back in your 2012 leading up to the ascension at that time but as you know things were postponed for many different reasons and we are not in the process of giving dates or times anymore here. We can only say that as the collective is changing everything continues to evolve and shift according to the collective consciousness.

Q: To what extent as we’re growing and getting our own sort of wings if you will, to what extent can we be around people that are in their let’s say it this way pain bodies especially those that are close to us, and to what extent do we need to carve a space for ourself where we can sort of guard our own journey if you will or our own sacred space?

OWS: As much as you can you want to surround yourself with those of like mind, like body, like consciousness, as much as you can. But of course there are times you cannot with family with friends and different things of this nature. So when you are say walking into a room and it feels negative to you and it is not something you want to be around, get out. It is that simple. Do not stay there. Do not let others bring your vibration down unless you want to, that is up to you. If you decide you want to stay in that you can do that but know that your vibrations are going to be influenced not necessarily brought down but influenced. And the more you let your vibrations be influenced, the more difficult it will be for you to let go as we have been saying here for some time. So it is very important such as when you come together once a week in this way, it is very important to be around people of like vibrations as you. Even some that are even higher vibrations than you. It is very important. And when you come together in such as an advance where there’s a weekend like this and what just occurred and your vibrations increase even more and you find that they are staying there more, higher for longer periods of time. This is what you are working toward to the point where you can raise your vibration and keep them raised and once you have done that you have ascended.

Q: Understanding that we’re multidimensional, we have parallel lives and so forth, when we cross timelines and we’ve raised our vibrations, I’m curious as to what happens. Does that former life in the former timeline continue or is that what we here on Earth/third dimension call death? Can you expand on that please? In other words, when we cross timelines and we’re living in the new timeline and the higher vibration, what happens to that person in the previous timeline? Does it continue to go on in that timeline or when we cross a timeline does that old person in that old/former timeline dissipate?

OWS: Are you talking about the particular self as you cross timelines and that portion of yourself that was left in the earlier timelines, does that continue on. Is that what you were saying?

Q: Sorta, kinda like, yes.

OWS: Well then sorta, kinda like, we will answer that. As you move across timelines, as you shift … we will talk in terms of not timelines but shifting into higher vibrations, because as you shift into higher vibrations you are then changing your timeline. So this is important.

As you shift and change into the new timeline for yourself, those that are of like vibration are shifting with you as well. So all is shifting together. This is as a collective you are shifting this timeline. Now there are those certainly that are not and will not and it is because of their choice though. What you call the cabal, what you call those who will just not be ready to ascend, will not be ready to go through these processes that you are doing and they will of course be accommodated in other ways. So they will shift into and already are beginning to shift into another timeline here as well. So as Archangel Michael said not too long ago here he said the timelines are splitting apart and this is going to continue on until they completely split. And once they are completely split those who are on the old timeline or the ones that you are not on, they are going to in a sense disappear from your view and your life completely.

We need to release channel here now. No more questions. We are needing to let go here and release James here. We only wish to say that we are continuing to look forward to everything that you are doing as a collective, as a group, and as individuals. That you are working through your own transition, your own personal and inner transition. This is what is occurring now and we are here to assist you just as you are here to assist us. We are all working in this together we are all in this together. And we are all getting ready for this amazing ride that is coming up and that you have already in many cases climbed aboard for. So get ready and fasten those seat belts because things are going to get rough and what(?) … rocky … Rocky road ahead.
