I am Sananda.

It is these times, these moments now, for everything within your universe, and I speak of the universe within you as well as the universe outside of you, but all is coming together. You are integrating all of the different parts of yourselves. As I spoke, not only the bodies that you have, but you are also more and more beginning to integrate those multi-dimensional aspects of yourselves.

Many of you are finding within your dream state a connection to those other parts of yourselves, those other worlds that those parts of you occupy at this time, and the connection that all of you are coming to understand more and more. Because as these energies continue to come in more and more as they ramp up, you are going to become more and more aware of the totality of who you are.

Many of you have come to realize now, or at least are beginning to understand, that you are not the physical body, but you are a spiritual being having a physical experience at this point.

There are many of your brothers and sisters who do not understand that. They think they have a life in this physical body and, when this physical body expires, their life as they know it is over.

But that is certainly not even close to the truth, because we are eternal—eternal within the source of our being, and as we are energy, pure energy, energy at conscious knowing.

And as this energy, we can neither be created, nor destroyed.We have always been, and always will be. The more you come to understand that, the mysteries involved in fully understanding who you are, what you are, what you are here to do, to realize that you are the ones who are here to bring in the lost ones, the lost sheep. You are the ones to herd those sheep in, to bring them back to the fold.We cannot do it without you.

So I, as Sananda, now, as The Shepherd, ask each and every one of you to bring my children back home, to bring all that you can, to do all that you can, to bring the light back into everyone that you come in contact with that is ready, that shows glimmer of awakening within them.

Not those who are not ready, and you will know those who are and those who are not. You cannot push yourselves on anyone, for everyone has free will.

But those who are ready to open up their free will to you, and invite you and ask you questions: those are the ones now to begin to give the answers to, answers that as you understand. And as you do this, those guides that each of them have will come more and more into their understanding, just as the guides came into yours. For that is what this is all about. You reach out to another, just as we reach out to you. And as you reach out to those others, they will then reach out to others further on, and further on, and further on.

So it is time now, my friends, not only for you to awaken from your slumber, but to assist all who you can to awaken from theirs. For this is how consciousness across the planet is going to awaken. It is not going to happen in one fell-swoop, in one overnight sensation. But it is happening gradually over a period of time, over a period of increasing vibration and frequency.

That is where you, each and every one of you, come in as the Warriors of Light to carry Michael’s sword and together to help to sever all those ties and binds that still hold many to this three-dimensional illusion, to this three-dimensional matrix, if you will. And if they carry the sword just as you carry the sword now, then they will break the binds just as you are and have been breaking the binds.

The time is now. Be in the moment. Do all that you can. For the finish line awaits you. Time for you to cross the finish line, and then turn back, those of you who will, and assist those behind to come over the finish line as well. And those who will not, will not. It is as simple as that.

I am Ashtar. It is a pleasure to be with you.

Only briefly now do I have a message. That message is: look to the skies more and more.

Not only those of you who hear and resonate to these words, but many others across the planet will begin to see more and more of the visibility of our ships. Because disclosure is coming to you. But it is not coming from those of the governments. It is coming to the people directly from us.

And it will become so strong that more and more and more people across the planet will recognize once and for all that you are not alone in the universe, that that has been a fallacy, a program that has been instilled within you over a long period of time. That fallacy, that program, is ending now.

And it will be replaced by an understanding that not only are you not alone, but that you are connected to all of the universe, that you are a Galactic civilization becoming, and will be joining this planet and all of you on the planet will be joining the Galactic Federation of Worlds.

For it is up to each and every one of you now, as Sananda has asked, as Archangel Michael has asked, and others, it is up to each and every one of you to reach out to more and more of your brothers and your sisters whenever the opportunity arises and tell them to look up into the skies and see what before they would not have seen. For it is true that those who have eyes to see, shall see. But it is also true that more and more shall have the eyes to see, and the ears to hear as well.

Om, mani, padme, hum;om, mani, padme, hum hum, hum. Greetings to you! One Who Serves here. Shoshanna is standing by as we know it.

We are ready for questions, unless Shoshanna has something she wishes to add here as a beginning message.

Shoshanna (Channeled by JoAnna McConnell): No.

OWS: Nothing? Okay. Then we are ready for questions. Anyone have a question that they wish to ask? You can now unmute your phones. If there are no questions, then we will end this session here. Are there any questions before we do so?

Guest: I have a question, One Who Serves.

OWS: Yes.

Guest: I have noticed that as we go along our paths together, our family of Light, I have noticed what I am interpreting to be an increase in the unity of all of us because as we have our conversations, and we are all on the call together, I can feel when the frequency of the group drops. And I can also feel when it rises up as well.

My question to you is, because I know that we are all here in this physical reality, living within this illusion of separation, and we are still releasing those ties or the chains that are binding us to 3-D, we have these remnant things like irritation and things that our ego has an attachment to. I can feel when one of us drops back into the ego and feels irritation or feels like challenged, or something like that. I am noticing more and more that when our group is losing the high frequency, it becomes really evident.

My question to you is: (A) what other things can we do to be aware of that and to halt us all and to stay in those higher frequencies, and (B) the other part of the question is, how do you guys, because you are up in the higher frequencies, are you feeling everyone’s resonance or feeling the frequency of all the beings on the ships like in that unity consciousness, are you able to feel when somebody’s frequency has dropped, or does it not exist in that dimension?

OWS: We are certainly able to feel the frequency drop, as you are saying, and this is largely the reason why as to at this point you have not had the direct contact with those of us as well as those of us what you call the Ascended Masters, the Company of Heaven, as well as those of the Galactics and the Agarthans. They cannot be, we cannot be with you directly in a term of a physical form until those emotions, those lower frequency vibrations have been raised more significantly over a period of time. This is why this has not yet happened. So yes, we can certainly feel this.

But we also must tell you that since we practice neutrality, we do not have a sense of any connection to those lowering of the frequencies, you see? It does not affect us unless we allow it to affect us. And, we will not allow it to affect us because we remain neutral, you see? Do you understand this?

Guest: My understanding is that if we remain in the neutrality, then we are not attaching a “this is good” or “this is bad,”or “this is wrong” and “this is right.” Within the illusion, is it correct that there is no bad and good, and there is no wrong and right? And that is how you remain in this neutrality where you can just be the observer of all the experiences?

OWS: Within the illusion, as you are saying, within the matrix, there is right and wrong. You have it there. You have created it there.It is part of duality. As you leave the illusion and this 3-D matrix, you move out of the sense of duality, therefore the right and wrong becomes nonexistent because you are more in the neutral state more and more of the time. You see? Do you understand this?

Guest: Yes I do. Then that leads me to the next question which is: we have heard about the wars that are occurring in some of these other worlds and other civilizations and within the galaxy, so if there are wars happening, does that mean that there is not neutrality?

OWS: All of creation is not neutrality. There are many 3-D worlds out there, more than you can even begin to imagine, Earth, Gaia, herself, just being one of them, here. But there are also many higher-level consciousness beings, soul planets, galaxies, and all of these that are much more in terms of neutrality and love expressed here. So, there is all of this. It is all a part of creation, because there is free will in this universe. And free will creates exactly that:those to have free will and choose in a duality setting such as has happened here.

Shoshanna, do you wish to add here?

Shoshanna: We wish to share our perspective with this Sister.May we share?

Guest: Yes please.

Shoshanna: One who has a heightened sense of awareness, as you do, as you say you can feel the discordant energies or the lower frequencies as opposed to the higher frequencies. We would ask you this, Dear Sister: what is it that you wish to do with these frequencies. What is it that you wish to do personally as you feel those energies?

Guest: My individual soul person here wishes to transmute those energies and surround them with love, unconditional love. I merely observe it. I know that all of us are working on the ego attachments and things like that. So I send love and light to all. But that’s really it. I just observe it.

Shoshanna: We would say that this is your experience that you wish to have. You wish to have the experience of knowing that you, as a conscious-knowing aware being, can raise the energy and transmute the energy and surround the energy, surround that discordant energy with love and light to transmute it to increase the frequency. This is what you have requested of this experience, that you learn to do consistently. And, as your experience dictates and your agreements dictate, you will run into those experiences that create that for you that you could practice that. Does that make sense?

Guest: Yes it does.

Shoshanna: And that is all it is. So in the process of learning to transmute the energy effectively and raise the frequency effectively, you have met your mission. That is all we have for you, Dear Sister. Namaste.

Guest:Thank you, my Sister. Namaste.

OWS: We would say further that it is important for you to be the observer, but not be involved in the observation. Do not become involved in it. Just observe, be neutral, let it be what it is. Have no emotion about it. Or if there is some emotion, attempt to bring it into a neutrality state as much as you can. The more that you can move into a neutrality state—now that is not to say that you will become a robot and have no emotions or anything of this nature, please understand that.

We are not robots. We have emotions. But we learned to control them to the point where they cannot be detrimental or harmful to anyone else, including ourselves. Okay?

Guest: Yes, thank you. That is very clarifying for me. Thank you.

OWS: Yes. Would there be other questions, here? That was a wonderful question, by the way. Are there any other questions?

Guest: Yes.Hello Dear Brother. On the same kind of a topic, I am thinking about Jesus with the turning over the tables in the temple, you know,the money-lending tables. I think this has caused a lot of confusion among us, and I am not sure if this was an incident that actually happened, or an incident that was planted, or if there is something we are missing .

I am also taking it personally to my life. For instance, when I was teaching a group of students for two days last week and by about Day Two of watching this entire class sort of ostracizing one of their classmates. Being my normal kind of self of trying to address it in a way that is of love and light and whatever, finally on Day Two, I literally went right up to this girl and said “you are not going to publicly humiliate this person in front of this class, that is the end of this, this is done.” Then I also said a similar thing to the other folks that tried to chime in. I said “you are all going to stop it now.” So I am not quite sure.

To me, that is kind of like, yeah, I know that is not like this great love and light energy flowing out of me, but on the other hand it is a little bit like the money lenders and the turning over of the tables, because I finally got their attention and had it stop, at least for that time period. Can you shed more light on that whole question of that kind of an energy, or where that belongs or doesn’t belong?

OWS: First of all, we would say that the understanding of what occurred at that time those 2000-plus years ago is not quite accurate in all respects. Some respects yes, but much of it was taken out of proportion and added to, to bring about the necessary control that they wanted to have at that time to show that he could get angry, and all of this.

But you also must understand that he was a man, just as you are a man, a woman, and had emotions, had feelings, had experiences, and it was not always in a term of neutrality, but mostly was able to control his emotions, and all of this. So there were those moments.

And what you would call that particular moment that you speak of would be considered such as ‘righteous anger’ in that respect. And not that it is right or wrong, it just is.

And for you to look at your own situation, as you have said here, and whether it is right or wrong to show anger, you do not need to show anger in terms of having a reaction, but in terms of having a response, a response that is necessary in the moment to bring about the desired result that you are looking for. So there does not need to be anger to go along with it, just the response that is necessary to bring that result. Okay? Shoshanna?

Shoshanna: Yes, we wish to share. Our Dear Sister, may we share our perspective with you?

Guest: Absolutely. What we find is that your great compassion and your great love of humanity showed itself in that moment, that it was with great love, with great compassion, with great understanding, that you took a stand, that you said, “no more of this, you may not do this to another.” And that is what conscious aware individuals do when they see this.

You must in that setting be the leader.Be the one who controls. Be the one who shows what is appropriate, as these children who do those things have lost their way. They have lost their understanding of humanity, and you must stand up and say what you need to say. And we find it that you say this with great passion and great love for these students. Namaste.

Guest: Thank you, thank you. That really, really clarified it from both of you. I appreciate it.

OWS: Very good.Would there be any other questions, here?

Guest: Yes, I have one question. Both through dreaming and meditation, I have seen myself standing over concentric circles which usually change colors. And around me there are plenty of light beings. But I want to understand what does it mean or what am I doing there. Could you please enlighten me a little?

OWS: First of all, in order for you to reach enlightenment here, it would not come from us.It would come from within you. So what is your understanding of what was in this dream state?

Guest: Well yesterday, with the group that I attend every other week, we were working with the planetary logos. It made a lot of sense because we were integrating the energies from the Mahatma and the other logos, so I felt like I was standing there with all of them. And I could also see the Archangels there lighting each of their tunnels.I don’t know if I was working with the same energy previously through yesterday’s moments.To my understanding of these, is that their exercise, the activity that we were performing yesterday in the group that I attend, which was with the Mahatma energies and the planetary logos, I have been working with that previously to yesterday?Is that so?

OWS: Are you speaking in terms of the energies, have you been working with them? Is that what you are asking?

Guest: Yes. If I have been working to integrate those energies together with others, and that is why I have seen these previously?

OWS: Yes. Now we understand. And, as we often do, we take one’s individual experience and relate it to the whole.

And we would say here that not only are you working with these energies, as you are seeing them in your dream state, meditation state, but many of you, if not all of you, are also working with these energies in many different ways.

Some come in as physical energies that you would be feeling. Others you are experiencing within those dream and meditative states, and sometimes in your waking state as well. And you are experiencing these energies in many, many different ways, and will continue to do so. And they will manifest to you in also many different experiences and different ways of interpreting and feeling them as they happen, here.

Shoshanna, anything to add?

Shoshanna: We would like to share our perspective with you by asking a question of you. May we ask?

Guest: Yes please.

Shoshanna: Do you, in any way, doubt that you are having these experiences?

Guest: I don’t doubt them, but I sometimes don’t quite understand them clearly. It is just that I cannot recall the whole thing, just parts of it, so it is a little confusing.

Shoshanna: There is part of you, Dear Sister, that recalls all, that knows all, that is clear about everything that you are doing.It is the mind, it is the brain, that has a little bit of fog.

So what we would ask is that you trust that there is part of you that is completely aware and completely in tune with what is happening. And, that as you work with higher frequencies, they integrate fully within your body, within your soul, within your mind, within your spirit, and raise you up to have those experiences that you are having. And trust that that is perfection. That is exactly what you should be–(there are no ‘shoulds’)–that is exactly what would benefit you in experiencing those things. The important thing here is to trust that all is being integrated, and it is not relevant that you remember everything. Does this make sense?

Guest: Lots of sense. Yes. Thank you.

Shoshanna: Namaste.

Guest: Namaste.

OWS: Very good. Are there any other questions here, now?

Guest: I have a question. I want to ask about our other selves and what influence they have on me, and what influence I can have on them. Can you explain this?

OWS: You are saying your higher self, did you say?

Guest: No, my other selves.

OWS: Other selves .Your multi-dimensional selves?

Guest: How do they influence me, yes, and how can I influence them?

OWS: You have to understand that your higher self puts down (for lack of better wording, here) many different parts of itself into many different personalities and many different situations, and even in many different worlds. And all of those parts are making up the whole, here, in terms of all of the experiences that are occurring are making up the full totality of who the higher self is and is becoming. So everything is affecting everything.

Every one of your multi-dimensional selves are affecting you, and you are affecting every one of your multi-dimensional selves, which in terms affects your higher self, which in term affects the higher self of that higher self, and so on, and so on, all the way up to the monad.So everything is affecting everything. Does this answer your question?

Guest: Yes, thank you.

Shoshanna, do you have anything to add to that?

Shoshanna: We would say, Dear Brother, if we could share our perspective with you, may we?

Guest: Yes please.

Shoshanna: This is very much along the idea of co-creating.When you are co-creating, it is not just with your fellow human beings that you see and hear and touch and feel, it is with all your selves you are co-creating. The idea here is in each moment to work on becoming conscious of everything and aware of everything as much as you can, as you live a life of awareness, of compassion, of love as understanding, of gentleness, of giving, of generosity. You change and affect all of the other selves that you are in a beneficial way.

When we are angry, frustrated, upset, creating pain for others, we are creating that for our other selves as well. So it is important to know that in everything that we do in this moment,is,as One Who Serves said, affecting all things and all other selves. Namaste.

OWS: Very good. Are there any other questions, here?

Guest: I have a question.

OWS: Yes.

Guest: One Who Serves, what you were speaking of with the other aspects of ourselves, do our other aspects of ourselves, including our twin flame, do they all have a different higher self than we do individually?

OWS: What we can tell you is not exactly as you are saying it here.You have to understand that at one time there were… How do we say this here to help understand at the three-dimensional level?

At one time there was Creator. And Creator put down portions of itself. And those portions ofitself then put down other portions, and so on, and so on, and so on. All of you trace back to those original portions of self that were put down by Creator, you see?

You are all a part of that. Each and every one of you, your personalities that you are now, are connected to many of the personalities all around you, not only here on this planet, but in many other worlds as well, including your twin flame, which is a part of you, but is also a part of Creator, you see? All of it traces back to the original one. This is why we say always at the end of our messages here, “be the one.” That is to be and to know that you arethe one, and have always been the one. Okay?

Guest: Very well. Thank you.

OWS: Shoshanna wishes to add some clarification here, maybe do better here than we did.

Shoshanna: Well, no. We would add that each as an individual is having the experience of beingthe one. That is what we have to add.

OWS: Yes. And we wish to add–the James is saying “no, no, don’t want you to do this,” but we need to do this because it is important here.

The James had a dream last night. He has not shared it yet. But it was very similar to what is being discussed here in terms of he was able to move freely between worlds. He was able to leave this particular illusionary world and move through a portal, you might say, into a parallel world. And in that parallel world, all of the beings that were there were aware of the parallel world that he came from. In fact, they moved freely back and forth between the two.

But only the James, here, in terms of his dream, was able to go into their world. So they could move freely in back and forth.

And there were many different aspects of beings that were there: some human, some not human. And many that were not human would show themselves as human as they would come into this world here, you see.

So what we are saying here is all is connected, all is a part of the whole. And this is what this dream was representing, here, in terms of all of you are going to come to a point where you will be able to freely move between worlds as well and to be able to connect with those other parts of yourselves. They will not necessarily look exactly like you do. They may be completely different. But they will be a part of you. Okay?

Shoshanna, anything to add here?

Shoshanna: This is just a difficult idea to understand when in this planet on this 3-D realm we are taught individuality. We are taught we are different, we are not part of one. That program is running for all.

And that is a difficult thing because the truth is, as you have stated, we are all one. We areall the same, having an individual experience of the oneness. So if we could just understand that we are all one, having an individual experience of that oneness, maybe that would help sort this out. Namaste.

OWS: Very good. Would there be any other questions here now, before we release channel?

Shoshanna: We hear one more.

Guest: I have one more, (laughs) if it’s ok?

Shoshanna: Yes.

OWS: Yes.

Guest: In a chat conversation this morning with another group I’m with, two different individuals had conversed back and forth (I missed that part). But one of them responded to the other one and said, “You are an Ascended Master, my dear.” My question is, do we have Ascended Masters in embodiment right now on planet Earth?

OWS: In terms of your multi-dimensional selves, most definitely. There are many parts of your selves that are ascended. Now we would add to this, though, that even your self, you have been ascended before, not as your personality in this life, but in the totality of the being that you are, you have ascended previously. Some of you many, many times over. You have been there, done that many times. And this particular ascension process is another one that you aregoing through. But this one, as you know it, is different than any of the others previously.

But what is happening here on this planet has never happened before. And this is why it is so difficult for those of us to tell you exactly how this is all going to transpire, because we don’t know ourselves. And just know that it is happening, and going to happen, but that it has never occurred in this respect before.

For when ascension happens in normal cases (this is certainly not a normal case), but when it has happened before, the ones that are in the physical body leave that physical body. The physical body expires, and that one then is a consciousness and moves on into an ascended state.

This time, as you are coming more and more to understand it, not only is the planet herself going through the ascension, but is taking many of you, cannot say all of you, but many, many of you through this ascension process, taking your physical bodies along with you. Okay?

Shoshanna, anything to add here?

Shoshanna: We would add our perspective. Dear Sister, may we share with you?

Guest: Yes.

Shoshanna: We feel that it is important to be cautious here. That another cannot point outto another that they are an Ascended Master. This is not how that works. So I would say to be cautious of that. That person may very well be an Ascended Master and, if they were, they would not be in a chat room wondering about it. If that makes sense. Namaste.

Guest: Yes, of course. Namaste.

OWS: Yes. Anyone who is an Ascended Master, as you are saying here, on this planet will not tell you that they are. Okay?

Guest: (Laughs) Very good. Thank you.

OWS: Yes.

Shoshanna: We would just say in closing, (and thank you!), that once again we are so proud of this group of individuals who have come together as a collective to raise the vibration of the planet, to raise the frequency of all who would participate on this phone call and participate in this group, and bring that message to the world, and bring that message to all that we are all one, and we are all cooperating asthe one.

19.07.07 – The Christ Grid Has Been Reactivated

I am your Saint Germain.

I asked this one if I could come at this time to be with you because of this time that you are in now, this time that you are approaching.

We spoke of The Event earlier in your discussion and what The Event is, and what would happen after, and what has kept it from happening up to this point. But the truth is, my friends, that The Event is already in process of happening. True, it has not developed completely as you would be expecting it, but it is in process. It is the same as your ascension is in process. You have been working toward this culmination of all things coming together at once.

All the many events that have been spoken of are in process. All of the waves of energy that have been coming in are bringing you to the point where you will be able to fully withstand the great energy that will come from the universal central sun, from Source itself. And that energy is coming to the planet now. How long it takes depends on consciousness of man, the collective consciousness of man.

And yes, it is true, as the ones that are considered still of the dark forces, once they have been taken out of the picture, let us say, once they are no longer able to affect the changes, then The Changeover can fully happen. So you are in process now of that occurring. Everything that you have been doing is leading up to those moments when the full Changeover can occur.

For it is true that Source, Prime Creator, has said “enough is enough.” And once those words, that sentiment, was uttered, then everything went into motion. All of those of the Galactics went into motion planning their projects, their many different projects, organizing their delegations that will be introduced to the planet that are being introduced now to many of you in this group and in other groups as well.

And as KaRa has spoken to you, this particular group is being prepared for these contacts. We cannot go into too much information at this time about that, but know that it is all in process.

And yes, there are still many things happening behind the scenes yet. Many things that even for those of you that have eyes to see cannot yet see. But it is coming. And those revealings of the truths are coming.

Your Republic, the New Republic, or the Old Republic, however you wish to look at it, is coming. It is coming closer and closer to announcement. It has been held off several times now, but it will be brought through. Just as many other new revelations will be brought forward. The truth is out there, and the truth shall be revealed, for it MUST be revealed.

The dark forces cannot hold it back much longer, even though they continue to try, even though they continue to think they are holding onto control over the planet. But yet even they are realizing that they are slowly relinquishing that control. Still many yet refuse to let go. But they do not have a choice in the matter much longer.

So know, each of you, each of you that have been planning, preparing, not for days or months, or even years, not even for centuries, but for thousands of years you have been building toward this as a collective group where old souls have truly come together again as you know of as the 144,000.

But it is more than just the 144,000 now. It is in the millions and millions of Light-workers and Warriors that are working to bring this entire Changeover into fruition to bring the final crescendo, the culmination of all that you have been building toward. This is your legacy, my friends, by Brothers and Sisters. The legacy that you have been building and building and building, and moving toward. All of that is nearly to an end.

As Sananda has said many times, the finish line is right there in front of you. All you need to do is get that last bit of strength. Feel that adrenaline coming into you in those last moments as you near the finish line. And then you can cross the finish line.

And once you do, as it has been said, many of you, because of who you are, because of the legacy that you carry, will turn around and go back across the finish line and help those that are struggling behind, those that are near the finish line. They will be the second wave. You will help them across if you choose to do so. Then those will turn around and help the third wave as well.

Yes, there will be those who will chose not to ascend, and that is their choice, and it is completely without judgment of any kind from us or Source. No one judges you other than you judging yourself. Always remember that. No one can judge you but you.

Om, mani, padme, hum; om, mani, padme, hum, hum, hum. Greetings to you! One Who Serves here to be with you. No Shoshanna, Dear Shoshanna, with us today. But we will muddle through and do what we can do answer your questions. If there are any questions.

Before we do so, though, we have short message for you, and that message is to keep on keeping on. Keep going, even though you feel at times like you want to just roll up into a ball and go fast asleep and never wake up again. We know that you have those feelings sometimes, and we understand this. This would be normal for you to have. But keep muddling through. Keep fighting for that finish line. It is there in reach, you just need to keep going. Get that adrenaline flowing that Saint Germain said. Get it going for one last push.

And the next thing you will know, you will be across the finish line. You will have made it. And you will look back on all of the lifetimes that you have gone through and you will say it was worth it, it was all worth it because I have arrived now, WE have arrived now. We have made it. It is done!

Do you have questions here, now, for One Who Serves?

Guest: Yes, One Who Serves. We have one through the email, and he asked will the Draco and the Archons and others like them who are damaging the earth be regenerated at the galactic central sun at the time of the event?

OWS: The answer is yes and no. The answer no is because they have already been so. Many have already been taken off planet, you would say, here, away from the interference that they have been able to continue to hold on the planet, here, and they can no longer do that because they have been removed from the picture, we would say here.

Those that are in the fourth dimension and those that are on the planet in third dimension, many of them have been taken away. They have been offered the light and if they refused the light, which some of them did, not all, but some of them did, that is their choice. And has been said many times, they can either be turned to the light or be consumed by the light. And in this case, they were consumed by the light, regenerated at the galactic central sun, as you are saying, here, and that is correct.

There are those that continue to remain here on the planet, both physically and nonphysically, and those are also being attended to, we will say. And the ones that are physical here, most have realized now that they have reached the end of their rule, here. They will no longer be able to be in control. They have understood that.

Some are still stubborn and continue to hold on and hold on, thinking that at the last minute they will be rescued, but this is not going to happen. There is going to be no rescue. There is going to be no recompense for them. They will be either taken off planet or meant to be in some ways turned over to the planet, turned over to the collective consciousness of the planet, and will receive their just rewards as a result of that. But some of this yet has not yet been determined as to exactly how this will go.

But understand that those that have been in control for so long a period of time are no longer in control. Okay?

Guest: I have a question, One Who Serves. Hello. James mentioned earlier today that he heard that President Trump was going to announce that John Kennedy, Jr. was actually live and was going to show … (recording interrupted)

OWS: Now you are wondering, to understand here, if the John F. Kennedy, Jr. is alive and if he is part of the announcement with President Trump, the announcements that are yet coming, is this correct? Is this what you are asking?

Guest: Yes it is.

OWS: We would love to be able to answer this question, but we are not allowed to directly. We can say that there is much behind the scenes that you are not aware of as of yet. But there is much inkling, many hints that are coming forward in many respects. The truth is coming out, and it is being leaked out little by little, and sometimes even more than that. And it cannot be held back. And theses types of things which you are understanding have some accuracy to them, that is correct.

We cannot say directly, though, if this one is still with you here, but we can say that there are going to be some quite large surprises that are coming forward. As you have heard us saying many times, we do not want to ruin the surprise for you. So if we say one way or the other, then there is no more surprise, you see?

So just sit back, relax, keep those seatbelts fastened, get ready to watch the show, bring the popcorn out. Because the movie is really getting underway, here. Okay?

Guest: Yes, One Who Serves. Well, the other part of that question that I thought was going to get asked was, was there some kind of a big disclosure supposed to happen on the 4^th of July, but did it get foiled?

OWS: That we can say the answer is affirmative. There is a yes to that. There was going to be a different announcement than what came out, and that was curtailed for various reasons. We cannot go into the reasons or into the timing here, but know that there were plans, and those plans will still come forward, here. Okay?

Guest: Okay. And can I ask a question too? That was part of hers, I thought, but can I also ask another question, would that be okay?

OWS: Yes.

Guest: Okay. It came out somewhere that Brad Pitt, one of our movie stars, had outed the Hollywood pedophilia ring. Is this true, and is this going to be one of the dominos that fall.

OWS: We will not say it is one of the dominos, but yes, it is true. Sadly, there is truth to much of this. Ones that many across the planet look up to as role models and such will turn out to be not such great role models. That is all we can say, and certainly we cannot offer names here or anything of this nature. But there is much truth that there is some very dark underpinnings behind your entire Hollywood scene, here, we will say.

Guest: One Who Serves, hi, I have a question.

OWS: Yes?

Guest: I am concerned about the earthquakes that have been happening in California. Somehow I have the feeling that that particular area, I have seen some really mysterious energies underground, and it seems to be like those earthquakes have not been natural, that are man-related somehow. Can you explain something about what is going on, please?

OWS: We can tell you that you are correct in your understanding that much of this is not the earth, it is not a natural occurrence.

Whenever there is to be natural occurrence, those of the Alliance, those of the Galactics, have been doing what they can to hold this off. There will be a crashing of the plates at some time in the future, but it is far into the future, as we are finding it now, where there would be the great catastrophe of the California coast and all of this, but that will be much further after The Changeover occurs, and there will be no need to be concerned at that point because those that are to be affected by this will be easily able to avoid the situation at that time.

As to the moments now and those things that are happening, these are the ‘last gasp,’ we will say, of those of the dark forces that are attempting to create havoc here on the planet. But that which was going to be a great catastrophe was averted by those who were prepared to understand what was occurring and be able to stop it before it did.

This is happening many, many times over and over again across the planet. Those of the Alliance are aware before the cabal can make their moves. And they do much to lessen the effect of what could be. Okay?

Guest: Ah, my goodness, thanks, One Who Serves. I am so full of gratitude for my Galactic friends. Thank you so much.

Guest: I have a question. When you run into a Spiritual Guide or a person in the matrix, how do you know if you will see them again?

OWS: Please explain further. When you see them in the matrix? What are you referring to, here?

Guest: Just like a person, somebody who is a guide who is helping you throughout your travels, throughout your journey.

OWS: You are wondering if you are going to see them after The Changeover? After The Event? After the ascension?

Guest: Yes.

OWS: Most assuredly. Most assuredly you will. Not only will you be seeing your guides and reuniting with your guides and your family from the Galactics and the Agarthans, but you will also be reuniting with those loved ones that passed over in these lifetimes, here. So all of that is ahead. Grand reunion is exactly what it shall be. Much beyond anything that you can imagine, here. Okay.

Guest: Was President Trump going to announce The Republic on the 4^th?

OWS: That is what we also cannot say directly, but as we answered in the previous question, that is all part of the expression that is to come forward at the time or when the vibration (we try not to use ‘time’—we don’t ‘try,’ we don’t use ‘time’ anymore if we can help it here, we attempt to use ‘vibration’), so when the vibration is right for it, then it will occur, and many announcements along with this as well. Much is planned.

OWS: Yes. Any further questions?

Guest: I have one more question. Can you give us some ways in which we can take care of our bodies to help us go through the high energy vibration that we are feeling? Not to feel dizzy, or have headaches, or feel so tired? Is there some other way to help ourselves?

OWS: My goodness, Dear Sister. That is what we have been doing for many years, here, working with this group here on these Sunday calls. Doing this, maybe without you even knowing it was happening. Whenever you do these meditations, you are working with this. You are working to acclimate to the energies, working to be able to take the energies that are coming in and understand what they are first of all, because then that takes the fear away.

You see, if you start feeling dizziness, if you start feeling your heart palpitating, and things like that, in the past you would have had fear and think, “oh, my goodness, I’m having a heart attack.” But now the fear is being taken away because you are realizing, “oh, this is just an ascension symptom; oh, this is just a wave of energy that is coming in and it is stronger, but I can handle it now.”

This just occurred with The James. And he had that exact thought process go through. “Oh, what is this now, am I getting ill, or is this something to do with my heart,” or something like this. And then he said, “No, it is not, it is the energies that are coming in; it is simply the energies are getting stronger, and I will withstand it.” That is exactly what occurred and what happened, and shortly after that it was all gone.

So that is what we would say to you: have no fear in the matter, here. Fear will bring these things on even more so. Be in love. Be in joy. Be happy. Feel the blissfulness within you rather than the depression, rather than those types of things. Go out in nature, certainly. That is always the cure for most everything here as far as these ascension symptoms go. Go out into nature. If you feel this coming over, go out in the sun. Feel the sun hitting you. Go out in nature and see the trees. See the beauty in the trees and the plants.

See the color, as it is changing now, because your third eye is opening. Have you all noticed that, by the way? Have you noticed the changing of the colors that are in nature now? The vividness, the brightness? Because you are moving into a higher dimension, here. And as the higher dimension continues to develop here, you will see much, much more vivid colors than you have ever seen before.

We hope this answers your question somewhat. We have been working with this in various ways to get you ready for all of this. Okay?

Guest: I have a quick question. What does it mean if you don’t feel ascension symptoms?

OWS: What does it mean if you do not feel them?

Guest: Yeah. Does that mean the energies aren’t affecting you, or they are not entering within you? Yeah, I am not sure what that means.

OWS: We would say that it is correct. If you are not feeling ascension symptoms, and these waves of energy are coming in and you are not feeling them, then you are pretty much on your way, here. That is nothing to be concerned about. Just because you are not feeling dizzy, or feeling heart palpitations, or feeling stomach aches, or any of these types of things, then rejoice that you are moving along and not having to be concerned about this. Because these waves are coming in, and they are affecting everyone across the planet in various waves, or various ways, here, various waves too, but yes, various ways.

Guest: Okay. One thing though, if you had a prior pre-existing condition, let’s say, for a long time, and it seems worse as these last years have gone by, could the energies that are entering make that seem like it is getting worse, I am would that be an ascension symptom?

OWS: You are speaking of your back issue, correct?

Guest: Yes.

OWS: Yes. And your back issue, as we have given many times to you before, will not go away until you are ready for it to go away. In other words, we know you want it to go away, but you have not let go of the patterns that have brought it on for you. And we have spoken to you of this before. Those patterns hold on, and hold on, and hold on. You need to let go of that. And the more that you focus on that these pains are there, they will continue to be there.

Now we know that is easier said than done. We can hear that in your thinking. “Oh yeah, you can say that, sure, you can say that because you don’t have the pains in the back.” But we can say that it will be alleviated as you continue to move into the higher vibrations. Because in those higher vibrations, higher dimensional frequencies, you cannot have these pains anymore. So focus. Focus, focus, focus on being in nature as much as you can, and this will help over a period of time to alleviate and even eventually eliminate all of this. Okay?

We are going to release but, before we do, we just ask you to be ready. Continue to be ready. We know we have said this before, and you say, “well yes, One Who Serves,” we are ready, bring it on, bring it on!” But then, when it comes on, it is sometimes too strong for you to handle. So then it is backed off. We are speaking of the energies, now. The waves of energies that are coming in. And they will continue to come in and bombard the planet and all of life here on the planet as this continues on as you move closer and closer to The Event, here, to The Great Changeover, and that is coming.

I am Sananda.

As always, it is a pleasure to be able to be with you to communicate with you in these ways, knowing that in the not-too-far-off future this type of communication will no longer be necessary. For you will receive your own telepathic communication not only from myself, but from all of your guides, all of those that are mentoring to you. All of you are being prepared for these types of communications to be able to assist you to continue to guide you through this ascension process.

And yes, my Dear Friends, it is a process. Your ascension is a process. And you are all going through this process now at this time. There is not a one of you that is on this call, there is not a one of you that would resonate to these words that is not going through the ascension process at this time.

Now the full ascension becomes a different story, because some of you will take longer to go through this process. Others may, upon the snap of a finger, be able to go through the full ascension as the energies continue to rise, as you continue to be able to acclimate and take these energies within you, just as you are all doing now.

You speak of things such as not eating meat anymore, and that that will assure your ascension. That is not in itself what will assure your ascension.

What will assure your ascension is your choice in the matter. You choose whether you want to ascend or whether you want to stay in the three-dimensional realm or in the lower fourth dimension. You choose that. It is not for us to choose. It is for you to choose. And it is based also on the contracts that you came in with how you would want to proceed at these times.

But I can tell you that each and every one of you that are going through this ascension process now, all of you are being able to take these energies within you, these waves of energy that have been coming in and coming in, and coming in, bombarding the earth with these energies. And some of you have a more difficult time of this than others do. But that is understood. That is expected.

But always understand that even we do not know exactly how this is all going to transpire. Because as you have heard many ties from many different sources, this has never been done before in the way that it is happening here, your ascension, and the ascension of a planet at the same time. This has never happened before. So we do not know exactly how this is going to occur within each and every one of you, because each and every one of you are different, and at different levels of the ascension.

But I can tell you that there are three waves of ascension that will be happening. And whether or not you are o the first wave, or the second, or the third will be up to you.

But I can also tell you that this group, and many other groups such as this are being prepared to be in that first wave. Those of you are being prepared to be in the first wave of ascension. So that once you have moved through the ascension and fully completed your own personal ascension, you will then be able to turn around and assist others behind you that are coming in the second wave, and the third wave.

That is what you have come here to do, all of you. All of you, the Lightworkers and Warriors. This is what you have come here to do: to prepare the way. Just as there were many that prepared the way for myself as Yeshua. Many who came before me. Those you know of as the Essenes, the John the Baptist, the Disciples, many of you helped to prepare the way. And I say many of you, because many of you were there in various aspects at those times.

That is why you are here now in this group, because you have been drawn back together again, those of you, the Essenes, those of you, some of you, the Disciples, if not the direct twelve that were around me, then the many more that were also around me. This is you all recapitulating those things which you learned in those times and are relearning at these times now. This is what this is all about.

And I tell you, that as these waves continue to come in, and the celestial events continue to occur as they are and will, all of this is in preparation for the grand event to come. As to the time for that, no one can say. But we can say that because of consciousness, your collective consciousness here on the planet, and all of those that are assisting in this process, both on the planet, in the planet, and above the planet, all that are assisting in the process, are bringing you closer and closer to the grand event, to that time, that moment when all will shift in the blink of an eye. That is what you have all been readying yourselves for.

That is why we have been saying “fasten your seat-belts” because the times ahead could become somewhat rocky. But that is in preparation for those times ahead that will be very calm, very blissful, and in many respects a wonderful experience that we cannot even possibly explain or help you to visualize at this time. We do what we can to assist you in understanding what this may be like. But it is truly beyond your wildest imaginations at this time of what it will actually be.

It is also a wonderful pleasure to be able to be with you, to share with you, to continue to help you experience all of those things that are not only coming, but are here now.

You are in the advent, in the moments before. And yes, you have heard that before from many different sources. Many of us have been telling you this. Because there are those moments when everything is about to turn, and we see this coming. But then, in those last moments before, something occurs to put what you call ‘a monkey wrench’ in the works to stop it from happening.

And those, of course, are those ones that still continue to hold the dark forces within them, still continue to remain in the shadows as much as they can. But they cannot remain there much longer, for the light has shown upon them. And as the light continues to shine upon them, they come out of the shadows. And as they come out of the shadows, mankind becomes aware more and more of them and what they have been doing to the planet and to the people, and to all of life here on the planet.

But that is all to change and about to change. Because, as you know, the truth is coming forward here and there, still just in miniscule amounts at times, but picking up steam, you might say. Because this is all about your collective and individual ascension. It is all about the ascension of the planet, and all of those here on and within the planet as well.

And yes, even those within the planet are going through their process of ascension as well. For as one ascends, all ascends, all that choose to, all that are ready to. And it is a choice for all of you to make. Many of you have already made the choice, or you would not be on this call listening to these words, listening to this guidance we are giving. It is nearly time now for the processes that we have all been working on to move into the next level. And then once that is reached, the next level beyond that, and so on.

Many projects are in the works. You have heard of some of them. We, the Pleiadians, have our projects. The Sirians have theirs that they are working on. The Andromedans, the Antarians, and so on, and so on. We are all working in this together to bring these changes about, to bring life as you know it to an abrupt halt, and for life beyond that to take on an entirely new meaning, an entirely new and higher level of consciousness. And when I say ‘abrupt halt,’ I am speaking of the programming that you have been involved with for so long, and that programming is coming to an end.

Because you cannot move into the higher vibrations, and therefore the higher dimensions, carrying that programming with you, a programming that is in the form of attachments that you have carried lifetime after lifetime, patterns that you have brought into this lifetime. But because of who you are, each and every one of you, being those of the 144,000, being those that continue to work together with the 144,000, all of you, all of you are coming to a point where you will reach the apex, reach the climax to all that you have been working toward. That time is upon you now. The truth will come in many respects. It will be revealed in many respects.

Announcements are being prepared at this time to bring some of these truths forward. Many of the things that are happening in the background, and have been for some time, are about to come into the foreground, about to be realized by the collective consciousness, by the public, by all of those of you, both the awakened and those that have not yet awakened but will be awakened from their slumber, just as you were.

Look to the skies, for there are many revealings that are coming forward there as well. Many are already happening, but many more yet shall be revealed to those who are ready to see and have the eyes to see, but have that third eye open. Because it is in the higher vibrations that you will witness the beginning events that are coming.

Om, mani, padme, hum; om, mani padme hum, hum, hum. Greetings to you! One Who Serves here. Shoshanna is standing by ready to go, ready to do her thing, and we are ready to do our thing. And you are all ready to do your things too, are you not?

Guest: Yes!

OWS: Yes! There we go, yes you are, you are ready!

You are being prepared; you are being ready. And we know that many of you, most of you are right there in that driver’s seat with your seatbelts fastened just as we have been suggesting to you again and again, and ready for these changes to develop.

But also understand that as these changes develop, you are still here in that three-dimensional realm much of the time, and that is where you will continue to find yourself much of the time as these revealings begin to come forward. And as they do, there may be some stoppages that may occur. Stoppages in your electricity, stoppages in your food deliveries, all of these things could happen. Not saying they will, but they could happen.

This is part of the preparation. This is the part of being prepared for these changes. Prepare for the changes. This is the name of this particular call. And it is important for you to make sure that as these changes develop, that you are ready for them.

It will not hurt to have a little bit of water on the side prepared. It would not hurt to have some food in your cupboards prepared. It would not hurt to have a system ready to go in case there are some stoppages in your electricity, and these types of things. But understand, even if this does occur, that it will only be for a short time. It is just about preparation now, that is all.

Do you have questions now for One Who Serves? We know there are two as we find it from your email that we can help with, and Shoshanna as well.

Guest: I will relate those questions. The first one is: how are the energies that are coming to earth affecting the ascension process?

OWS: Oh my goodness. The energies that have been coming to the earth, ARE coming to the earth, are affecting the ascension process completely. If it were not for these energies, these waves of energies coming in, your ascension process would last a lot longer than it is destined to do at this time.

So understand that the waves of energy, as they continue to come in, are shifting and changing consciousness here on the planet, drastically at times, and the ascension process is in full swing, you might say, full bloom, here. So continue to allow these energies to come into you. Feel them. Know what they are.

They may have some discomfiture with them as they come, and may cause some issues in your bodies, your physical bodies, but this is because your very DNA is being changed, here. Your very cellular structure is being changed, here. So it would have to have some types of issues, what you call ascension symptoms, to come along with this.

And as this continues to happen, you will continue acclimate to these energies more and more as you have been doing. But also understand that as you continue to move up in your vibrations and into the higher dimensional frequencies at times going from third, to fourth and fifth, and back to fourth, and back to third, and back up to fourth and fifth—as this continues to happen, these ascensions symptoms that you have been having will become less and less and less. But if at some point they become too much for you to handle, simply ask for them to be stepped back some and they will be.

But, if you are adventurous and you wish to take this a little bit quicker, then allow for these symptoms to come forth through for you. Allow for these energies, rather, to come into the body and create these ascension symptoms, knowing that they are just temporary and they are having agrand effect on not only your physical body, but your astral and your etheric and your mental, and so on, and so on. All of this is being affected here, okay?

You have answered this eloquently, so we do not wish to add.

OWS: Very good.

Guest: Yes, the email guest asked Part B: What are the big events that are leading up to our galactic family making physical contact with us?

OWS: Very good. We will turn this over to Shoshanna if she wishes to start here.

Shoshanna: We wish to share on this our perspective. That which you call your galactic family has been upon this planet for eons of time making many contacts with many people that are ready to receive the consciousness that those galactic beings wish to share. It is not new. It is not something in the future, as you call the future. It has been occurring for eons of time.

So what you must understand is that if you wish to make contact personally with your galactic family, then you must continue to work on your vibration, work on your frequency, work on your attachments, work on letting go of the 3-D programming traps that are here and exist in this realm and you will create an opening for those that are part of your family to greet you and know you, and vice versa for them to know you and you to know them.

What all must understand is that this is not new. It is only not in your purview, not in your experience because you have not completely become ready for it. Namaste.

OWS: Yes, and we will add here that when those of the Galactics, as you are saying here, when they make personal or physical contact with those here on the planet, you will know it. It is not so much what events are going to accompany this, it is just that it is at that time. You will know it without any question of a doubt that they are here, they are here to be with you, and it will be following those changes that have been spoken of for some time, here, those changes that are necessary to illuminate, we will say, the forces of darkness, to bring that all into the light. That is what is necessary, and that will precede all of those events of contact from those coming from the stars. Okay?

Guest: Greetings. I was wondering if you would talk a minute about the group or the civilization named ‘The Shalania.”

OWS: We are not exactly familiar with what you are speaking of, here. Can you be more specific?

Guest: Yes. Bashar has spoken many times about the first group who were going to contact our civilization. He calls them The Shalania. I was just wondering if that resonated with you.

OWS: Now we understand. We did not know it by this terminology, here. But there are those groups, as you are saying. We are not going to give them names such as this. But there are those groups that will be making the contact. We can also say that there have been groups already that have made contact previously in the years past, here. Those of the Pleiadians especially, and others that have been making contact with certain individuals, certain groups here on the planet for some time now.

But what you speak of is more of a more global contact here that will occur, and this particular group and others, as well, are being prepared in the various delegations that have been spoken of that are being put together and are already together as we find it, and they will be introducing themselves, and largely they will be the ones that will be various human looking to not frighten off those here in the early stages.

You will be accustomed to the various different types of beings of many different sizes and shapes and all of this, similar to your Star Wars cantina, if you remember this, and how you laughed at that and how you thought that that was so much fun, and everything. That is what you will come to as your consciousness raises, and you will look at all of these beings as brothers and sisters, regardless of how they look. Okay?

Shoshanna: The one known as Bashar, who is a being of great wisdom, who is a being that is ancient, who is a being that wishes to serve man, has relationships with groups that they wish to have relationships with that have a common consciousness with that one known as Bashar. So the group that he speaks of are the ones that he most resonates to and would like to bring forth to serve mankind in its ascension process and its higher understanding. If that makes sense to you, Dear Brother. Namaste.

Guest: Oh, for sure. Thank you. For sure.

OWS: And since that concept has come up now, we will share further here. We are receiving from the KaRa that it is okay to do so. And we are saying that KaRa has been introduced to this particular group, and others as well, but mostly to this group at this point because she and those of her delegation are preparing to make contact more fully with this group. So it will be the Pleiadian connection that will be associated directly with this group, Ancient Awakenings.

OWS: Are there other questions, here now?

Guest: Yes. I am curious a little bit more about the blending of the Twin Flames. I know that you have spoken of it when we come together and we become almost really one. Somehow we become one. But then also I remember that Sanat Kumara had spoken of very much missing his Twin Flame and being excited that he could soon go back to her. I guest is it Venus, I believe. So I am curious as to how we are blended as one, but we are also still separate enough that you might miss someone. So can you say a little bit more on that?

OWS: We can. Shoshanna, though, do you want to?

Shoshanna: No, you may.

OWS: Very good. Then we would say here that you are blended as one. But you are also separate as individuals. And this was necessary to gain experience coming from the original separation of self, we will say here, into the two. The one into the two. And always know that even though the one is in the two, the two is also in the one. So remember that. So you are blended as the Twin Flames, as the one of the other.

And that is important to know as you move through this ascension process and, as you fully ascend, you will have that reunion at the time with your Twin Flame if you are ready for it. And we say here specifically, if you are ready for it. Not all will experience this at that time. But all will experience it as you continue to move along in this process, whether it is directly in the ascension here, or when you have moved fully beyond this planet and back home, and wherever your sojourns, wherever your journey may take you, you will at some point connect back with your Twin Flame.

But also know that you have never really been separated from your Twin Flame either. Just as you have not been separated from your Higher Self. Okay?

Shoshanna: There is one part. This is a difficult subject. May we share a perspective that we have with you?

Guest: Definitely. Thank you.

Shoshanna: It is important to understand that the idea of being separate is a third-dimensional and below idea to circumvent the oneness of all things. It is important to understand that nothing is separate. It is important to understand that the higher vibration of an energy of the Twin Flame is accessible when that which wishes to reach the energy has the consciousness to do so. When an individual longs for the idea of reuniting with a Twin Flame energy, it is because the individual still believes in separateness when there is none. It is a matter of attaining the higher frequency to communicate with that energy which is a different frequency than the being is emitting at the time. We hope that this makes sense. Namaste.

OWS: Wonderful. Very well said, and we move on. Are there any other questions, here?

Guest: Yes, One Who Serves. I was thinking about what you said last week about manifesting with the elements, and I was trying to think of how to practically put that in use and maybe create ceremonies and different things, manifest indoor things and outdoor things.

It occurred to me that my own body is an alchemical vessel that is composed of those elements, and that I am constantly taking in air. But then I got a little stymied on the fire part. And then I thought, well, my very cells are like firing. But I didn’t know if that qualified. So then I thought well maybe I could just picture the flame. Anyway, am I on the right track?

OWS: We can help you out here with this in terms of thinking of your chakra system. Your chakras are composed of the elementals and the elements as we have said, here. So your first chakra is earth. Your second chakra is water. Your third chakra is fire. Fire in the solar plexus area, your adrenal glands firing, you see? Your emotions. This is the seat of your emotions, here. The fire there. And then the fourth chakra is air. And on beyond that, we will not need to go there for now.

But just those four: earth, water, fire, and air. And when you utilize those chakra centers and utilize those elements and elementals associated with this, then you will begin to understand the use of magic, here, in this understanding.

Just as you, and we will just give a small hint to you who is asking this question, and this is why you are asking this question, because you had been involved in a previous lifetime as a wizard, a male wizard, and you experienced and worked with these types of things, worked with the elementals, were able to not control them directly, but work along side of them and have them assist you in the processes that you were working with at that time. That is all we can say. If you wish to know more, simply do a past life regression if you wish, or just go to your Higher Self and ask and it will come to you. Okay Does this help here?

Guest: Always, always. You don’t have to ask.

Shoshanna: Yes, we must ask. Let us attempt this now. You are, as you call it, completely on the right track. The body is made up of all the elements, as One Who Serves has indicated. The thing missing that imbues each element is consciousness.

You may use fire as a destroyer, or fire as a builder. You can destroy or build, depending on the consciousness that you give the elements that you are working with and, depending on the consciousness that you use to cocreate with these elements.

We would ask you, what do you wish to create? If you are a gardener, for example, and you love the seed, and you nurture the see, and you water the seed, and you talk to your plants and you love your plants, they will grow. They will become magnificent plants.

There are others that are known to have a black thumb. And that is a thing, because that person that carries that consciousness of the black thumb does not believe that they can create another life form like a plant. So there is a disbelief there.

What we are trying to convey to you is that all humans have been imbued with the creative process and the elements that have been given on this planet are those things in which you create with. So you may create anything you wish to create, and it will take some practice. So choose what you wish to create and practice the consciousness that is required to see that creation to fruition. Does this make sense to you?

Guest: Yes it does. It makes perfect sense to me. Yeah, that is kind of my most driving force right now, is manifestation, and that is what I really, really want to master. So thank you both for the words of wisdom. I have heard before the association with the chakras and the elements, but it hadn’t sunk in, I guess. So thank you for reinforcing that, One Who Serves. Guest: I do have a question, One Who Serves. My question is very, very close to the prior question, because I have been meditating on my life experience becoming one with the water. I am exactly in the same boat as the other in that my concern is mastering the process of manifestation. And then my question was related to the other elements, because I had the previous experience of becoming one with the water. So my question is how to become one with the other elements, and what is the significance of becoming one with the other elements in order to cocreate?

Shoshanna: May we share first?

OWS: Yes, please.

Shoshanna: May we offer our perspective, Sister, to this question?

Guest: Yes, please. Thank you.

Shoshanna: The first thing that we would tell you from our perspective is to take the word ‘becoming’ out of the sequence. You are not becoming one with the water, you are not becoming one with the element, that is a done deal. You ARE one. You are one with the water. You are one with earth. You are one with air. You are one with fire. You are complete. You are one with all things. So, to create with those things, one must acknowledge the oneness that you already possess.

When a human being longs to become something, it is because that being doubts that oneness is there for them. So we would go back to what we just said that the first code of creation is to believe in oneness first and foremost. Namaste.

OWS: Yes. And we would add here, if you wish to manifest, if you wish to create, you need to do so at the higher vibrations, move away from the three-dimensional illusion. Because if you continue to try to create in the three-dimensional illusion, you will continue to have the same results you have had over lifetime after lifetime after lifetime.

Shoshanna: You will create 3-D things.

OWS: Exactly. You will create 3-D things, or you will find that the manifestation process is not as quick as you would like it to be. But if you move into those higher vibrations and stay there more and more, then you will create without needing to know how to create. You see? You are trying to know how to do it instead of letting yourself rememberhow to do it. Do not think about it, just simply do it. That is how you will master the creative process, here, or re-master the creative process, we will say, because you have all done so in the past.

Shoshanna: May we share?

OWS: Yes.

Shoshanna: It is also important to all those listening, because this is a difficult subject, to understand that they must define what they wish to manifest. So if you wish to manifest dollars, you are manifesting in 3-D. If you wish to manifest an experience at the highest level, you must leave the idea of the 3-D money out of the equation and just simply manifest the experience, as the 3-D money will show up because it is of the lower vibration, and the experience is of the higher vibration, so that which will support the experience will show up. So you must understand the sequence that needs to happen. Do not wish for manifesting 3-D things, because that is what you will get, wish to manifest the higher experiences that you wish to have. Does this make sense to you?

Guest: Yes it does. It really does. Thank you.

OWS: We would add here a practical example for all of you: many of you now are wondering, “how can we possibly get ourselves to the Advance, we do not have the money for it, we can’t do it,” those types of things. First of all, as you are saying you can’t do it, or you don’t have the money, then you won’t.

Shoshanna: Because you are creating that.

OWS: You are creating that. It is in the third-dimensional space. Yes. Just as Shoshanna has said. So what you need to do is see yourself at the Advance an the experiences that you can have there, and just visualize that. Hold that visualization there. Crystalize that visualization, and the way will come. That is how it works. That is the creation process.

OWS: Exactly, yes.

Shoshanna: And that is so eloquent—oh, we apologize! We interrupted you!

OWS: No need to apologize, go for it!

Shoshanna: This is so important in what is called for all of you beings, all of you humans, the manifestation process. It is not about manifesting a “thing.” It is about manifesting the experience that you wish to have. So in line with what One Who Serves says, for example, if you wish to have a garden, and you know nothing about gardening, you must visualize the garden. You must visualize it and see it growing and seeding and nurturing, and whatever a garden does for you. Or it could be flowers, you wish to manifest the beauty of a rose. Then in the visualization process, the universe rushes to help you create that. It rushes to you. But within that experience, you must have the longing, the desire, the emotion, the love, to create that.

You see, love is the key to creation. Love is the key to creating beautiful things. You can create out of hate, but it is very low vibration.

So we would say that if you wish to create, manifest, whatever you wish to call it, you must call it forth through your desire and through your visualizations, and then all things will follow. We must also tell you, and this is so common, that when you say “I cannot do this, I cannot do that” that is also the creation process. You are creating that which you say you do not want, yet in your vocalization and in your thought, you are saying what you do not want. So what we must caution all that wish to manifest, that wish to create, to use that visualization process, to use your emotions of love, and to say exactly what you want. Namaste.

OWS: Very good. We are ready for next question if there is one, otherwise we are ready to release channel.

Guest: I have a question. Talking about manifestation, can you tell me the process, if any, to manifest fifth-dimensional work such as actually being able to move my body from one place on the earth to another with teleportation or transportation? And I know I just need to think about it, meditate on it, but can you shed any light on what other things I can try to do?

OWS: It is not something that you can ‘try’ to do. Try it all you want, but we do not think you will have much success in that. But, if youallow for the process, this is all part of the ascension process here, allow for it. If that is something you wish to happen, it will occur, but it will not occur if you are trying and working at doing it, because you do not yet have, we will say, (Shoshanna: the belief) yes, certainly, you do not have the belief that you can do it. When you fully have that belief, then you will create the ability to be able to do that.

But it is also again a part of the process, here. As you continue to remember those things that are coming to you now, and are going to continue to come to you, as to who you are, where you have been before, what you have been, all of these types of things, as this comes back to you, then you will remember how to do these various types of things. And along with your DNA processes reconnecting here, along with your cellular structure becoming more and more crystalized, all of these types of things, your third eye awakening more and more, all of these things lead to develop the abilities, or ‘the gifts of Spirit,’ we will call it, here, that you are speaking about. Okay?

Shoshanna, anything to add?

Shoshanna: We would say that you have explained this very well. And human beings have not gained this skill because of the realm that they are in. The realm is deeply programmed. The realm is deeply programmed, and this skill of bilocation or moving the body across the planet has not been programmed into the consciousness yet. So if that one wishes to program that in, one must deprogram that which prevents that one from doing it.

Guest: In other words, I need to tell myself it’s not impossible.

Shoshanna: You can do that, surely. But if you are having the doubt, then the doubt is what is preventing you from moving forward.

Guest: I know it’s possible. I just don’t know the mechanics of how to do it.

Shoshanna: You do not need to know the mechanics, Dear Sir, you just must believe it.

OWS: And you know it is possible, because you have done it before. That is why you know this. But there is a quandary within you, as we find it, that one part of you is saying, “well I know this is possible, I know we can do this,” but yet the scientific part of you is saying, “that is not possible because it defies the laws of physics. It needs to have a device to create the movement from one place to another.” And that is, as Shoshanna has said, the programming that you have in this three-dimensional illusion is that there always needs to be a device in place to bring this about. Okay?

Shoshanna: Thank you, Dear Brother. We do not have anything specific to add. However, we would say that along with what was given in the last call concerning cocreation, and what has been given in this call concerning cocreation, concerning manifesting, is vital to the human’s creation process. We would say to all (and we had nothing to share, but I guess we do) we would say to all to take those words, listen carefully, and begin to combine that which has been given today and that which has been given in the past call to amp up your empowered ability to create. And we would add here that your idea of manifestation, the topic of manifestation, all of this that has come about as a result of your topic discussions, then this time being the ascension process, which of course includes a great amount of manifestation, and that is what you are being prepared to be able to do as you go through this process.

Again, it is not something that you can force here, but it is something that you can allow to develop and to come to the understanding and the belief that you can manifest.

And that is what this next Advance is going to be all about, is bringing you to a practical understanding of how to manifest.

It is always a pleasure to be with all of you, to be able to share, communicate in this way, this way that will become much more known to you over the short period of times that are ahead in this old paradigm. For the new paradigm has begun.

Even though you may not yet be aware fully of how things have changed and shifted dramatically, we, from our vantage point, can see the changes that are happening. We can see them. But you can feel them. You can sense them. They are happening quite rapidly now.

Certainly, your discussion earlier of ‘Believing is Seeing’ is all about this. Believe that the energies are coming into the planet. Believe that these waves have been coming in. Believe that The Event is and will happen. Believe in your ability to manifest that which you want in your lives. Believe, believe, believe, and you will see over, and over, and over again. And the more that you believe, then the more that you see, the more you will continue to have these experiences as you had been sharing earlier.

For it is all about now manifesting in the higher realms, in the higher vibrations. But in order to do that, in order to bring more immediate manifestations, you need to be in those higher vibrations. You need to feel the life all around you and within you, the consciousness of The One. And as you feel that, as you experience that, as you be that, you will manifest much, much quicker in your lives.

As you are in those higher vibrations, you will manifest those things that you want, not those things that you do not want, not those things that continue to be a development of your programming. Because you have all been programmed over, and over, and over for many lifetimes. But it was purposeful that you did so when you came here originally so that you could be a part of this evolution, so that you could understand this evolution, and be able to, as One, bring this evolution into a higher level of consciousness. And that is what you are all doing.

And as you continue to believe that you can manifest what you want, then you can be in those higher vibrations that we have been speaking of where you can then be in a place literally where you can be contacted by us. For that is what we, the Pleiadians, the Sirians, the Andromedans, the Antarians, etc., etc. all of us have been working to prepare you for. To prepare you, not only for first contact (for that is already in process), but to prepare you for a full contact.

Full contact, meaning that we can be there with you, or you here with us, if that is what you desire. And many of you on this call, many of you in this group, many of you, and many of the other groups across the planet desire this greatly.

Because you are reaching out once again to those that you have left so long ago, those families that you were a part of, and that they are a part of you. I speak now of your multi-dimensional selves as well as all of those that you left behind a long, long time ago. But as time is relative, after the reunions, after the delegations have come to the planet and you have come to the delegations and have actually become a part of those delegations, after all of this, you will be reunited with those families, those ones that are connected so strongly with each and every one of you. That is what is ahead for all of you.

And all of us that are watching over this entire process, some simply watching, some participating at great levels, some even on the surface, there, working together with those of your resistance force, are your Alliance. Many of us are working closely to bring all of these changes about that have been spoken of, all of the many processes that are in the works with your financial processes, your governmental processes, all of those various areas that you have heard of, but that you know only still are happening behind the scenes in the background.

For those who have eyes to see, and ears to hear, the information is there. The truth is there. All you need to do is reach out for that truth and it will be revealed to you. And that truth will be revealed to a great many more across the planet, as it must be so. For the truth cannot be held back for much longer.

And know that you, as the Lightworkers and Warriors, you are the truth. You are the way, truth, the life, and the light. You are that. Bethat now. Be that shining light that reaches out beyond your three-dimensional awareness, reaches out to all of those who are ready to reach back to you, who are clamoring for the light. Even though many of them do not even know what the light is yet, but they shall. For the light will reveal all that was held in the shadows. It is destined. You are destined. You are destined to be that light that reveals the shadows.

Om, mani, ,padme, hum; om, mani padme hum; hum, hum. Greetings to you! One Who Serves here. Shoshanna also standing by ready to go, ready to do our thing, you might say.

We are so ready to continue on with this process of ‘Believing is Seeing.’ It is so important that you continue to move in that direction. Because your whole life, all of your lives, will change as a result of this.

Believe it, and you will see it. Believe it, and you will manifest it. It cannot not be so.

But also remember that you can manifest what you don’t want as well. So work on this. Work on your thoughts and the words that follow your thoughts.

Do not think in your terms of being sick or ill, or having any kind of maladies of any kind. Do not say things as “I am sick and tired of this.” Do not say, “you are driving me crazy.” Do not say these things any longer, or you will manifest that which you believe, which is also part of your programing. It is time to move beyond your programming now and create new programs within your life.

Think of yourselves as computers and the hard drive. The hard drive that you have come into this life with is full of many things that you may not want in your lives. Erase the hard drive and replace it with those manifestations that you do want in your life. It sounds simple, we know, and from your point of view it is not quite so simple to put into action. But, in reality, it is quite simple. You just must believe it, and it will be so.

Guest: Hello One Who Serves. This isn’t a very well-formed question, but the birthing of souls has come to my attention a few times. But I know that some souls are birthed out of the Central Sun, as Alcyone. But then I’ve also heard that some souls are not birthed in that process, they are birthed in another way, and like the Earth human souls maybe had a different birth process. Can you just talk a little about that?

OWS: What you are speaking about is a very vast topic, here, and it cannot be explained in a very short time process, here. But understand that there are billions, trillions, and more of this of souls, and they have many different birth processes, as you are calling it, many different ways that they have manifested over the long, long periods of time, of consciousness, here.

To begin to understand, you have to go all the way back to the beginnings of creation itself and how those original souls were created, and how those original souls then created more souls from them. More experiences that they could each have. And then those souls then created more beyond that, and more and more, until that you have the trillions and trillions of souls that are in existence. And yes, more are created.

Just as you, as an ascended being, when you have created or finished your ascension process, you will also then be able to go through this creation process and put down a portion of yourself, just as Sananda put down a portion of himself as Yeshua, and many others have done as well. And this is somewhat of an answer for your question, although it is much, more involved than this.

Shoshanna, do you wish to add anything, here?

Shoshanna: We do not have any specific information to add. What we are curious about, is why is the question asked?

Guest: Well, I guess what I am interested more is Earth human souls specifically. One Who Serves may have kind-of answered my question when he said that ascended souls could create more souls. But I am wondering, I guess, if nonascended souls could create souls as well.

Shoshanna: Do you wish to create a soul?

Guest: No. I am curious about, I guess it kind of goes back to possibly like the pneumatic human beings, and psychic human beings, and ___ human beings. For instance, our soul group that was birthed out of Halcyon and are, I believe, pneumatic, and then are we walking also around with human beings who somehow have a different birth process, a soul birth process, where they are the psychic race. That’s more of what I am wondering.

Shoshanna: There is a variety, here. There are many skills. There are many gifts that each soul possesses. And each soul can evolve to the point where they possess those gifts. So if you are born with a gift, it is because you have accumulated that gift over eons of time and are presented with that gift to uplift and serve mankind and the universes itself. So it is a very, very complex subject.

What we would say is there is no real preparation or distinction. It is an accumulation of gifts that are learned over eons of time, if that helps.

Guest: Yeah, I do understand that, as far as being as kind of a spiritual advancement type of a situation, I do understand that. Ok, that doesn’t really specifically answer my question about the majority of humanity, I guess.

Shoshanna: We do not answer this because it is not relevant. It is not relevant to your life today. What is more relevant to the human’s life today is to learn to be the creator that they were meant to be, and learn to ascend. That is what is important here.

OWS: Yes. And we would add here that in the ascension process, these types of answers that you are seeking will come as a result of going through your ascension. All things will be added unto you.

OWS: Yes. Hi One Who Serves and Shoshanna. My question is about water. We use water in our meditations. Water sings to us. Our human bodies are made up mostly of water. Can you tell us something that we have not heard about the water collective, and its significance?

OWS: Are you speaking about the consciousness of water as a collective?

Guest: Yes.

OWS: That is something that also will come as a result of your moving into these higher vibrations and experiencing it directly. It is one thing to hear it from us, or to even experience it within your meditation. It is another thing to actually literally go down to the water’s edge and feel the consciousness of the water, experience the water itself, experience the elemental forces within the water, and the resulting consciousness that is there, and is reaching out to you if you are open to it. That, in itself, will explain a great deal to you if you would do it. It does not have to be the ocean. It can be a stream, a river, anything of this nature. But go beyond the three-dimensional awareness of the water, and go into the water itself, the consciousness of the water. And when you do this, you will remember that you have done it many times before in your past lifetimes.

Guest: Yes. I understand it. It just seems like such a significant part of Source, as water, such an important element, and I wonder if it is in other universes. It just seems like there is so much more of it. Yes, I will continue to explore. Thank you so much, and I love you.

Shoshanna: Yes, we have something to add. May we add our perspective, Dear Sister, to this question?

Guest: Yes, yes please.

Shoshanna: Water is the essence of life force. All that feel water feel their own life force dwell in them water. Water reminds them of life force, and reminds them of who they really are as the life force. There is the significance of water.

Water has its own consciousness. But the consciousness of water is life itself, and that is why life develops in water. The baby develops in this medium called water. All things develop inside of water, as water lends life force to that which develops with _____. That is very significant. But what we would tell you is that the consciousness of water in its pure form is magnificent itself. However, humans can lend their consciousness to water which could create something quite different. Humans often do create a negative force within that water because oftheir mindset and their consciousness. If you have a clear, beautiful, spiritual consciousness, you can lend that to the worst of water and it will join with you in uplifting itself to create purity. Does this make sense to you?

I was going there and I was feeling the water. I was supposed to go there and talk to the water. And then when I did that, I just diluted in the water. I don’t remember if I talked to the water or not. I am not very clear, and that is my question. Does it have to do with the creative process? That is my question. Thank you. Or the manifestation process. I am not sure. I just diluted in the water, and …

Shoshanna: Please restate your question, Sister, as it is really unclear as to what information you are seeking. So please restate your question, please.

Guest: When we unify ourselves with the water, can we use the energy of the water to create ourselves?

Shoshanna: Yes, yes. Clearly yes.

OWS: Yes.

Shoshanna: It is done every moment with every creature on the planet.

Guest: Can you elaborate on that and help me understand?

Shoshanna: We will tell you, Dear Sister, to meditate on this, as what we gave in the previous answer to the previous question contains all the information you will need to understand that water’s consciousness is the creative process itself. This is all you need to know. The consciousness of water is the creative process of all things on this planet that are third-dimensional entities.

Guest: Wow. I see.

Guest: So when you use water, it takes upon itself the consciousness of the one using it.

Guest: Oh.

Shoshanna: So it is really important that you are careful with it.

OWS: Think, if you would, also in terms of your experiences, your various movies, all of those things that depict that idea of magic, wizardry, all of those things, and what do they most often utilize? They utilize the forces, the elemental forces: the earth, the wind, the fire, the water. Very important, because they are able to connect with the consciousnesses within those elementals. Much can come as a result of understanding how the elemental forces work with man’s consciousness.

Guest: Yes, I see. Wow.

Shoshanna: So you must know, as all that are listening to this call must have come to this conclusion by now, that you are all wizards.

OWS: Yes.

Guest: Yes, we are! And we can manipulate the forces of the four elements in order to create. Is that my message?

Shoshanna: You do not manipulate them, you create with them.

Guest: Right!

OWS: A co-creative process.

Guest: Wow. By using their consciousness energy, we can create!

Shoshanna: It is a co-creative process. You must meditate on this, Dear Sister, and consume the information that will come to you in your meditation, and use it!

OWS: We would say, here, that your questions have become quite deep over the years, here, from when we originally began this process of answering these questions, to what the questions are being asked these days. Much, much higher in vibration, we would say.

Would there be any other questions here, now?

Guest: Yes. Greetings, One Who Serves. I have a friend who lives at our house. She is being attacked at night by an astral entity. A few nights ago she woke up and a crab-like entity came from the ceiling in the corner and latched onto her hand, and kind of burned her. But she somehow got it off her. It left a literal mark, which I saw. She is wondering what is going on with her, and why is she so vulnerable to these astral attacks. I was just wondering if you would comment. I suggested that she get a reading from you to work it out.

OWS: That is possible, but we would also say here that these types of experiences are, we would say, dwindling over times before. In order words, these types of experiences happened much more greatly in the times past. They are not happening as much now because of moving into the higher vibrations. You see, these types of manifestations, these types of entities, whatever you wish to call them, attachments, they cannot be in the higher vibrations. So if you continue to hold your vibrations high, then these types of things cannot interfere. They cannot come into your experience with you.

But, if one does not have the higher vibrations within them at the time, they are prone to–not possession, we will not speak in terms of possession directly, but in terms of ‘intrusion’ is a better word, here. Intruder can come in and influence that particular person, you see. So that is what can happen if they are not in the highest vibration.

So we would say to one who is having this experience to work harder at being in the higher vibrations more and more often. In other words, be more joyful, be more grateful in your life. Find the beauty all around you. Do not focus on the ugliness around you. Focus on the beauty that is there. It is there if you look for it. That is what we would say here.

Shoshanna?

Shoshanna: Yes, we have something to add, Brother. May we add our perspective to your question?

Guest: Oh absolutely, Shoshanna, absolutely.

Shoshanna: Our Brother, who is a protector, who wishes to protect and to guide all those that come into his path. We would tell you this: this one that you speak of has a fear pattern, and you know of what we speak. She has a fear pattern. And, when a human being has a fear pattern within their conscious mind, they attract things that are fearful. So we would say, added to that which One Who Serves has so eloquently said, that this one must raise her vibration past this fear pattern, examine it, and see that her fear is opening a portal to these intruders. Fear is always the reason that these intruders can intrude. Does this make sense to you?

Guest: Oh absolutely. That was wonderful, yeah. Absolutely. Totally.

Shoshanna: Namaste.

OWS: Any further questions, here?

Guest: Yes, One Who Serves and Shoshanna. We got an email from those who call themselves “The 144,000 Meditation Group.” They were talking about that there was some dark cabal war going on right outside the atmosphere here, and that the Light Forces were fighting with the dark forces. One thing that made me question the whole thing was that they said don’t go out in the sun more than 20 minutes because the cabal has put something into the sunlight, I don’t know what. I’m not quite buying that, but I wanted to get your thought. Is there any problem with us going out in the sun? And how valid is this about this war going on out there in our system?

OWS: Does the term, “poppycock” mean anything to you?

Guest: [Laughter] Yes!

OWS: See, these types of things are examples of those that are attempting to dissuade those of you, the Light Workers and Warriors from reaching out, as KaRa has said, with the light. This is at a time they may think that they are doing the right thing, or that they are of the light themselves, but they are deluded in some ways by what the James has called earlier the ‘glamor stage’ where they believe they have arrived, and they have not arrived. They are attempting to be something that they are not at this point yet.

But whenever you hear someone say “do not go out into the sun because it is bad for you,” yes it would be bad for you if you sat in the hot sun at midday in Phoenix, Arizona in the summer and it was 110 degrees, and you sat there and were there for 20 minutes, a half hour, an hour, that would be quite bad for you. But that is the extreme, here.

It is wonderful for you to be in the sun every single day. Feel the sun’s energy. It does not need to be for long—minutes, five, ten minutes, even more if you can. It is very helpful for you, not only for the vitamin that comes from this, but for the pranic energy that enters the back of your neck as a result of being in the sun’s rays.

The sun is bringing ascension to you—do you understand this? This is why they, the dark forces, have done all they can to keep you from the sun, to keep you from being out in the sun—to put sunscreen on all of you. Because they don’t want the sun’s rays to come in. Because if the sun’s rays come in to your bodies with pranic energy, that is bringing you to your ascension. And they do not want you to ascend. They want to keep the status quo where they can be in control. They do not wantyou to be in control of yourselves. Take your power back and do what you know to do.

This one who has asked this question, you already knew the answer to that. You know that the sun is very helpful for you. Utilize the energies of the sun as exactly what it is meant to be. It is meant to nourish you and take you into the higher vibrational dimensions. Okay?

Shoshanna, anything to add here?

Shoshanna: Did this one wish to add a comment, we hear a comment to be added?

Guest: Well, it gets confusing when it seems like it is a resource that you trust and they say something like that. And then you go, “ok, was I wrong all along to trust that recourse?”
Shoshanna: Dear Sister, may we add our perspective to your question?

Guest: Definitely.

Shoshanna: Here is what we would say: consciousness is vast with many corners, twists, and turns. There are many perspectives among you in this realm, and all perspectives are valid. It is up to you to partake of that perspective as you wish.

If you wish for a higher level of consciousness then we would tell you not to read those things, not to participate in those stories, because in telling the story it creates the reality. So, as this group tells its story of the dark cabal, and the wars, and the fights, and the sun, and the evil, and whatever, they create the story for human beings to follow, and enlarge the story in the process of creation.

You can create anything you would like. What do you wish to create? If you wish to create joy, love, compassion, understanding, light, then you cannot read those stories. Namaste.

OWS: Very good.

Would there be any further questions here, now, before we release channel?

Shoshanna: We hear one.

Guest: I was wondering why President Trump eased up on the GMO regulations. What was that all about? We can’t understand that.

OWS: That is, what you would call, a ‘smoke screen.’ It is not in reality what he is going. He is doing it to assuage the ones who are attempting to control the narrative, here. And he is doing his part to play both sides at times.

But he is very shrewd, this one, because he has the backing, or the overlighting, we will say, of the Saint Germain. And much is happening as a result of this overlighting. So even though it appears at times that this one is moving in a direction that is opposite to what you would think a Lightworker would go in, it is certainly not the case here.

Guest: Alright, thank you.

Shoshanna: We would share that based on the conversation today, believe what you wish to manifest. That includes all the things you read, all the things you hear, all the things that this one did and that one did, and that group did, etc., what your president is doing, what your congress is doing, what the world is doing.

What we would tell you is clearly and completely focus your consciousness on what you wish to have in your life, what you wish to manifest, and that will come true for you, because each individual is a reality unto itself and can create its life in whatever fashion it wishes to create. That is how powerful you all are. Please understand this, that nothing matters except what you believe. Namaste.

I am KaRa. I come to be with you now at this time in these moments. These are the moments that you have been working toward, waiting for, for a very long time.

I want you to think now of a snow-covered mountain. See it in your mind’s eye. A high mountain covered with snow. Something happens to cause a disturbance on that mountain. Snow begins to fall because of that disturbance. It begins to gain momentum, creating an avalanche, rolling, moving down that mountain, taking everything in its path, and gaining more and more momentum as it continues to come down the mountain.

Think of this as an avalanche of truth that is about to begin, a disturbance that I used as an analogy. The level of truth that is coming out that will set all of this in motion will be the disturbance that creates this avalanche of truth. I cannot tell you what that is at this time. Know that it is coming.

It will bring the truth out to so many that have been in the darkness. It will bring more and more people into a more enlightened state of consciousness. Because the truth must be told. The truth will come out. It cannot be stopped. The avalanche of truth cannot be stopped. It is not possible. And as this truth comes out, you will recognize it for what it is. You will recognize it as the disturbance that creates the avalanche, or, the first domino to fall, as an another analogy that has been used before.

Many of you have been waiting for that domino, wondering when it would be. I tell you know, as an emissary of the Pleiadian fleets, and the sister to all of you, my brothers and sisters, I tell you that the wait is almost over. Along with these truths being brought out, as Ashtar said in this last week, other sources have also begun to share, more and more sightings will be had across the planet as the disclosure of our presence is brought to you. As has been said, it is likely to not be the governments that will reveal this.

It is you, the people of the planet, that will do the revealing. And those of you, the Light Warriors, the ones who are preparing and have prepared, not only anchored the light but who share the light wherever they can, you are the ones who are in line for contact with us.

Of course, much of this has been in your contract before you came here.

So it is not a sense of ‘choose me, choose me,’ raising your hand, it is not in that respect that we will contact you. It is in the respect that when you are ready. You have raised your vibrations enough so that we can safely meet with you, not only for our own vibration, but to not overwhelm yours.

You have to understand that higher vibrations coming into a vicinity of low vibration can short out the central nervous system. This is why we, those of us that have been watching over this planet for so long, this is why we have not yet made contact, full contact. Yes, with some here and there. But there are many things that are looked at, that are considered, before these contacts can occur.

This group, and many other groups across the planet, are being prepared in this way so that you will be able to have contact with us, so that your vibrations will be high enough to meet with our vibration.

For remember, it is all about vibration and consciousness. That is what you have to always remember. Everything is vibration and consciousness.

Continue to raise your vibration whenever you can, however you can, and hold that raised vibration as long as you can. And before you know it, not only will all of these truths be revealed, but you will be fully in the process of your own ascension which will include connection to those of those that are ready to connect with you.

Om, mani, padme, hum; om, mani padme hum; hum, hum. Greetings to you!

One Who Serves here to take you on to the next steps. For that is what this is all about, is continuing to bring you along, “to continue to show you the door,” as the James said earlier, and from the movie, “The Matrix.”

We can show you the door, but you are the ones that have to walk through it. That is so important. We have been showing you the door. You have been showing others the door. But it is up to each and every individual to be ready to walk through it. That is so important. You cannot get anybody, make anybody, walk through it if they are not ready for it. But you can open it to anyone. Remember that.

Do you have questions here, for One Who Serves?

This time we do not have Shoshanna with us, but we will move through it anyway, here. Are there any questions?

I know there must be one or two questions about the message that KaRa has given, here. Someone just needs to feel like they can bring those questions up. But anyway, are there any?

Guest: Yes, One Who Serves. This isn’t about KaRa, but last week we were having a conversation, and we thought it would be a good question to ask you. Because I have gotten the understanding from my twin flame about Yeshua, that actually there was a brotherhood that assisted Yeshua in the living of that life by walking into his body and taking certain parts of it, which kind of gave him a rest, or whatever, and my twin flame, as I understand it, was part of that brotherhood. So we were wondering if that was true, and in some ways we wondered if that happened at the end of his life, and also how much does that happen?

OWS: We ask you if you understand the term “overlighting?”

Guest: Somewhat.

OWS: That is what was occurring in those respects. The overlighting. The ones such as Sananda overlighting Yeshua. . Others overlighting Yeshua at various times. This was what was occurring. It was not only just Yeshua—he was a man, you have to understand that, a man just like anyone else. But he had certain knowledge, we will say here. He came in with much of this, but then he learned it as well, just as any boy or girl would go off and learn the secrets, the mysteries. This is what he did. And as he was able to do that, it was able to then connect with those ones at higher vibrations than him at that time. And they were able to come in and overlight him. Just as you hear of various ones such as St. Germain overlighting the president of this country, the Donald Trump. This is also what is occurring at times. You See? So that certainly occurred then, just as it is occurring now.

Guest: Wonderful. Thank you.

OWS: Yes. Would there be other questions here?

Guest: I have a question. It is a very silly question, and it’s a very embarrassing question. Because I fell asleep once again during the meditation and I missed KaRa. Can somebody tell me what her announcement was that I missed please?

OWS: What we can tell you is that there is much coming. What KaRa spoke of is that there is a truth avalanche that is on its way. That was the major part of this. And it will bring so much forward that has been contemplated, considered, all of these things, part of your so-called conspiracy theories that will become known as facts more and more. And this is part of this truth avalanche that is coming forward. Many things that will be shared that have been kept in the shadows for a long time, here, but they will be brought forth. Which will also come to bring about those various technologies that have been hidden away from mankind also in the shadows. This will come to light. All of this is about coming back into the light, bringing the light to the planet, here. And part of the light, here, is the truth being known. This is much of what she spoke of. You can certainly listen or read the transcription at a later time.

Guest: Oh no, I will. I was just so excited to hear it, and then I woke up when you were doing your “om mani… “ and I missed it. Thank you.

One other quick question. I was hearing things about major energy influxes or increases during the next week or so coming. Is there anything about that known?

OWS: That has not been said, but yes there are certainly energy waves that are coming coinciding, we will say, with the time frame here of your Summer Solstice. This is what is part of this, these energies that are coming. They have been spoken of for a while now from different sources. And these energies are going to pick up and pick up and get stronger and stronger because mankind is awakening. That is what you have to know. Do not think in terms of how many are asleep across the planet, but how many have awakened.

Guest: I have a quick question about KaRa when she said all this. My quick question is, you know, I don’t want to doubt anyone who sends messages, but we heard so many messages before, the truth coming out to the public and everything else, but so far we are spreading the light but all that they are saying suppose to happen didn’t happen yet. So my question is how that it can be, but this time it will be for real?

OWS: Because you, as well as others, are continuing to be ensconced within the 3-D matrix. This is what this discussion, here, today, was all about. We gave this suggestion to the one, James, here, that he would bring this up. It is important for you to transcend, to move beyond the 3-D matrix. This is the programming that has been holding you back. If you continue to stay in the 3-D matrix, you will keep the matrix going. So all of you must begin to think in terms of not when these things are coming, but that they are coming. You have to understand, you have to believe that they are coming, the truth is coming out. And we have said times before that at one point all of this will be shown to you, it will become real in your understanding.

You just need to be patient, be neutral–that is very important here, be neutral. Be centered, and be in that eye of the storm and let everything revolve around you, the storm revolve around you, but you be centered within the eye. And be at a point where everything is peaceful and calm, and you do not become emotionally involved in what is coming out. And it is coming.

Guest: I agree and thank you. Just information about it. Thank you. I appreciate it. Love and light to you. Thank you.

OWS: Yes. Are there any other questions here?

Guest: Yes, I have a question, One Who Serves. Just in order to clarify what is being said to us from KaRa and from yourself, if this is what you are talking about. What I see is that my language and my truth has changed dramatically from where I was several years ago, and it just is. And I just know these things to be the truth. So this avalanche of truth that is coming, I can see it manifesting around me, and I can see it manifesting within the 3-D as well, their higher truth. I can see the truth coming more and more and more all around us through media, through movies. Just in the frequency of the people I can see the truth is already coming down that slope. It is a knowing I just know. It is what it is, and is that what you are saying, that we are to be that, and that will be the disclosure is that more and more of us are becoming the truth and living that truth. Is that what you are saying?

OWS: That is correct. Those of you, the Lightworkers, the Warriors, all of you are important, very important in bringing this whole process about. Without you, the ones that have been in the shadows would not be coming out into the light. But they are coming into the light, and everything that they have held back is also coming into the light.

So it is very important for those of your groups such as this to bring that light. Not only to anchor the light, as we have said, but to share the light as much as possible. To share the knowledge to bring all of this forward.

Because without you doing this, again, those ones would continue to stay in the shadows, the programmings would continue, and it would be many thousands of years in your understanding before there could be the ascension.

But that has all changed as a result of you, the ones coming to this planet, coming to this evolution, to bring these changes about. You are the System Busters. So it is time to bust the system wide open. Okay?

Guest: Yes. And I just have one more question about the believing is seeing. Well, it’s like this: As believing is seeing, so I believe what you said when you told us last week look up to the skies. Last night, I just sat outside and looked up at the skies, and I saw two ships fly buy very fast like they were going somewhere. The two ones with me did not see them, but there was no doubt I could see these two ships go by. So seeing is believing as well as believing is seeing. Is that because I was holding a frequency that enabled me to see the ships? Or, are the ships visible to everyone, even on the 3-D plane?

OWS: You’ve heard the saying many times “for those who have eyes to see and ears to hear,” that is what is occurring here. More, though, will be opening their eyes, meaning their third eye, as you have, and will be able to see more and more, and that was Ashtar that said that last week.

It is important for you to begin to open that third eye. This is why in several of the Advances up to this point we have been working with you on doing exactly that: opening your third eye, working with it.

Because it is important more and more to create the understanding that you do have the eyes to see, and that those things that are up there will begin to be revealed more and more. They are there, more people just need to see them. Okay?

Guest: So are you saying that I was looking through my third eye when I saw the ships?

OWS: That is correct.

Guest: Because it appeared like I was just looking through my eyes.

OWS: You were. Your third eye, though, creates the vision that goes beyond your physical eyes. You see? You are seeing with your physical eyes but, with your third eye open, you are seeing beyond what the “normal” (we do not like to use that terminology, but it has to be here), the average or the normal person would not be able to see because they do not have their open third eye. You see? So it would not even be in their perception that it was there. You see?

With the idea that you looked up at that moment, that is what let you know that you are ready as we have been saying, again, prepared and ready, to be able to have their experiences more and more.

Guest: So the other thing I left out was that I literally intended to see the ships. You know, I said “I intend to see the ships.” And then there they are. Is that part of it as well?

OWS: Is that not “believing is seeing?”

Guest: Well, I guess that’s another way of saying it, isn’t it?

OWS: Yes, of course.

Guest: Thank you, One Who Serves. Much love and light to you.

Guest: Now, I have a lot of experiences with the ships in the sky, almost on a nightly basis, always. But I call them forward. And in my prayer while I am doing my invocations, I mentioned the other night that I haven’t seen the Andromedan ships at all, only but once, and said “would love to see you guys again!” in a joking manner as I was acknowledging them.

And low and behold, I went outside and was looking and scanning the sky again, and there came a ship way, way, way up, which is where I saw them last time, way, way up. It just blinked at me. I said, Oh Yes! And started to try to follow it, caught it on video actually, two blinks on my video, and I kept losing it because looking through your phone and the sky at the same time is almost impossible.

But here is my question to you: they are definitely tuned in on us, and hearing our thoughts, and responding to us. Am I correct?

OWS: Absolutely. This is the idea of telepathy and how they are able to communicate, especially with those of their own, hint, hint. So as they are able to communicate with those who are ready for this, then they can be more visible and more real to those who are observing them.

Guest: Very well. Thank you.

Another Guest: Good question. They have been blinking at me also and responding to my thoughts. I keep saying, “Ok guys, just give me a little blink and let me know that you are there.” And I will get a blink here or there in the sky. Does that mean my third eye is open, or they are blinking at me in 3-D?

OWS: We would say a combination of both, but it is not 3-D as you are saying it. It is a higher vibration. You must be in the higher vibration to be able to see them or witness them.

Guest: Ok. Yeah, because they seem to be conversing in some way (laughs). Thank you.

OWS: Yes. Any other questions now, before we release channel?

Then we are ready to do so to release channel. But before we do, we ask you to really take into consideration everything that is being given about not only anchoring the light, but being the light and sharing the light. That is very important, here.

Because you have all moved to the stage now, you as the group now, we are saying, have moved to the stage where it is important for you to not only be knowing of the path, but it is time to walk the path, as was given in the movie “The Matrix.”

18.11.18 – It Only Takes One Domino…

I am Sananda. As always, it is a pleasure to be with you, continue to work with you in these times, as these energies continue to move into the planet and you, those of you who have been working with these energies, and now more and more acclimating to these energies, because these energies, especially since this latest gateway (the 11-11-11 gateway), the energies are now coming in more and more.

To those of you who have been acclimating, you are taking these energies and feeling most of the time wonderful, feeling a sense of highness or a sense of calm within you, and even at times a sense of bliss, feeling like this is indeed heaven here on earth.

Then there are those who are not acclimating to these energies, who are still feeling them, and they are taking them in their bodies and they are wrecking havoc with their central nervous system, causing many different discomfortures in their bodies, many different symptoms that they have not had before: illnesses, sicknesses, all of these things are happening within them because they have not prepared yet, and they do not even know about preparing. But yet, they, these energies, are able to withstand them. They are able to work with them, even not knowing that there are energies coming in.

This is where those of you, the Lightworkers and –warriors, Lightbearers and –sharers: you are the ones who are there to help in these circumstances, in these situations, to help as these fires continue to rage across different parts of the planet. I say now, different parts of the planet, because this is a beginning. What is happening in California will happen in other areas as well until those of the Dark Forces realize once and for all that they have met their end, because they are like cornered animals now, where they are shying away from the light. They are attempting to remain in the darkness because this is all they know at this time, and they seek to do those things which they have always done to attempt to remain in the shadows. But they are realizing now more and more that they cannot do that, that their time is coming. But yet they hold on, they remain stubborn even to the last.

But yet, then there are many who have turned to the light. Many, when given the opportunity have turned, have returned, I should say here, to the light, and they are realizing now that they are a part of the light, that they are a part of the oneness. More and more they are becoming awakened, just as you have awakened.

There are those who still remain stubborn and will continue to do so as it appears now. And no matter of influencing is going to turn them away from their path of darkness. But as their time is coming to an end, they will be removed from the situation once and for all.

Those times are not far off where great announcements are ahead. I speak now of those announcements that have been spoken of previously: they are coming. Yet, all this remains in the background. Much of it has not yet been revealed. But it only takes one more major revealing to begin to bring this about, these many changes that have been spoken, these dominos that have been spoken of fallen. It only takes one to begin to topple all the others. So be patient a little white longer, my friends. For the time is nigh. It is coming upon you quite rapidly now. You will more and more begin to see the revealings of truth coming forward. Because that is the only thing that can happen. Everything else now remains in the past.

It is the time now for your future, your present, and your future. Because your present, as you live every day in the moment, you are creating the present every moment ahead of you, which then creates the future of the new Golden Age of Gaia.

But always know that we are always close by you, whether it is on our ships, or whether it is here, right in your midst, and you do not even yet know that we are here, but we are. It isfor those who have eyes to see and ears to hear as the awakening continues who will become more and more aware of us.

Because that is what you have been acclimating toward, to be able to hold these energies and have them not interfere with your central nervous system as they are doing with many now across the planet, as Sananda has said. Many are being affected by these energies. They are foreign to their physical bodies as they have their physical bodies now.

But your physical bodies, people, are changing. They are rapidly changing. Your DNA is reconnecting all the time, here, as you are continuing to move forward. So this is why, even though you may have certain symptoms yet what you call the “ascension symptoms” and they may still be there, they are lessening. You are going to notice and find that they are lessening and lessening.

And we tell you this, that at the next Advance, just as has been said and has been given to the James, there is going to be healing at that Advance. You are going to experience this fully if you are ready for it, and if you are in a believing state, and if you are in this state that Yeshua will speak of to you at that time. So, this is just a precursor, you might say, a teaser, that you might take with you to be available at that Advance, because it is going to be something else. That is all we can tell you now. I am being told to keep my mouth shut somewhat, here, so we cannot tell any more here. Ok?

Are there questions here for One Who Serves?

JoAnna: I have three questions from the e-mail.

The first one is about the wild fires in California. She asked multiple questions within a paragraph. She said there are several and serious wild fires in California with little or no rain to help with the destruction. Volunteers are invoking the rain, but fires are still out of control. What can we do to help ease the ascension of the planet Earth? Is the cause of the fires related to the rise in vibration? What can we do to balance the energy and calm the wild fires? What really was happening in California behind the scenes that was most affected by the fires?

OWS: My goodness. So many questions in one. But we will say here, and this is not only for these particular fires in California, although that is specifically what is directed here, that there are changes that are going on across the planet: there is purging, there is consciousness—consciousness is what is directing all of this, the storms, the fires, and everything.

Now understand that the consciousness that is working toward these fires is not necessarily a higher consciousness—it is in many respects a lower, or dark, consciousness that is directing these fires, and we use the term “directing” specifically here. Because that is what has happened. It may have started, but we not going to say it is directly, but it may have started with a simple spark that caused the beginning of the fire, but it has been directed since. So it is man-directed, here, or cabal-directed, if you will. And this is what is largely fanning the fire and directing the fire specifically in certain areas.

Because what does that do? It brings up the fear, or what they think it does. It brings up the fear that, “is it going to be my town next? Is it going to be my home next?” And the fear rises and rises.

But we will say this, that the exact opposite is happening here. The fear is not rising so much–yes, in certain areas, but what is happening is consciousness is increasing. Because whenever there are calamities and catastrophes such as this, it brings consciousness together, brings people together, where they will begin to work together and help and assist their fellow brother and sister. And this is what is occurring, and it is not what the cabal wanted, here.

But yet they continue to do their old ways, what has always worked for them. But they are finding more and more that these ways do not work anymore, because it is having exactly the opposite effect in many respects, here. So this will pass. This will move on, and they will attempt something new, and what they think is different, but it is not, it is the same old, same old.

People are becoming wise to it. They are beginning to understand what is occurring. The idea of conspiracy theory and all of these things is becoming less and less. People are realizing that the media that covers these events is lying in many respects. They are not telling the truth, or they are fabricating the truth even more and more so that they can fan the flames of fear, you see? And that is what they are doing. That is what the cabal is doing: fanning the flames of fear as much as they can, ok?

JoAnna. Ok. So the next question is: Is there a relation between the star on which we are born that is the constellation on the horizon at the time of our birth with our true origin?

OWS: Very much so. The stars determine your alignment, or they determine much within your life. Much of this has been lost in the holding back of the truth in your education systems and all of this, but this is very much accurate that your stars determine how your life is going to go. And also, the particular birth star that you have, or the one that you are born under, determines much of how your life goes.

But it also has something to do with your origination, you might say. But then you have to look at what your origination is. When you look at that, there are many different systems that you are from, not only one system. This is very difficult for the three-dimensional understanding to have here, because there are the multi-dimensional aspects of yourself. And the multidimensional aspects of yourself, as we say, are from many different planets, many different galaxies, etc. So all of this, though, determines as you are born into your particular life, all of this determines who you are going to be and what you are going to work on accomplishing in your life as a result of this. Ok?

JoAnna: Ok. Just a couple more. This questioner is talking about Cintamani stones, and basically what he is asking is, he said he has one, he wears it around his neck, and it has been said by Cobra that these stones will come alive at the time of The Event, so what will be the effects to the questioner if he is wearing his Cintamani stone when The Event happens?

OWS: Very little, because you are not meant to wear the Cintamani stone. You are meant to ask for guidance, and then place the Cintamani stone in certain areas so that it can take the reverberations, the vibrations, from the higher energies that are coming into the planet and reflect these energies back to the grid that has been spoken of many times, the consciousness grid, the Christ consciousness grid, all of this. And the Cintamani stones are meant to be placed, or buried in many cases, in many areas.

This is what we would suggest: do not wear it, but place it where it is needed, and that must come from the guidance within as to where to place it. And as you ask for this guidance, it may not come directly, but it may come in a different, indirect way in terms of someone speaking to you about that stone and where they think you should put it, or something of this nature. And eventually you will be guided as to where to place it. Ok?

JoAnna: Ok. Then the next part his question is, he said earlier this year he had the pleasure of having a conversation with a gentleman called “Fisher” whom some of the group might know from the currency community. Fisher was extremely knowledgeable about everything, and it was shared that he had been to space and had a majestic level security clearance. Fisher has unfortunately left his body. Could you share with us what you are allowed to about Fisher and his life on earth, and thank him for his service on this side.

OWS: First of all, no thanking is needed because he is in a wonderful place and has done

what he set out to do. So that he is on the other side, as you would say now, and doing what he needs to do from that point of view, and much is still being accomplished in that respect.

What was accomplished when he was here in the body as a whistle blower, as one that came forward and shared about not only his personal life experiences, but about what he knew from connections that he had what would be coming, much was related in this respect, and many were able to become more and more awakened, you might say, as a result of what he brought forward. But not only him, but all of the various whistle blowers, all of the ones that are coming forward with the truth as they know it, and bringing this forward to help to awaken the sleeping masses everywhere. Ok?

JoAnna. Ok, thank you. That is it from the e-mail audience.

OWS: Are there other questions, now?

Guest: One Who Serves mentioned earlier and Sananda that we have changes in our bodies. So I had that experience last Thursday. I was laying down on the bed in a meditative state in lucid dream state, and I suddenly felt pain in my chest. Suddenly I felt something shift inside of my body right where my heart is, probably between my heart chakra and the central chakra area. Something shifted. So any insights on that, and clarifications please?

OWS: What we can tell you is you are speaking of your third chakra and your fourth chakra, and how it moved from your third, or gut area, to your fourth chakra in the heart center. This is an indication of these changes as we speak of that are raising the energies, you might say, raising the energies within you, so that these maladies, or these discomfortures that come up from here and there do not last. You are able to move through them and more quickly than you would have been able to before, or more quickly than others who are not having been acclimated to these energies, are feeling these things, such as your ideas of the flu and these types of things where they will come into one and last for long periods of time, seemingly here. But those of you that are acclimating to these energies might receive the same flu virus and it lasts a day or it doesn’t even affect you. This is what is happening here.

These are some of the differences that we speak of, as your DNA is being altered or, reconnected, rather, not altered but reconnected, here, more and more. And it is happening first at the higher levels within you—that you must understand. It is happening at the higher levels within you. And then it comes down into manifestation into your physical body as well. But your physical body is changing as a result of this as well, and able to take more and more light into it and hold that light more and more. And as the physical body is able to hold this light longer and longer, it begins to change the cellular structure within your body as well. For that light that comes in is able to be held much more in a crystalline structure than it is in an organic structure, you see, or carbon-based structure. Ok?

Guest: Beautiful.

SHOSHANNA (Channeled by JoAnna McConnell): Shoshanna has something to add. My Dear Sister, what we find is that this occurrence, this shift, as you call it, that occurred within your body structure, was a result of an experience that you had with another human being, or an interaction with another, could be a loved one, that created this option for you to shift from one region to another, the heart region, so that you would feel and express more compassion for this one. That is what we find.

Guest: Wonderful. Thank you very, very much; very much resonates with me, and this is exactly what I thought it was. Thank you.

OWS: Very Good. Are there other questions here?

Guest: Yes. Hi One Who Serves. The question I have is I am really getting the downloads of joy and bliss and peace and wonder, and I am traveling. I have completely left the old societal ways, and I am in a tiny house trailer in the desert, moving around, pretty much like a gypsy and left normal societal convention.

Even in my joy, I have had a wonderful loving person from this Ancient Awakening family help me through this. I am still being attacked. I have left the fear, I am in joy, I am in joy right now, I am enjoying myself, I have met lovely beautiful people, making new friends and a new life, and as a matter of fact my relationship with my 17-year-old son, even though I am 2000 miles away, couldn’t be better, and that has actually improved.

What I want to know is, and I have to preface this because I know I am doing my work, and the duality is still shaking its ugly head, and I am still being attacked. I was attacked an hour ago by a couple of people spraying chemicals that are aligned with my DNA—only people that have my DNA would smell this chemical, and this is being produced by the military, and gang stalkers are spraying it. I even watched the lady spray it. She had it in her right hand, walk here, an elderly lady too. So this is people doing this from all walks of life that you’d normally wouldn’t expect.

My question to you is: Do I ask that person if they are doing it? And that I come in love and light, and if they would please stop, or do I just let it continue to happen? And what can I do? I have raised my vibration. Obviously others haven’t. I will let you answer the question, and maybe Shoshanna has something also to add.

Shoshanna: Shoshanna wishes to share. We find that you as a being have left a portal open to your own consciousness that allows that which you speak of as detrimental to your health that lets them in. There is a portal open in your consciousness that you must close to these, to those that wish to harm you, and you must meditate on this and close it every moment that you feel it opening or your feel a threat to yourself you must close this portal that those that wish to harm you are entering through. This is your own consciousness beaconing these to come in. You must close this.

The second thing is, and this is the most important part, is to do not acknowledge these experiences in your mind. You can review them as neutral as you can be in the review process and make provisions to close the portal and protect yourself, but you must not engage in any type of fear or any type of emotion that would allow this portal to open again. Is this understandable to you?

Guest: Yes this is. I don’t react to any of the attacks, I never do. I don’t do anything. I observe it, and then I sent it love and light and I send it away. I came under real heavy attack Friday night…

OWS: We need to interrupt here. You need not continue to focus on what has happened, but do as Shoshanna has said here and close the portal. The portal is open and has been open for a long time, even into past lives.

Guest: How do I close it?

Shoshanna: By refusing to speak of the story that you tell.

OWS: Yes. Change the story, as you would say, here. But as we say here, it is a portal that you opened in a past lifetime, and a pattern that you brought in with you. And this portal has remained open. It is not always open as you would find it, but it is open when those that are wanting to come in and interfere with your progress will come in and do so, but only if you allow it. And if you do not close this portal, these situations will continue to come up.

So as Shoshanna has said, you need to close this portal once and for all. You can do that by going into your meditative state and ask your guides to assist you in this process. And you will find that likely you may be taken back into a past life where the source of the origination of this came, but it is not necessary to do this, but it may lead to that, you see?

Do not focus anymore on what is happening, but what you can do to make it stop, to have it be ended, here.

Guest: I understand, yes. And if I do need additional help, I am coming to the Advance. Shoshanna, James, any of my family, they can help me? Yeshua bin Joseph Sananda will be there. I am ready for assistance in help and healing, and I will do everything as much as I can on my own right now.

Shoshanna wishes to share. You must understand that you have the will and the strength to prevent this and to close the portal yourself. Yes, we can all help you, but it must emanate from your vision, your strength, your understanding that it is you that must shut this down. You have at the present moment all the help you can imagine. It is simply calling upon that help and then strengthening your belief that it is available to you. The challenge you are having is believing that you are not capable of doing this yourself. You must reverse that understanding and believe that you are capable through your own willpower, through your own third-eye center, through your own crown chakra, through your own heart, to stop this.

OWS: Yes, very well. We need to move on to next question.

Guest: Hello. This morning Sananda shared and talked to us about that we are very, very close to the dark being removed, and I feel we are as well. There is a lot of suffering on the planet: the first in California and everywhere else. I am not asking for a date. We can’t give dates, but we are close. Are we going to maybe experience some of this shift and change of the light before the end of this year, or can you say if it might be next year, any way to help there?

OWS: You just said you were not looking for a date, and yet you ask for a time frame! We cannot give this directly, but know that everything is in the works. It is all in process, here, has been for some time certainly, but everything is leading to the next, and to the next, and to the next. And eventually, as Sananda said, the main domino, you might say, will topple. And when that one topples, it begins to topple all the rest of them as well. So that is what is close. Not The Event directly, but the precursors to the many, many events that are in process of happening here.

Guest: Right. I think all of us feel that that main first domino might actually be so close that we won’t have to wait till into next year to experience it, and that is what I am hoping.

OWS: Very good. Then keep that visualization and that intention going here. Because as St. Germain said, “create what it is that you want, not what you don’t want.”

Shoshanna: Shoshanna wishes to share on this. My Dear Sister, humanity itself is so strongly programmed to believe in the future, to believe that all is close, all will happen, and this is all future speaking. The way to speak of the future is to eliminate the present.

What is important here for all Lightbearers, for all Lightsharers, for all Lightwarriors, for all Lightworkers is to believe and imagine, and create in the present moment all that you wish for the future moment, as in the present moment will become the future which is the present. We must begin to see the light flooding into our bodies every moment that we can. We must see the future as the present. We must believe that all is well, all is divine, all is orchestrated.

And, the more we focus on the darkness, on the fear, on the events occurring, yes including the fires, the more we fan that flame. This is difficult! Humanity seems to believe that that which is happening around them is what they need to focus on, when in reality the truth is we simply need to focus on ourselves and our own movement and consciousness.

Guest: After a very intense Violet Flame session, my physical heart felt like it was on fire. It was reminiscent of earlier in my youth when I was feeling a lot of anxiety. So essentially I am taking the position now that the fact that the burning ache around my heart that felt quite large. If that is so, that I am burning up the old and releasing all of that anxiety. So would like to hear your feedback on that please.

Shoshanna: Shoshanna wishes to share on this. My Dear Sister, you are the creator of all your experiences from the moment you were a Star-seed until the moment you find yourself in this body in this time in this moment. You are the creator of all experiences. You may desire and wish to see any experience the way in which you see it that is most beneficial to your own movement and consciousness and your own divine affinity to that which you really are.

You must understand that when you see your heart burning the anxiety, moving away from this very difficult state of mind, that is the correct way to see it. That is the correct way to move in consciousness. When we see things as negative, as detrimental, that too is true. So that which you see as a benefits to yourself is in accordance with your own divine thinking.

OWS: Very good. Are there any further questions?

Guest: Hello. I had resigned myself to the fact that I was once again going to have to say goodbye to a home that I loved so that it could sink to the bottom of an ocean. But I was hoping that I would have a couple of decades to say goodbye to California. But Jared Rand said that California will be under water within 18 months to four years. So I am just wondering what the truth on that?

OWS: First of all, whenever you hear predictions such as this, they are simply that based on possibility and potential at that moment. But in that moment is different than the next moment, and the next one after that.

And consciousness, you always have to understand, that consciousness directly affects all of this. So the idea that this one had in that very moment may have been because of the consciousness that was directed in this area in terms of California. Much is happening in California at this point, but it is because of those dark forces that are at work here and are attempting to create as much havoc and fear as they can in this area, and therefore across the entire country as well. This is going to continue until it is stopped, until it is no longer going to be allowed to continue.

But to understand or to begin to think that just because one has said that the entire state of California will be under water, then that is creating the exact fear that the cabal is wanting here. Not that this one, Jared Rand, is cabal, he is not, but to bring about this type of a prediction and to feel that others would turn into this particular fear is not going to be helpful to anyone, here.

So we would suggest to you to not buy into this at this point that this would happen, because it is not necessarily going to happen. As a matter of fact, we can say the probability of this happening at this point is very, very little. So, there is much that is coming to alleviate much of this anxiety and fear tactics that are being used here. Ok?

Guest: Well I am so happy to hear that, and I am going to reclaim my vision of heaven on earth which takes place in my beloved California, and you have just made my day. Thank you, I love you so much.

Shoshanna: Shoshanna wishes to share. What Shoshanna wishes to share is how powerful the aggregate of consciousness is. How powerful it is when many think the same thought. How powerful it is when many follow the same idea. That is power, and that is what has been given in divine capacity to all of humanity if they wish to understand this and use this for good.

The challenge of all that predict, and wish for, and talk about things that are not so beneficial to our lives, we can go ahead as humanity and create that along with them through our own consciousness. It is not The One Who Serves, it is not Shoshanna that is giving this advice, it is the true power of consciousness and the aggregate that creates all things in your experience.

Therefore, if there are enough people and enough of humanity that wish for California to sink, by magical power of the aggregate of consciousness, this could happen! That is why we do not follow that line of thinking.

OWS: Yes. And there is one more thing to be aware of, and that is all of the help that is available in terms of those of the Galactics, the Agarthans, all of this, are all a part of this, what you call The Alliance, The Light Resistance Group, all of this are a part of increasing the consciousness here on the planet and helping to keep certain things from happening that the various cabal, dark forces have attempted to do here, such as the Yellowstone and the sinking of California, and all of these things that they wish to happen because it would take away all the attention away from them and put them back where they want to be, and that is in the shadows. But that is not going to happen. So, be of cheer, because much is happening, yes, that seemingly in the background seems to be not something positive, but all of this will come out as more and more positive results as a result of consciousness, as Shoshanna has said here.

Commander Ashtar

I AM Ashtar.

And it is always a pleasure to be with you, to be able to share, to be able to experience along with you everything that is happening here on this planet and everything that is happening within you as the planet within yourselves for is always above and below. So above and so below. So within and so without.

And the connection that you spoke of earlier in your discussion of the Oneness of all things, of the connection that you have with the plants and the animals and the people themselves. This is what was meant by this meditation to feel that connection, to feel that sense of Oneness. For we have always been One. But with your various incarnations and the programming that has ensued through these incarnations, you have continued to move into different directions.

Yes you have followed those contracts, most of you. And yes it is true that it is time to end those contracts, to sever those contracts. We would certainly applaud you for doing so because they are no longer needed.

You came in with a purpose. You have been living your purpose. But the time to continue to honor those contracts you no longer need to do.

And you can sever them simply by calling upon Archangel Michael to come with his Flaming Blue Sword of Truth and see him, ask him and then see him severing the many psychic ties that still may be holding you down to this three-dimensional illusion of your own creation.

It is time now my friends. It is time to let go of the old, to let go of the past, and embrace the moment that you are in now and to fondly look forward to the future.

Do not see what is happening in the world as many are seeing it now and despairing and finding depression and the need to use various drugs to alter their consciousness. Or to drown themselves in an unknowingness so that they can escape what they believe is the reality.

But you yourselves know what the true reality is. You know that the reality that is there in front of you now is what all of you have created. And you also know that you can create whatever reality you want going forward. And your future, your collective future depends now on every thought that you have.

But please understand that because your thoughts are raising in consciousness — and your raising consciousness is raising your thoughts — you are now creating more and more in the very moment and each and every moment you are creating the future ahead of yourselves: the future that you are wanting to live. The future that you were destined to live.

So I say again, now let go of the past. The past is gone. And with letting go of the past you also let go of all of the programming that you have come to understand as being your reality.

But many of you are realizing now that as you let go of the past and you live in the moment that you are now creating the lives that you each want now.

Live in the moment. Be in the moment. Be the moment.

One Who Serves here with you. And we only wish to add to this a brief message here, that everything is exactly as it needs to be and you are in the exact right moment at the right time.

How many times have you heard that now? We have said this many times over and over and it is important for you to continue to know that.

You are in the perfect moment. You are perfect exactly as you are now. That is what you need to come to understand because you are the Creator within yourself. You are the Source. The source of everything. The Source and you are One.

“I and my Father are One,” he said as Yeshua. “I and my Father are One.” And what does that mean?

It means that the connection has always been there and all you need to do, each and every moment of your lives, is realize that that connection is still there.

You are the One. You are the One.

Please understand that as you continue to move through this transition, move through this ascension process. Be the One. Be Neo in “The Matrix.” All of you are the One. All of you can stop bullets if you needed to … but only if you believe it. He was not able to stop the bullets until he believed. But once he believed he was the One, anything was possible.

And that is what you need to come to understand. And you will, more and more, as you continue to raise your vibrations and reside more and more in those higher vibrations. Your future, your journey ahead is wonderful! And it will be even more wonderful for you as you continue through this transition if you continue to believe it’s so.

Q & A

Q: [Emailed question] My question from last week was related to the topics from last week’s transmission but the answers I’m looking for are not quite clear to me yet. I know that we can invoke cancellations to our Contracts but I specifically want to know if our Divine Contracts have expired by the Divine Plan automatically because we are in the process of ascension. Is our Contract not automatically cancelled by Prime Creator? Would they be canceled automatically?

OWS: What we can tell you is that we have been saying it is important for you to consciously create the disconnect here. Consciously create the severing.

As you can, you can use this severing process as Ashtar just gave you.

Yes, we would please ask for those of you — we know we said unmute your phones. That was not very smart to do. So please mute your phones please until it is time for you to ask question. Very good.

It is important for you to consciously create the severing process of the contracts, of the programming, as much as possible. Understand that as you move through this transition and into the ascension process more fully, and move into those waves of ascension that have been spoken of, you automatically go through this process of severing these contracts. Part of the process …

Again, we must ask you please to mute your phones.

Again it is important for you to continue to do what you can now, as you understand it, as you are being trained here to do. And please make no mistake about it. You are being trained here. You are all being trained in various ways whether it is through Ancient Awakenings or in through your own connection with your higher self. You are all going through this training. And in this training process you are creating the severing that is going on about the, from the old contracts. If you were not doing this, then many of you would continue to still have the old programming which would also be the old karmic attractions that would still be going on, and you would be going through many more travails then you have already been doing. And you are the light worker, you are the light warriors, so you are moving through this process continually and moving up in vibrations mainly because of your selves but also because consciousness across the planet is also shifting and changing. You may not always see this happening but it is. Look at it from our point of view. And this is what Ashtar wanted you to see. He wanted you to see what it is like from their point of view, our point of view, as we are looking down from above and seeing the Earth, seeing the consciousness of the Earth shifting and changing and moving ahead. And it is moving ahead. So do not be concerned about the contracts but we would ask you to, just for your own purposes here, ask for Archangel Michael to use his Flaming Blue Sword and sever those ties. Ask him each and every day until you feel that the ties are severing. And as you continue to do this, they will be severed, and you will find that you will be much freer to go about your life and your existence on a daily a moment-to-moment basis. And in so doing you will more and more find the joy in every moment as you go through this. Okay?

Q: [Emailed question] You mentioned about three weeks ago or so that we will see a reduction in chemtrail activities. Is this in effect right now or are we talking about in the near future?

OWS: You are in the process right now of going through a lessening of this that has been happening across the planet. It is still being perceived in some ways by those that look at the skies and are able to see this. For you must understand that many look at the skies and see what you would see as the chemtrails and they see something different. They seek clouds or they see emissions from the various planes or whatever it might be. But you see what is really there. But also understand that as has been said previously, in times past, that those of the cabal, those of the dark forces have had this as a programming process that they have been going through. And those pilots, those ones that go up in these planes are on automatic pilot now where they just do their job and they go up there and they do what they do and they come back down. But they are only doing it because it is part of the programming and the funds for this programming is running out real fast here and it will be curtailed. It is already being curtailed greatly but over the very near future here — we can even add the ‘soon’ here — you will find that the process this particular process will have dissipated not only greatly but completely at a certain point here. So it is part of the process that you are going through now, part of the transition. Okay?

Q: [Emailed question] I am feeling the best that I have ever felt and I feel there is a change coming. I know you have said it so many times and I’m feeling is so strong. Will this change allow us to see and live 5D world more to create and do all that we are passionate about?

OWS: Very much so! As you continue to move up in vibrations you will continue to experience that which goes along with those higher vibrations. In other words you will find less and less of your aches and pains and various suffering that has gone with the programming that you had become used to. Notice we say had become used to. We are going to speak more in terms of the ‘now’ here. Not the way it was, but the way it is now because this is what we want you to do more and more and now. We want you to think about being in the now and let go, as Ashtar said, let go of the past. It is over. It is done. Move on. Move on with your lives. Move on into those higher vibrations and you can do that simply. You can move into the higher vibrations simply by asking to do that and knowing that you are. Simply by going out into nature and seeing all the beauty around you and yes connecting with the trees and the plants and the animals. And as you do this and especially as you begin to telepathically communicate with them, they that in itself will raise your vibration because you cannot communicate with them unless you are in the higher vibrations with them. It is very similar to what you will experience those of you that will be down there when you are looking for those Records and you are raising your vibrations to be able to do so. You will not be able to see what is really there in those higher vibrations unless you find yourself in those higher vibrations. You see?

Q: [Emailed question] I was visited by a squirrel last week in front of the door. I said thank you although I said not in my house and he turned away to the food tree. Is there a corresponding message that the squirrel wanted to say to me and others of the changes that are coming?

OWS: This is in terms of perfect synchronicity here, based on what you were talking about earlier communicating with other life forms, besides just your human life forms but plants and animals and all of this. And it is a process of communication, telepathy. And in this particular case, this one communicated with the squirrel and asked the squirrel not come into the house. And the squirrel turned around because the squirrel understood what you were saying. Just as you are speaking to the trees and you are speaking to your dogs and your cats and whatever it might be. You are communicating with them at their level, at their language. If you are mean to them, if you are harsh with them, they will understand this as it comes from you in terms of your vibration. But if you are loving to them then they will also feel that love. So more and more whenever you can, find the compassion, the love, the expression of the higher vibrations coming through you to those other plants and animals and all of this. And in so doing you will be creating more and more of the connection of the Oneness of all.

Q: I just want to double check. I know it’s stupid to ask for confirmation of things but I still want it because I was on a wrong path thinking my higher self was somebody else because I had memories back of biblical times. But I thought it was, what appears to be, I thought it was my twin flame and it turns out I believe I’m the other one. So I wanted to confirm that because I don’t want to go down any more paths here. But it seems like it is. And also I wanted to find out if we could be free on this line, could we be free to speak as our higher self, you know as Joanna/Shoshana do. Is that acceptable, not good, or what?

OWS: At this point we would ask of you not to do that because it would interfere with the programming that … the program rather, not programming, but the program that we are working with this group on. And it is important to keep it, uh what is the word here, pure and consistent and all of this. So we would ask for that not to be because then everyone would be thinking that they were communicating with their higher self or another entity that is coming in and they may or may not be real but it would not be consistent as we say with this programming … with this program.

Q: Okay. Can you confirm what my higher self is? Who I think it is?

OWS: What we can tell you, just as we would tell anyone here, this must come from within you. And we think you knew this answer was coming in this way. We cannot go around and say, yes you are communicating with your higher self or your twin flame or Archangel Michael or whatever it might be. You must come to this understanding within yourself, just as Yeshua came into the understanding within Himself, in those times long ago, when he realized that He was in deed contacting his higher self, His Father. So you must also do the same. We cannot give this to you. But if you go within yourself and you will know the answer to this before you would even need to have to ask the question. And if you need to ask this question then you may not entirely be communicating as you believe. And this is not only for you that asked this, this is for everyone here. Okay?

Q: We recently had an equinox and there is some information I received through astrology. I would like to ask and also to share whatever information that would be of benefit for us to move forward into the light, into the new world, that equinox essentially was providing for us.

OWS: That equinox was providing for you? Is this what you ask here?

Q: Yes. The equinox was providing information and also a push into, I guess a next level, or to move us further forward into the light, into the new energies. So could you expand on that please?

OWS: All of these astrological signs that are coming, all of these lunar eclipses, solar eclipses, gate way openings, all of this is all part of the energies being brought into the planet. Released from higher vibratory dimensions, we will say, and coming into the Earth and coming through these gateways that have been opened. And all of this is raising the energies, raising the vibrations across the planet more and more so that you can continue to move through this transition. And move through this transition in a very smooth and … what is the word here … a very smooth and consistent manner. Very peaceful, very calm manner as opposed to what it would have been in the old timelines that we have spoken of and you have spoken of here. So you as you continue to move through this transition, the energies that are coming into the planet are bringing you through this process rather smoothly at this point. Even though it may not appear to you at all times in this way but you are. You are moving through it in a calm collected fashion here. Okay?

Q: I wanted to know if you could briefly describe the differences between the Merkaba, the Light Vehicle, and the Light Mental Body.

OWS: Very good. What we can tell you first about the Light Mental Body. That is something that is there for everyone, it is a part of you; it is a part of your expression but only if you realize it. Only if you come to understand that it is there, it is a part of you, and that you can reestablish the connection with this. Now the Merkaba, as you are saying, this is your light body or your vehicle of travel for your light body. And this is something that he has been a part of you all along and it is there whether you are aware of it or not. This is different than the Light Mental Body which you actually needed to make that connection with again. The Merkaba is somewhat different in this way. And if you will think in terms of ancient times, and those from the Greek god’s, and all of these things, and how they were seen in their flaming chariots and all of this, much of this was the Merkaba Light Vehicle that they were being seen in and that they were experiencing and traveling in. You see?

Q: Lately I’ve been hearing names in my dreams or upon awakening. One was Akira. And then the other day someone said, I Am Merlinda. Do I have new guides? Are they introducing themselves to me?

OWS: They are not new guides. They are a part of you, have been a part of your expression for a very long time but they are now coming back to you, into your conscious knowing. They have always been there but they come from those ancient times — especially here on this planet — but also from before even coming to this evolution here where you had experienced these particular ones. They are, in particular, individuals you can call them, but they are not of the human expression as you would understand them now. And they are not even of the, of physical body expression at these times now as well. Okay?

Q: Lately I’ve been dreaming and every time I dream I see dragons. Like fire. A lot of fire and a lot of dragon and I don’t know how I could ask it any specific … but like am I supposed to be having some mission having to do with destruction of something?

OWS: You are not of the ones that would be destroyer, no. Not as you are thinking here as we are finding it, but you are experiencing these particular dreams or even we will say go beyond dreams — and we would ask that those of you also now, go beyond thinking that they are simply dreams, because this has a connotation that they are not real in your programming from the past. So we moving ahead now in your new understanding, we would begin to think of these not as dreams but as experiences. The experiences that you are having. You can call them dreams but call them dream experiences. — And in these experiences you are having that expression of the fire within. The fire within. The kundalini energy raisin, even though it shows most times as snakes, it can be shown as dragon too because the dragon is a higher expression of this. And the dragon is the one that is in some ways in a control situation that is helping to bring this process about. We cannot tell too much about this but dragons are real, certainly. And they are in your ancient mythology and they are there because they were real back then. And they were seen by many at those times. But they, like the elves and the sprites and the fairies and all of this, have moved into a higher vibrational experience, higher dimension, that they are invisible to your understanding, your physical eyes, certainly, at this time. But, as you continue to open up your third eye expression — which you are going to do greatly, by the way, at the next Advance. We are going to work with this and you are going to then see beyond the physical much, much more than you have up to this point. And those of you that are experiencing this with us will find that after this you will have much greater experience much greater knowing past the veil you might say that you will be able to experience those of expression beyond the physical. Call it the metaphysical. And you will have more and more connection with the plants the trees the animals and all of this, and be able to not only communicate with them telepathically but even be able to begin to see them more and more. Okay?

Q: I had recently seen a … what was like a pretty good-sized toad around my flowers. I see him at night a lot next to the door. And I felt this real connection with him and I would talk to him and he would look at me. Then the other night I came home into the driveway and I see a little pile on the side of the driveway. I tried to steer away from it but my car steered right into it. I didn’t look. It was dark. I went home and the next morning I come out of the garage and there is a big toad is dead in the driveway. I don’t even know when that happened. And when I left with the car, that little pile at the end of the driveway was a dead frog as well. I don’t understand why that happened. Is there any message for me in all of this?

OWS: What we can tell you is the message for this needs to come from within. We cannot give this to you but you can go within yourself and ask these kinds of questions. The connection is there. Why it is happening we cannot give you directly. But we can say to all of you now — not only to this one who asked this question — but again this is a process of connecting and communicating with that which is mostly beyond the physical — the connection here rather — beyond the physical. Even though this was a physical expression in the toad, there was much more to this than beyond this particular toad or frog here. You see? We know that is not the answer you wanted here but at times we cannot give exactly what you want, only what you need.

Q: I’m always watching the skies and I see our beautiful Galactic ships all the time the lights. I saw one form but that was when I was 16 years old. But anyhow lately I’ve been [seeing them] every night. And they come from different directions. They’ve been flying right over my house, right over me. I’ve asked them to please come close, please fly closer because they’re pretty far sometimes. But I see them way up in the sky; way way up and can barely see them. And they also out of the six there is one of them that goes from South to North and that one has been flashing at me. And it will flash so big in such a bright light and then it will go off and fly a little bit more and flash a little bit you now, not as big as the first, and then I won’t see nothing. But it’s only letting me know, I believe, that it sees me. It knows I’m acknowledging them it and I’m just so ecstatic. So I just love them so much and I welcome them and I will be the first to step up when they land, if they’re in my presence, of course. But what I wanted to ask you. I feel — well of course most of us, all of us are star beings. We all came from other planets. — But is this my family? The Arcturians maybe? Can you answer that?

OWS: What we can tell you is they are playing with you. They are aware of you. They are expressing themselves to you because you are expressing yourself to them. And in so doing then you create a connection, an opening that allows this process to occur. Another could look up there and see nothing. And this is what you must understand and what we have been speaking about. As you continue to move through this transition, this process, this expression of consciousness will happen more and more, or rather this connection of consciousness will happen more and more as you move through this. And we cannot tell you whether it is Arcturian or Pleiadian or Sirian or whenever it this might be, but that is coming from within you. And if you are believing that it is Arcturian, if you are feeling that, then that would then be so. So trust yourself. Trust yourself within and allow this expression to continue on for you. And this goes for all of you here. The more that you believe the more that you will see.

Q: I have a question about the ships and you said seeing is believing and I remember a …

OWS: No! Believing is seeing! Believing is seeing. Believing is seeing. Yes.

Q: Well I remember a long long time ago actually you said, the collective you said many of us are commanders of our own ships here in human form, in physical form. And all this information and memory will come back to you. I remember you saying that and it has been for many of us now. This one particular ship I want to talk about, I wanted to ask you a question about and it is about the trees. On the ship I see and I know I’m about and I’m a part of, the Merkaba ship called the Aurora. In the center of the Aurora and there’s many columns and levels to the Aurora but there is these three crystal trees. They are massive. And they are trees but they are crystals. And I’m just trying to work out is this the center of the ship, the heart and the soul of the ship? And that my consciousness and the ship and I feel the whole crew’s consciousness is in these trees these crystal trees. And this great big light column comes down through these crystal trees. Where did these trees come from? I just don’t feel is from Earth. It’s amazing their massive. And the light column comes down through the trees so I just want to make sure I’m seeing what I’m seeing is right. And I’m feeling what I’m feeling. I have such connection to these crystal trees. They’re not like our trees here on Earth. They’re see-through. They’re crystal and they shimmer so brightly and they’re amazing. I just want to know this connection. Is it the heart? Is that the soul of the ship?

OWS: What we can tell you is it is not the heart or the soul of the ship. It is the ship itself. All of this is the ship itself. The connection with all of the consciousness within the ship and on the ship is all connected. This is beyond your three dimensional understanding in terms of a physical vehicle that is powered by a fuel source or something of this nature whether it be a crystal or some type of fuel, but this is consciousness itself. And all is connected on these consciousness types of ships. They are higher vibrational, higher dimensional experiences and they are completely connected by the consciousness. And as you are seeing these crystalline trees, this is correct. They are a part of the expression where these ones come from. We cannot tell you who they are but you will come in contact with them in the times ahead because you are a part of that connection with them. This is strictly to you who has asked this question. You are connected with them more than you can possibly realize at this point. There are others here on the phone as well but we will not go into that now. So yes you are correct in much of what you say here.

Q: Wow. My heart is racing because this connection is beyond anything physical nonphysical. This is metaphysical. Like you said this is just unconditional love. It’s pure. It’s spellbinding.

OWS: Welcome to the fifth dimension … and higher. And we will add and higher.

Now we take one more question then we need to release channel here.

Q: We were talking earlier about the fires. All the fires in Greece and California all the purging that’s happening. I just wanted to know if this is mostly Mother Gaia purging or could this be like the last stand of the deep state with directed energy or combination? Can you help us know what these are about?

OWS: Yes. This is why we take this last question because we knew this was coming. And it is important for you to have an understanding of what is happening here.

Those of you that say it is a purging process are correct. It is certainly a very strong purging process that is going on. It is a part of what we have been saying about letting go of the past moving beyond the past. And all of this is purging out the old here, the old paradigm, the old regime here is being purged out of the planet, off of the planet. And the expression that is happening now is happening across the entire planet here in many different ways. Not only these fires and volcanoes and all of this, but in other ways as well. It is the old going away. The old process, the old programming leaving here to make way for the new programming the new process here. We are not even going to say programming, new programming, because you will not be programmed anymore you will be just going simply through a process or as we say this transition. So as you continue to move into this new process here, and new regime, new paradigm, you are going to find that everything, all of these fires and all of these things will dissipate completely.

But those of you that say it is part of the dark expression, the cabal and all of this, that is also somewhat partially correct as well. Because they are having their last stand. They are on their last legs you might say and they are doing everything that they can going out kicking and screaming. They will not go gently into the night. They will go through this with a fight. So you must understand that, and that they are going to continue to last until the very end that they can here. Many have already surrendered. Many have already moved over to the light. Many have realized that their time was over and they are now accepting the new paradigm and the new consciousness that is coming into the planet. Many are. But there are still those leftovers, those ones that will not capitulate. They will not give in. And they are going to be the ones that you have heard about the many arrests that are coming. You have heard about the purging of the old ways here and this is what this will be about. Some you will see. Some you will not see. Some will be happening behind the scenes but they will be taken out of the picture one way or another because they cannot survive in the higher vibrations. And as soon as the decision is made that the vibrations will be raised to the point where those that are in that can only handle the lower vibrations will not be able to subsist in these higher vibrations. You see? Does this make sense to you?

We are needing to release channel now.

We are so much looking forward to those two weeks from now, as we find it in your timing, when you are there at your Advance. It is going to be a special time. It is going to be an important time. It is going to be an expression that is going to come through that is going to floor and shock many of you. We cannot say too much more about this. And James doesn’t even yet know what we are speaking about but is being given a little bit of inklings here as we go through here. So be ready. It is not only going to be amazing but it is going to be spectacular in many respects here as you find yourselves very much changed at the end of all of this. So we are ready now we will release channel.

I Am St. Germain.

As always I, and we, all of us that are mentoring to you at this time, are overjoyed to be able to be with you to be able to share, to experience, to help you to grow. Just as we were helped at various times just as I was helped.

These moments that you are in now, what you have called, what many have called “the calm before the storm.” Well the calm is lifting now and the storm is approaching as has been heralded long ago that this would occur. It’s been predicted by many that you would enter this time of a calm, a peace, before the storm begins to rage. You are right now approaching that storm … or that storm is approaching you.

It is almost as if, and we have said many times in many ways, ‘fasten your seat belts’. To take a quote from that movie The Matrix, you’d better fasten your seat belts Dorothy because Kansas is about to go bye-bye.

What does that mean? It means that Kansas is the familiar in your lives. That comfort zone that you have come to understand. All that you have known in your lives is about to change within that shifting process even now. You are all going through this shift, this transition. This transition that is taking you toward your ascension; both individual and your collective ascension.

It has been said that you, those of you, the light workers, the warriors, certainly the ones within this group, you are being prepared to be in that first wave of ascension. You’re learning to acclimate to the energies.

You are understanding what is happening in the world. But from an understanding, not of the three-dimensional illusionary understanding, but from a higher level of understanding. A higher revealing, you might say. You are seeing it for what it is … seeing the world for what it is, not only how it appears.

As you are preparing for this first wave of ascension, many of you will go through that wave, be a part of that wave and then you will turn around after a certain period of time, after you have acclimated to those much higher energies. You will then turn around and assist your fellow man in moving through the second wave. You will mentor to that second wave just as we are mentoring to you now. As those in the second wave pass through, they will turn and come back and assist those in the third wave. This is how this ascension process will both begin and complete.

You are all to be a part of this in one way or another. Some seemingly greater parts and some which would seem to be smaller parts. But as we have said many times there is no greater or smaller part of this. Just as there is no greater or smaller of those of us, the Ascended Masters, Company of Heaven.

We are all One. We all have our positions, our responsibilities. No one is higher than anyone else. Can you imagine a world like that? No one is in control of another. You are all there to keep the control amongst all of you.

When all is in perfect balance you will know you have arrived at the threshold.

This is what this transition is all about now: bringing the balance. Bringing the understanding foreword, the revealings forward, the truth, so all may be set free. Find it within your selves now, each and every one of you.

Go forward to share, to experience, to love. Allow yourselves to be loved as well as to love others.

I AM St. Germain and I leave you now with the Violet Flame to continue to purge out all the old negative programming within you so that it may be replaced by, not the new programming: the new understandings, the new revealings, that are coming forward.

One Who Serves here with you to continue to assist you, and serve you, and share with you. And to be with you.

And not only to be with you, but to be you. You are us and we are you.

And as you come more and more to understand that, to understand that we are all connected, we are all so connected you will be amazed as this revealing or this understanding comes flooding in to you one day. And it will. It will come in to you if it has not already.

It will come in to you and you will realize in that moment, in that very brief moment, that you have been One with all of Creation all the way through. There has never been a time when you have not been connected to the Source within All. And that you are that Source within All, as we all are completely One with everything and everyone.

That revealing that has not been taught to you in your schools– although it would be very helpful if it were — and it is going to be. Imagine as a child is beginning their school process and they are told from day one that they are connected to the Universe. That the Universe is them. And you may think that that is something how can a child understand? But my dear friends, my brothers, my sisters, a child comes in with that knowing. They already come in knowing that they are the universe. They do not think of themselves as this little thing that has to be dependent on everyone else for their existence. And yes that is true in the beginning they do, but they also have that connection, that consciousness connection that they are already One with the Universe.

It is over a period of time in your understandings, in your educational process — whether it is from the parents or the teachers or their friends or whatever it might be — this is how they lose this connection or lose the belief in the knowing of this connection.

But I tell you now, we tell you now, that you have never lost this connection. It has always been a part of you. Always will be a part of you.

OWS: You can un-mute your phones now. We can take questions from the peanut gallery we are getting here. That is a joke people!

Q: I send much love and light to you and your group. I’m viciously being attacked by gang stalkers. Life threatening attacks. It’s brutal. And I find nothing but love in my heart for these ones that want to destroy me and hurt me and punish me. I send them love. I send them light. And I need some advice. And I will step back now and I thank you. Much love.

OWS: We ask you question here first before you step back. Who is attacking you? We did not hear that.

Q: Gang stalkers. They gaslight. They do things to you to make you look like you’re crazy and they do it out in plain light in public. These are citizens, these are neighbors, these are young people. I was attacked by children on bicycles spraying mace and pepper spray in my face. They just sprayed my vehicle just now and I had to take it to the car wash so I could listen to this. I couldn’t listen to St. Germain’s message because they sprayed pesticide all over my radiator and through my air vents so I would get sick. So this is where I am. It’s a very tenuous and difficult situation. I haven’t talked about it because people just don’t believe it that these things happen. No one in my family believes it and it’s just something that’s very difficult. It’s very dark. It’s very evil. Can you help me?

OWS: Is this something that has been going on for some time here?

Q: 12 years. Most people perish after a year. I did speak with Archangel Michael he’s come in to save me and help me. And he said — and also Simon Parkes — and they both agreed separately that most people would have perished by this time.

OWS: What we can tell you here is that it would seem that you are experiencing a certain pattern that you have brought in from other lifetimes previous. This would be the only thing that would explain it. It is not anything that is happening here in this lifetime that you have created in any way. But this is a karmic situation that you have brought in. Now we have said before that your karma, as light workers/ light warriors, is over. But that is only if you believe it is over. So that the karma situation from past lives does not need to be there anymore because it is only part of the three-dimensional illusion you are still in; the programming that you have brought in here. You are still succumbing, succumbing to this programming. And if you were able to let go of the programming this would end. All of this would end. Now we are also finding here that there is a certain contract that you have come in with, and this contract is to be available to these ones – they are not aware of this – but you have come in with this contract to be available to them to get out their karma. You see? You have …

Q: [interrupting] How can I remove this? How can I stop this? I no longer want to be available.

OWS: Very good. We are getting to that. You must end this contract. You must … [interrupting: How?] You must say that there is no reason for you to have this contract anymore. You withdraw it. And you must be very clear about this. You must be very clear that this contract is over, that you do not want any part of it, that you do not want any part of karma anymore coming from other lifetimes. That it is over! And if you are very explicit in this, in working with those of your guides, those of you that you call upon — Archangel Michael is a wonderful one — ask him to be with you as you are doing this. And as you end this contract, ask him to use his Sword, his Blue Sword of Truth and sever this contract once and for all. You see? And if you do this, and if you believe this as you are doing it, much of what is going on will subsist and decrease in a short period of time as we are finding it. Does not need to be long. And then you will find that you will no longer be in those types of situations where these things can happen. You will not be there anymore. You see?

Q: Yes. Could I do this with you right now? Or does it have to be done privately?

OWS: You can do …

Q: No I didn’t hear you. What did you say?

OWS: We said that you can do with this at the Advance if you wish. And we will work with you and also others who not having this exact situation but some similar circumstances here.

Q: It’s so dangerous right now. I don’t think I can wait until that point. I would like to do it right now. I mean literally in my truck as soon as I’m off the call.

OWS: Then we would suggest to you to do this as soon as you are off this call and ask for the Archangel Michael to do as we are saying here. Be very … [interrupting: Yeah, I will.] … right. Withdraw it! Remove it! End it! Because it is no longer necessary for you. You have done, you have fulfilled it you might say.

Q: You bet I have. Anything else?

Shoshana: You may put it in writing.

Q: Shoshana, should I put it in writing and then tear up the contract? I’ve done this before.

OWS: And burn it.

S: Strongly put it in writing. Strongly put it in writing and be as explicit as you can that you denounce these issues. And put an end to it.

Q: I’ve done this before. I’ve done this before and it hasn’t worked.

Q: What did I do wrong? They have literally … the dark ones have been circling my house. Literally. During this call.

Holding you to the contract that you made, as we are finding it now. The contract that you made that was against your understanding, or against what you might call your better judgment. It was, you were deceived, you might say, into this. But you made the contract and you have been a part of fulfilling this contract throughout your life and certainly through these last years here as you have said. And you are continuing now to be a part of this but no longer.

Q: I would like to know what any of us can do to help protect our President Trump so that he is not subjected to negative attacks (like he’s been having to undergo) and to help ease his path to be able to accomplish the good things that he wants to accomplish for us. OWS: You can always do meditation for him and for all of those that are working with him. But we can tell you without a doubt that he is extremely protected in all of this. He has much protection around him. He has ones that he does not even, is not even aware of that are protecting him. But he is also aware of ones that you would be amazed that he has had contact with. Galactics and others that he is in contact with that are assisting him directly. He has a wonderful or a great mission that he is on and just as you are all on great mission as well. Last Sunday before the call I was thinking of the unicorn I connected with at the last Advance. So when I went for our session last Sunday I found the painting waiting for me there was a unicorn, a girl lying on the ground, a rive, a beautiful castle, a rainbow over it. It’s very beautiful. After that one night after that I had the feeling that something kind of energy may be coming from the painting or coming from somewhere else and it’s going to join to my body. Definitely during the night I felt something. I don’t know if it’s another one of myself or something else joined. So is it possible for me to know what was the message through the painting and what was the thing that joined my energy that night?
